Perfect Synchronicity

This is the last of my free-range projects before I get set on my various series again, another unusual concept but something that I really enjoyed figuring out.

Perfect Synchronicity

"Arnold, I really think that you should reconsider this." Gary said as he walked into his apartment, cell phone cradled in his shoulder as his hands carried bags of groceries. "I know mom is supportive but think of everyone else out there that's going to look down on you. Once you made this decision there's no going back."

The young man sighed as he heard a voice exactly like his own give him the same argument he had heard for the last half-an-hour that it was the right choice and something he wanted to do. "I know you feel like this is something you should do, but you have no idea what this mage is going to do to you." Gary rebutted. "For all you know he'll turn you into a slug or something, especially if he's not registered with the Mage Investigation Unit with a formal license. Just think of what our dad would think, god rest his soul, he would not want you to go off and turn yourself into a werewolf because of some romanticized concept of their pack mentality. Werecreatures can be just as brutal as any human..."

Their back and forth continued for another ten minutes, then finally ended with his brother promising him he would at least reconsider his options before he went through with anything. As Gary hung up the phone he let a sigh escape from his lips, feeling the beginnings of a headache pulse up underneath his forehead. His phone calls with his brother had been that way for over a year, speaking only in short, frustration filled conversations that often ended with both of them angry. He started to wonder why they even bothered talking at all, as far as he was considered their lives were completely separate from one another already.

It hadn't always been that way, when they were much younger they had been nearly inseparable from one another. The fact that they were identical twins helped greatly, the two had often taken great delight in looking as similar as possible to make friends and family guess who was who. They even slept in the same bed, though that was mostly because of the space issues that came with the one-bedroom apartments that they constantly bounced around from. Their father had been in the military and was a high-ranking officer, which often caused them to travel from base to base. As a result the only friends they usually had were each other, and that was more than fine by them.

Everything changed the day that their parents got a divorce when they were eight. After a brutal legal battle the final verdict was that Arnold lived with their mother while Gary moved to the other side of the country with his father. Ever since then their connection was non-existent, even when both of them got older and moved out of their parents homes. The trend continued until the day their father died a year ago, finally meeting his brother for the first time in years at the funeral.

Gary cringed as he remembered that moment he saw Arnold enter the funeral parlor. While he had on a nice suit and his chestnut brown hair cut nice and short like his father insisted, his brother was in tight black jeans and a black shirt while his hair was long and had several braids with Celtic jewelry woven into it. He also had several piercings in his ear and lip, as well as several tattoos that could easily be seen poking out of his shirt, both things that their father would have never allowed. They almost had it out right there in the hallway until the man that came with Arnold, which he later found out was his boyfriend, managed to break them up.

"How disrespectful..." Gary muttered to himself as he got up and got a frozen dinner out of his fridge, turning on the news at the same time to try and get his mind off of the disastrous memory. Unfortunately it did the opposite as the weatherman was just finishing up the weather, wishing all the lycanthropes out there a 'happy full moon weekend'. Ever since the werecreatures and mages and all the other magical deviants showed themselves to the world humanity has bent over backwards in order to pander to them, he thought angrily to himself. He remembered when they first appeared, him and his father making jokes on how they should just crawl back into the holes they came from because decent society would never accept them. If his father could see the state of the world now he would turn in his grave...

After a few hours of television and several drinks of scotch later he decided to retire, not wanting to prolong the depressing day any longer. Inside his bedroom the floor-to ceiling-windows gave a spectacular view of the city, one of the perks that his job as a corporate lawyer gave him, but he quickly shut that view out with his blinds as he prepared for bed. At that time his phone rang, one of his co-chairs invited him out to celebrate the victory on their case today. But, as much as he liked the woman as well as reliving the enjoyment of completely shutting down some naga advocate group's lawsuit against the accessibility options of a new high-rise, his energy level was at zero and he wanted nothing more than to turn in for the night. He didn't even realize how exhausted he was until his body hit the soft down-filled bed, losing consciousness as his head hit the pillow.

