Sleepless night

It was peaceful in New, New York perhaps too tranquil. Two lovers were sleeping resting on one another in their sleep.

The female vixen Sheana stirred and opened her eyes feeling her mate still within her walls. She smiled softly gently brushing a paw across his silver fur. She never knew why she was so kinky; maybe she got it from her mother who was dominative in bed.

She flushed red slightly at that thought before frowning.

She talked to him about having a child; he was always a bit off besides looking so cold to everyone else.

She smiled sadly as she sighed remembering he doesn't know a thing about having kids. However, he was always willing to learn; he converted an extra room into a nursery and collected baby books as well.

She was gently nuzzled as her mate Evan opened his golden hazel eyes.

He whispered "gets some rest Sheana, tomorrow is another day. I have to be patrolling the city again, and no breaks at the strip club... Luka likes you, by the way."

She smiled softly before whispering "that's nice, did you have to allow Zume and Kobe to use the guest room tonight? I don't mind that Jayce sleeps with us, it's just there always seemed to be so horny!"

Evan flushed and added, "Well it was either that or walk home in a storm. Lightning is much stronger here then to the past in my reality, also it's different. It seems to track and hit metal, back home it hits the tallest thing first. Furthermore, it is never attracted to metal; I wonder what else is different here besides the obvious tech growth?"

He whispered before smiling feeling Jayce's breath in softly. He looked at him sleeping on his side next to them and gave him a solemn look.

The woeful fox was always unnerved from bad weather and sought sanctuary with them.

He kindly scratched his ears and whispered "poor fellow, still afraid of storms even as an adult!"

He softly rubbed his right cheek making him stir softly as a soft smile crossed his face. Sheana merely sighed as she added, "How big are my breasts to you?"

Evan eyed them and gently using a paw to massage them and explained, "at least an F cup. I love how soft your fur truly feels like."

He gently slipped out and rolled onto his back and stared at the ceiling.

Sheana raised an eyebrow as her eyes adjusted to the darkness slightly. She smirked and whispered "you can't seem to sleep can you?"

Evan shook his head saying, "no; I worry, worry about what the syndicate might do."

Jayce stirred before opening his green eyes. He yawned and murmured "can't sleep?"

Evan shrugged his shoulders before feeling him wrap his arms around his waist and moved. Jayce slipped his head under the nook of his neck, and Evan smirked tiredly and whispered "sorry if I woke you up to Jayce."

Jayce snuggled a bit closer and whispered "it's alright; I can't sleep either. Before I met Zume, I was only an average guy, living on the streets; it was terrible when the weather got bad..."

Sheana frowned sadly and Evan whispered "is this why you don't like the weather?"

Jayce sighed and rested on his head on his chest and added, "Maybe; it's only because I'm a bit small. It's hard not to worry without somebody big then you're thinking unpleasant things... I feel deeply sorry for making Zume leave; it just broke my heart. However, at least he accepts me."

Evan gently kissed his forehead and explained, "He still likes you; you don't have to beat yourself up about it either."

Before snuggling closer into Sheana's dark grey fur, making her giggle quietly as she smiled softly.

Jayce merely sighed as he whispered "good night." Evan blinked slowly before he too entered darkness and was assaulted by yet another nightmare as he whispered "good night, tomorrow morning I'm going to wake up in a sweat. I feel another dark nightmare brewing."

Sheana cringed before gently touching him making him added, "for some reason, some reason Sheana helps a lot, but sometimes it's too strong even for her."

Before entering slumber as she shed a single tear.

Morning

Evan snapped his eyes awake seeing Sheana and Jayce out of bed before slowly getting dressed.

Sheana watched him from afar before blanching as he looked at them. His eyes, they were completely bloodshot making Jayce flinch. He whispered to her "that's not normal..."

Evan looked at them and replied "it's never normal; I don't have normal nightmares. I stopped having normal nightmares before my 20th birthday. Their dark, they're scary, and they will not leave me alone. Out in the field it doesn't seem like much however, constant nightmares will make you slowly turn insane, but luckily, they have stopped being so constant..."

Jayce raised an eyebrow saying "I've never heard of such a thing before honestly."

Evan slowly looked at him and answered "and hopefully you never will..."

Sheana shivered before walking over and gently hugged him. He smiled sadly and whispered "I wish they could stop; I just wish they would. For my wife, the city, and everyone else sometimes needs a vigilante..."

He sighed and added "the only reason I haven't cracked is because my mental mastery. So what do you want for breakfast? Sausage, eggs, pancakes, bacon, waffles with maple syrup?"

He finished as he walked out the door with an arm around Sheana's waist as Jayce bounded after them.

Breakfast at the Wolffangs was never regular. For a standard family, it would be two chatting together or getting ready, but no. It was often with buoyant music as they danced across the morning to normal gentle music, jazz, or buoyant rock. Along with the fact if Zume, Kobe and Jayce slept over because of the bad weather it would get pretty hectic.

Sheana adjusted her glasses smiling softly as she looked out a bay window and added, "we have the weirdest family in the city don't we?"

