Month before graduation Jake

Leo moved in with us and my dads treat him like a son but only one thing different me and Leo sleep together and have fun. Ever since Leo moved in almost every night we have been doing it more often and so have my dads this month was the month Tyler and George came home from the Military to permanently stay home.

Dad went to work today on Saturday Daddy went to the bakery he said it was something about a special delivery. Me and Leo decide to do nothing today but just relax watch some TV and just enjoy the company of each other. Time to time we would talk about what are we going to do for graduation day.

"So what you going to do for graduation?" I asked Leo laying my head on his lap looking straight at him he was mainly focusing on this TV series NCIS. I could never like it reminded me about my parents I let him watch it but when I came to child abuse I tell him to change the channel and he would.

"I want to be with you on that day and side by side. What about you?"

"I want to do the same. Leo?"

"Yeah?"

"Did you know that I love you?"

"I know you do." He planted a kiss on my lips and smiled to show him I enjoyed it.

"So your brother is coming home this month that's awesome, you know when?"

"No I don't he said this month maybe today, tomorrow, next week, who knows?

Then I heard Leo phone vibrate in his pants I got up so he could get it he looked at the caller id and answered it.

"Sup Brandon?" I couldn't hear the conversation his volume wasn't loud enough for to hear but it was making my tiger happy.

"What!? Were!?Ok I'm on my way." He hanged up his phone and went to get his shoes on.

"What's going on?"

"Some Comets soccer tickets are on sale for front row seats and was planning one of our dates to be there so do you want to come?"

"No thanks I want to be home if Tyler and George come home today."

"OK then bye I love yah." He came up to me and kissed me on the lips and I kissed him back and he left I locked the door behind him and went to the kitchen to make some lunch.

30 minutes of cooking.

I decide to make something Italian so I make some spaghetti with a meatball stuffed with American cheese I set my food on the coffee table and watch some cartoons. What yeah in 16 years old and I still watch cartoons but I like to watch old ones though they were the classics and funniest to me. I set the channel on Looney tunes and I began to eat my food.

There were times I would laugh and times I laugh so hard I spit my food I feel embarrass about it but everyone has something embarrassing. Anyways it was a typical day but with Leo along with me. I heard car doors open then shut thinking it was my dad till my wolf ears heard something that scared me I heard guns being clocked. I checked to see the door was locked and it was so the only thing I knew what to do was hid but were then I heard then trying to open the door. I panicked even more I went upstairs and I saw the attic door on the ceiling so I jumped to get the string to open the door and the steps to the attic came down and I climbed as fast as I could then BANG I heard the door broke open the I grabbed the door and shut it but before I closed it I grabbed the string so they couldn't see the attic door.

It was quiet few a few minutes till I heard familiar voices.

"Jake....Jake where are you? I know you're here we been watching yah." Holy shit!!!!!! Dad? But how? Then another voice was heard and it made me burst in tears.

"Where are you my son?" it was mom!! How could she? I thought she loved me? I started to back away from the door until I hit the wall I stood there being quiet I slowly got my phone form out of my pocket and unlocked my phone I made a call to the only person I knew that can really help the first person how helped me the first time.

I held my phone to my ear and listen to the ringing till I got an answer,

"Hello?"

"Dad" I said in a low whisper trying not to be heard,

"Jake why are you whispering? "He said I could tell he was worried.

"Dad my parents are back I don't know how but there back I'm in the attic I'm scare dad." I really was out of all I been through this was the scariest. I knew for sure if they find me they'll make sure to kill me.

"OK listen to me carefully I'm on my way I'm bringing back up too just stay there in the attic there is a black chest do you see it?"

I looked around and realize I was sitting next to it.

"Yeah"

Open it and there is a .22 pistol its already loaded and turn off the safety use it if they attack you ok. I'm on my way I promise."

"Please hurry." And I hanged up the phone.

