"No sir the owners must have help her escape before we got there" One of the Weavile said
"And how's idea wasn't too burn down that Ophanage and ending up attacting unwanted attention from the Local Police?"
Another Weavile "But Lord Kaoh he said leave no witness"
"Ture Lord Kaoh did say that but those other brats are still alive one of may have seen you Idiots!"
Another Weavile "S-sir claim down I sudjected that we shoot them all down made it look like another Gangland shooting or a robberly gone wrong"
The unknown Figure turned around "No matter that Shaymin Brat can't have gone far go fine her and don't let anyone see, if that happine you 3 are to kill them is that clear?"
"Yes sir"
The next day at the Raikou Home everyone is are sitting down at breakfast when they hear a knocking at the window

Brad answered "That's right it related to the Ophanage being sent on fire so me, Rider and Flora are home today"

Flora turned around and see who it was "Hey isn't that the same Normal Pikachu Mom an Dad saw when they first moved in to this house when Brad was a baby?"
Brad gets up from his seat and went over to the window "You're it her" Brad open the window "What's wrong did your mate get hurt?"
"Raichu" a Male Raichu pointed to a 6 year old Shaymin-Girl with a star on her forehead laying on the ground with two regular Pichu
Outside Brad and Christina brought the Shaymin-Girl inside into the living room, 8 minutes later the Shaymin-Girl began to wake up "Where I am?"
The Shaymin-Girl sat up when Brad walked back into the living room "You're awake, It's a thing that Pikachu and Raichu my parents allow to stay near our home found you, and way I'm Brad Raikou"
"I don't have a name, I don't remember how to got into the city"
Christina "You must have lost some of your memory did something happine lately?"
"Nope"
Flora walked in and the Shaymin-Girl a glass of orange juice "You we save you some of the orange juice we had left over"
"Thank you" The Shaymin-Girl the glass of prange juice
"Brad you should take to see Dad maybe someone help her fine her parents or Guardian" Flora said
"Okay as soon as she get something to eat I'll head into the city" Brad said
Later on Brad and Christina went into the city by bus on their way to the Police Station downtown, Now at the Neon City Shopping center the two ran into Ken "Brad who's the Shaymin-Girl?"
"She ended up by my house, Christina and I are taking to see my Dad at the Polcie Station hopfully someone reconize her" Brad expained
"So she has Amnesia or something?" Ken asked
"I don't think a something must has happine that caused her to lose a large Portion of her memory

From across the when a Pokemorph Weavile in a Black Suit gets on his Android Phone "I spotted her, Block all entances going in and out of the Shopping center"
Just then the two Weavile walked up to the group and one of them pulled out a gun at the group "You, Raichu we'll be taking her now"
Brad turned around "You two know and what's with that Guns?" Sceared the Shaymin-Girl hid behind Christina
"I know you guys, You're with the Street Gang of Weavile from L.A you guys do Drug Trades and Illiegal Weapons sales not kidnapping kids unless she belong to som rich people" Ken said
"The Star Child don't belong to some Rich Couple"
"Star Child?" Brad said
"But that's a 800 year old Urban Legend it can't be ture" Christina said
The 2nd Weavile pulled out a Purple colored energy sword "You see that Star on her forehead that means she's living proof that the 800 year old Urban Legend is ture"

One of the Weavile charge at Christina but Brad kicks him in the rib cage sending him into a wall somewhere "I don't what's makes you think that a 800 year old Urban Legend is real but I'll be damn before I allow you to lay a hand on this Shaymin-Girl"
"Come let's get this Ginger headed Raichu and the Plusle!!" Just then a Gun shot struck the Weavile thug in his forehead and went out the back of his head
"How about we even the adds here" The Weavile look around and see a Female Raichu with Pruplish Blue hair holding a laser Gun which just been fired
"Emily Voltage of the Pokemon Special Forces, how did you get pass the Blockade?"
"If you're talking about those Arbok Nagas I quicky gun them guys down so you L.A Street Punks are now restoring to Terriorsim"
"Wait a a sec did you say Pokemon Special Forces?" Brad asked
Emily said "I'll expained later but first we cannot allow these Thugs to take the Star Child"