Evan raised an eyebrow from his pancakes and added, "I guess, I seem to attract the boys now don't I?"

She rolled her golden eyes as Zume giggled softly before saying, "mm pancakes my favorite!"

Evan smiled saying, "my favorite is Swedish pancakes just the taste of them m..."

Kobe raised an eyebrow and replied "I've heard you're quite a chef is that true?"

Evan flushed red and added, "I can make a few five star dishes but nothing so extraordinary. Of course, I need the proper supplies first to make them."

He got his own plate with at least four pancakes along with maple syrup. He sat down next to Sheana and the other three on the other side.

Zume noticed that he doesn't drink coffee and asked, "What's the matter don't like coffee?"

Evan shrugged his shoulders saying, "Well growing up I know what coffee does, it stunts your growth if you're not an adult. Furthermore, I don't like to drink it."

Sheana raised an eyebrow and Zume smirked saying, "I don't like it that much either; we all get our drinks from the bartender in the club anyway!"

Sheana merely shrugged her shoulders and added, "I'm not really a coffee drinker myself."

Jayce enjoyed his scrambled eggs as he began nibbling on them while listening to the conservation. He smiled softly as Evan gently asked him "would you like some milk Jayce?" in curiosity as he cocked his head.

Jayce smiled brightly and added, "aw sure why not!"

Eva gently grabbed the milk cartoon and started pouring it into his empty glass and gave it to him.

Kobe smiled saying, "that's nice of you, why?"

Evan blinked saying, "honestly it's because sometimes I just want to help ease his problems. He used to live on the streets before he met Zume, by the way..."

Zume coughed nearly choking on his orange juice before saying "what?!"

Jayce sighed and lowered his head and answered "yep that's me; I was kicked out of my parent's house for being not their brand of sexuality..."

Evan looked away saying, "I promised to myself to try to lie again. The truth hurts, but it will place you closer with others that you like."

Zume quickly embraced the yellow fox and whispered "I'm sorry Jayce; I'm so sorry I didn't even know!"

Jayce widened his green eyes before bursting into tears as he softly cried. He embraced his ex-lover and started to weep while Evans's eyes flickered with guilt.

Kobe nearly scowled and Evan licked his lips and added, "I'm sorry, but it needed to be done. Whenever I see him alone even for a nice spooning, he seemed so miserable. He was depressed; he also was looking over the kitchen knives to long. I used to do that, and that is why I never liked knives in my junior year until I pushed past it..."

Kobe widened his blue eyes, and Zume sighed feeling guilty until Evan shook his head.

He scowled feeling confused and Evan explained, "You didn't drive it deeper in, sure he would have felt hollow afterwards, but you didn't add to his pain. In fact, you lessened it; I'm sorry for causing this as well. The truth hurts, but in the end, it helps a lot. I'm sorry for causing strife; I just didn't want to see him like this again!"

Jayce continued to cry before he sighed as he felt a large weight come off his shoulders.

He moved his head to smile at him sadly and whispered "thank you!"

Evan smiled weakly and added, "Your welcome, if you need me, I will be punching a titanium post in the dojo and listening to music..."

As he finished and put his dishes in the dishwasher before materializing an Ipod he purchased along with a black cloak with a hood. He raised it and placed the ear buds in his ears and started to play a song.

Sheana squirmed a bit and added, "oh boy, not again..."

Kobe raised an eyebrow watching him go and replied "what's the matter?"

Sheana sighed and added, "when he feels convicted or wants to be alone he will go into the gym or what he calls a dojo, he doesn't go to his job when he is like this. He feels deeply sorry for causing Jayce to reawaken old wounds..."

Jayce wiped his tears saying "I don't blame him for it, sure he reawakened them, but he basically healed them as well. I feel free, and much better. Are you angry with him?"

Zume shook his head and Kobe added, "no, just annoyed and agitated. What kind of music does he listen to?"

Sheana answered "anything he likes for his mood right now it will be 'Korne falling away from me' it's a tad violent and dark. It's unsettling because he gets destructive a bit.

Gym

Crack, crunch, smack

Was the sound of fists hitting a large metal punching bag which began to dent as Evan barred his canines? He never liked hurting people's feelings, making them angry, but only to those that truly deserve it. Jayce didn't deserve having his old wounds reopen, but... it was either that or he would be depressed all his life.

He snarled and continued faster and faster using his feet, shins, elbows, palms, etc.

Zume and Kobe watched from afar and started to sweat as the steel post groaned and started to give along with the dents as he went quicker and quicker.

Sheana whistled saying, "that's ten inches of solid tempered titanium x. This is why he does not want to fight you all out."

Kobe shook his head seeing him bar his fangs in sheer rage before throwing one last punch. Groan CRACK!

The post broke through the floor and slammed into the nearby wall as he fell onto his knees panting.

Zume whistled saying, "unreal... Jeez it must be hard being hyper empathetic!"

Evan raised his head and spoke loudly "it does; I feel much better now even though I still hurt from the feedback. If it's not books, then it will be a delayed feedback, I hope I didn't hurt Jayce's feelings to hard."

