My Cell

I wrote this poem back in 2009-2010 when I was really sad and depressed. Feeling better now but I think that this is one of my best works.

Blackness blackness all around

in this pit to which I am bound

no one here to understand me

no one here to stand by me

the day may come when my life may end

and still I will yearn for a friend.
