#2 of A Pack of Wolves

When she chooses another, Alpha is far from pleased...

Alpha's Omega

His claws nipped and sank into the flesh beneath her fur. There was a pained gasp, but it did not hold his attention as he pulled her sturdy hips back into his own. Their connection made him grunt as she bounced away, only to be pulled back into him again. Yet the smooth warmth and hot friction of his companion did little to stimulate him, nor her moans of pleasure growing constantly it fever and pitch.

Opening his eyes, he glanced down at the back of the female protruding from his groin on her paws and knees. She was slender and supple, yet strong as any Wolf in the pack. Her fur was a creamy off-white and the scent of wildwood flowers attacked his noise as she flung herself against him and sent her head fur raining down across her back. As pleasant as it all seemed, it only angered him further, driving himself into her even harder. Even the positive lift of her tail and pressing back of her rump to his groin served to fuel his fury.

Grabbing the off-white color in his large paw, he stood and pushed her shoulders down into the furs beneath them. Her cries of pleasure became muffled and indistinguishable as he dominated her, shoving himself deeper with little care for her own enjoyment. Closing his eyes once more, he returned to the scene he envisioned behind his eyes. Her fur a soft snowy white, built and lean beneath it. She was strong, but now she begged for him and his body trembled at her strong voice, now become so delicate and wanting. Suddenly the imaged changed and her claws and chest were stained with a deep red. The body of the Black Wolf could be found a short distance away. 'I did it for you. To please you. Are you pleased?' Her eyes, a burning yellow like the sun, shown up at him as she was suddenly beneath him. She moved quick and silent, but groaned in pleasure as she massaged him to his full girth.

"Alpha!" 'Alpha!' The voices didn't line up, but it was still enough to drive him over. Pulling out of the female suddenly, he let himself loose all over her back. It was an unnecessary display of dominance and ownership, and it was easy to sense her disappointment at not being tied once again. But one never argued with the Alpha, not even when he dismissed her shortly after. Even on her way out she showed him how pleased she was with his harsh treatment and offered to ease his still swollen knot. With an growl he bid her goodnight and turned to lose his fury on the tree-stump leg of the grand bed after she had gone.

It was as strong still as the tree had been when cut and when he had claimed it along with the thrown. His strength was that of an Alpha, cracking the leg deeply, but his fury was of a lesser Wolf. She was not the one he wanted in his bed, to be tied to as the drifted to sleep so she would bear him strong young for the good of the pack. 'Damn the pack!' It was an improper thought for a leader to have, but he had lost too much of his mind in pursuit of her.

His talk with her that night had not gone how he wished and he knew where she would be. He relished again in the thought of Garin laying dead at her own hands to please him. The images drove blood back into his groin as his paw reached down to squeeze his acing knot. Several thick strands fell to the dirt floor and he imagined it was her slender muzzle, still coated in the dark blood, as his flesh finally started to wither. He knew there was nothing he could do to make it a reality, no one Wolf could be signaled out from the pack unless there was proof of disloyalty. A duel must be justified and documented. He knew Garin was as loyal as Shanna, and if he was driven out he did not doubt she would leave with him. That thought drove him only further mad for her.

He had tried to convince her to come to him, but she continued to deny him. 'As long as you ask I will decline. The Alpha has every right to claim what he wants, and until you do, I will perform the service that I have been trained to do.' Winning her had become his highest ambition, but something in him had clicked with Garin's most recent addition to his fantasy. Claiming her would have to do...

Naveen walked proudly to the river. Even though it had been degrading, she was the one in the Alpha's bed and that was a thing to be proud of. Of course she knew what he really wanted, why he treated her so roughly, but she still hoped that she could sway his interests. She had grown up in the same litter as Shanna and knew that she could never compare to her skill, but she prided herself on her own bed-skill to land the Alpha in whatever way she could.

The position gave her power, even if it wasn't officially, and she did not want to lose that. Yet she held no ill will to Shanna, for she knew she would never be lead to the Alpha's camber of her own accord. It seemed, at times, that Shanna's gaze thanked her for her efforts. They may not have been for her, but everyone benefited from the arrangement.