He yelped as he talked by an energetic yellow blur that he quickly hugged.

Evan looked at Jayce as he smiled brightly hugging him tighter making his prosthetics groan from the strain. He merely replied "thank you so much, I never felt happier. However, you didn't have to be blunt about it!"

Evan smiled weakly as he embraced him as well before looking into his green eyes. He merely lifted him slightly and explained, "I didn't like it either, but it had to be done. Not for the "greater good" type bullshit but as a true friend."

Kobe smirked saying, "you helped him as much as you helped us. It was that really your maximum strength?"

Evan looked at the beaten post before saying, "for now at least. My potential has only started to grow."

Jayce released him as he released him as well. He knelt down on one knee and looked directly into his eyes before saying, "if you still have some doubts or feeling troubled you can always tell or call me alright?"

Jayce nodded and smiled brightly before feeling him scratch behind his ears and ruffle his hair.

Evan chuckled softly saying, "I'm calm down now." And removed the ear buds from ears and put his, Ipod away.

Zume raised an eyebrow and Evan flushed and explained, "I forgot to turn it on!" making him laugh softly as Sheana giggled behind a paw she had raised.

He atomized it before slowly walking over to them with a paw resting on jayces shoulder.

The morning soon passed by as they chatted together or read the newspaper in the living room. Evan was sitting between Jayce and Zume with Kobe sitting on Zumes left side as Sheana sat in a chair next to him. He frowned at a headline and cursed saying, "son of a bitch, not another accident!"

Sheana sighed as she adjusted her glasses and added, "you can't save everyone you know that right?"

Evan sighed before smiling as Jayce and Zume nuzzled him and added, "I know it just unsettles me. Do I take my vigilante duties too seriously?"

Jayce rolled his eyes saying, "Last time you said that you set off explosive devices that completely demolished a building, where weapon and drug smugglers were doing their major business!"

He flushed red before watching as Zume snuggled closer into Kobe's lap.

He chuckled and added, "Aw, that's adorable. I prefer to have an open relationship with males because I don't want to wreck their lives. I mean come on; the strip club is about having customers have their fun. We also do have willing prostitutes for certain customers!"

Zume smiled saying, "that's true, personally we love to have fun with customers and each other, although Kobe does attract the boys often."

Evan simply smirked before saying, "figures, by the way, have you ever had sex on a chair before?"

Kobe blushed before nodding and Jayce flushed before saying, "I haven't; I would rather not risk making a mess!"

Evan chuckled saying, "that's called Texas Style, by the way; yep, there is a position for doing it in a chair."

Jayce twitched before saying, "How horny are you?"

Evan chuckled saying, "very and it's not a full moon. However, what I don't get is do canines cum twice as hard when there is one?"

Zume giggled and answered "yes! I know because I had fun with Kobe once when the club was very slow. Don't tell me there is a comic for that as well?"

Evan flushed and added, "One of my personal favorites, if it wasn't for the fact shower fun was even hotter. They barely have any continuations to them however..."

Jayce rolled his green eyes saying "not all comics follow continuation, must be the first of the series correct?"

Evan smiled saying, "true; the biggest one was 'Zero hour is here' sixty four pages of yaoi. I liked that sniper rifle of yours that you used as well."

Jayce flushed saying, "why thank you! Stupid mage or whatever he was using my ass like that. At least, he didn't finish, and I killed him for it."

Evan merely rubbed his forehead and asked, "I've never asked this before. How can the club attract so much trouble?"

Zume shrugged his shoulders as Kobe hugged him and licked his muzzle before saying, "I don't truly know but that day, I decided to stay. Luka made some backup plans for us, but I would rather stay then go somewhere else!"

Jayce raised his ears and added, "It's not easy being a bouncer, but it's more than worth it. I never did ask but how can you even knock up a guy anyway?"

Evan merely shrugged his shoulders and watched as Zume and Kobe have a decent petting session together.

He smirked and explained, "Well my seed transforms the colon into an artificial womb, and it also loosens up the rectum enough for it to stretch. It finally creates an egg that needs to be fertilized like so. However, I'm not into the using the bydo abilities to dominate people kind of thing. In my opinion, of which I strongly agree sex can heal or destroy depending on its use."

Jayce grimaced saying, "you got that right, so do you well like, like me?"

Evan looked at him before kindly hugging him and pulled him onto his lap making his green eyes widen in shock. Evan politely licked his muzzle before explaining, "Jayce, I can't explain how much I love you and Zume and Kobe. Think with your heart for this."

He gently placed a paw on his heart before removing it as he smiled softly.

Evan admired the small black tips of his ears before added, "I'm not a egotistic person; if I was I would have hogged everyone and things like that. I try not to be egocentric as well, but of course, I just hog certain things."

Jayce leaned forward and his head rested on his right shoulder before embracing him as well.

Sheana softly smiled as she stretched her legs and asked, "What time does you boys go to work anyway?"

Zume shrugged his shoulders and answered "around 12 something, speaking of which how is your education?"

