#3 of Pandaman and Duncan

Duncan had not apparently noticed. He just went over to the couch and flopped down on it, perhaps harder than he would have normally. The game could now be shut off - Panda was feeling much relieved having presumably gotten away with pleasuring himself so openly, and seeing that Duncan was evidently the same as always. The silence was beginning to sound strange, so Panda said, "Hey umm... I'm just gonna go and save this real quick, and then I think I need to use the bathroom too."

Duncan said, "Okay then. Hey, actually, I totally forgot to get my glasses on anyway. Let me go do that." And with that, he went back into the bedroom. In the meantime, Panda began to make his way to the nearest save point. Duncan came back out and again sat on the couch, but this time he more laid down on it. As Panda moved along in the game, he sent Duncan a few quick glances. Panda had to admit to himself, internally, that he was a very attractive fox. The fox was likewise wearing only a pair of grey boxers. Being furries, this wasn't surprising seeing as neither Panda nor Duncan really needed clothes at all, except when other people were over and didn't find it proper to view one another naked all the time.

Panda eventually made it to his save point, and still Duncan hadn't said anything since going to get his glasses. Panda halfway wondered if something was wrong, but he decided not to say anything until after going to the bathroom. He got up, turned off the PS2 and TV, and walked off towards the bathroom in the back.

After shutting the door, Panda first grabbed a bit of extra toilet paper and wiped off the still-remaining pieces of cum that had landed in his fur, but that wasn't all that noticeable due to his fur being all-white around his belly. After doing this and throwing the toilet paper in the toilet, he began to pee. While doing so, his mind began to wander over what exactly happened the past few minutes.

The thing that came up first was how he had been moaning Duncan's name during the peak of his last orgasm. Remembering this quite literally startled Panda - he had almost forgotten that he had done it at all. And now that he had remembered, he began to ponder as to why he had done so. Sure, Duncan was handsome as he had noted moments ago. Panda had even joked about Duncan becoming a supermodel once or twice during their friendship, seeing as how Duncan's coat was so very exquisite as fur coats go. The fur all along his back was a very tangy orange shade, because of the contrast it made with the rest of his fur on his front, which was a subtle tan, rather than the common stark white.

He guessed that having told Duncan such things, maybe he hadn't exactly been discreet about the fact that he was gay, as he thought he had up until now. Maybe Duncan did see Panda moments ago, but simply had his own thoughts about it and figured it was okay. Who knows? Speculation was leading nowhere, so he would simply have to explore his thoughts after he left the bathroom.

After washing his paws, he left the bathroom to find Duncan exactly in the same position before he went to get his glasses; laying down on the couch with his footpaws somewhat embedded in the folds of the blankets piled up at one end of it. As he passed, Panda had one more thought about Duncan's looks - When he had gotten his glasses a few months ago, it made Duncan look unbelievably better. Duncan, though already smart, had then begun to look it. Sometimes, it seems unfair for furries to have both good looks and smarts, but Duncan was fortunate enough to be one of the lucky few.

Panda went back to his overstuffed grey chair, turned it towards the couch, and asked Duncan, "So uh... now that we're both up and about, what do you reckon we should do?"

Duncan smiled, leaned up on his arms slightly and responded, "I'm not really sure. It's only 2:30 in the afternoon, maybe we could waste our 17-year-old lives talking some more?"

Panda had expected a simple "I don't know" as that question nearly always received as a response. Instead, Panda got the answer that he felt he most wanted to hear. Duncan and Panda always had great conversations, and now that Panda was feeling the most open that he had felt in a while, this one would likely be no different.

Whenever they talked in the living room, and planned on talking for a good, long while, Panda would pull up his second couch he had in his living room (currently sitting perpendicular to the couch Duncan was on, with a space between the two so as to be able to get to the back of the house) and line it up right beside his other couch, which would create a semi-enclosed space with which to get very comfortable. And, as the case usually was, to be able to talk about whatever in whatever volume was appropriate and still have the other person able to hear it. Panda asked tentatively, "Duncan, should I move the other couch? I mean, is this going to be one of 'those' conversations?"