I opened the chest and it was a bunch of papers I started to shuffle around the chest quietly so I would make noises then I found the pistol. I grabbed it and looked for the safety switch on it and switched it off and I sat there and waited for them to open that door. Then I heard another door open and close I walked quietly to the widow in the attic to look who it was and then panicked.

"Shit." I said in my head as I saw Tyler and George coming to the door. No.........I'm not losing my brother not again. I decide to shot the pistol and the bullet went through the window and making a loud bang loud enough the whole neighborhood had heard. Then I heard a bang from the attic door and realize I blown my cover. I went to the black chest, opened it and shut myself in it and the attic door open and I froze myself to death as I began to hear footsteps and my father.

"Come on son all I want while I was in prison is to have a family reunion. Also to finish what I started a year ago." Then I heard a bang and I jumped a little not enough to make him notice the shaking chest. But then mom yelled "Come down honey we have a special guest. Tyler George! NO! I heard Tyler grunting about something I thing mom hit him with the gun or something but I was too scare to even think. I heard my dad's footsteps fading as he went down stairs to see his oldest son for the last time when the footsteps disappear I let myself up and heard my dad talking to my brother.

"Well...well.....well....Tyler I'm really surprise to see you honestly I never thought we would have the whole family together."

"Piss off dad." I went down stairs quietly and took a peek and saw my parents backs and saw Tyler and George with their hands raised high dad came to Tyler and wacked him with the bottom of his gun Tyler fell to the ground and George knelt down to see Tyler's head starting to form a red stain from his blood.

"Watch your mouth slutt!" I was now in anger I wanted to shot him right then but mom would have shot me after that. So I waited till the moment was right.

"Maria I think you can have the Honor of killing this one."

"You should have stayed in Iraq." She clocked it and the she pointed at Tyler's head.

"No!!" I yelled and pulled the trigger at my mom the bullet went flying through the room and into her chest. She dropped the gun and fell to the floor then my dad saw me and pointed the gun at me, that's when I froze everything started to go so slow now with my dad slowly pointing the gun at me and then I saw Tyler running slowly towards me . Then the time started to go a little faster than it was back to reality with the natural speed and Tyler pushed me to the floor with him on top of me the hard a loud sound. "Bang!"

I looked at my dad and George in a few seconds came behind him and twisted his neck and you could hear a loud crack from it. I looked at Tyler and you looked like he was in pain then I saw George come to us and took Tyler off of me and set him on the floor on his belly and saw he was shot on the right shoulder blade. That shot should have hit my heart but instead Tyler saved me. I cried so hard when I saw it I kept on yelling.

"I'm sorry Tyler this is my fault! Sniff.....I should have moved but I cou..."

"Jake give me a favor?" Tyler said to me.

"Shut...up......I'm going to be fine might not be able to use my right arm for a month but I'm not dying and it was not your fault everyone gets frozen to time to time just relax I'm not going anywhere." He smiled and then sirens were able to be heard from a distance and then we heard tires screeching and dad and cops behind him came in, dad saw us on the ground and then panicked.

"Jake are you three ok?"

"Tyler needs to get to the hospital he was shot."

"Call in medical support."

"Dad...Tyler saved me I should have taken that shot to the heart but Tyler pushed me." Dad listen to every word I said and then went to Tyler and plated a kiss on his head then said to him. "You three are something." All of us were laughing know that me and Tyler's parents won't be bothering us anymore. Minutes later I heard someone wait two voices.

"Jake." Running through the door were Leo and Brandon and they looked worried which I don't blame them.

"Jake are you alright?! What happen!? How did this!?.." then I interrupted him.

"Leo calm down there is nothing to worry about everything is done now and what's important now is what to do after this day and what will daddy react when he finds out." I laughed but Leo and Brandon went.

"Jake what's so funny you were almost killed."

"Because I don't have to worry about them again." and with that the EMTs recommended me and George to be checked in case of some illness or something so we went and drove back to hospital being the third time this year to go to the hospital.
