This story is basically the outlet of my deepest nerdiness, and thus contains sexual scenes as well as superhuman abilities. Just to warn you, there will be just as much action as there is yiff in this story, if not more. It is based on the ridiculously eventful story of my time with my amazing partner, with a few fictitious scenes here and there to either simplify or add depth. I hope you like it and be sure to fav if you do! Also, this is an adult story, so exit the page if you're under 18 or just don't like this sort of thing. Thanks for reading!!

It had been a long day for Travis Silver, and life showed no signs of leniency as the sky grew dark and night fell. Although his shift at the store was over for the day and he was almost home, his splitting headache, sinus drainage, and sore throat made just sitting and breathing a difficult task. He sighed, pulling into the driveway and stumbling out of his car. Though he felt like frozen hell with a cherry on top, he attempted to act healthy so as to not draw any attention. Not to mention, a Labrador like himself was tougher than a little cold, or whatever this was.

He put on a facade of healthiness and walked in his parents' house, which was still home to him. Travis's mom, a yellow lab like himself, was sitting on the couch watching TV. His dad, a black lab, was in the kitchen cooking dinner. Not the typical American family.

Travis's mom barely averted her eyes from the screen to say "Hey" when he walked in, so he replied briefly and made his way to the kitchen. He sifted through the medicine cabinet beside the sink and found the cold medicine, popped a couple, and waved at his dad.

"Don't tell your mom," his dad muttered.

Travis grinned. "That's the idea." Given the fact that his mom was a nurse, letting her know that he even suspected that he was sick would result in all-night home medical care, which often seemed like overkill. If he wasn't better by morning, he would go to the doctor.

He quickly scarfed some homemade mashed potatoes and licked his chops clean, nodding at his dad as if to say "thanks for the food", and heading down the hall into his room. Travis closed and locked the door behind himself as he thought, 'Maybe I have enough time before the drugs kick in....' He slipped off his shirt, eyeing himself in the mirror on the backside of his door. 'Not bad', he thought. The near-white color of his fur only served to accentuate his already defined body. Though somewhat on the thinner side, Travis's muscles were toned, boasting a six-pack, nice arms and legs, and a solid chest. He felt somewhat full of himself when his own reflection turned him on just a bit.

He reached for his bedside table just a few feet to the right and grabbed the thermometer, slipping it under his tongue. He then returned his attention to his own reflection, to the body he had been working on for the past six months, and grinned past the electronic thermometer hanging from his lips. He reached into his pants, grabbing his half-hard dick, and.....

The thermometer began to beep. He withdrew his hand from his boxers and pulled the device from his mouth. It read..... 103.4!

Travis winced. 'Okay, time for bed'. He dropped his jeans to the ground, walked over to his bed, and dropped, not to think another thought until morning.

"Shiiiiiit...." Travis mumbled to himself as he forced himself to roll out of bed and onto his feet despite a kingly headache. The clock on the nightstand read 10:13, and yet he still felt deserving of another several hours of nap time. However, the concept of getting some shots and feeling better all-around was a much more appealing idea. Not bothering to put on a shirt or pants, he stumbled his way to the bathroom, nudged the door shut behind himself, and dropped his boxers. Morning wood was still in effect; the seven-incher simply jumped at being released from its cloth cage. Not bothering to study himself this time, he stepped into the shower. Had to stay clean in case he met any hot guys today, of course.

And that same subject had been on his mind for years. He was gay, there was no avoiding it, and he had still never had sex, not even kissed another man. His family was Christian and so was he; not as conservative or pushy as most, but faithful. Over the years, Travis had become a more liberal one, if only due to his nature from birth. It was more or less a necessity.

About an hour passed and Travis was finally at the clinic that his dad had recommended dressed in jeans and a tight, red t-shirt which complimented his build quite well. The place must have been having a slow day; hardly anyone was here.

"Your name, sir?" the collie receptionist asked from behind the sliding window, almost making him jump.

"Travis Silver." he flashed a smile, showing off pearly-white canine teeth.

She gave him a flirty once-over and grinned. "Just one moment, sir. You can take a seat."

He probably blushed. It always embarrassed him with a girl would flirt with him, since he was expected to flirt back but really didn't care to.

Travis had hardly made it to his seat when he heard his name called from across the room.

"Travis?" a deep, sexy male voice rang from an open door just beside the reception desk.

Travis looked up to meet eyes with a..... 'Damn'. It was a black-and-white Siberian husky, built like a god with muscles bulging through tight, black scrubs. The "V" of his top allowed just a little chest fur to fluff through. And those eyes. Those glowing, piercing, ice-blue eyes.

What. A. Dog.

Travis snapped to just in time to avoid a potential 'WTF are you staring at' glare. "Yeah, that's me." He stood and walked toward the husky. No need to get all hot and bothered anyway, the likelihood that the hottest beast he'd seen all - well, in a really long time - was gay, would be slim to none.

