Baxley's L.A. adventure

Story by Fox thief on SoFurry

This a few weeks after Baxley met Onyx and gets into a little trouble with a gang in L.A. Onyx doesn't belong to me he is property of Onyx the winged black panther

Baxley was walking down the street in L.A. at night going back to his motel after visiting his brother. He wore a black jacket, a System Of A Down t-shirt, black fingerless gloves, his studded collar, black jeans with a chain hanging from them, and black tennis shoes. His black hair had purple streaks in it and was hanging loosely over his eyes. Baxley's right ear was pierced in a four helix piercing.

A car drove by him and slowed down a bit so they matched his pace. "Hey bitch, what the hell are you doing in our neighborhood", asked a lion with black hair that went down to his shoulders. "Um... walking, what's it look like", growled Baxley who wasn't in the mood to be pestered. The car stopped and so did Baxley. The lion and two other furs got out of the car; a brown furred cat and a black wolf.

"Jake we need to get these drugs to the warehouse", said the wolf. "That can wait, we need to teach little foxy here some manners", replied the lion. Baxley smirked. "What? You're going to teach me manners", he barked. "I don't recall myself driving up to some random fur and calling them bitch, okay." The lion sucker punched Baxley in the gut and the fox fell to his knees. Baxley then felt him being grabbed by his collar and a heard someone speak in his ear.

"We're gonna fuck you up foxy and then we're going to fuck you senseless", whispered the lion named Jake. Baxley's cell phone began to ring and Jake took it out of the fox's pocket. "Huh, who is this Onyx character", said Jake still holding Baxley by the collar. "He's my friend and someone you don't want to piss off", said Baxley, grinning. Jake rejected the call and turned the phone off before putting it back in the fox's pocket.

"He won't mind if we borrow his friend for an hour or so will he", growled Jake. Baxley tried to wriggle free and punched the wolf next to him. The wolf kicked Baxley, took out a 9mm pistol and pointed it at Baxley. "Try that again and see what happens", he growled. Baxley just hung his head in defeat. "Blake, go get some rope or something to bind his wrist with", said Jake. The cat walked back to the car and returned with some rope, smiling.

The lion stood Baxley up and led him into an alley. "First things first, we are going to fuck you", he said. "Then when we're done with that we're going to take you to the warehouse and beat your ass." They stopped in the back of the alley. "Pull his pants and underwear down", said Jake to the cat, named Blake. "And tie his hands together." The cat did what he was told with little to no fight from Baxley who was still being held at gunpoint.

Jake smiled at the sight before him and pushed Baxley against the wall, still gripping onto the collar and dropping his own pants. Baxley didn't even have the energy to look as tears began rolling down his cheeks. All he wanted was to get away from these assholes, but with a gun at his head and his wrists tied that would be impossible. Baxley just stood against the wall waiting for what was to come. The lion growled as he slid into Baxley's tail hole and began thrusting slowly. Within a minute or two the thrusts quickened and the growls got louder and Baxley whimpered a little at each painful thrust getting a smile from the lion and causing him to thrust harder.

Soon the final thrust came and with that a roar from the lion followed by his seed filling the insides of Baxley. Jake pulled out and some cum leaked and ran down Baxley's legs. "Your turn, Blake", said the lion with a smile. For about ten minutes or so it went on and when they were done they pulled each other's pants up, satisfied at what they had done. "So, are we going to take our little rude foxy back to the warehouse, Jake", asked the wolf, putting his gun away.

"Sure, we still haven't done the second part of our lesson and the boss would love to see what we caught", replied the lion with a chuckle. "Pick him up and throw him in the trunk, William." The wolf smiled and grabbed the collar, hoisting the fox up to his feet before flinging him on his shoulder. Baxley's wrists were still tied and he whimpered slightly as he was carried to the car and thrown in the trunk. Unaware to the thugs was that an undercover cop was watching them, planning to stop the drug traffickers.

