Hey guys, I have a surprise guest for this chapter......and SHE will be in future chapter from now on. I asked her permission and she is okay with being part of this. So let's get started!

(Hint: she's on SF or FurAffinity or any place like that....so don't ask)

(Normal POV)

The gang walked away from gym and went back to the PC to heal the Pokemon they used in the battle with Gardenia. They all walked in to see that Nurse Joy wasn't at the front desk, Lucas walked up to see if any of the papers on the desk may have told him where she could have gone....but before he could check them he saw her appear from the other side that the ER, OR, and other rooms were.

"Hi, sorry I wasn't here earlier: there was a little girl here asking where she was, then passed out before she left. I had to put her in a room so she could rest." Lucas got curious: why would a girl not know where she was?

"It's okay, did she happen to say her name?"

"Actually yes: she said her name was Lexi. Would you like to see her?" she asked as the trainer felt himself twinge at the familiarity of the name.

"Sure, maybe I know her." She told him the room number and he went off, followed by Lucario (of course). He was a little nervous: could his sister REALLY be here? Maybe she came the same way he did? Whatever the reason, he HAD to find out. If it wasn't her, then at least he'd feel a little more reassured that she's okay.

(Lucas's POV)

"Lukey, I think that the girl Nurse Joy found is my sister." I said at random, wanting something to break the monotonous tone of us walking.

"How can you be sure?"

"I don't know, but something just tells me that it's her." I said as I slowed my pace, we were approaching the room number Nurse Joy gave us: Room 112. I reached for the knob then took my hand away; I was too afraid that to know......but Lucario wasn't. He took the knob and my hand and we walked in towards to the last bed closest to the window: laying there was a little girl with long, brown hair that seemed to always bunch up near the middle; under the blanket I could see dark blue denim jeans and a pink T-shirt.

"No way, this really IS her." I approached my little sister and before I had the chance she woke up; she had a big smile across her face as she tackled me.

"Buboo! I'm SO glad to see you!" Buboo was the nickname she gave me when she was about 2, got so used to it so now instead of calling me Lucas.....she calls me either "Bub" or "Buboo".

In a way, I felt the same way: it's been a week, at least, since I last saw any of my family.....but, to keep my cool with Lucario around, I didn't make a big stink out of it.

"Glad to see you too Lex, how'd you get here?" I said as try to pry myself from her grip so we could talk face-to-face.

"I don't know: I was playing on my DS when I got downstairs when I saw yours. It was acting weird, and when I touched it-"

"You were sucked into it. Same thing, only that happened to me a week ago." I cut in and laughed a little; Em pouted, being jealous I got here sooner. I stopped my laughter and realized something: I forgot to introduce Lucario to her.

"Oh sis, you will NOT believe what has happened in the past week." I said as I motioned my mate to come over.

"What?"

"I became a trainer.......AND I already have TWO badges!" I gloated, handing her the Coal and Forest Badge to her; Lexi's mouth dropped at the sight of this:

"No fair! Can I see your Pokémon.....if you have any that is." she mumbled the last part, though I still heard her. I nodded and took a step aside so I wasn't blocking Lucario; my sis's mouth dropped even more.

"Hi." Lucario said as he outstretched his paw, Lexi took it happily.....then tackled my mate.

"Wow! A Lucario! Bub, how did you get one?"

"He was my starter when I got here: LONG story." I said as Lucario began to pick her up: apparently my sis loved that because she formed a death grip around his neck.

"We'll tell it to you, if you want." said Lucario, putting her back down on her feet; she seemed to be alright now, most-likely needed some rest.

"Really, thanks." said Lex. We both jumped at this, I looked at her ears...... but saw NO translator.

"How do you know what he's saying?"

"I don't know, I just do." shrugged Lexi. I knew that there was no further need to question her: I already knew that some people, whether psychic or not, could understand what Pokémon said......it's a rare trait, but I guess it's one that she has. Lucky her.

(Normal POV)

Lexi, Lucas, and Lucario walked back to the desk to check Emily out, Nurse Joy said that it was fine. She gave Lucas a hug and the three walked over to the rest of the group to be introduced.

"Lexi, I want you to meet my friends: Monferno, Gallade, Flygon, Shane, Ditto, Staravia, and Salamance. Everyone, meet my little sister. You can talk to her normally: she can, for some reason, understand Pokémon WITHOUT a translator." Soon the girl's ears were filled with the combination of everyone's greetings.

"Hey everybody, I'm excited to be joining you in Lucas' journey." Lucas looked at her with an 'Are-you-kidding-me?!' look on his face.

"Well, I can't just go back home.....unless there's some Pokémon that will let me like Celeby or something; that just leaves ME coming with you." She then went over, having a winning look on her face, to the Pokemon as she learned their name, type, and time they met up with their trainer.

"Ugh! Great, now every minute the air will be filled with her voice. FANTASTIC." Lucas said in an unimpressed demeter. Lucas WAS right: it was hard for Emily to stay silent for a while.