*********************************************

The next morning Gary awoke with a massive headache as he heard his alarm clock blaring in the corner, causing him to curse loudly as he got up to shut the noisy device off. It was the weekend and there was no reason for it to be on, especially since he finished the accessibility lawsuit early and had no cases for the weekend. As he trudged towards the source of the ear-ringing noise he began to notice, even though the pain, that things were far different this morning then how he went to sleep.

One of the most prominent changes was his attire, or lack thereof. He distinctly remembered never taking off his suit from the day before going to bed, yet in the light of dawn he found himself completely naked. His lack of clothes also brought his attention to something else that rarely happened to him, he was at full erection without even trying. Since he usually didn't pleasure himself and dates with women never seemed to pan out he didn't have much practice in that arena, so seeing such a thing was almost confusing to him. As he tried to bring his morning wood he realized with some embarrassment that his blinds had also been opened as well, not to mention the light which caused him even more discomfort as he went and closed him once more. There was also an odd smell in the room, not unpleasant but definitely out of place as he looked around to see his very expensive clothing strewn haphazardly around the floor.

"What happened here last night?" He wondered to himself as he went to his medicine cabinet for something to take the edge of his headache. It felt eerily similar to a hangover, but he knew he hadn't drunk enough last night to cause such a thing. As he popped several pills into his mouth he checked his phone as well, seeing no new messages or outgoing calls either that could give him a clue.

It was when he set his phone down on the sink that he got his first real, if not worrisome, clue of last night. On the back of his hand was a neon-green club stamp, though it was quite faded he could make out what looked like the side profile of a wolf's head pointed up with a circle behind it, as well as a five digit number underneath. It was obviously from some sort of bar or nightclub, through the symbol was something he had never seen before. Unfortunately it was the only link to what may have happened to him last night, which meant that he had some searching to do.

Nearly an hour, two internet search inquiries, and a cab ride later Gary stood in front of the last place he would ever expect himself to be. The building was called Howl at the Moon, and from the information he gleaned from the internet it was a sports bar by day and a nightclub that featured 'exotic entertainment' by night. It was also a werebar, which meant that the entertainment catered mainly to the various werecreatures that infested the city. At first he thought to just quit the search and go back home, but his inquisitive nature was burning and he had to know what would have possessed him to go to such a place. After a few more moments he steeled his resolve and ventured in through the door, only to be met almost immediately by a wall of fur and muscle in front of him.

"Identification please." The tall, chocolate-brown werewolf said as he looked down at him, arms crossed. Gary cursed inwardly, he didn't want any of these creatures to know what his name was but he also couldn't get in without showing he was at least the proper age. He also had a hard time trying to hide his distain, the werewolf was in his 'natural form' while it was still light out, which could only be done during the three days of the full moon phase. As he reached into his suit to pull out his id, however, the werewolf's hand darted out and grabbed him by the wrist. His first instinct was to jerk backwards, but the bouncer's hand had an iron grip on him as he held up his hand and looked at it. "Oh, why didn't you just show me this in the first place? Come with me."

Gary quickly took back control of his wrist and rubbed it, even though there was no permanent or obvious damage to it. As much as he wanted to threaten the man with a lawsuit or calling the cops he held his tongue, not only was he on their territory but the wolf man could have easily broken his arm if he wanted to. He followed the werewolf into the club, seeing a number of weres in their natural forms as they drank, watched the televisions that were scattered about, and basically had a good time. If he hadn't known better he thought they were almost normal, thankfully he knew better as he was led into the back into a room that had a number of lockers that filled one of the walls.

"Put on your gear and then press the buzzer, someone will collect you then." The werewolf said in a bit of a monotone before he closed the door behind him before Gary could ask any questions. He tried the door handle and found it to be unlocked, which gave him a bit of relief that he wasn't trapped against his will or something like that. With his safety somewhat assured he looked over the lockers, finding that they appeared to be all unlocked as well. At first he thought about looking through some of them for clues, but as he touched the handle on the first one a mild electrical tingle shot from his hand up his arm.

