With solid recoveries ahead, the gang works things out of their systems...

Hey fellow furs! Apologies for the delay from my normal pace recently. I went home foor a weekend because of an issue in my family. Anyway, I'm back at things again and I have yet another set of ideas that I decided to split into two parts. Sorry if the sexy bits are a tad short this time around, but there's a lot of transitioning and whatnot happening so it's only opening up for more in the immediate future. :3

"Mmm... How's the book hon?"

"Oh, hey lover," Robyn grinned as she put down her book and slid onto her back in Ilaria's bed. "Have a good nap?"

"Warm and full of scantily clad squirrel," Ari fired right back with a large smile.

"Oh was it now?" Robyn carefully snuggled Ari's arm and pulled in for a deep kiss. "I swear, only three days without sex and you're this horny?"

Ari nuzzled the squirrel's cheek and reached that arm over towards her thigh. "I'm not THAT bad. You're just here teasing me..."

Robyn raised an eyebrow at her and gently removed her invading paw. "No means no, Ottah. Not even for me. I'm not risking us getting too active and ripping your stitches." Looking down at a glowing orange spot in the sheets she then sat up and added, "Besides, looks like you already had some fun in that dream of yours."

"Huh, didn't know I could do that in my sleep..." Ari pulled up the sheets but couldn't really bend to look at the damage. "Aww, I was wearing a nice pair too."

"Baking soda, hon. Takes it right out." Robyn squeaked playfully as she flipped around and dove under the covers. "I'll get a fresh..." She pulled down the panties and looked at her soaked paw. "...well, everything I guess."

»Bzzt-Bzzt!«

"Oh, shit... That's Yoyo." Ari tried her nightstand but had no luck. "Where's my phone?"

Walking over to the bathroom to place the gooed panties in the sink Robyn looked back and answered, "Pants, on the floor. Gimme a sec."

»Bzzt-Bzzt!«

"Ah, here you go Ottah," she mentioned as she jogged over and grabbed the phone. "I'll get some sheets, yeah?"

With a smile and nod, Ilaria slid the lock on her phone and put it to her ear. "Hello?" She fought the urge to sit up for the call and just closed her eyes. "What? I thought you guys cleaned up all the mess you made... Nah, if it's just some glass leave it. We'll get it later..."

Yanking off the covers with a few large motions Robyn whispered, "Everything alright?"

"Yeah," Ari whispered back with her paw over the mic. Going back to the call she said, "Well you should have written down what he said, dummy... Magnet programming thingy?..." She dropped her head into her pillow and stared at the ceiling in thought. "Oh, right! That's one of my toys... Magnetic impulse ordinance programmer. Right wall from the back door, third shelf in the far corner..."

"Wow, guess you were right about wearing a condom to sleep," Robyn giggled as she wiped up the mess with a towel. "I think I'll let you do that next time, haha."

Ari just shook her head and joined in with the giggling as she waited on Yoyo. "Okay, got it? Great, now grab my tablet at the desk by the door and come home. Dee sounded like he really needed that stuff." Then with a kiss on the device's screen Ari said, "Love you too, bro. See you soon," and hung up the call.

"I still can't believe you two are that close." Robyn threw a cool sheet over the bed and Ilaria, walking around to re-join the otter saying, "I mean, most furs grow out of that at some point."

»Bee-Beep!«

"Twenty some-odd years and you still don't get the whole twin thing?" Ari chuckled as she put her phone on the nightstand. "We watch over each other is all."

"Yeah, I'm sure that's all there is to it, hehe. It's cute though," Robyn mentioned as she went in for a quick kiss before backing out the bed again. "Heard the door a second ago. I'll go see who that is, yeah?"

"Yeah, I've been fine for days. I'll be good for two minutes."

The sound of a familiar "Hee heeeee" resonated through the house as the visitor made himself known. There was a bit of friendly chatter going on in the kitchen, Ari's mom likely cleaning up or preparing something to cook on the stove all day. Robyn said a few things and then led Ellie up the stairs with a particularly loud clip-clop sound on the wood flooring.

"Hey Ari!" the cross-dressing otter spouted as he walked through the door to her room in what was revealed to have made that sound as platform heels. "Had a free couple of hours so surprise checkup time! Hee heeeeee..."

"Hi, Ellie. Now could you take those things off before I get wrung out for scuffing up the floor?" Ari retorted.