"Actually, I think it will. Last night we mostly goofed-off and wrestled around and stuff, and besides, what kind of visit would this be without one of our patented conversations?"

"A bad visit indeed. Okay then. Oh, except, you sure you really want to do all this lying around after just finishing a nap?" At this point, Panda got up and started to swing the couch around into position. He didn't really question Duncan's judgement.

"Yeah... actually, it's totally cool because I didn't actually get all that much sleep. It was mostly just restful staring at the ceiling action."

"Hmm... that might be part of what that stirring around I heard was." Panda moved the second couch into place, and right when the two came together and made a kind of thump sound, he thought he might've heard Duncan say something to the effect of, "I'm sure that wasn't the only stirring you heard" under his breath. Panda nearly shot him a look, but decided that maybe his anxiety was causing his brain to make him hear things. It happened to Panda sometimes - he'd half-expect to hear something and so his brain would twist sounds he heard to make it sound as though he had heard something he hadn't. Panda couldn't be sure, so he just shrugged it off and climbed over the edge of the couch to sit on his side of the makeshift "fort".

Panda, being a panda, obviously needed the larger couch to begin with, and so he had it under him. Even so, he took up a bit more than just his own couch, but that didn't make Duncan uncomfortable because Duncan took up less of his couch than he needed. After all, he was on panda-sized furniture, and he was going to be a bit small for it.

After sighing, he looked over his shoulder, arms folded behind his head at the fox that lay next to him. Duncan still looked up at the ceiling. His muzzle turned and faced Panda, who then realized that Duncan was now looking right back at him. Panda blinked, taken aback at his own shameless staring and cleared his throat nervously.

Their next hour of conversation started off strangely, because for some reason both Panda and Duncan were feeling awkward about something that neither one of them was willing to admit. Somehow, they both knew it in each other, and yet, still said nothing.

The upcoming school semester was a prominent figure in their minds, so it's no surprise that they both started talking about it at the same time. Giving one another the puzzling/smiling look, they began to laugh at the same time as well. The tension that seemed to be there for the past few minutes quickly evaporated after that. No, more like, it disappeared as quickly and strangely as it had arrived.

It's important to note that Duncan and Panda's relationship had never been one based off of or revolved around anything sexual - that is to say, that they almost never spoke of relationships or anything sexual normally. Not necessarily because they were afraid of it, but because they were bonded in other ways besides a common interest in sex. They had similar interests in so many other places that they simply didn't get to anything sexual most of the time.

This conversation in particular was filled with laughter and an ease of any odd feelings that might have been lingering from before. This felt immensely good for both Panda and Duncan - they had never felt so odd as they were before, and feeling it leave was very welcome.

As to their conversation, they spoke of many things - Fun things to do this next semester at school (the two were notoriously unashamed of doing something unique, whenever possible, to spice up their day), working out arrangements for studying together (Panda lived alone, having been emancipated the previous year, which made this extensively easier), and recounting various personal experiences of recent memory (one of which being Duncan's near departure of Panda's company, possibly forever, that was thankfully averted).

As time wore on towards mid-afternoon, both Panda and Duncan realized that they were getting hungry after all the chitchat and lazing about. With a minor creak and groan, their bodies let them move away from their lying-down positions and with immediate silent agreement, they went into the kitchen to whip up some late lunch.

Panda never quite... "agreed" to his "stereotypical" taste in bamboo foods, but rather than be an idiot about it (as in, not eating it for the simple reason that it was too commonly eaten) he just went ahead and ate all sorts of bamboo foods anyway. Therefore, he moved almost instinctively towards his bamboo shoot storage and pulled out a few lengths from it. Panda then turned around, bamboo in paw, to find Duncan still standing in the doorway to the kitchen.

"Hey, the food's over here." Panda said with a grin and a small chuckle.

Duncan turned his head and said, "Oh, I know. It's just that I was thinking for a moment about what just happened."

Panda began to gather up the ingredients to make a sort of bamboo soup, and as he did so, he replied, "Not to sound like I was some kind of ignorant louse a minute ago, but what just happened?"

Duncan leaned on the other footpaw before continuing with, "Well... I'm not really sure. S'why I was thinking about it. It was kinda like... that weird tension after I got out of the bathroom."

