You
#1 of Amoris Obscuro (Love Poems)
Something that I once wrote, that seems like a lifetime ago. Yet it still holds true for that person, where ever they may be. From now and until the end of time as we know it.
How I hate to say goodbyes
When I gaze into those beautiful eyes
I just want to drown in them today
Never having to look away
Your lips are like a lethal drug
And my grave I willingly dug
Just to taste their forbidden sweetness
In however brief our kisses
Your arms are like a prison to lock away the free
And I gladly rush to them throwing away the key
Just to be held in your everlasting embrace
As I gaze up at your voluptuous face
Your voice is like the spring season
_And without it, my heart is without reason _
Through out the day I hear it all along
It's wonderful melody and joyous song
Your love is a gift I don't deserve
And I wonder were I found the courage and nerve.
Your love I shall keep and never throw away
Not even on my very last day.