"Biometric security..." he muttered to himself as he shook the feeling back into his hand. "Someone cares about their confidentiality." With his snooping deterred he instead headed to the locker with the same number as what was on his hand, finally finding it way in the back. The shock from earlier made him slightly cautious, but as he wrapped his hand around it he heard a small buzzing noise and the sound of the lock being undone from the inside. He quickly opened it, hoping to find some revelation about what happened to him last night.

Instead what he found was something that caused his face to twist in revulsion. The only thing in the locker was a simple leather collar with a brass nameplate on the front of it. As he took it out and brought it into the light he found it inscribed with only a name, 'Gemini', on it. A leather leash was also attached to it, which fell to the floor as he dropped the collar to the floor. "What sort of sick joke is this?!" He shouted to no one as he stormed out of the door into the main room.

He found the chocolate-furred bouncer back at the front door, who merely gave him a glance back as Gary jabbed his finger into the werewolf's naked midriff. "I will not stand to be humiliated like this! You show me to your boss right now and he better have a good attorney because by the time I'm done with him this bar will be nothing more than a parking lot!"

"Well 'Mr. Lawyer'." The werewolf replied, the slightest hint of irritation in his voice. "If you got the stamp that means you signed a contract with Mr. Alzeno, and that means that if you want to see him you have to wear the collar. You can bitch about the conditions when you meet him, but you won't step one foot into his office until you're wearing it. And before you bring it up, we here at Howl at the Moon value our customer's privacy above all else and will not reveal the name or identity of any weres or kin of weres while they are within our walls."

Gary could feel the blood rise into his face and redden it profusely, but there was the possibility that in whatever torpor state he was in he may have done something as irrational as signed some sort of contract. After a few more seconds to try and think of something clever he stormed back into the room, mustering up all the dignity he could as he slid the collar onto his neck and rang the buzzer. Another werewolf, this one's fur a sandy tan and lither then the bouncer, came in and greeted him with a big smile. "Gemini! I didn't recognize you in your human form, come with me."

It was if Gary's entire world suddenly his pause as his brain tried to digest what the werewolf had just said to him. It wasn't possible, he reasoned to himself as his guide kept motioning for him to come forward, there was no way he could have a 'human form' because he was entirely human. As the cogs of his mind began to turn he realized the explanation was simple, some werecreature must have gotten his information and used his identity to get into the bar. The more he thought about it the more it made sense and the more relaxed he got. That's what it had to be, he reassured himself, which meant that the contract was void and he would get some money out of a possible suit for the humiliation he had to endure at the moment.

"Oh Alzeno!" The tan werewolf said as he poked his head into the office that Gary just then realized he was standing in front of. "Gemini is here to see you."

"Send him in." He heard a low voice say on the other side, the werewolf stepping back and allowing the human to go through. Inside the office was almost as grand as his, a huge white-furred arctic werewolf sitting with his head nestled in his hand as he appeared to look through a ledger book. As Gary stepped inside Alzeno stood up, which caused him even more discomfort as he saw that he was completely naked, his hand idly scratching his sheath as he walked over to him. "Gemini, how nice to see you again... is there something I can do for you?"

"Yeah, maybe you can tell me what the hell is going on here?!" Gary shouted, his pent up emotions from the discomfort of the situation reaching a tipping point. "When I went to bed last night I was my perfectly normal, human self. Now suddenly I'm here, wearing a collar, talking to creatures who think they know me as someone else! I want my identity restored and I want to take this damn collar off!"

Alzeno sighed and looked at him over the gold-rimmed spectacles that he wore and sighed deeply, then slowly put down his pen and closed the book. "Why is it the cute ones that always turn out to be schitzo?" He muttered under his breath as he went up to a large metal shelving unit and started to pull out what looked like black viewscreens. Gary was familiar with the design, with the advent of werecreatures, changlings, and other such shapeshifters contracts had to go from a simple signature to ones that relied on a combination DNA/aura profiler that could identify people even when they were in a different form. As the huge werewolf bent over to open one of the files at the bottom he got a clear view of the creature's furry butt, tail swishing about until he realized he was staring and quickly turned his head back to the desk in frustration and embarrassment.

