Kiara's diaper discipline

The reason I used only there names and did not describe the characters is cause I wanted to leave it up to the reader if they are anthro or non-anthro and use some other means to change the diapers.
Also constructive criticism is ok and nice comments are too. But if I see one negative comment I will take this story down. I am writing for myself and I don't need to post these online. Anyways on with the story.

Now Kiara your mother and I have decided on a punishment for you, because you went into the outlands when I told you not to. You will wear diapers until we tell you that you can stop wearing them. Simba said as he gestured towards a multi colored package.
What is that? Kiara asked.
These are called diapers, you wear them on your butt. Simba replied as he opened the package.
Ok but what if I need to pee or poop? Kiara asked with a quiver in her throat.
Well, Simba smiled you do that in the diaper and your mother or I will take off the old diaper and put on a new one that is called getting changed or diapering. Simba replied.
Dad I .... Kiara fumbled for words.
Just then Nala spoke up.
Kiara it will be fine we love you and only want what is best for you. Nala cooed
Kiara followed her parents to the back of the cave where everything else was set up in a corner for her changes. Nala nosed Kiara and she laid down on her back on the floor. Simba began to put the diaper on Kiara. When the diaper was under her butt he spread some cream around her tail hole. Kiara shivered at the coldness of the cream.
Its alright Kiara, That is just something to help make diaper changes easier. Nala reassured her daughter.
Simba finished taping up the diaper and told Kiara to go play and if she peed or pooped to come see him to get changed.

Daddy Daddy Kiara exclaimed.
Yes? Kiara did you need something? Simba asked coming to the front of the cave onto pride rock.
Kiara blushed I was playing and my tummy felt weird then I started to pee I tried to stop it but I was doing it on my own. Once I was done I played a little bit longer but my tummy felt weird again and gurgled a little, then I felt a pressure and my tail hole expanded and I pooped. Kiara said gasping for breath she was talking a mile a minute.
Simba reassured his daughter that everything would be ok and told her to follow him to the back of the cave. Kiara did as instructed. Kiara laid down and winced at the fact that her poop squished around her butt cause she could not help putting weight on the diaper when she laid down. Simba began changing Kiara's diaper and the smell of poop filled the air. Secretly Simba was hoping that his daughter would get into trouble. Ever since he got into trouble as a kid and his parents had him wear diapers he had developed a diaper fetish.
Kiara since we have a little bit of time while I am changing your diaper. I would like to share a story with you. Simba requested.
Sure. Kiara replied.
Simba told Kiara about the time he and Nala went to the elephant graveyard and how his father decreed that both of them would be disciplined by wearing diapers.
Boy we sure do smell but I think you smell worse. Simba told Nala.
No I Think you smell worse. Nala replied and smiled at Simba.
They continued talking until they reached the entrance to the cave on pride rock. Nala found Sarafina and the three of them went to the back of the cave where the changing supplies were. Simba's uncle Scar meet them at the changing station.
Hey were is my dad I have to be changed? Simba asked
Your dad is away on the borders of our land negotiating with our neighbors. He told me that I would be in charge of changing you. Scar replied.
Sarafina if you don't mind may I change simba first I have an important date to go to? Scar asked.
Darn, I was going to ask you the same thing I have to go meet Allers to get this months alimony meat. Sarafina replied
I still cant believe that lion married you, fathered Nala and then wanted a divorce. Scar exclaimed.
Yeah tell me about it. Sarafina said.
So who is this date you are meeting tonight scar? Sarafina asked.
Oh just a tiger from India. He seems real wild. Scar replied giggling a little.
So how do you want to do this change? Sarafina asked.
Well what I was thinking, we could do is lay them head to paw. So Simba's head would be near Nala's feet and vise-versa. Scar added
Sarafina agreed and so the cubs were changed that way with complaints coming from both Simba and Nala. Unknown to both Simba and Nala this diaper change and to a lesser extend the whole discipline would develop into a fetish years later into adult hood. When the change was over and both cubs re-diapered. Simba went to Scar and asked why Nala did not have a penis. Nala asked the same of her mother. Both lions looked at each other their mouths a little a gasp.

Simba finished the story as he was finishing with the change. He helped Kiara up.
Say daddy what was that stuff you put on my when you first diapered me? Kiara inquired.
Oh that was some medicine to help you pee and poop, it made it so you cant control your bowels or bladder. It will wear off in around six cycles of the moon and we might put more on depending on how you behave. Simba answered.
Kiara nodded her head in understanding and acted a little unsure. But in truth she loved it and in about six cycles of the moon would just have to do something else to still be in diapers.