"Relax Lu; I'm sure she'll be fine." Lucario said as he wrapped his arms around Lucas's waist from behind;

"Yeah, maybe you're right. Besides, she could keep the others company when I'm with you." Lucas said, somewhat in a mischievous tone, as he took Lucario's paws in his hands. Lexi looked over to see the two kiss: her brother kissing his Pokémon?!

"Bub, WHAT are you doing?!" she asked in a mad and worried tone. Both lovers flinched at this as they made a quick convo in their heads (through Lucario's aura-ability to read thoughts):

'Shit, she knows! What'll we do?!' cried Lucas in his mind.

'I don't know, but we better answer her: she scares me for some reason.'

'Yeah, she does that.' Lexi kept tapping her foot, waiting in a response:

"Well?!"

"Look, sis: me and Lucario......we're together." She didn't faze, not seeing how she could believe it.

"I don't trust you: you can't love your Pokémon like that!"

"But it's true: have you EVER seen me kiss someone on the lips?" Lucas asked: he made a point, she never saw her brother kiss anyone before.

"Still, it's weird!"

"Believe it or not, you're going to have to deal with it: me and Lucas love each other and that's that." Lexi huffed and spoke in defeat; "Well, don't kiss in front of me then. I do NOT want to see two guys making out!"

Lucas looked confused: they won that? Wow, that was easier than he thought.

"Thank you Lex, you're the best!" Lucas cried as he picked her up and spun her around, she wiggled out of his grip then spoke again.

"I want to be a trainer too: I LOVE contests. Can I, please?" Lucas looked over to Shane, scratching his head.

"Lexi, I don't think you can: Professor Rowan isn't around so.....you might have to wait on that." said Shane.

"What?! No fair!" she stamped her foot, throwing a tantrum like a little girl.

"Don't worry, you'll be one soon enough LITTLE GIRL." said Lucas, adding emphasis on the last part.

"Don't call me that!"

"Well, you're acting like one right now!" Soon the two were in an argument, throwing word after word at the other person: this is one thing Lucas didn't like about his sister.....her CONSTANT talking and backtalk attitude.

(Lucario's POV)

'Wow......Lucas and Lexi sure can go out at each other' I thought in my mind as my mate and his sister just kept arguing. I had to break it up......so I did.

"Alright you two, stop it." I said calmly, getting in between them. They looked at me, then back at each other, then away.

"Sorry you had to see that Lukey: we get into fights almost constantly." my mate apologized. Emily added in behind me.

"Yeah, sometimes we just break out fighting: happened that one time during Christmas....."

"Oh my God that was horrible! Never bring that up!" my mate said turning around, then shuttering as I saw him momentarily recollect the event.

"What happened?" I asked, wanting to hear the embarrassing memory; bad thing to ask.

"Sorry Lucario, Bub and I aren't telling anyone: stays ONLY in the family." says Lexi. 'Drat! Would've LOVED to hear my mate's secret' I thought.

"Okay, why don't we start on are way to Veilstone City then?" They both nodded and we walked towards the pathway.

Things went pretty smooth as we walked to the other side of Eterna City, we explained the ENTIRE story that happened to us while she wasn't here.......even the secret with David and Latios was told since she wouldn't stop bugging us about it; Lucas explain that she would ANYTHING to learn just one secret....no matter HOW small it is.

"Okay, I promise not to tell anyone about the two....but I'm going to try and get them to tell me themselves-wait....Latios? You mean like the brother of Latias?! I LOVE those two! I want to meet them SO BADLY NOW!" She said, jumping up and down: I do NOT know how Lu could live with her.

"You WILL: it's possible that we could meet up in Hearthome since we need to go into a circle to get to Veilstone, for the third Gym battle, and Pastoria City for the fourth Gym leader: Crasher Wake."

"Fine, guess I can wait." She huffed, folding her arms.

(Normal POV)

Soon the team of ten made it to the mountain...only to see it blocked off inside.

"Damn, what do we do?" Lucas asked....only to get a death-glare from his sister: she didn't like it when Lucas cussed. Lucas ignored it and turned to everyone else: they couldn't blow the rock away, this mountain is too unstable.

"I got it!" Lexi soon exclaimed, scaring everyone.

"What?" Lex walked over to Lucas and whispered into his ear.....making Lucas grin.

"Oh, right: 'Duh!' I totally forgot that!" Lucas said, soon making a face that makes him look stupid.

"What's up Lu?" Lucario asked, clueless about his mate's actions.

"I forgot that we need to take the bike path down to go through the mountain farther down so we can get to Veilstone. We need to go back to the Gym and go down that one path." Everybody groaned a bit...but Lucas fixed that.