"Here we are, one contract for a membership into Howl at the Moon's exclusive exotic entertainment, signed by one werewolf named Gemini." Alzeno said as he came back and set the data tablet down in front of the human. "While I am not a lawyer myself I do have enough of a grasp on the law in order to make sure that my club follows all of the strictest rules and protocols placed on us by society."

"Yeah, sure." Gary dismissed as he pressed his thumb against the verification plate. There was a few seconds of awkward silence as they waited for the DNA to extrapolate and run against the filed sample, and then a small green light appeared next to the plate to verify the results.

"No... no, it can't be." Gary balked as his sample was the exact same as that on the contract. "This is impossible!"

"Lunar-induced amnesia." Alzeno stated as he went to another file cabinet, which required him to unlock with his own DNA and aura. "Not rare, particularly if this is your first time changing. Sometimes personality shifts can happen as well, freeing a beast can be a particularly life-changing experience that often results in some different viewpoints. When those two conditions happen together, however, I get someone like you who barges into the office demanding what happened to them and so on and so forth. Now, normally I don't do something like this, but since you're such a conflicted soul I thought you might want to take a look at the security camera and see for yourself before a memory of that night comes rushing back to you."

Gary watched as the werewolf pulled out a large viewscreen for him to see, which showed a room that looked like a pillow factory had exploded all over it. He quickly realized that it was a video, a time and date appearing on the bottom which showed that it was around midnight last night. Suddenly two creatures burst through the door; one of them was obviously Alzeno as he locked lips with a black furred werewolf that was maybe six inches shorter than him. It became very clear what the room was for, but as he looked away in disgust Alzeno reminded him that it was important.

"If this is just some gag to make me watch some sort of furry porn..." The still irate lawyer mumbled underneath his breath as he slowly looked back up the screen.

*************************************************************

(Ten Hours Earlier)

Alzeno chuckled in surprise as he fell backwards, the aggressive black werewolf pushed him back onto one of the many piles of pillows that made up the club's 'private room'. When the club's owner saw him alone at the bar he thought it would be interesting to chat him up, especially when he saw that the young werewolf was already slightly intoxicated. It was a surprise when he easily talked him into going on stage to dance, and even more when he jumped at the chance to be shown their private room. "You are an eager one, aren't you?" The white wolf said as he laid back in the comfortable pillows.

"Just making up for lost time." The black werewolf, who called himself Gemini, said as his paws rubbed down his thighs. "I was a bit of a prude before now."

"Oh really?" Alzeno grinned. "Well I'm glad that I was there to catch you when you came out of your shell. Is this your first time?"

Gemini smiled as he took one of the bottles of lube that were conveniently placed throughout the room and squirted a large dollop on his furred hands. "If you're talking about the first time I've changed, then yes." He said as he slathered the warm gel onto the impressive shaft in front of him. "If you're wondering about my virginity, you will not be the first but very close to it."

"Close enough for me." Alzeno said as his back arched, his claws digging into the tear resistant cushions as the werewolf in front of him continued to stroke and tease his sensitive flesh. "You know, I'm always looking for talented individuals such as yourself and you got along so well with the rest of the guys tonight. If you're willing, my pack would be more than willing to welcome you into the fold."

"Really?!" Gemini said excitedly as he stood up and moved up on Alzeno until he felt the cock he had just lubed up so vigorously poke against his backside. "Oh Alzeno, I won't let you down."

"You can say that again." Alzeno said before letting out a small groan followed by a growl as his thick lupine meat disappeared into the tailhole of the needy werewolf above him. Black paws gripped his sides as Gemini slowly slid himself down, letting gravity help push the object of his desire into his tight confines. The club boss began to wonder if the virgin statement was actually true as he felt fingers need into the sides of his chest as the hot inner flesh pressed against his shaft. "I already have Sand getting a contract for you; all you have to do is sign it. If you want I can even give you a nice collar, something to wear to show who is your new Alpha."

"Oh God deal!" Gemini nearly screamed, his furry butt cheeks pressing against Alzeno's hard thighs. No sooner he had been hilted then he began to move up and down, helped by the werewolf beneath him thrusting upwards as their conversation quickly degraded into a series of lustful growls and snarls...