Baxley slept on the way to the warehouse and was awaken by being pulled out of the trunk by a leopard and thrown onto the floor. "Who the hell is he", said a black dragon with a gray underbelly and muzzle. "Some fox that disrespected the gang, sir", said Jake. Baxley looked around himself and found he was surrounded by dozens of furs and scales alike. They all were murmuring some Baxley got only bits and pieces of. Like "What's Drain going to do with him...", or "I want in on his punishment."

The black dragon walked over to Baxley who looked up at him with defiance. "I hear you were seen in the wrong neighborhood and rude to one of my gang members", said the dragon, crossing his arms and flexing his wings slightly. Baxley glanced at the lion who was smiling wide. "From the way I saw it, it was your gang member that was rude to me", growled Baxley. "They were rude enough to rape me actually."

The dragon sniffed and ordered two furs to take Baxley to a room and tie him to a chair. "I'll deal with you later, fox, but right now I have a transaction to make." A tiger and German Shepard grabbed Baxley by the arms and took him to a room then tied him to a chair. Baxley hung his head in thought about what was to come.

He had been sitting for what seemed like hours until the black dragon came in the room. "I have a break in my meeting so I have some time to speak with you", he said pulling up a chair and sitting at the table across from Baxley. "Tell me your name, fox?" Baxley looked at the dragon. He wore a white t-shirt with a cross necklace on and blue jeans that made his black scales pop out. The fox smirked. "If you tell me yours then maybe I'll tell you mine."

The dragon sat back in his chair and chuckled. "Fair enough", he said. "My name is Drain, leader of the Mob Fur gang. Now, I gave you what you wanted, it's time to live up to your part." Baxley nodded. "My name's Baxley, thief, assassin, and sometimes mercenary", he said shaking his hair out his eyes. Drain smiled, showing sharp white fangs. "Listen, if you want to continue to live your foxy way of life join my gang and work for me as my inside man into other gangs", he said. Baxley looked away from Drain and huffed. "I'll let you think about it, foxy, but remember I could set you for life or I could let my men beat you within an inch of your worthless, pathetic life." And with that the dragon left the room.

Baxley sat in that room for a long moment until an idea hit him. "I still have my pocket knife." He closed his eyes and concentrated. The knife floated out of his back pocket and started to cut at the binding on his wrists. Baxley stopped then quickly resumed what he was doing as he heard gunshots and shouts from outside the room.

Two gang members came bursting through the door to his room. A white furred cat and a black lab both carrying pistols. "Shit, who alerted the police of what we were doing tonight", hissed the cat, paying little attention to Baxley who was nearly done with his bindings. "I don't know, but I hope we make it out of here alive", replied the lab. Baxley saw his chance and quickened his cutting speed until the binds fell to the floor. He smiled and brought his paws from behind his back, setting them on the table. Baxley stood up and threw his knife into the back leg of the cat.

"Ah, what the hell", growled the cat as he turned around. Baxley was already arm's length from him and punched the cat in the gut. He then spun around kicking the dog in the face. The dog stumbled backwards and raised his gun, but it was grabbed and Baxley head-butted him in the face. Baxley twisted the dogs arm causing him to let go of the pistol. The black fox snatched the gun from the floor, turned around and shot the cat in the same leg the knife had been embedded in.

"Ah, fuck that hurt", hissed the cat as he went for his pistol, but Baxley was too quick and he got there first, grabbing the other pistol and smiling at the scene he just caused. The dog glared at the fox and staggered up to his feet-paws. "I would advise you to stay on the floor, pup", chuckled Baxley. "Fuck you fox", barked the dog. Baxley shook his head and shot the dog in the leg. He then collected what ammo he could and left the room.

Baxley ran back into the loading/unloading dock of the warehouse and nearly was caught with a stray bullet. He ducked behind some crates, not sure who was shooting at him. The black fox peeked around the corner and saw a S.W.A.T team member aiming at him. "Hey", Baxley said, raising his paws up and stepping from behind the crate. "I'm not with these guys." A cheetah police officer ran up to Baxley and told him to set the gun down. Baxley was about to toss the gun away when a lion came from around the corner and took aim at the cheetah. He quickly raised the pistol and shot the lion.