"Kill them!"
Brad unleashes a wave of lightning energy along the ground "Lightning Flash!!" the wave of Lightning hit 3 Weavile stuning them in their tracks, Ken jumps at one of the Weavile send out a palm strike slamming the guy into the sidewalk
"Kosouranshoubu!!"
"Shit someone call in the shock troops!"
One Shock Troop came out and attacks Brad blocks the attack with his Cyber sword both fighters clash their blades Sparks few into the air, Brad ran his sword throught the Shock Trooper's chest and he went down
The Weavile orders the Shock Troops to attack, one them held out his left arm and fires 5 plasma shots
"Defensive Type #5 Honorguard!!" Emily forms a barrier around her
Brad's entire tail glows white "Iron Tail!!" Brad's attack blows away half of the Weavile and Shock Troops
"Damn these guys are a force of Nature! We wasn't expecting anyone other then the Pokemon Special Forces to be protecting the Star Child, I got to inform the Boss" Brad grabs the fleeing Weavile of the back of his shirt

"Hold it" Brad pins the Weavile on the ground "You guys must be the one who set the Ophanage on fire the other day, I am handing your over to Police"
But then the Weavile takea Capsule and ate it afterward his mouth started to form and his eyes rolled back
"What was in the Capsule Chianti?" Brad asked
"It's a Acid Capsule" Emily expained "All who serve Kaoh are to take this capsule in the event they captured by a enemy, Once consumed the Acid turned every interal Organs into mush"
"So this Weavile decided to kill himself, And how the hell is this Kaoh you're talking about" Ken asked
"You 3 need to follow me" Emily lead the way
Emily lean everyone to a Secret Base deep within the mountain side inside it looks like the inside of a Space Station similair to the Star Trek TV Series
Ken asked "Okay Raichu Chick what in this Place a set for the new Star Trek movie or another TV Series"
Emily said "No it's not this is Secret HQ of the Pokemon Special Forces"
"Upon that, My Grandfather Cylie Raikou was a Commander of the Kento Region Unit I have no idea it still active until now" Brad said
"You're Cylie Raikou's Grandson? As for you question the P.S.F has always been active now in days each unit in all 5 Regions Operate in secret" Emily said
"So you know why the 69 Weavile Gang from Los Angles are after this Shaymin-Girl she's only a child" Christina said
"And what delusions would mean them think that a 800 year old Urban Legend is real?" Ken asked
"The Leaders of the 69 Weavile Gang have summited to the Warlord Kaoh also known as Kamui the Destroyer" Emily said "He learned that the 800 year old Urban Legend has some truth in it and this Shaymin-Girl who's name is Plura is one of the Star Childern"
"Plura? That's my name?" Plura started to remember
"I can understand that what happine to the Ophanage shocked you into losing half of your memories but it'll slowly come back to you" Emily said
Brad said "Emily if the 69 Weavile Gang are invoved with this Kaoh character then we need to inform the Neido Royal Guard, The Local Police won't be able to handle them alone"
"But that's where's the P.S.F you may not know but this where we come in" Emily said
"Still Brad need to tell his father who is a Detective of the Neon City PD about what happine" Christina said when a male Espeon taps on her shoulder and Ken grabs his arm
"Hold back off Espeon this Leafeon is taken by the Raichu here"
"Take it easy there I'm not trying to steal someone eise Mate, Anyway my name Draven I'm one of the guys who help keep this base going 24/7" Draven turned toward Brad "Brad Raikou, You don't have to worry about haveing to inform your father about anything I already send in a report to the Polcie Station and the incident inside the Shopping Center have been worte off as an another Gangland Conflict between two rival gang members"
"When did you had time to do all of thing?" Brad asked
Darven responed "The moment I hear about the Ophanage being burned down on the News"
"What about Plura? Those thugs could still be after her" Brad said when a Male Pidgeot with wings on his back flew in from a opening on the roof
"You don't have to worry about Plura she'll be safe inside our base"
"Hey aren't the captain of the Neido Royal Guard?" Brad asked
"Yes I'm also in charge of these base the Young Prince is aware of Kaoh's Movements and requested that I be in charge of the Neon City base"
"Alright then" Brad said
"Before you go I wish to give you these Key Cards they are designed to allow you to return here when ineeded"
"Thanks, Plura we'll come back here after School" Brad said
As Brad, Ken and Christina leave the Captain began to think about something
"Raikou? That's name of Clavis Raikou one of the 10 Heroes of the 800 year old Pokemon-Team Rocket War could he be Clavis' Descendent?"