He asked Evan, who was currently massaging Jayces back. Evan looked at him and answered "I haven't stopped my education, in fact, I am still been learning. It's hard for me because of having slightly autistic qualities but not really. Computers and English are not truly my forte everything else I can do. I remember my first science class in my freshman year, which was physics. I almost failed if it wasn't for other students and Miss Churn, passed it with a solid B on the final."

He watched as Zume closely straddled Kobe and added, "Are you horny again?"

Zume grinned and answered "not really, that reminds me of the fun, we once had done a triple Decker!"

Evan blushed and Sheana raised an eyebrow, and he explained to her "Jayce on top, Zume in the middle, and Kobe right bellow having fun. That was the hottest picture ever!"

Sheana rolled her eyes and muttered "is sex really all you think about sometimes?"

Evan chuckled as Jayce licked his cheek before saying, "well not truly, my mind wanders around too much when I don't concentrate on one subject. You know you could always sit in my lap if you want to but I like the feeling of Jayce's fur against my clothes, including his black sleeveless s shirt."

Sheana merely smirked as she stretched her arms and added, "What I don't understand is how Chi can be two different things?"

Evan explained, "It's ambient or elemental energy at first. And then it gets converted into physical energy through various exercises. It's not easy to control, but it's more than worth it!"

Sheana smirked before narrowing her eyes saying, "Evan... the red lines on your face are darkening."

Evan blinked before Jayce raised an eyebrow saying, "she's right their darkening and spreading; I wonder why?"

Evan stared before saying, "well meditation can also be used to access ki, but it takes a lot of patience. The exercise fallen angel is a way to put your body to the extreme limits; basically, it makes your head a giant magnet for the surrounding chi more easily however... I stretch and do mean to stretch it takes six months to learn the basics and another six to get it started. The regime was as sadistic as your father when he trains the commandos Sheana!"

She rolled her eyes and smirked deviously saying, "That's my father for you; he's not just a veteran, and he's a ex general of the Common Wealth Army."

Zume gaped in sheer disbelief and shock before saying, "shit, no wonder, he is such a hard ass."

Evan looked inside himself using his inner eye and added, "in order to explain why the lines are deepening or getting darker and wider I would have to say. The cube of energy is semi sentient; I have noticed it has four energy lines. It's like a valve and Chi is making it slowly widen ever so slightly but... do to the various meditation and body exercises, I have been putting myself through it's going to unlock my ki eventually, but..."

Jayce frowned as he stopped and continued "look, ki is meant to be unlocked at an early age. Forcing it open is going to hurt like a box jellyfish sting, which is like a welding torch."

Zume cringed saying, "shit, would you want us to be close, by so we can get you to the nearest hospital?"

Sheana frowned before saying, "I'm more than likely to be the first one to respond but how long?"

Evan winced and added, "I can't tell or when to expect it's release, however, I can feel a huge pressure within. It feels painful right now, but it will get worse as it builds!"

He winced barring his fangs as a sharp spike of pain raked across his body. He gasped nearly convulsing making Jayce rear his head back in shock. He barred his fangs and panted and closed his eyes feeling his mental avatar slip deeper inside himself.

Evan opened his eyes and froze in shock; the red water was cracking and he noticed it grew as so did the pain. The blue energy that was starting to leak out slowly exited through the cracks and rose into the air. He followed it and stared at a giant spiral, the starting point of the vast ki network.

He heard soft laughter of at least a million voices and looked behind him and gazed at the orange-red eyes of the Bydo core. The bydo core had millions if not millions of eyes, all with a hive mind connection. He knew better not to piss it off; the sheer mental power would make even the greatest of warriors look like an insect.

_The core stopped laughing and spoke with a hollow tone " we have never seen anything like this before, what is this unique energy?" _

Staring at in wonder, Evan answered "it's all life energy. As a human or anthro age it gets harder and harder to access it, if you force it open, it will cause slight pain. This was all frozen like a glacier, and it hurts too much; my body is going to send me into unconscious when it finally gives away from the pain."

He answered before hearing the ice crack some more. He fell onto his knees feeling the pain and hissed out "shit...ah!"

the ice cracked and shattered making him rear his head back and scream.

"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Evans's eyes snapped open as his mouth hung ajar uselessly.

His arms released Jayce, who moved off in shock as Sheana spoke quickly "Evan are you alright?"

Evans's response was to fall to his side in shock as a blue aura surrounded him before vanishing much to their horror.

Later,

Sheana sighed looking at her passed out husband lying unconscious on their bed. Jayce was passing back and forth and asked, "What just happened?"

Sheana sighed and added, "I think his ki burst forth; It must have been too painful for him..."

She heard footsteps as Kobe and Zume came into the room carrying chairs.

Zume eyed his passed out form and whispered "shit, he didn't say it would be this bad!"

They reared backwards as his mental avatar slowly rose up from his body and looked at them. His golden hazel eyes glowed softly as he whispered "neither did I, it's filled my reservoir, which is small. I am sorry for causing such a disturbance..."

Jayce wiped the tears rolling down his face as he whispered "we thought you were dead.... Please don't leave us; I don't know what the effects would be like!"