"I told you to put the gun down", growled the cheetah. Baxley smiled and set the gun down. "If I didn't you wouldn't be standing here right now." Drain flew above them and Baxley dashed off after the dragon. "Hey, stop right there or I'll shoot", yelled the cheetah, raising his gun. Baxley ignored him and jumped for the dragon's tail, grabbing it and weighing him down. He hung on as the dragon swerved and twisted in the air, trying to knock him off.

"Shoot him", yelled Drain. The mob members took aim at Baxley and fired. "Oh, well I guess it's time for me to get off", barked the fox, looking down and finding a place to land. Baxley took a deep breath and let go, falling on top of a lizard and knocking him out. "Well that was a lucky", smirked the fox as he took the lizard's Thompson submachine gun. Baxley worked his way carefully on the side where the police were, taking fire from both sides and giving fire to the gang members.

Taking cover from some gunfire the fox said "How the hell do they not piece it together that I'm not with the mob." Baxley stepped from behind his cover, took a few shots at the gang members, and then nearly fell as he was shot in the knee. "Ah, shit, I think I'd be used to getting shot by now", he said as he slumped down behind cover. "Freeze, paws in the air, fox", ordered a wolf police officer. Baxley threw away the gun and put his paws in the air. Another cop came over and cuffed the fox, pinning him to the ground.

Baxley was quickly led out of the warehouse and to a squad car and shoved inside. The car drove off fast, heading to the police station. Baxley was silent all the way there. When the car stopped he was taken out of the car and escorted inside. The cops put Baxley in a waiting room until they had a chance to speak with him. The black fox looked around at his surroundings and glanced from side to side in nervousness.

A leopard police officer came in with a clipboard and a set of keys. "We've made a decision to let you go, but someone wants to speak with you before you leave", she said. Baxley nodded, understanding the leopard's words. He was told to stand up and face the wall while she unlocked the cuffs. Once the cuffs were undone Baxley was led out of the room, down a hall, and an interrogation room.

He was sat down at a table and left alone in there until a tiger came in. "Okay, fox, you are now a suspect and I have a few questions to ask you", said the tiger with a slight growl in his voice. "Alright, what are they", barked Baxley, calmly placing his paws on the table. "My first one is why my little foxy buddy is in L.A", growled the tiger. Baxley looked confused and he looked at the tiger more closely. His eyes widened when he recognized the man in front of him.

"Thomas, what the hell, it's been so long", said Baxley. "What have you been up to these days?" The tiger sat down across from the black fox and smiled. "I've been good; you still haven't answered my question", he replied with a smile. "I was visiting my brother", said Baxley, still surprised that he was talking to his old friend from the war in Illinois. "I was walking back to my motel when I was raped and abducted." Thomas nodded, thoughtfully. "Well, I have some information that we discovered after the warehouse drug bust that the Mob Fur gang are going to meet up again someplace else", he said. Baxley grinned.

"Can I get in on the investigation", asked Baxley with a sparkle in his eye. "I owe that dragon a bullet." Thomas smirked. "I doubt my team would appreciate it if I let someone join them from out of nowhere", he said. "Who said I was asking to join your team", replied Baxley. Thomas stared at Baxley for a moment. "You want revenge don't you?" Baxley grinned. "I do." The tiger rubbed the back of his head and stood up. "Okay, I'll let you go out for the guy, but I don't want you going alone and you will contact me when you have Drain cornered", he said.

Baxley stood up, tail swishing slowly and barked, "I promise I will not go alone and I will contact you if I catch him." Thomas nodded to Baxley and motioned for the fox to follow him. They left the room and walked down a hallway to another room. Thomas told Baxley to wait outside and went inside. Baxley stood there for a moment before the tiger came back and handed the fox his cell phone. "Call your friend then let me know when he'll be here and we can get you two briefed on the mission", said Thomas before walking away.

Baxley smiled as the tiger left. He scrolled through his contacts and his finger stopped on one name in particular. The fox grinned evilly and his ear twitched a few times as he dialed the number. The phone rang a few times before someone picked up. "Hello, Onyx, can I ask you a favor", said Baxley, starting to walk out of the police station and sitting on the steps.

