Neko girl
The halls of the school were barren at the time that Kanitha walked through, her school books clutched up in her arms. She looked down at the titles before reaching her locker, Science, Math, and History, she?s just come from history, so she spun her locker combination in and swung the door open, sticking that book in there, along with her math book and kept her Science book in her paw like hand. Her long tail swayed to one side as she adjusted her shoulder bag a bit, and perked up her ears, as the bell toned to signal the end of 5th period, which marked the time to go to lunch. She carried of her book and bag, slamming her locker shut and spinning the lock, heading in the direction of the cafeteria.
She felt bored and restless as her paw like feet moved swiftly across the tiled floor with her elegant catlike grace. The halls filled with teens of other species as she reached the heavy metal doors. She pulled them open and stepped I, grabbing her lunch for that day, the regular old School food crap, and paid for it, then walked outside to her and her friends regular hang out spot. Half of her friends were away on a trip with on of their classes, so it would probably just be her and the new guy.
She brushed as strand of her short red hair away from her perfectly shaped catlike face. Students began to filter out of the of various exits into the ?court yard? of the school, as Kanitha liked to refer to it as, otherwise known as the amphitheater. She nibbled at her food until she heard footsteps approaching her. She looked up from her gaze, which had been focused on nothing to see a dark furred boy, with black cat-lick ears and a tail like hers. His paw like hands were covered in black fur and his eyes were a deep Green. Kanitha met his eyes with her own shimmering purple eyes but quickly dropped her gaze again.
?Hello Kanitha,? he said in his soothing voice, that had a slightly growl behind it, as most of the neko like people did. Kanitha looked up to him again.
?Hello? Zethanial was it?? She said in reply, her head angling off to the side. He smiled in Reply and Gave a slight nod.
?You can call me Zeth if you want,? He replied. She gave a slight shrug, allowing her eyes to sweep over his features before returning her lunch plate as she took in another bite. Zeth sat down at the Table, watching Kanitha?s Profile, and shifted his eyes elsewhere when she looked up. She had always admired her looks from the other side of the group, he didn?t know if she ever paid any attention to him. And didn?t really want to know, either way would seem word to him. It already seemed awkward.
Kanitha looked up her Grey fur smooth all over her body, and her gothic look mimicked by few on campus, she and her friends were the only Goths, and Zeth was a cause to a guy friend of hers, named Damon. She?d spoken to him about Zeth before. Damon had told her Zeth had spoken of her a few times before, asking him if Kanitha was single and what-not. She found it kind of flattering, yet weird. She hadn?t actually spoken to him one on one before, he was kind of cute though. She tilted her head to the side as she looked at him, wondering if she should bring up her past conversations with Damon. She was after all extremely bored.
?Alright Zeth? I don?t really talk to you much do I?? Kanitha asked, perking a brow as she examined him, this time, her eyes not wondering as much.
?No not really? Though I wouldn?t mind talking to you more,? He said. Damn it? he though, I?m always to freaking open.
?Oh? Damon has told me a few things? Kanitha said. Zeth Froze, no if his furr hadn?t been black he might have looked utterly Pale.
?Like what?? He asked, trying not to let his voice shake, he?s said a lot of things to his cousin, in both admiration and lust.
?Oh?. I?m sure you know,? she said giving a wink. She herself had kind of fancied him from afar as well, and right now she was feeling very bored and lonely, and Playful, being the cat she was. She?s heard both stories of admiration and lust, because Damon had been trying to get her with him for a while now. And she was beginning to see it might not be that bad of a thought. She moved her foot to rub against his lightly. His eyes widening slightly as she did so. Then his catlike lips formed a smirk. Under the table, his tail moved to her ankle and gently brushed upward on her leg, she swayed her tail under the table and wrapped it around his.
?What do you say we ditch next period?? Zeth asked her, glancing down at his watch, ?we?re only supposed to be in class for 5 minutes before we go to a rally in the larger gym anyways. The two talked and flirted as they finished up the rest of their lunch. Shortly after the Bell rang, and they got up and headed around the back of the building toward Zeth?s Car? No one would be looking right now, all the teachers had to worry about the students coming in from lunch, and there was too much comotion going on to be able to tell. They decided to go to Seth?s house, because his parents were out of town, so there was no way they would come home early for any reason. Seth pulled the car into the garage and looked over at her, she smiled cutely and opened the car door, stepping out, and turning to look at him, he got out of the car as well, and looked to the garage door as it fineshed shutting. He walked around the car and opened the door to the interior of the house. She followed him in, and noticed it smelt like insence in here. It was a comforting smell. He walked over to the fridge and grabbed out to cans of soda and handed her one. She grinned as she opened to can and took a sip.
