This is a story originally based off of a roleplay by Bolt_is_epik, and Dburch111. Dburch gave me the story, saying he didn't feel like continuing, and gave me the rights to it. After some editing to the grammar (If it was written by me, it probably wouldn't have the errors.) I posted it here. Let me know what you think guys, I don't think it's bad myself.

Prologue

World War Two marked it's self as one of the bloodiest, if not the bloodiest war the world as a whole has seen. There was Genocide, Murder, Lies, and twisted plots all mangled up into one mass conflict. The Allied forces opposed the Axis powers whom had their intent set on world domination. The Germans were already pushing themselves upon other countries, annexing them into German control. A Polish city, which was called Danzig under Nazi control, is being drove into by the Russian soldiers.

Chapter 1

The city of Danzig was a beautiful place, a beautiful, sophisticated city in Poland... That was before the Nazi forces drove in and began to control the city. The city was under Nazi control for the longest, now it's time to drive them out. The year, 1945. The occasion; The Second World War. Several Russian troup transports headed into the German occupied city from each direction, launching a mass attack on the city. The particular one our focus is on is heading into the city from the souther route. The plan was simple, drive through the nazi line at this part of each part of the city, break through all forces within the city, and meet up in the large plaza in the center. Easier said than done.

The transports began to slow as the gunfire in the vicinity grew louder. "Viktor, Kravinsky, on me, the rest of you with Lune," The Russian sergeant major Petrov said to the group of men in the transport. The transports came to a halt as the gun fire was perfectly audible. "Go! Go!" Petrov yelled, waving his troups out of the transport. The men scattered across the field, diving for any cover they could find as the guns persisted to fire. After all of his men had exited the transport, Petrov ran behind them until it happened. There was a distinct shot that seemed to rise above the others in the field. Instinctivly, Petrov dove to the ground. A bullet whirred past his head and buried it's self into the ground beside him. "Damn," Petrov swore, standing up and running to the line of cover to assist his comrades. "Viktor, there's a sniper out there, see if you can take him down," Petrov barked as Viktor stood up. "I think I have him...." Viktor said as a shot was fired. "You got him!" Petrov said as Viktor fell to the ground dead with a bullet to the chest. "Goddamn you..." Petrov said, stading and peering through the scope. He saw a German in a black uniform on top of a building, bolting his rifle. "Die, swine!" Petrov yelled, pulling the cold, steel, trigger on the rifle. A bullet was sent spiraling towards the german, but hit the building beneath him. Petrov growled as he ducked once again, rebolting the Mosin Nagant sniper rifle. A shot was fired, aiming for petrov, but it missed and struck a private who was fighting along side him. Petrov once again rose to fire on the German, but saw instead the scope and barrel of a Kar-98 K rifle ready to shoot him. He ducked in a stride and barely missed the high-caliber shell that was sent his way. Just then the Katyusha, the Red Army's powerhouse artillary vehicle, began to tread up the hill. "Excellent..." Petrov said hopefully. "Get that vehicle on the tall, brick building to the northeast, there's a force in there that's holding us back," Petrov yelled to the Katyusha team. The team undoubtedly heard the message and proceeded to fire on the building.

With one shot, the building began to crumble. The German seemed frantic as he seemed to diappear into the debris of the fallen building. "Yes, you have been avenged my comrades...." Petrov said, leaving behind the fallen soldiers. Petrov began to move forward as a rocket from a German Panzershrek blew up the Katyusha. "Damnit!" Petrov said once again, diving for the next line of cover. The Panzershrek team kept firing on Petrov's team, taking out a few men, scattering and injuring a few. A lucky Russian Wolf in his late thirties rose up and shot the german firing the panzershrek in the chest, taking him out. After that one was down, the rest of the team was either maimed or killed. "Alright comrades, let's get into this city," Petrov said, firing on some Germans who were rushing out to fire apon the Russians. Many of the Russian soldiers fell as they ran towards the German trench. "Throw your grenades, force them out!" Petrov yelled to his men, who proceeded to do so. There were Germans climbing out of the trench, getting prepared to fire upon their russian assailants. Others stayed inside the trench, most of said were killed due to the gases and explosions delt by the Russian grenades. Petrov sprayed many of the ones who abandoned the trench with the PPSH Sub Machine gun he had been issued. Finally the Commanding officer was brought out of the Trench by a group of Russian soldiers. Petrov knew he was to be exicuted, and that was fine; He probably deserved it. Petrov watched as the begging officer was forced to the ground and shot like a dog. The distinct shot seemed to be audible from any place on the battle field. The German officer lie dead there on the edge of town, a hole in the side of his head.