"Sure, Bax, what's up", replied Onyx. "Are you familiar with the Mob Fur gang in L.A", asked Baxley. "I think so, aren't they drug traffickers or something", said Onyx. "Yes, they are and I seemed to piss their leader off and my old friend is offering me and a friend to capture the bastard", explained Baxley. "Well, I'm glad you chose me as your friend on this job; I've been itching to get my claws dirty", replied Onyx. "I'll be over there tomorrow; where are we meeting at?" Baxley smiled that his friend accepted his invitation. "My motel, I have my stuff there and then we can walk over to the police station together." Onyx agreed to the arrangements and hung up the phone.

Baxley went back inside and told Thomas that he'd see him tomorrow morning. Thomas nodded and handed him an envelope. "What's this", asked Baxley. "A few things that will help you on your mission; open it when you get to your motel", replied Thomas. Baxley nodded and smiled as he left the police station.

It was 11 o'clock when Baxley walked into his motel room, grabbed his duffle bag and sat on his bed with it. He looked through it and pulled out a rolled up cloth and rolled it out on his table. Once the cloth was unrolled he looked through his bag again and pulled out his harness and set it on his bed. The black fox smiled as he pulled out his breakdown compound bow and quiver. Baxley loaded up his throwing daggers on his harness and some throwing stars. He then laid his harness on the table chair and rolled up the cloth and put it back in his bag after he pick out a fighting dagger.

Baxley had his clothes laid out already, so he fiddled around a bit until he remembered the envelope Thomas had given him. He grabbed it off of the table and opened it. Baxley pulled out it's contents. A collar with the L.A.P.D patch on it and black leather gloves were in it. The fox smiled as he took the collar he was wearing now off and tried on the new collar.

It was 11:45pm when Baxley put his pajamas on and laid in his bed thinking about the briefing tomorrow. The black fox sat up and grabbed his journal on his bedside table where the lamp was. He used his telekinesis to turn the lamp on and unclipped the pen from the cover of the journal. Baxley wrote and drew in his journal and sometimes liked to read over things to help him sleep. He was half-way through one of his entries when he started to nod off and soon after fell asleep.

Baxley woke up the next morning and got washed up and dressed. He wore a black t-shirt and some black cargo pants, his black jacket which covered his harness, his police collar, and black leather gloves. Baxley cleaned his earrings and put them in, then grabbed his bow and quiver and headed out the door. It was raining and Baxley walked right out into it. "Hey, foxy, how have you been doing since we last met", Baxley heard a familiar purr behind him.

"Onyx", the fox said as he turned around just barely ducked before being punched in the face. "Whoa, why did you try to hit me?" The winged panther smirked at Baxley and brushed his hair out of his eyes. "I just wanted to see if you were still as quick on your feet", Onyx said smiling. "Why are you worried about me being quick on my feet; shouldn't you be worried about your own reflexes", replied Baxley hugging Onyx.

Onyx twisted Baxley around and pinned him against the wall. "You forget; I'm a cat I don't need to work on my reflexes." Baxley nodded and raised his dagger to Onyx's side, smiling. "Ah, but you forget that we foxes are expert improvisers." Onyx nodded and let go of Baxley. "So, what's this favor of yours", asked Onyx as they started to walk down the street. "An old friend of mine wants us to capture a mob leader; he's briefing us at the police station", replied Baxley.

Baxley and Onyx arrived at the police station when the rain was only just sprinkling. They walked in and sat down in the waiting area. "Hey, Baxley, your friend and you can come in here to wait for Chief Thomas", said a cat police officer. Baxley stood up, followed by Onyx and walked over to the cat standing by the room. "Thank you", said Baxley as he went into the room. The room had a projector and screen, a round table with comfy chairs, and a water fountain sitting in the corner.

Baxley and Onyx took a seat at the table and waited for the tiger to show up. "So, what do you think the briefing will be about", asked Onyx. "Probably where the gang is going to be, how to approach them and what to do when we capture their leader", replied Baxley. "I bet I can capture the leader before you can", growled Onyx, playfully. Baxley smiled. "That will tough if you don't know how to get close to him undetected." The door opened and Thomas walked in.