"Right this way, bud." the husky had no lisp, no sharp "s" or accents to denote that he was the slightest bit feminine. There was no way this dude was....

Travis had to double-take. Was this guy just.... checking him out?

"Here's your room." He motioned to the door that Travis had not noticed until now.

"Thanks." Travis smiled, but not too flirtatiously. He walked in and followed the husky's motion to take a seat. "My name's Travis." he blurted abruptly and awkwardly, in an attempt to connect with the sexy medical assistant. Damn home-schooling. Why couldn't he be more social!

"I know, it was on your file." The man flashed a charming smile, making eye-contact with Travis. "I'm Connor." He closed the door behind them.

A pit swelled in Travis's stomach at the fact that they were alone. "N-nice to meet you, Connor." He tried to stop checking the husky out, so as to prevent his boxers from getting any tighter.

Connor tilted his head and smirked. "You seem nervous. What's been ailing ya'?"

Travis felt compelled to smile back, this guy was infectious. "Well, headache, sinus crap, occasional coughing, fever, uhhh..." He trailed off. Had he just said 'sinus crap'?

Connor jotted notes on a clip-board, nodding silently. "Okay, bud. I'll go turn these in; doc should swing by in a couple minutes." He opened the door to leave, then glanced back, grinning and meeting Travis's amber eyes with his ice-blues. "Take care."

As soon as the door closed, the yellow lab slumped in his seat. When was the last time a guy had done that to him?

Never.

About fifteen minutes later, Travis stepped out of the clinic, rubbing his arm where the nurse had given him the shot. He had quickly searched around the clinic to see Connor before leaving, but there was no sign of him. Oh well. If it was destiny, maybe they would cross paths again.

"Hey sexy," spoke a familiar voice from the right.

Travis knew it couldn't be... But it was. There Connor stood, propped against the brick wall of the clinic adjacent to Travis's car. And he had just called him sexy. "Uhhhhhhh..... Uhm..."

"Hah! Why're you so shy? Ya know, hot guys like you should be used to being flirted with. Especially since you were the one who checked me out first." Still he maintained that grin, displaying razor-sharp teeth. Hot.

Travis blushed. "You could tell just by that?"

"Of course. Homo's like myself are trained to pick up on these things," Connor remarked sarcastically.

Travis laughed. "Guess I missed the memo." He was quickly becoming more comfortable around this guy. Faster than he was normally even able to make regular friends. And suddenly a bold notion struck him. "Hey, do you maybe wanna go... Like...."

"Pasta Garden at 6 tonight?" Connor completed the question.

Travis smiled, still blushing. "Sounds perfect."

Connor nodded. "It's a date. Well then," he extended a hand in a classic American fashion. "Nice to meet you, Travis."

Travis nodded and took his hand. What a firm grip, and.... his entire arm suddenly became warm. It felt good. The sensation extended into his body, warmth and comfort, like a massage but inside his bones and muscles somehow. He shook off the feeling, chalked it up to destiny like everything else about this guy, and released his hand. Maybe the medicine had just taken effect or something, because he felt 100% better all of a sudden. No. Medicine couldn't do that. 'What the hell just happened...?' he thought to himself.

Connor flashed one more bright grin. "Get better before tonight!" He winked and disappeared back into the clinic.

The remainder of the day flew by as Travis daydreamed about his new instant crush. He tried to act like a man - one with balls - and *not* obsess over some random guy like this, but this sort of thing had never happened to him. Especially not on this level.

Just like the day, the dinner date at Pasta Garden passed by in an exciting blur. The two easily agreed on calamari as an appetizer and both ordered shrimp alfredo. By the time they had finished, it had grown dark outside and Travis assumed that the date was over. They walked outside, still conversing the basics about each other and finding new similarities every minute. The date had been fantastic.

Connor led the way as they walked to their vehicles in the shopping center parking lot. "So where do you work?" he asked.

The question made Travis want to lose his pasta. It was the kicker of any conversation with a potential boyfriend, and Connor had already noticed his hesitation. Travis pointed across the parking lot to a store adorned with red letters reading "Jesus R Us". He sighed.

Connor looked at the store, then Travis back at the store, and back at Travis. "You work at the Christian bookstore?"

The lab nodded silently, expecting a biting remark about being a hypocrite or something to that effect. He wasn't ashamed of his faith, just like he wasn't ashamed of being gay. Being a walking paradox made everyday life more interesting. But when it came to dates with guys that he actually had some hope in (which, thus far, this was the first of), he was still very cautious.

"Well that's cool. I've been in there a few times myself!"

Travis sighed in relief, making eye contact with the beautiful husky once again.