"Aww, but they make my legs look longer..." Ellie frowned and slipped the shoes off at the door. "Seriously though, how're you holding up?"

"Eh, been sleeping mostly. There's not much pain now at least." Ilaria propped herself up a tad and nodded down to her wrapped chest. "Not being able to take a shower's making these things itch like a bitch though."

"And I've had to bop her for playing with them, too," chuckled Robyn.

"Well I should take a look and change the bandages anyway." Ellie walked over to Ari's side and pulled the covers completely off the girl. "Still fairly white. Not much bleeding then. Let's get these cut... off..." His eyes drifted lower to the area where Ari's right knee and below should have been and pulled back with a sour face. "Eep! Woah!"

"What?" Ari questioned until she followed the little otter's gaze. "Oh, right. Got pinned by a car a year ago." She looked back up to Ellie and smiled. "Guess my prosthetic fooled even a doctor, huh?"

"Uh, yeah. But you should have told me." Ellie looked right back into Ilaria's eyes and clarified, "That's a lot less blood in you than I thought you'd have. It could have been a problem."

"Oh... I didn't think about it that way."

"Can you just change those bandages already so I don't have to hear her complaining about them?" interrupted Robyn, a large grin on her muzzle.

"Right, let me take a look." Ellie leaned forward with a pair of surgical scissors and cut away the bandages along Ilaria's side. Peeling them away from the wound quite gingerly, he peeked at the girl's new implants for a moment and commented, "Wow, the skin's already grafting properly... If you promise not to stretch out your shoulder blades or scratch at this, I think I can leave the bandages off altogether."

"But you said it would be a few weeks before--" Ari started.

"And you've got nanites in your blood that likely make that go faster." Ellie made a gesture to apologize for interrupting and continued, "Quite honestly, I've never seen a job like this heal so completely before either. I don't think there'll be any scars. Lucky..."

"Hear that, Ottah?" Robyn beamed with a smile. "You'll be just like new... Well, but with a chunk o' metal in ya'."

"Yeah, how's this thing look from there?" Ari looked down and tried to imagine the device from another fur's perspective but just couldn't tell from her angle. "It's not too gaudy, is it?"

"Nope! I think it looks pretty," Robyn answered.

"I made it look sort of like a heart, hee heeeeee!" Ellie leaned in closer and gave it one of the pieces a light tap, noting the lack of pain in Ilaria's face. "Hmm, it was glowing like the rest of ya' when we popped it in though. Now you and it are all dim."

"Huh, must be why Yoyo was sent to pick stuff up at the--"

"Did someone call my name?" Iolvin jokingly asked as he popped in the room with some flowers. "Here, sis. Some of these are for you, because I know how much you like being outside."

"Thanks, Yoyo. They're nice." Ilaria pulled on his arm as he placed the flowers on her nightstand and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Guess what? No more itchy bandages!"

"Good, no more whining about them..." Yoyo joked, expecting the little slap he got on his arm for it. "Seriously, good for you though. It's no leg cast but it had to itch all the same."

"Haha, I could swear you were crying over that thing!" laughed Ilaria. "He was fidgeting for months, remember Robyn?"

"Yeah, that was a bit pathetic sometimes. Didn't take long to rehab it with all that swimming though." Robyn perked up and looked to Ari again. "Actually, you're going through rehab fast too, huh?"

"Helps when you're in good shape to start with, I guess." Ari took a look at Ellie standing back against a wall and asked, "What's wrong, Ellie? You're all quiet."

"I... just didn't want to spoil the mood. There's more I've got to tell you two." He slid his eyes over to Robyn and appended, "Actually, you might want to hear it too. It does potentially affect you."

"Uh... yeah, this sounds serious. I'll stay," she answered.

"The surgery took, didn't it?" Yoyo questioned.

"That's not it." Ellie took a deep breath and sat next to Ilaria. "First of all, I'm sorry Ari but I checked out your fertility without asking. That said... It looks like your chances of having pups or giving them to someone are both remote enough to say it won't happen. There's a chance, and given enough time you might get lucky... But yeah, you might want to see a specialist if you plan on having pups. I'm sorry, hon."

"Wait, I'm... Wow..." Ari fell flat on her back and just stared at Robyn, who came to the other side of the bed to console her. "At least we don't have to worry about the other night..." she tried to feign as a modest sense of humor.

"Yeah... but we'll worry about that if we decide to have children, dear..." Robyn whispered as she gave Ilaria a tight hug.