"Well, I see you have an infatuation with felines, Baxley", he said, smiling. Baxley nodded, smiling. "I guess I do", he said, ear twitching. "Okay", said Thomas, sitting down in the chair at the head of the table. "It's time we get down to business. Now, we have discovered where the gang is going to be at next and what they are doing there. Drain and his men are trading drugs for guns and firepower with some gun runners and their leader. I need you two to stop the deal and capture the two leaders if possible. You can go about how you do on your own, but if you do capture them alive notify me and I will alert the police squad that is close by the area."

Baxley and Onyx nodded. "Okay, so you're saying that I could fly over their heads and attack them that way while, Baxley takes guys out with his bow and arrows", asked Onyx. "Or, I trick them and Onyx could just come out of nowhere and start attacking the gang", said Baxley. "You can figure what you will do on your way to the L.A. trading port", said Thomas. Baxley and Onyx stood up and said goodbye to Thomas as they left through the door.

They walked out of the station and walked a few blocks to Baxley's truck. Baxley got in the driver's seat while Onyx sat on the passenger side. Baxley started the vehicle and drove out of the drive-way. He turned on the radio and "Wanted Dead or Alive" by Bon Jovi came on. Baxley turned the song down a little after the first two verses. "So, what's the plan for getting to these two guys", asked the fox. Onyx thought for a moment. "Well, I kind of liked my idea earlier, but yours did seem possible and more subtle", he said.

"And there is the possibility that I run out of arrows and can't cover you from where I'm at", replied Baxley. "True, so what do you want to do", asked Onyx. "Well... we could mock surrender and-." Onyx shook his head. "No, you can mock surrender and then I can attack from the sky." Baxley smiled. "You and your pride, okay let's just both storm the area and stop the deal." Onyx nodded. "I like that and we won't have to worry about each other all that much." Baxley nodded and kept driving towards the docks.

They arrived a block away from the docks and got out of the truck. Baxley checked his supplies then threw his jacket on and slung his bow and quiver across his shoulders, before putting his hood up. Onyx grabbed his daggers and tucked them into his belt loops, smiling at Baxley. The black fox smiled back at his friend and twirled his dagger around before catching it in reverse grip technique. They set off at a slight jog towards the docks in the late evening warmth.

There were trucks and gang members guarding the entrance and walking the docks. Baxley notched an arrow and took aim. "Wait", hissed Onyx. "Let me get to a good position so I can kill the ones trying to run off." Baxley nodded and watched as Onyx made his way behind a truck. He then got a nod from Onyx and let an arrow fly towards an alligator, dropping him. Onyx came from behind the truck and slashing and swinging his daggers with deadly accuracy.

Baxley covered Onyx and shot ones that were running for the entrance to the docks. The black fox set his bow and quiver aside and drew his dagger before jumping over the crates he was behind. Onyx was standing at the entrance, waiting for Baxley. "Ready", said Onyx, smiling. Baxley nodded and swished his tail with an evil grin. Onyx took to the air and Baxley ran down the dock. He hid behind boxes, silently killed gang members, and made his way to the area of the deal. Onyx was sitting on the boathouse roof looking at the deal happen.

Baxley smiled and slid his dagger into his sleeve. He walked up to the group of gang members and gun runners. "Hey, you started the party without me", said Baxley as he got closer, arms raised. The group spread apart and made an isle so Drain and a leopard could see the fox. "Ah, well look who it is; it's that bitch from last night", said Jake from within the crowd. Onyx pinpointed the lion's position and glided down towards him.

The winged panther landed on the lion and pinned him to the ground with his dagger to his throat. "You want to say anything else about my foxy friend, asshole", growled Onyx, pressing the dagger down on his throat. Jake smirked. "Yeah, he's a pretty good fuck, not too loud and not too quiet." Onyx snarled and stabbed the lion in the chest, watching as the lion took his last breath. Baxley slipped a dagger from out of his jacket and threw it at the leopard, missing by a hair.