"How about this: once we get there we can swim a bit in the river close by, it's pretty hot out and I KNOW everybody can't dislike that idea." It was true: everybody then cheered as they all exited the path and soon re-entered the city. Lucas then said something that surprised:

"Hey guys, I was thinking: me, my sister, Lukey and FG should up ahead. Me and Lex need to do something really quick." He then whispered to Em "swimsuits" and she understood; everyone, though clueless, let them go. Lucas thanked them, sent out Flygon, and they all went to the river there; after a few minutes they landed.

"Flygon, you and Lucario wait here: me and Lex need to do something really quick."

"Um...okay, hurry back though." Lucario said nervously, hoping Lucas doesn't get into trouble. Lucas just hugged him and winked, saying he'll hurry. Then he grabbed Lexi and, basically, dragged her to a PokeMart.

(Lexi's POV) *she wrote part of it*

Once my brother dragged me into the PokeMart, I was........curious: I had no idea of ANY of what the items sold were.

"Lexi, this is a PokeMart: this is basically like a store that sells Pokemon stuff here like Potions, Revives, Antidotes, and other things. They even sell things for people too like clothes, backpacks AND what we are looking for: swimsuits."

While my brother went to pick out swimsuits for us I wandered around the store, looking for things I might be interested in. Lucas called me over to try on a swimsuit he picked out for me....though I didn't like how it looked. I ignored him because I was too occupied by the snowflake seals that I LOVED: I was DEFINIETELY going to get them once I was a coordinator.

"Hey Lexi, come on I have something for you to try on." Lucas nagged me.

"I don't like it: I want to pick out my own, I'm not a little kid anymore Bub!"

"Well, I picked out mine and I was going to check out soon so...hurry it up then." He said, walking to the counter: Buboo has money? Since when?!

"Wait, YOU have money? When did THAT happen?"

"Since I became a trainer...and I got my own trainer card." He said, putting the trunks he got on the counter: they were all black with a red Pokeball symbol covering half of one of the legs....pretty good in my opinion. I walked over to where the swimsuit were and saw a swimsuit that had a Buneary on it.

"Aw, this is SO cute!" I said, taking it into a changing room and trying it on: it fit...but also had some room left: I could grow into it along the way. I came out with it in my hands and placed it on the counter, waiting for Lucas to bring out his money.

"Um...Buboo: aren't you going to bring out the money?"

"Oh, right: forgot." He said taking out a device that I ASSUMED was his PokeDex: it was dark blue with black lining. He gave it to the clerk and he attached a wire to the side; a few second later and he gave it back to Lucas and handed us both the swimsuits.

"Wait: THAT'S where you keep your money, in your PokeDex?" I asked, not sure if that was true; he nodded, laughing a bit.

"Alexis Trell, you have a LOT to learn if you are going to become a trainer.....or a coordinator in your case." He said, having an arm around my shoulder. I shrugged it off: I don't like it when he uses my full name.

(Normal POV)

The two siblings decided to change into their swimsuits so they wouldn't have to when the others came: Lucas got a black golf tee to go with his trunks while Lexi got some cut-off jean shorts to go with her one-piece. They walked out and made their way back to the waiting Pokemon, where Lucario was waiting patiently......but Flygon was flying around the sky like a vulture.

"Hey guys, sorry we took so long: LEXI here wanted to browse around the store since she's still SO new to Sinnoh."

"True...but I can't help but worry for you: I can't help but always be with you Lucas." Lucario said, hugging Lucas; the trainer hugged back, loving the warmth of his mate. Lucas's sister just looked away; knowing they would kiss soon....they didn't though: there would ALWAYS be time for that.

"You can turn back around Lexi: me and Lu aren't kissing." Lucario said, now knowing why Lucas was OH so enthusiastic with Emily being on the team.

"Sorry: I just need some time to get used to you two being a couple." She said, feeling kinda guilty.

"Don't be sorry, we know how you feel. Now, let's get in the water: I'm sweating like a Grumpig." Lucas said, wiping some sweat of his forehead. Everyone nodded and they all headed to the water; Lucario jumped right in, Lucas stripped off the shirt and threw it by the tree before doing a cannon ball, Emily took off the shorts and dived into the water, Flygon just landed and lied down under the shade of tree. The three just swam under the sun, glad to have some coolness. The Dragon-type just basked there; trying to sleep....but couldn't since the others were having some sort of splash fight.

"Ah! Hey, no fair!"

"Sorry Lukey: gonna have to do better than that!"

"Lexi, can you help?!"

"Nope! Sorry Lucario!"

Flygon just shrugged and continued in trying to nap, thinking that maybe he could learn to try and like Lexi: she seemed really nice.....maybe even try to convince Lucas to lend him to her since she's just starting out.

"Yeah, Lucas can't say no to me being Lexi's temporary Pokemon until she gets her own. I'd listen to her no questions asked" He said to himself: he thought that if he couldn't have Lucas.....then maybe he can be best friends with his sister: next best thing in his opinion. So he made his decision: he would ask to be Lexi's temporary starter Pokémon until she gets one of her own.