His avatar frowned softly as his glowing silver body slowly walked over. He gently knelt down and looked into his green eyes and whispered "I would never leave you, unless it was by an unwilling choice."

Jayce felt his heart thump; he sounded so sincere, so concerned. Every word he said was laced with passion and true honesty. He gently flicked a finger against his nose making him shiver at the coldness. Evans's avatar grinned a little and replied "I don't know when I am going to wake up. Furthermore, I am going to have to face the music and challenge your father..."

Sheana gasped before saying "what?! No please, my father is a ruthless fighter!"

Evans's avatar merely rolled his eyes and flared his aura causing the room to shake. She reared her head back, and he answered "that's just my aura in this form. My ki channels have been awakened, and the valves on the zordiarc are flowing outwards. However, with such power, I need the proper control or everything will be going haywire."

He closed his eyes before rising upwards and back into his body.

Minutes soon turned into three hours before he slowly awakened. They smiled in joy before staring as the dark lines turned pitch black covering his face, his neck, his body and arms. Then they all felt a vast primal aura wash all over them.

Sheana felt herself get soaked as Zume, Kobe, and Jayce nearly bent over.

This was the sheer aura of an alpha predator, one of the very rare and dangerous auras created by anthros. The aura to lead, to fight, to defend, or to love, it was far more potent then what it used to be.

Evan slowly raised himself before opening his eyes revealing his solemn hazel golden wolf like eyes. They glowed with an inner power, and his pupils were far darker than before. A soft pulse was felt as the dark lines slowly disappeared leaving the markings only.

He yelped as he was tackled to the bed and laughed as he was licked on his muzzle, cheek, and neck by Zume, Kobe, Jayce and was lip locked by his wife. He broke and quickly hugged her before nuzzling all three of his worried boyfriends and whispered "easy my body still feels like its on fire..."

He lied back down on his back and added, "It nearly destroyed my energy channels and nervous system when it gave away... Shit I won't be running or jogging any time soon."

They moved off him as he slowly and shakily got to his feet.

Jayce gave him a concerned look before saying, "what does it feel it?"

Evan smirked saying, "it's incredible, but I would recommend unlocking when you're younger or finding master roshi and knowing my big mouth for sarcasm, I am sadly correct!" nearly wanting to scream as how ironically he seemed to always be accurate, the turtle hermit couldn't possibly be h-

Jacye chuckled saying, "yep!" before laughing as he fell back onto the bed and covered his face in a pillow smothering his scream causing them all to laugh at his antics.

Later,

A few hours into the day Jayce had to guide Evan with a paw through the house. He looked at him as he nearly stumbled and limped before saying, "thanks Jayce, my muscles don't feel like there used to."

Jayce flushed at the praise, and Evan gently scratched behind his ears, and he added, "I don't get it; you had Zume Kobe and your wife around to help you but why choose me?"

Evan simply shrugged his shoulders saying, "It's complicated..."

Jayce raised an eyebrow, and he explained, "I just want to help whenever I can, though I do get stumped or stuck often. However, I am not a quitter; instead, I go back to the problem and rethink it."

He slowly took out his shock staff and used it as a crutch. He sighed sadly before saying, "I wish I could heal faster but..."

Jayce looked curious as he watched his wife raise her head from the kitchen briefly. He frowned sadly and whispered "I want to help her, but in this state I can't..."

Sheana flushed feeling warmth fill her chest as her glasses reflected off the sunlight briefly.

Jayce raised an eyebrow even as Zume and Kobe listened on in the living room. He asked, "And why is that?"

Evan scowled saying, "this is not an easy thing to heal. A surge or over dose of life energy could cripple you. When it's been released in a giant gush like what happened to me your energy channels can rupture... look at mine it's out of control okay? I can't run or do something strenuous or else the Zordiarc is going to explode..."

Making them all pale and Sheana covered her mouth in horror.

Jayce felt his eyes dilate saying, "that's messed up... kinetic enhancements are great and all, but they risk destroying all your muscles."

Evan shook his head saying, "It needs to heal sooner or later; I can't go on being like this without helping my wife and you three!"

He sighed before jerking his head raised itself in shock as blue spark shined brightly before fading. Evan panted saying, "what the hell? I feel much better..."

He slowly started walking back and forth before picking up speed. He smiled before frowning saying, "something doesn't feel right..."

He closed his eyes and used his third eye to look within himself. The steady thrum of ki energy was felt as he gazed at his channels and blanched seeing smaller lines interconnect. He looked even closer and noticed the microscopic crystals within.

He spoke slowly "what the hell?"

He extended his senses and stumbled backwards in shock. He gawked opening his eyes as he detected the auras of his wife and friends. He broke out into a cold sweat, and Jayce had to ask, "what's wrong?"

Evan merely blinked slowly and added, "I'm not so sure... I'm going to do a blood sample test to make sure that I am correct."

Sheana stopped doing the dishes and whistled making the other guests come into the room. Evan merely grinned a little and gently took out four phials and a small tiny needle and added, "I just need a prick!"