Onyx jumped off the lion and started to fight his way towards Baxley, who was fighting his own way to Drain and the leopard. The gang was fighting back with guns and knives, trying to prevent the two black furs from reaching the two men. Baxley's eyes dilated and a few members flew backwards and after that threw two daggers at some men trying to come at his sides. Onyx was fairing a bit better as he was just tunneling through men and knocking them on their asses.

Baxley and Onyx finally met in the middle, leaving most of the gang destroyed and leaving only about five gang members left. William, the wolf, a tiger, a lizard, an alligator, and a german shepard. Onyx smiled at Baxley and the fox flicked him with his bushy tail. The winged panther flicked him back and then shot off to the side of the line of the remaining gang members. Baxley sprinted forward, dagger twirling. He raised his left paw and punched the wolf in the gut.

Onyx slashed the tiger in the knee and then kicked him in the chest. Baxley grabbed William by the collar of the shirt and pulled him close before kneeing him in the ribs. He drew a throwing dagger and threw it at the lizard, hitting him in the stomach. The alligator tried shooting Onyx, but the feline kept dodging until he was close enough to stab the reptile. Baxley tossed William to the side and tried advancing on Drain and the leopard, but was stopped as the tiger leaped onto his back. They wrestled on the ground, weapons forgotten and bit and scratched at each other. Baxley got the upper hand and pinned the tiger to the ground.

Onyx dashed past them and ran towards the leopard that was, along with Drain, running away. He took to the air and flew above the gun runner. Baxley head-butted the tiger knocking him unconscious, grabbed his dagger and threw it at the dragon, messing up his take- off and causing him to fall. Drain pulled out a desert eagle and hid it underneath him as Baxley walked over.

Onyx dived towards the leopard and grabbed him by his shirt, pulling him into the air. "Put me down, put me down", screamed the leopard. "Okay, if you insist", said Onyx as he spun himself and then flung the leopard into one of the crates, knocking him out. Baxley turned Drain over then a loud bang was heard and the fox fell over clutching his shoulder. Drain stood up and walked over to the prone, injured fox. "Well, well, well, it looks like I caught a fox", he smirked.

Baxley groaned and his ear twitched as he heard sirens going off. "And it looks like I'm going to kill a fox as well", continued Drain as he aimed the gun at Baxley's head. Onyx sprinted over to where Baxley and Drain were, but was stopped by William jumping in front of him. He kicked the wolf in the gut then punched him the face. Onyx drew mourning and threw the dagger at the dragon right as he pulled the trigger.

Baxley slowed the bullet down enough and moved his head so it wouldn't hit him. His sight began to blur a little and he smiled as he saw Onyx and police officers and paramedics rushing over to him, before blacking out due to loss of blood. The fox was carried to a truck and sent to the hospital with Onyx in the back, watching him.

Baxley blinked open his eyes and tried to sit up, only to be pushed down by a firm, but gentle paw. "The doctor said not to sit up for a while", purred a familiar voice. Baxley looked around and saw Thomas and Onyx standing on either side of the bed. "You gave us quite a scare, pup", said Thomas. "They said you would have died if the bullet would've been a few inches to the left." Onyx leaned over the bed and whispered in Baxley's ear. "I will personally beat you myself if you scare me like that again", he joked and licked the fox's ear. "Okay, now the doctor said you should be out by tomorrow afternoon. I need to leave for right now; my number is on the table. Oh, and that leopard we arrested gave us good information on thing we didn't know about the mob fur gang. It seems they have chapters in other states across the U.S., but that's for another day. Onyx, we should let Baxley rest."

"Ha, you should let Baxley rest; I'm going to talk his ear off so he knows how bad I'm pissed at him", replied Onyx. "Why are you going to cause more pain to your little foxy; now go or at least spend the night in the chair", barked Baxley. Onyx growled at Baxley playfully and sat down in the soft cushioned chair. "I'm staying", he said, eyes shining in the light. "Fine, but don't bug him too long. Bye everyone", purred Thomas as he left.

Baxley got some sleep last night, thanks to Onyx's talking and his wound, but felt relieved when he was able to walk out of the hospital. He walked over to his truck which was brought by one of the officers and climbed inside. Onyx had said his goodbyes earlier that morning and left. Baxley flipped on the radio and started the engine and drove off.