Dropping her torn loin cloth, she waded out into the cool mountain stream to wash herself of the Alpha's seed. She had tried before to scrape it off and drive it deep into herself, knowing a pregnancy would have to bind him to her, but it had been as unsuccessful as her attempts to rid Shanna from his mind. As she ducked under the water, a chill entered her spine. There had been something different tonight that had worried her. He was normally rough, wishing it was another he was pounding into submission, but this time he seemed to revel in her pain. This was never a good trait for a leader to have, but he had been turned down again that night so she pushed the feeling aside and did not think on it again.

~

It didn't feel right, but he was still young and had so much to learn. He bowed and boar his neck to his Alpha with a swell of pride. The terms secrete and traitor made him as uneasy as the Alpha's mood, but his only joy had been serving him loyally. Ferrin knew that he would lay down his life if he even asked for it. He had seen a side of him that so few had and it bore him a deep hatred for Garin. Any Alpha would grieve for the loss of a loved one to another. He would have hated Shanna too if Alpha had not explained of the Black Wolf's secrete treachery, so vile that she had been powerless to even see what was happening.

He must love her so very deeply if he let her go to him, though his very command could force her to stay. He wanted to hold his honor and win her back, but the twisting logic used on her had proved too powerful to break. And Garin was far to loved by others in the pack for them to believe what he had done. An open and honorable duel is what the Alpha wanted, but he feared Garin would plant seeds of distrust in the people, breaking the strength of the pack for his own selfish wants.

No, the Alpha was right, he had to be taken out of the pack. But there was no honorable way, so he would do as his Alpha commanded. Better to tarnish his own name if he was discovered than that of their leader. He swelled with further pride to be so devoted and so helpful to him. There was a swell of a different kind as a strong had lifted his muzzle to meet the Blue eyes of the strong Wolf before him.

"Such trust and loyalty should be rewarded. Would you not like your pick from our females? Such strong features should be more common in our pack."

His heart pounded and he had to look away, he could feel heat rising into his cheeks and muzzle. "Nothing fills me with more... joy, Alpha, than pleasing you."

"Tell me..." his voice was suddenly low and strong, but the sound of fabric shifting pulled Ferrin's mind away from his words. "How would you most like to please your Alpha?"

The heavy sent of musk not a stride from his nose sent his vision spinning, yet it was locked on the swollen sheath as the material of the loincloth was lifted aside. A heavy paw fell and squeezed the fur covered flesh, producing the tip of the blood filled flesh oozing from the tip and dripping to the floor. A frightened but eager glance at the Alpha shown a hint of malice masked so cleverly with lust and domination that he was unable to refuse.

Moving his smaller body in front of his leader, he stared in awe as his legs were parted and his heavy sack hung down from where the sheath met his body. He felt his own flesh begin to stir as he moved between the strong legs and closer to his immediate goal. Licking his lips, he placed both his paws on his Alpha's groin and lowered his head.

It had been near a fortnight since she had gone to her Alpha and she hoped that he would be pining for her. It was all part of her plan to drive Shanna from his mind, if she could make him want it bad enough and then be the one to sate his intolerable lust. Long enough to drive any Wolf barking mad, but not long enough for him to seek another for his bed. At least that was what she thought when she entered the lesser hall for... less formal greetings.

The site that greeted her as she pulled back the skins did not register till the scent his her nose... then the sounds. Her gasp and the curtain flapping back into place was masked by a low growl from the Alpha, sitting in his chair as the small Gray Wolf Ferrin knelt before him. Her presence had gone unnoticed, and without her devious plot running through her mind she could clearly hear a soft sucking sound and the deep grunting that she had hoped to be causing that evening.

Naveen was glad she had not heard the sounds first, as it would have sent her storming into the hall to confront the little bitch that dared go behind her back. Now she was able to peel back the curtains just enough to see the Alpha's personal Omega working him like a common whore. She could only stare in awe as she watched the unthinkable happening where anyone could stumble upon them, just like she had.