Zume, Kobe, Jayce and sheana all had their fingers pricked as he stored their blood into separate phials, but of course, he sucked on their pricked fingers as well. Sheana flushed feeling his tongue circle her own pricked finger and giggled quietly. He then placed four corks in them and added, "I will be studying these later, sorry for the inconvenience."

Zume merely shrugged his shoulders saying, "it matters not; your tongue was quite heavenly if I do say so myself!" before giggling as Evan batted his nose with his tail and added, "flattery will get you three anywhere!"

Sheana rolled her eyes and added, "I will say it again you are a man-whore!"

He sputtered making them all laugh, including her. He huffed rolling his eyes and added, "oh very funny Sheana!"

She stifled a giggle as he ogled her before walking into the Garage. He had set up a small workshop of various tools, mostly medical.

Garage

The garage was a large spacious area easily capable of fitting two hover cars max. In here is where he usually stores the surgical equipment and other medical machinery.

He noticed a microscope capable of doing what he wanted. Taking the small glass sheet, he did the process of studying the sample. With four drips of their blood, he began studying it.

He magnified the images and added, "Hmm nothing there maybe a little m- what is that?"

He magnified it to the limits it could do and froze. Microscopic blue crystals no bigger than a cell were seen of which glowed a silvery blue. He raised his head unhurriedly in shock and leisurely removed the samples and tested his particular sample.

His personal sample showed the crystals to be larger and pulsed softly in harmony.

He was shocked as he whispered "but, but I don't believe this! There is supposed to be only mana, ki, chakra and chi not this."

A loud cackle was heard in the back of his mind making him scowl and hissed out "wraith!" and closed his eyes and slipped inside himself once more.

Mind scape

his avatar marched forwards and extended his right paw sending out a mental claw which grabbed the wraith around his neck. He tightened his paw and hissed out "what do you know about this?"

The wraith choked as he tightened his paw before spoke hoarsely "alright, alright! Just let me go!"

He pleaded before Evan gave him a blank look before rising and eyebrow and added, "now why I should do that?"

The wraith felt a chill crawl down his spine as he stared at the fires of hatred circling him as well as terror gazing at the figure above him.

_He shouted " sh-sh-SHINIGAMI!" _

Evan merely sneered and added "I don't want this hatred; I want it out. You're the cause of the nearly nonstop nightmares so tell ME!"

_The wraith was horrified as the aura grew and slowly began dissolving the darkness away. Such anger the ground started to boil before explaining, " ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT I ADMIT IT; I WILL STOP THEM! Zordiarc is a gift a unique gift only a few hundred people across all universes have it! The lightning just awakened yours and gave it a boost, and you're a key that can lock or unlock them so let me go!" _

Evans's eyes turned pitch black and raised his other hand shattering the fires of hatred with a dying whale. Evans's eyes began to burn brightly, and he added, "You tried to break me, to twist me, to change me into a monster! Know this wraith. I will never be a memory!"

The red floor bellow exploded into a giant bonfire as his eyes flickered to mako green as cold as an arctic storm. A silvery blue wing emerged from his right shoulder, as long as half his arm.

He imagined a long eerily familiar nodachi and added, "mph let's see here ah BLADE BEAM!"

The wraith screamed as the sword beam screeched towards it as Evan vanished.

Real world

Evan opened his eyes and gave a heartless chortle, his eyes as black as night slowly turned back to their normal hazel color. His aura he knew what it was, the essence of the shinigami a very rare trait for a berserker like himself.

He shook himself and added, "Durandal please make a large scan of these samples please."

Before placing them back in their proper phials and atomized them for storage before walking back inside.

Later,

He was helping his wife at last with setting the table for an evening lunch and Jayce Zume and Kobe came into the kitchen, and Jacye nudged him.

He looked at the much happier yellow fox and heard him say, "So what is the verdict?"

Evan sighed and explained shocking them all to their very core. "Well... It's not natural; you all have some essence of Zordiarc inside your blood stream..."

Sheana felt her glasses slipped off, and he gently snatched them once more with a spare paw.

Zume whispered "what?!"

Evan sighed and added, "Apparently according to the wraith a few hundred people have it in all universes. The lightning that hit me just gave it a super charge, and also that I'm a key. I can unlock it or seal it away."

He stiffened as his right paw pulsed softly and a marking of a blue nine pointed star appeared on the back of it.

Jayce merely sat down and added, "I need a beer, make that at least four beers!"

Evan merely added, "same here, I was shocked as well. I also found out what caused these nightmares which were linked back to the wraith again..."

They fidgeted as his eyes turned darker unhurriedly turning black as his aura slowly turned black. He sighed closing his eyes and whispered "needless to say I couldn't forgive him, ever. So I got rid of him in a rather quick fashion, as a consequence. I realized something. I am not one to forgive after being stabbed in the back harshly..."

Jayce blanched saying "what do you mean?"

Evan sighed and added, "Nothing so trivial or light, say something like somebody lying about a person sold his wife into slavery or tried to assassinate everybody who is friend with us..."