Panda was certainly taken aback at Duncan's total directness to the issue which had felt like one of those issues that you just don't come up front and say it. Still a bit startled, Panda said, "You know... I didn't really think that that was going to be up and said like that." And, noticing that Duncan was about to say something, he continued with, "... and I'm really glad that it has. Because I noticed it too, I mean."

At the threat of creating another uncomfortable tension, Duncan said "Yeah" and gave a small cough. Then, he said "So anyway, how about that food?" And he smiled. And it was all okay again, if things ever went truly un-okay in that moment.

Panda smiled back and told Duncan that he could pick out anything he wanted from the fridge or the shelves like usual. "I just went shopping, so anything's cool with me." Panda continued to make his bamboo soup, seasonings and all. Duncan settled on a nice, large, deli sandwich. Meats, cheeses, the works. (Panda only really had those kinds of lunchmeat and cheeses because he knew Duncan liked them so much. Panda, himself, wasn't terribly fond of them, but he felt better knowing Duncan really had no reason to feel alienated in his home.)

Duncan finished fixing his lunch first, so when Panda had actually his soup in an edible state, Duncan had been eating in the living room much longer. Panda brought along his steaming bowl of bamboo shoot soup to find Duncan sitting with his footpaws crossing over the edges of the two couches. Duncan was about halfway through his hoagie sandwich. As Panda moved over a TV dinner stand, he was suddenly struck with the thought that it was so totally caring and respectful of Duncan to eat over a plate, considering most people don't even bother. Panda was grinning wide as he set the stand near the couch and pulled up a chair.

Duncan must have caught a glimpse of Panda's grin, because after a moment he said, "Hey man, why're you grinning for? Something good on your mind?"

After Panda sat down, he looked over to Duncan and said, "Oh... just something I noted to myself a moment ago. Made me happy. And if you're just dying for a hint, it was about you."

"Really? What about me, praytell?" Duncan asked as he took another bite of his sandwich and grinned slightly.

"Well... It's just all the little things you do that so many others do not. This particular thing that was on my mind just now was about how you're using a plate."

"But I alwa-"

"I know, I know... but still Duncan. It's very sweet of you to think of me like that."

Although it was hard to tell, Panda would have guessed that Duncan was blushing at this comment. Panda was deeply flattered by Duncan's gesture, and so he figured that he should know just how nice it was to have a friend with someone other than themselves in mind. He then almost sighed at the thought of Duncan once more. He really was such a good friend... at times, Panda almost felt unworthy of his friendship... but enough of those thoughts.

Panda began eating his soup in silence, while Duncan did the same with his lunch. When Duncan had finished (and Panda nearly so), he carefully, almost shyly looked up at the panda. After a second of what might have termed as an admiring look, Duncan spoke.

"So do you," he said.

Being that Panda was in the middle of a spoonful of soup, he gulped it (perhaps louder than usual) and slowly looked up towards Duncan. Panda gave a small laugh and said, "Um, come again?"

Duncan shifted his weight, perhaps slightly uncomfortable.

"Well, I was thinking that you were probably thinking something, and I was giving you the response that you could've been wanting to this thought that you may or not have been having." Duncan was now looking more than just a little embarrassed. Panda set down his spoon on his tray and climbed over the edge of his side of the couch and sat cross-legged facing Duncan. Duncan had set his plate a small ways away from him on the couch, and turned to face Panda as he came over.

"What was that thought, Duncan?" Panda inquired earnestly.

"Umm... well... I thought that you might be thinking that I look good today, and I was telling you that I'm not the only one."

Panda was quite taken aback by this comment. Not in a negative way, no, not at all. But rather... in a way that was somewhat beyond words. He had never heard Duncan make a comment about him like this before. It was very, very kind of Duncan to say such a thing, but Panda was so struck by his words that for a moment, he was unable to reply.

At last, Panda managed to say, "Actually Duncan... I was thinking that a few minutes before you actually mentioned it. I gotta tell you... for not being a mind reader, you sure fooled me just now." Panda shifted about in place for a moment, which actually left him slightly closer to Duncan than before.