"You must not have been workin' those days though; I'd have definitely remembered that handsome face," he grinned and gave Travis a wink.

Travis blushed again, something he did uncontrollably and quite often. "Thanks." He smiled. Gah, this guy made him feel like a million bucks! "Well then, guess I'd better..."

"Will you go with me to the lake?" Connor interrupted, pointing to his red Jeep. Sexy.

Travis hadn't been expecting to go anywhere else, and wasn't much for spur-the-moment trips like this. "Well..."

"You can ride with me." Connor posed the statement as persuasively as possible, in a gentle and kind voice.

To hell with inhibitions. This was the chance of a lifetime. "Sure, let's go!"

Sure enough, the half-hour drive to the lake produced even more interesting conversation between the two. As it turned out, Connor was a black-belt and was proficient in kendo, having entered tournaments in the past, all things that Travis had always wanted to do.

"Maybe you can teach me one day!" Travis blurted before thinking about the insinuations of his words. Who knew whether Connor would even talk to him after the first date?

The husky smirked. "I'm sure we'll have plenty of time." He gently applied brakes and turned left into a small parking lot, stopping close to the grass.

Travis noticed the reflections of lights on the lake ahead as they both stepped out of the Jeep. "Beautiful sight."

Connor gave him another wink. "Follow me." He took Travis' hand and led him to a cluster of rocks by the shore, out of view of the lights of the parking lot.

Travis took a seat on one of the large rocks, Connor rested beside him. No one else was around, just the two of them. "I love water. Always wanted to live on a lake or at the beach," the lab thought out loud.

Connor laughed. "Another thing we have in common."

The two remained silent for a few minutes, just sitting, watching the water, holding hands, until Travis turned his head to meet Connor's eyes. "You know... I've never kissed anyone before."

Connor raised an eyebrow. "What? You're twenty-one years old and you've never been kissed?"

Travis gave a half-smile. "Just never found the right guy. Wanted it to be special, ya know?"

Now was Connor's turn to feel awkward. "I see. That's understandable." his grin faded.

Travis felt emboldened. He reached over and placed his fingers on the bottom of the husky's chin, gently turning his head so that they faced each other. The yellow lab leaned in, moving his hand to rest on Connor's muscular thigh, and met the husky's lips with his own.

Connor met the kiss with a hand to Travis' shoulder, pulling him closer and grabbing him around the waist. There was no tongue involved, just a tender kiss, which Travis would swear lit up the sky with a fireworks show. The two maintained the kiss for a solid five minutes before Connor finally pulled away, grabbing Travis' hand. "Any more of that and I'll have to take your pants off right here."

Travis laughed louder than he thought, currently floating on cloud nine. The butterflies in his stomach wouldn't mind their own business, and his cock was already hard as a metal pipe. He made no effort to hide its visibility through his jeans. They both laughed again; it seemed contagious.

"I have a question," Travis strained to speak with a more level head than he actually had at the moment. He had been dodging this topic all night. "When we shook hands at the clinic this morning... Did you, like... Do something to me?" He shook his head, realizing how unclear and preposterous the question sounded.

Connor tilted his head, visibly surprised. "Wait, you mean.... You actually felt that?"

Travis' eyes widened. He couldn't think of a reply. Of course he had felt it! "You touched me, and I felt better. Hell, I felt better than before I was sick! What happened?" He tried not to let his mind wander too far into the "miracle" topic.

Connor didn't seem to sure how to respond. "I didn't think you would actually feel what I did. But - how to put this - I... healed you. So that I could take you on our date tonight." He stopped to let the statement sink in.

Travis was speechless. He hadn't expected any such claim. But what had he expected? It was the only explanation, yet so impossible. "Are you an angel?"

Connor smirked, trying not to laugh, but couldn't help it. "Ahahahahaha! Nope, 'fraid not. I'm human. Just... an abnormal variety."

Travis couldn't decide whether to be excited or afraid. He had never heard of any REAL individuals with abilities like this. But at the same time, he knew that such things just had to exist. "So you heal people? How many others are there like you? What else can you do? Can you teach me? Why did you..."

"Whoa, whoa. One question at a time. I'm a shitty multi-tasker. So uhhh, I can do more than just heal people, there are thousands like me, healing is one of my specialties, and," His ears drooped just a bit. "I might already care for you too much to teach you."

Travis wasn't sure what to think about that. "Well what's the danger in teaching me?"

Connor sighed, pulling Travis' hand closer and holding it with both of his own. "Tell ya what: let's head back to your car and I'll drop you off there. I didn't mean to get into this topic so soon. Let's talk about it later."

Travis stared into the husky's eyes for a whole minute before responding. "Okay, I understand. But tell me one thing. Why were you surprised that I felt you heal me?"

Connor stood, helping the lab to his feet. "Because only people who have power of their own can feel my magic."