Zume winced saying, "ouch so no second chances?"

Evan merely scowled saying, "no, rapists I scare, robbers I simply arrest, hooligans I stop and gang members but thugs and those who work for terrorists deserve death. I do give second chances depending on how black their hearts are."

Kobe raised an eyebrow and Evan explained while placing the; knives, forks and napkins on the table. "I mean well evil; what makes a person evil nobody really knows. However, if they go too far, I don't want to be cold; I don't want to be heartless, but I am enraged right now..."

Sheana saw him slump before gently walking over and rubbing his shoulders.

He sighed deeply smiling sadly saying, "the wraith it made me so angry, to be miserable, to fight myself not to hit anybody. I barely had any sleep at all these few months, and I thank you all for your patience."

He started crying as he softly nuzzled Sheana's paws making her smile sadly.

Jayce flushed saying, "I can't think of anything to say about this. I am glad that your better."

Evan continued shedding his tears and added, "I know I have been harsh, blunt, cranky, and I honestly hate myself. I used to stay up late and write because I love to do it. However, nightmares are going too far!"

He wiped his tears and placed their plates and Zume added, "oh pot roast!" making him smile.

That evening they chatted with each other and laughed. Evan smiled before saying, "so what made you stay over for this entire evening?"

Zume merely smiled and added, "Look outside!"

Evan raised his head and looked out a bay window; he stared hard. It was still raining making him sigh once more; he smiled. However, feeling his wife rubbing her cheek against his, and he did the same.

He really loved the feel of her fur and how wonderful she is.

He sighed before saying, "two days of non-stop raining, did a hurricane pass by or something?"

They snickered and Zume asked, "Tell me what exactly ruins a relationship?"

Evan merely added, "It could be the lack of sex, but the biggest thing is cheating..."

Jayce merely winced saying, "shit, so having an affair would get you divorced easily right?"

Evan merely spoke picking up a chunk of pot roast with his fork.

He replied "this is your relationship, more likely the bonds of love."

He took a big bite out of it and added, "You cheat once your wife is pissed, but it will eventually heal over in a month."

He took another bite, and it slipped off his fork with a splat on his plate.

Kobe swallowed and Evan finished "you do it again it shatters, and such a betrayal will never heal. She divorces you and tells you it's over and she never wants to see her again and order a court restraining order on you; she will never forgive you..."

Zume rubbed his right arm and added "you're pretty serious about these aren't you?"

Evan merely sighed and added, "That's because I will try not to do anything to hurt our relationship. It also hurts for friends; I know from experience because I did three times before they were minor at best as a kid..."

Jayce merely added "oh, by the way, the boss seems to be a lot happier this couple of weeks what happened?"

Evan merely explained, "I helped him and wanted him to sleep with me, so we slept together twice in order to heal his sorrow. So yes indeed I am a man-whore just, however, not the normal kind!"

Zume rolled his eyes saying, "Honestly are you perverted?"

Evan merely huffed saying, "No; I helped him with his issues beforehand. Look he was beating himself up really dreadful after the whole surgery fiasco, I helped you with!"

Zume winced saying, "I knew it was terrible but how much?"

Evan simply blanched and added, "He wanted to start cutting himself..."

They all stopped eating as Zume's blue eyes dilated in horror. Evan sighed and finished up "I had to talk some sense into him but of course, sex did help. When I left his office, he was much better, so are you still planning to retire?"

Zume merely shook his head saying, "I used to but no, never. I don't want to part ways with everybody in the club, including Jayce once again."

Evan smiled happily before giving a polite chuckle as his tail wrapped around Sheana's waist.

She flushed slightly before smiling softly as she added, "what if things were different?"

Evan scowled saying, "I don't want to say what the effects could have been..."

He merely cringed and added, "There is a drug meant to sedate or weaken anthros that are used by slavers, and I checked the deceased traitors' desk because I was just curious yesterday. I found four phials of the stuff along with an injector and photos of you..."

Sheana paled drastically, and she swallowed hard. Zume growled barring his canines in anger before adding, "Fucking hell I didn't know he would have been that sick!"

Evan swallowed and explained, "Love can be used for lust, or unsavory activities. Often it leads to mind breaking if there is more than one person involved..."

Jayce flinched saying "ouch that is pretty severe..."

Evan sighed and added "anybody who has been broken becomes nothing but a lifeless shell. That upon if you ever escape the situation well..."

He materialized his right magnum and whispered "this is perhaps the only way to ease their pain... it often takes decades to heal with the correct therapy."

And atomized it once again making them all swallow; Evan blinked before saying, "What? You wanted the truth; I can give truths, no matter how hard it hurts. It's why I have been so careful; we really need to switch to a lighter subject..."

Kobe chuckled saying "here, here!"

They all chuckled and soon they started talking about their day. Evan merely flirted with them and with his wife softly massaging her bushy long grey tail as he did so much to her pleasure and embarrassment.

Jayce responded to his advancements by smiling and kindly flicked his short tail and extended his paw. Evan slowly smirked before kindly massaging said paw and asked, "Growing up on the streets must have been harsh..."