Duncan was now looking down, and then said sheepishly, "Oh... good." Panda edged even closer to his fox friend. Some kind of force was compelling him to move even closer still, and it seemed like it was all he could do to not up and smother Duncan at that moment.

"Hey, hey, why are you looking down for?" Panda said at last, in a gentle tone.

Duncan gave another sheepish smile and muttered, "Because I'm a little embarrassed."

By this time, Panda was well within arm's reach of the fox, and so he gently lifted the fox's face to meet his own. Panda looked deep into his close friend's eyes for a moment, and then - he leaned forward and kissed Duncan.

It can't be said that Panda didn't know why he did it - for he did know exactly why he had kissed Duncan. It was love that compelled him to bring their faces and lips together. Shameless love, for there was no reason for shame, and even daring love. For Panda had pulled all proverbial stops when he kissed Duncan that day - and he had no idea how Duncan would, or could, react.

After only a few short seconds, their faces parted. Not quickly, but slowly, and their eyes never stopped being focused on one another. In the very short time between now and when Duncan next spoke, Panda's only thoughts were on how Duncan had (after the initial shock) seemed to... return his kiss.

"Oh, Panda!" Duncan cried as he pushed himself forward onto Panda and wrapped his small (compared to a panda) arms around his friend. Panda, easily startled by this sudden exclamation and lunge, fell over backward so that he was now leaning again on his side of the couch with Duncan hugging him fiercely. Panda slowly but assuredly returned the fox's hug.

At that time, the room was nothing but beauty. It didn't matter what it looked like - all that was of any interest was what happened. Panda held his dear friend, whose head was just below his chin, and closed his previously wide-eyed eyes. After a time (neither could recall how long), Panda pulled Duncan up from his chest and just... just smiled. That was all he could do at that point. Duncan was already warmly smiling back. Neither could blink - they didn't want to miss an instant of this.

They embraced again, this time with Duncan's head over Panda's shoulder and Panda decided to lightly stroke Duncan's back-fur. And again they stayed held together by each other, the warmth never subsiding from either of them. At last, and nearly at the same time, they felt that they needed to say something to each other.

Panda gently lifted Duncan up and over towards his left side, closer to the middle of the couch. Both of them were holding eachother's paws, but they honestly didn't notice that. Duncan then said to Panda, "Why... why did you kiss me?"

Taking no offense, for he knew that none was meant, Panda replied, "Well... it's because... because... honestly, because of the love I felt at that moment."

Duncan's eyes began to get a bit hazy, and after a moment, he managed to get out a half-whispered, half-spoken, "Love?"

Panda grasped Duncan's paw tighter and told Duncan, "Yes. Love."

A tear escaped from Duncan's eye. Overcome by emotion, Panda bent towards Duncan and again kissed the fox. Duncan's eyes closed, causing another tear from his other eye to become dislodged and run a ways down the side of his muzzle. Both could almost not believe something - Panda that he had been able to say it so quickly, and Duncan that Panda had said something in the first place.

This second kiss lasted a bit longer, and once they broke off, Panda was one hundred percent sure that this time, Duncan had returned the kiss.

As a sort of postscript to what he just said to Duncan, Panda continued, "Duncan, I think I can say that... that, I love you."

Duncan moved closer to Panda and very suddenly blurted, "Oh my god, Panda... I love you too. And... And, I never exactly thought that you would say that and I never thought this day would go like this and it was all looking sort of normal until now and when you-"

Panda had quieted Duncan with a kiss and as he parted, he said, "I know Duncan. I want to say everything too." Since Duncan was so close, he let go of Duncan's paw and instead set himself up sideways next to Duncan and rested his right paw on Duncan's knee. He noticed the gesture immediately, and looked from the paw on his knee and up to Panda's face.

Duncan mouthed "oh" but did not actually say anything, and gave Panda a tender kiss on the cheek. If that wasn't absolute support for Panda, he didn't know what was. Panda's mind fluttered back briefly to his earlier orgasm today, and more specifically, to his quiet moaning of Duncan's name. So strange it seemed to him that he wondered so recently why he moaned that name. And now it was clear... because he had probably always held Duncan in his closest regard for love that he had held anyone before, but was unable to come to that conclusion fully until now.