"There's more, guys," Ellie continued. "Yoyo, you guys are more twins than you know. You may look more like a guy, but you're intersex as well. I'd say you're more guy than anything by the hormones levels alone though. However, that imbalance has lowered your chances of having pups too. They're remote, but not as bad as your sister's chances at all. Not that it'll matter much if you're with Dee but I thought you needed to know."

"So... Yeah, that sort of sucks." Yoyo looked to his sister and let out a quick sigh. "For you too, Lulu. I know you've always wanted to start a family..."

"I'll be fine, Yoyo... I just need a bit to let this sink in is all."

Iolvin walked back to the door and grabbed his bag of lab gear, pausing to say, "I've got to talk to Dee now. I'll leave you guys some privacy, okay?"

"Oh, can you carefully remove my sis's bandages too? She's got to be healed about the same," Ellie mentioned as Yoyo crossed into the hallway.

"Yeah, I'll take care of him," he confirmed as he walked off into the other room.

"...So I've got this crap in me, a bum leg, two sexes, and on top of it all I'm impotent?" Ari pouted as she thought about it adding, "And I thought I was a damn freak already."

"Freak? Who the hell said that?" Ellie queried with a stern tone. "Don't ever think that way, hon. You're beautiful."

"That's not true. I'm only pretty until you find out more about me..."

"Ottah, Ellie's right." Robyn gave her a soft caress on her cheek. "You're perfect as you are."

With a sigh Ellie picked up a roll of paper and dipped it in a glass of water nearby. Starting to clean Ari's chest of dried blood around the heart-shaped device between her breasts he commented, "Seriously, I'd commit mass murder for a body like yours, missing leg and all." As he rubbed the underside of one of her breasts he jokingly added, "Hell, I'd take just those tits of your. It's cute the way your nipples hide like that."

"You'd take any tits, you little man-lesbian," Robyn tried to joke as well.

Ari pressed herself up on her elbows carefully and stared at Ellie as he continued to clean her off. "Seriously? Do you think I'm sexy?"

"Well..." Elliot latched an entire webbed paw around one of Ari's tits and gave it a squeeze. "If you didn't have Robyn I might not be holding myself back right now."

Ari looked to Robyn pleadingly, and upon getting a nod back she grabbed Ellie by the collar of her shirt and said, "So don't." With a pull of that shirt she brought him down for a deep kiss. "Mmm... The two of us have... an agreement on these matters."

"W-wait... You don't mind if I...?" Ellie glanced at Robyn with a raised eyebrow.

"Hey, don't look at me. I'm just watching," she said in turn. "You and Ottah here are the ones that wanted to get it on."

"So you guys have an open relationsh--" Ellie tried to ask.

"Shut up and play with my tits already, silly." Ilaria used her grip on the smaller otter's collar to force his head into her bosom. "Since I can't move too much, I'll let you do whatever you want, hehe."

"Oh, is that so?" Ellie took the hint and brought his muzzle to nuzzle Ari's chest. "Well first I wanna see those nipples." He reached a paw to pinch and roll one of her nipples between two fingers, while his muzzle latched onto the other to lick at the recessed nub.

"Good luck, hon. Takes a lot for me to get those girls out," Robyn chuckled as one of her paws reached into her jeans.

"Ooh, it feels good though..." Ari let her grip off the otter's collar and let him work as he pleased. "Ah! Careful, my tits are sensitive!"

Taking that note to heart, Ellie bit down softly on Ari's aureola and rolled the inverted nipple through his teeth. Just as he was told, those nipples didn't want to see the light of day, having hardened in their flipped positions. Still, with a fair amount of teasing the one in Ellie's muzzle finally gave way and was bombarded with licks and suckles. Then the positions swapped, the assault of Ellie's teeth and tongue falling upon the other nipple while her first was circled by a single claw tip.

"Ah, yeah! Just like..." As Ilaria's other nipple was forced to poke outward she flinched at the sudden nibbling on the exposed nubbin. "...Hon... w-wait a...!"

"Mmmn..." Ellie just kept on teasing that nipple with his muzzle and teeth with a few light murrs and a stretching smirk in the corner of his mouth. "Ya' like that, huh?" He slipped as he briefly paused to lap at the other breast.