Sheana winced and Evan swallowed as Jayce flinched saying, "it was until I met Zume in the military, that's why were so buff!"

Evan grinned and asked, "Something has been bugging me for a while; I mean you don't have last names like us!"

Zume merely shrugged his shoulders and answered "we don't have any family sadly..."

Evan bulked and added, "I'm sorry I didn't mean to pr- I see. Apart from anybody in the club you three had no one am I unfortunately correct?"

They stopped eating and lowered their heads Evans's eyes glowed channeling zordiarc to them and his eyes widened seeing their aura of sorrow.

His eyes dilated as he thought "so much sorrow, but- but that- it's impossible! How? I have seen them love their work, being together but why- waits a minute..."

He closed his eyes and thought back all those times, the happiness of being accepted and the weariness of being left broken hearted. He gritted his canines as he thought back to all those whispers being said behind their backs and how he reacted fiercely to them as his eyes opened in shock.

They were alone; all of them were all alone except when it comes to working.

He swallowed hard before saying, "is that how the city feels towards homosexual furs?"

Jayce turned away saying, "the bastard of a mayor did it, and it's pretty much rooted into forty percent of the entire populace. We all thought we would never have anybody, while we do enjoy our work it's just out of the club we feel so alone..."

Evan closed his eyes feeling as though a dagger covered in salt and lemon juice impale his heart and continued to twist.

He gritted his teeth as he shed a tear, the bigotry, racism, even sexism it was way too much. In the United States alone there were a few cases but never so much as here.

Evan sighed rubbing his forehead; he couldn't stand it. So much racism bigotry even sexism all caused by a dead man. His aura flared and soon covered the entire room a sickening black aura of a demonic looking white mask with a dagger in its teeth appeared.

He gritted his teeth and added, "That's going too far!"

He sighed shaking his head saying, "You know what? I doubt a marriage for you three can work but... how about being friends with benefits? I don't want to hurt your feelings."

Jayce squeezed his paw as did Zume and Kobe. They smiled sadly and Kobe added, "It would have happened anyway; I want to marry Zume as well. The sad thing is our apartment was destroyed because of an angry dude. What I meant to say is can we live here with you and your wife?"

Evan looked at Sheana and wrapped his tail around her waist saying, "as long as she doesn't mind, she is the dominative side of our relationship and well..."

He smiled and added, "I love it because she is a naughty vixen yes she is!" he spoke with a coo making her giggle and added, "I'm fine with it but are you going to hog them?"

Evan sighed before saying, "No, why would I do that? I have been doing it too much lately when I should have been with you."

She entwined her tail with his and added, "How will we work this out?"

He leaned down and kissed her upon the forehead and explained, "I will work on it and you can help with it to!"

He smiled before a sharp spike of pain was felt in his chest. He clutched it much to Sheana's concern and the others shock. He coughed weekly and whispered "a tiny bit of leftover plutonium has infected my heart; I nearly have been suffering heart attacks because of it..."

Zume walked over to help him and Evan smiled sadly saying, "I should have told you about it and I am sorry, namely to say my heart is now permanently a tad ill..."

Sheana removed her glasses and placed them on the table to cover her face in order to weep.

Epilogue

During the week Evan created schedules for the sex sessions and timed it using a clock and an alarm system the longer sessions were for his wife.

He loved his work as much as he did his side job, but he would at no time force them into things they never liked.

Currently, he was watching as Sheana chatted with Jayce during a therapy session watching his emotions as he talked back. He frowned as he started to argue with her as well as her calm voice. It will be a while a few months at best to heal whatever psychological and emotional damage he has been through.

Zume watched as he whispered "it must be harsh on him to relieve those memories..."

Evan sighed before saying, "True, but I won't interrupt your relationship with Kobe and Jayce. I approve it actually; I'm not a self-important ass hole. I don't need the statue, and I don't need such incredulous ease to get money. I have always loved my wife even before marriage, when I left her for two years I felt like somebody used a beam katana to slowly cut out my heart in sixty seconds with it..."

Kobe merely sighed in bliss saying "face it, we have the weirdest family ever even though were not married to you!"

Evan chuckled saying, "I guess... how Luka handled it?"

Zume answered before swishing his tail and started groping his pants "he was happy for us all come on would you like some fun?"

Evan mewed weakly saying, "hey Sheana its Zumes turn again and Kobe might be sneaking in again naughty Doberman, so we are going to have sex in the guest room just to let you know!"

She heard him and flashed a mischievous smile saying, "You always ask me first why?"

Evan blushed saying, "mo; it's proper to ask your wife first!"

She giggled as he was dragged into the guest room, including with Kobe, and he added, "hold on one second." And touched the side of the door with a clock counter counting down from 30:00

Zume raised an eyebrow and Evan added, "What? We always seem to be running out of energy for such long fucking sessions!"

And entered the room and hurriedly closing the door as the green light flashed red.

Sheana giggled saying, "my husband the Man Whore, men!" she continued giggling before laughing at Jayce's incredulous look.