Panda moved his paw up Duncan's thigh now, slowly, turning his head from his paw to Duncan's face as he went. Duncan's fur flattened and then sprung back out a ways when Panda passed over it. Soon enough, his paw had reached the bottom of Duncan's grey boxers. Panda was unsure as to how to proceed, but Duncan seemed to be sure enough for Panda. He put his paws on Panda's and delicately pushed it upward, so as to urge him on, and let him know that it was okay.

Both of their hearts were beating very quickly now, since neither had done this before, but Panda's was even quicker because Panda was braving this aspect of their relationship first. Heeding Duncan's unspoken encouragement, Panda continued to move his furry paw up Duncan's thigh. Panda's paw shook a bit now, as he pushed up his friend's boxers, wrinkling the fabric, ever so closer towards Duncan's furred sheath.

When Panda had pushed the loose boxers up enough so that his pawfingers could feel the spot directly beneath the fox's legs, he brushed something there and Duncan suddenly gasped and shuddered very, very slightly. Duncan's paws were still covering Panda's, almost holding them as they had gone up. Now, he lifted them off and grabbed the edge of his boxers which Panda had been creeping up and pulled them up high enough to fully expose himself to his friend.

Or was it about to turn into lover...

Panda looked at Duncan's sheath, whose penis had (probably long since) come out of its' sheath and whose head was now resting lightly against Duncan's waist. Panda decided to get a little more comfortable by sliding in close enough to touch Duncan side-to-side. The panda took his left arm (which he had been using to prop himself up) and put it around the back of Duncan. He then eased both of them to lie lengthwise along the couch, so that they could both lay flat. Panda's arm came to rest underneath Duncan's neck, and gently grabbed his left shoulder.

As Panda did this, Duncan slid down his boxers from the top to where they were completely off of his midsection and kicked them off the edge of the couch. In doing so, he also kicked his empty plate out of the way of both him and the panda. Panda then carefully turned Duncan's head toward his own with his left paw, and with his right, finally grasped Duncan's hard and very warm member. Panda leaned in slightly to kiss Duncan, and as their lips met, his other hand began to slowly pump the fox down below.

Truly all was magnificent. Love makes a room glow, and this room was nearly on fire from the glow you could almost feel happening, had you been there. It was the feeling of truly losing yourself into another person, without any negative emotional strings attached. Might as well say without any negative feeling at all. It would have been destroyed by the beauty of the moment, it was that powerful.

After a short bit, Duncan was forced to break off the kiss Panda started to catch his breath. His heart was pounding faster and sharper than he had ever experienced before, and now it felt good to be so out of breath. Panda simply looked and smiled at the fox lying next to him as his hand stroked the furless penis in his hand, with unfaltering steadiness.

For any number of reasons, most were obvious, Duncan was not going to hold off his orgasm for much longer. Right after Panda gave him another sweet kiss on the cheek, Duncan was looking up at the ceiling, now obviously breathing very hard. As Panda's hand continued to work Duncan down below, he began to slowly loose control of everything. Duncan made a small, happy whimper, and then opened his mouth, and started to unstoppably voice his thoughts.

"Oh.... oh.... oh, ohh, Panda!"

And with the final outburst of the panda's name, he began to squirm uncontrollably as this monumental orgasm hit. Being that his body was undoubtedly working faster than ever before, his first spurt of sperm came out and landed lengthwise along his entire chest, some even reaching his neck. The next few spurts became shorter in turn, until finally, it subsided.

After taking many deep breaths, Duncan realized now what he ended up with: a rather soaked chest, a wet furry paw still holding onto his penis, a sweaty body, and a loving panda lying next to him. More than he was able to dream for until now.

Once his senses had somewhat returned to him, Duncan looked over and said, rather breathlessly, "Panda, I... god it just... you..." He faltered. "I just love you," he said at last.

Panda could only say one thing. "I know, because I said that I love you too." He moved both of his hands to either side of Duncan's face, and carefully held his head as he kissed him passionately once more, this time working in a bit more into his... new lover's mouth. And, he was careful not to get cum on Duncan's head - he might not like having to clean it off of the back of his head later.