Robyn had to sit on the edge of the bed suddenly as she knowingly watched and played with herself with a knowing smile on her face. Ellie slowly slipped a paw lower and lower, brushing delicately through Ari's tummy fur on the way to her panties. However he never quite made it that far, his resumed suckling on the girl's tit combined with the tickles trailing downward causing Ari to writhe about in light orgasm. Her peeping getting the better of her as well, Robyn dug her fingers into her petals and squirted into her pants enough to drip through the fabric.

"Woah... really?" Ellie queried as he perked back in surprise. He rubbed his paw over Ari's belly in light circles as she rode out her little peak and added, "That's just... Where can I get a set of those? Hee heeeee..."

Ari picked her head back up and fluttered her eyes back upon the other otter, face flush with red both for his actions and his questions. "Sorry... It happens sometimes..."

"I wish I could cum from my tits alone," Robyn chimed in as she recovered from her own climax. Falling sideways onto Ari's leg and looking up to Ellie she added, "I should have warned you about that, haha."

"It's fine, really! I think it's cute." Elliot flopped forward to rest next to Ari and he noticed something about the girl. "You didn't paint us white though... Are you done or...?"

"I don't always set off both ends you know... Oh!" Ilaria rocked to the side and stared Elliot in the eyes. "But I can still uh... help you out if you... uh..."

Elliot found a paw of Ari's running down for his groin and intercepted it. "No, no. It's fine, dear. I'll just take a rain check." He brought that paw up and cradled it between both of his. "I really just wanted to relieve some of that stress of yours anyway. I did help put you in this bed anyway."

"Yeah, I think she needed that too," Robyn spoke up as she bopped and played with the two otters' tails.

Kicking her hindpaw lightly with a giggle, Ari telegraphed a kiss to her girlfriend and said, "You know me too well, honey." Glancing back up to Ellie she then continued, "But now I'm getting tired again..."

"Mind if I take a nap too?" Elliee cuddled around Ari's arm and nuzzled her shoulder. "I've got a few hours until I'm due at the hospital and I'll be there all night."

Robyn kicked off her wet jeans and panties and slid over to Ari's other side, dragging the sheets up with her. "I'm up for a bit of huggle-snuggle time. It'll be a bit until your mom's done dinner anyway, big Ottah."

"Mmm... Just lose the itchy clothes and I'm cool with that," Ilaria mumbled as she closed her eyes. "I'm a tad drained though. Just need a few winks before I think of how to tell my parents all this."

"You? Drained?" Robyn chortled as she tucked her muzzle into Ari's neck.

"Yeah, bit surprised myself," she grumbled back sleepily.

As he slipped out of his skirt and then started pulling his blouse over his head Ellie reminded, "You did just have major surgery, you know. Most furs can't stay awake without pain meds after that... Oh, right. You need more painkillers?"

Robyn ignored a grumble from her otter and informed, "She only took two. Insists she didn't need any more."

"No, that's not good. Pain leads to additional stress and tha--"

"Just drop it, Ellie," Robyn silently cut him off. "She had a bit of a problem with painkillers after her accident." Spotting Ari was already apparently zonked out she whispered, "Just... for me, don't press the subject. Those who know will only get sad over it, and that does nobody any good."

"I... uh..." Elliot sighed and pulled against Ari's arm again. "Sure. That'll cause more stress than a bit of pain anyway, I guess."

"Good. Thank you, sweetie." Robyn reached over and caressed Ellie's chin, giving it a scritch as she pulled her paw back. "And I guess the two of us owe you a favor now."

"Oooh, I might have a good night in my future, eh?" Ellie dropped his head back and closed his eyes. "I like the sound of that."

"Afternoon, babe," Iolvin cheered as he popped open the door to his room. Only his smile twisted to a surprised frown and then back to a chuckling grin when he saw what Adrian was doing in bed.

"Sh-shut the door!" Dee hushly shouted back as he grabbed the covers and pulled them up and over himself. The little tent left standing around his groin didn't help things, the otter reaching a paw down to correct the problem. "Damnit, can't you knock first or something?"

"Hey, you were the one pawing off..." Yoyo joked as he walked over to the bed. He wanted to jump in and tickle the little guy, but settled for sitting and rolling over with Dee's wounds. "Don't hold back on my behalf. If you need to pop one out I won't blame you..."

"Uh... I think I'm good." Dee scooted himself closer and rested his head on his man's chest, taking a moment before asking, "So how was your class, darling?"

"Slow. Painfully slow. And full of stares and laughs." Yoyo stroked a paw over Dee's hair and apologized, "Sorry, I don't mean to vent. Just hard to go to class when all of you glows neon pink."