The Alpha sat with his paws resting on the arms of the lesser chair of trees, only slightly smaller than the one in the great hall, almost like he was conducting his duties, not indulging in the fantasies of some young pup who is hardly able to think for himself. Suddenly one of his paw gripped an ear and yanked his head upward. A muffled yip was followed by gagging as the Alpha's hips lifted repeatedly to his gorged muzzle before burying himself to the hilt and holding there.

"Squeeze." At the simple command, one of Ferrin's paws reached up to apply the demanded pressure to his swollen knot. More gagging and choking was heard as the smell of his strong seed reached her even at the door. "Cum for me..." and he did, amply, across his own legs and the ground before him. Finally released, the poor young Wolf couldn't contain the load in his maw, spilling it across the floor before the Alpha's feet.

"We don't need any messes, Ferrin." A moment's breath before realization dawned in his eyes. Dropping to his paws and knees, the obedient Omega began licking the dirt. It was then that Naveen saw the look on her Alpha's muzzle. It was a twisted sort of dominate pleasure at the young Wolf's humiliation and complete devotion. The look frightened her, and she knew then that she could never lay in his bed again. She almost turned and ran then, but the strong voiced stopped her before she could go.

"You are loyal, Ferrin. The most loyal I have. You know what you have to do, and even though it may seem dishonorable, it must be done for the good of the pack. Only you can I trust to do this." Ferrin seemed to glow with pride, even while his Alpha's seed still clung to his muzzle. "Go and make ready. You must be quick."

Dropping the curtain she ran as quickly and quietly as she could, never looking back. The strong smell of musk in the air would mask her presence there, she was sure, but she would not return again this night. The fear and confusion she felt would not allow her to return there, or to her Alpha's bed ever again.

The night was still and uneasy. It felt of a battle, but there was nothing that would make it so. They were currently at peace, or at least not at war with any of the neighboring packs, Wolf or otherwise. But still, Garin knew by now to trust his instincts and stay alert.

It was this way for a long while as the moon shadows slowly traveled across the ground. It seemed forever before something finally moved. Spear already in hand, he dodged easily as a long blade flew past him and buried in the tree he had leaned on. A small dash of gray and he had a target. Running through the woods after his attacker, he noticed a familiar scent, but could not place it. He would soon find out as he was clearly a faster runner than his opponent. Though they knew the woods well he could still out maneuver them easily, yet he didn't seem to be fleeing, only leading.

It was at a distant clearing that he finally saw his attacker. Snarling he stopped in his tracks as the smaller Wolf slid to a halt himself.

"Ferrin, what under that stars are you doing?!? There is no one guarding the post you fool!" Yet he noticed that Ferrin was down in a fighting stance, another blade drawn and held at the ready. They had spared before, and though he knew what to do with the weapon, Garin had out maneuvered him time and again. "What has gotten into you?"

The question was left unanswered as he leapt for him, going for a killing blow. "Ferrin, get a hold of yourself!" But the adrenaline was already to his head as he turned and slashed wildly. Dancing around and away from the youth, Garin tried to plead with him, but nothing could alter his obvious intent.

What a treacherous mind that would try even now to sway those who are most loyal. Ferrin imagined how pleased Alpha would be when he returned victorious. The thought made him stir, even in the heat of his battle, until he felt a sharp sting in his forearm.

"Ferrin, stop!" The utter confusion on his opponents' face made him wonder, if only for a moment. But then his anger flared to the surface.

"No! I will not be lead astray by one such as you. I am loyal to the pack and to my Alpha and I will remove his threats!"

The way he had said 'my' Alpha sent an unnerving chill down Garin's spine. "What threat, you are not making any sense?"

"Enough!" Ferrin attacked with a vengeance and Garin knew there was nothing he could do. His only hope was to knock out the youth and drag him back to be questioned later. After several dancing attacks and dodges, Garin side-stepped another fatal attempt and rapped his spear across Ferrin's back. He went down, but immediately tried to push himself to his paws. Jumping towards him, Garin sat across his back and pulled his spear up under his muzzle and against his throat. After only a short while he should run out of air and collapse, but he proved to have advanced his skill some since they had last spared. Rolling over beneath him, he tried again for a killing blow. Blocking it only barely, the spear was sent flying and they both gripped the same blade, still pointed towards Garin's gut.

Ferrin tried to overturn him, but from his many bouts with Shanna he knew too well how to counter. Convinced he was now desperately fighting for his life, his tactics now turn to foul play. A knee connected with Garin's groin and toppled him over. Jumping atop of him, Ferrin went again for a killing blow. Just in time he was halted and they battled again for the blade, though this time he had the upper ground.

Propping himself up too high to try pressing the blade into his flesh, Garin was able to get a foot on him and send him flying, but struggling for the blade as he went overhead had him land at an awkward angle and fall limp. To his feet, Garin was cautious for trickery, but finally came to his side and rolled him over. A cough and sputter, blood running from his muzzle proved the worst, his own blade sticking high out of his gut.

"Why, Ferrin? What would drive you to this?"

Gasps for breath were chocked by his own blood pooling in his throat. "Loy-loyal-ty" Seizing suddenly he grabbed Garin's shoulder and gaped at the dark sky over head before falling limply back to the forest floor, eyes staring without seeing any longer. Garin hung his head, dark head fur draping over the light gray body as he closed his eyes for the last time.

The alarm was raised, waking Shanna from a troubled sleep. Something was terribly wrong. Emerging from the den, many were running toward the great hall and she turned to join them. Eyes were on her as she pressed her way through the Wolves gathering. Suddenly, half way through the large cavern, a hush settled and a way was made for her.

The few strides to the front of the cavern were long and silent, save for the sound of rustling material. Standing before the Alpha on his thrown, the site before her was impossible to understand. He looked down from his high chair with a sadness that she could only describe as pity, the bloody form of Ferrin lay at the base of the steps before him, a blade stuck through his limp form. Forced to his knees and held by two other of his rank, though they did not seem willing to do so, Garin was glaring up at the Alpha with pure rage.

Movement catching his eyes, Garin turned to see her, standing before the crowd, frozen in utter confusion.

"Shanna, you must believe me.."

"Enough!" The tone alone commanded silence, and all the others their quaked beneath his fury. "You stand accused of this treachery and will be held accountable for your actions."

"What treachery? What has happened here?"

"He attacked me! You sent him after me!"

"Yes I did." There was a murmur through the crowd gathered behind her. "I sent him to summon you for I had heard some troublesome things. Things about your loyalties. And then you return with his body, pierced with his own blade, and a story about how he lead you away and tried to attack you!"

"He did!"

"You ask me to believe a fighter of greater skill, was attacked by someone sent to you under my orders? To believe this from one whose loyalty is drawn into question, over one who has proven his own time and time again?"

Anger and distain settled into Garin's eyes as Shanna watched this scene from a nightmare unfold before her eyes.

"You just want me out of the way! Why not be the Alpha you are supposed to be and challenge me?!"

Alpha stood, nearly toppling the chair. "I will not lower myself to fight a traitor of this pack! You will be taken into holding until your sentence is decided. Take him away!"

Still unsure, the two other Wolves pulled him to his feet and herded him away from the thrown and towards the cavern entrance, a path clearing before them. Shanna stepped forward and they stopped, unsure what to do. Her eyes locked only with Garin and he silently pleaded with her to believe him. Her eyes were sad, but she smiled and before anyone could say anything, she held his muzzle in her paws and pressed her own to it.

Her paws tangled in his head fur and their kiss deepens as his shock fades. Another murmur travels through the crowd until the Alpha loses his control.

"Enough! Take him away!" Waiting as long as they dared, the two Wolves finally pull them apart and continue to guild him out of the cavern.

A paw still on his cheek she whispers to him. "I Love you. I'll get you out of this, I promise!"

"Don't let him control you."

"... I promise." With a small smile, he finally turned and let his fellow fighters escort him deeper into the mountains.

Turning with no small amount of hatred, Shanna's eyes met with her Alpha's. At first there was triumph and dominance. And then, for the longest moment as he met her fierce gaze... he felt fear.