Dee looked up and only found himself able to chuckle at the sudden realization that the room indeed had a fuchsia glow to it due to the otter's exposed skin. "Heeeee... I like it. And besides, you only really notice it in the dark anyway."

"My classes are all in the dark, Dee..." Yoyo sighed and laid back in the bed. He pulled up the bag in his other paw and put it on the sheets pinging, "But why aren't you glowing right now?"

Dee held up the palm of a paw and stared at his paw pads and claws. His flesh was indeed a light lime green, granting the otherwise light-furred otter a sort of minty color to his white fur even. Yet the glow of his skin had stopped a few hours ago, encouraging a confident, "I think my nanites are out of juice. That's actually why I sent you to the lab."

"Oh, right. I found two boxes of that power junk and Lulu pointed me to what I think is the gizmo you wanted." Yoyo grabbed his pocket knife from the nightstand and perked up a bit, flipping open the blade and bringing it to Dee's side. "Which reminds me, Lulu's free of bandages. Your brother said I could take yours off too."

"Sister, silly. And please go ahead... It's hard to feel pretty in these things." Dee gave him a bit of room to work as he reached for the bag, yanking out one of the boxes of rattling devices. "Great! This is just what I needed!"

Carefully pulling the wrappings and slicing them free with his blade, Yoyo perked his ears at the rattle and asked, "What's in those anyway? Almost sounds like glass or something."

"Well, I'll show you if you can get those off me faster, heeee!" Dee worked the lip of the box open with a claw and popped it open, about two dozen metal-and-glass canisters roughly an inch long and as thick as a finger filling the cardboard container. "Oh, more than I thought. Good."

"Hmm? Yeah, more's better anywhere I guess." Finally freeing the last band of cloth, Yoyo worked them around Dee's frame and tossed them to the side. "That looks pretty good, actually. Guess we did a good job."

"Yeah, I'm alive aren't I? Oh, speaking of..." Dee took one of the canisters and popped a cap off of it. It took him a bit of uncomfortable fiddling, but he checked his chest and the canister and found what he needed to know. Giving a matching bit on his chest a press and twist, what appeared to me an empty canister popped free of the device and was replaced with a new one. "There, now I won't die in the night or anything..."

"Wait..." Yoyo took the empty can and looked it over. "You mean you need to keep putting crap in you? What are these things?"

"Power cells, basically. Well, chemical phials actually." As he spoke the glow quickly returned to Dee's flesh and eyes, now with such intensity he'd glow in broad daylight. "Uh... Well, as you can see it powers the nanites. The thing in my chest just distributes the chemicals safely."

"It's not anything dangerous or anything, is it?" Iolvin queried further. "And what about when we run out of these?"

"Well, we're talking polonium and thorium here, so radiation's the only normal risk. Nanites take care of that though, and the chest piece helps as well." Dee snatched back the capsule and popped it into the empty slot in the box. "And since those aren't easy to come across normally we need to keep these in case we have to make a replacement solution."

"So... don't waste it. Got it." Yoyo rubbed Dee's hair harder, more playfully. "At least one of us has some real brains."

"Hey, you're selling yourself short dear..." Dee nestled up close to the larger otter, finally able to roll to his side and hold him properly. "Anyway, make sure Ari gets one of these things by morning. I think she'll run out sometime tomorrow."

"But you're smaller... How did you guzzle more gas than her?"

Holding up his bandaged paw Adrian explained, "More work for the little critters. Which reminds me... Why am I wearing this still?"

"Let me get that, silly," Yoyo said as he reached for the paw and started unwrapping it. "So, batteries make sense then, even if I don't like their rarity. But what's the other thing?"

"Well, my lovely pink hunk, that's the answer to you little problem. I think we can reprogram the nanites a bit, tweak them." Dee reached into the bag and pulled out the other boxes, the magnetic programmer being selected for opening. "That means color... for you... mist--"

"Hmm? What's wrong?"

Dee popped open the box and frowned, bits of scrap electronics filling the carton rather than the expected device. The instruction manual was also stained with some kind of resin or other goop the otter couldn't determine. "Well... I think that plan's out of the question. Something's been screwed up when they delivered this specimen." Making a pleadingly innocent expression to Yoyo he continued, "Mind holding off a week or so until we can get a new one?"

"Well fuck me."

"Heeeeeee!"