**********************************************

(Present Time)

Gary sat there shell shocked as Alzeno turned off the tape, just before the two werewolves on the screen began to really go into it. "I've seen that look before." The black werewolf commented as he sat down behind the desk again, hiding his sheath as his cock began to poke out of it from watching the tape. "Let me guess, you thought you were completely, one-hundred percent straight before this?"

"I still... I can't believe..." Gary shuddered, for once his words failing to come up as he tried to process what he had just seen. As the werewolf had said he always had thought himself completely straight, with help from his father of course to keep him in line and his eyes always focused on the ladies. Even though he had never been in a truly serious relationship with another woman he thought he enjoyed their company at least. It also still didn't help that even with the tape it was some deviant werecreature enjoying in such carnal pleasures, not his own human body. "It has to be some werecreature..."

"Just go home and try and reflect on it." Alzeno said after he pushed a button on his phone. "I'll look up my other tapes and make sure that it's not some sort of... DNA... theft." Gary could tell that he was uncomfortable saying such a thing, since the identity verification devices could rarely be fooled. He thanked the owner for his time and walked out, the sandy-furred werewolf escorting him back through the club to the entrance. Before he left he was tapped on the shoulder, the sheepishly grinning lycan pointed at the collar that was still around his neck.

"You know, I could always use a lawyer in my pack." Alzeno said as he watched the man blush in embarrassment beforer he stripped the collar off and tossed it to the wolf before he stormed out once more.

The cab ride home was a stark contrast to the one he had only taken a half an hour before to get to the club, his anger and outrage replaced with silent fear. After his encounters at the werebar he wasn't sure what to think about the situation, his brain desperately trying to figure out an alternate solution to the facts presented to him. His lawyer driven instincts could only go so far though, and in the end even they had to balk at the amount of evidence against him. By the time he had gotten home his focus had shifted; instead of trying to find out how it couldn't be him he had to focus on how something like this could have happened to him.

When he got up to his apartment he immediately opened his fridge, his stomach gurgling with emptiness. Unfortunately all the frozen dinners and foodstuffs he had looked extremely unappealing to him even in his ravenous state. After several minutes of deliberation and a phone call he had several rare steaks delivered to his address. As he slammed down the phone, frustrated at yet another admission of his new lycanthropic nature, he noticed that he had several messages from the previous night and morning.

Most of them were work related, fellow associates briefing him on the possible cases for Monday in case he wanted to research anything ahead of time. While he would have normally jumped at the opportunity to get ahead he had far more pressing matters on his mind and merely scribbled a note to himself about it for later before he deleted them. A few messages were far more disturbing, what he assumed to be drunken lycans that he had given his number too calling him back telling them what a great night he had. He couldn't delete those fast enough, which only left the last message which he quickly realized was from his estranged brother.

"Hey Gary, guess what?" The voice on the machine slurred slightly. "I decided NOT to take your advice and you know what? For the first time in my life I'm truly happy. Course that might be the booze talking, this form has a lot more stamina. Isn't that right fellas?!" There were a large number of growls and howls in the background, which he guessed was from more than several werewolves. "So just callin to say that you were wrong, as usual!"

There was another minute of message after that, Gary guessing that his brother had forgotten to hang up on the phone by the lewd noises on the recording. Just as he was deleting the message though he suddenly felt the light bulb go off in his mind. From the sounds of it his brother had just become a werewolf himself... and ironically on the same day he had been afflicted with the same curse? It was far too coincidental for his tastes and called him up immediately, having to do so several times before he got a hold of him. After getting cussed out for waking him up so early and with an obvious hangover, he was finally lucid enough to be surprised at being invited over to talk after being apart for so long. The maglev train would bring him to the city in a few hours, which meant if he left when he said he would the sun would just be setting.

Once he was off the phone making travel arrangements he called the restaurant he had just ordered from, doubling his order for his impending guest...

******************************************************

"Thanks for the steaks bro." Arnold said as he set the bloody plate down, which clinked against the nearly empty bottle of wine. His appearance had not changed much from the funeral, with the exception of a new tattoo that wound around his bicep and several less piercings on his face. At first he thought the loss of some of the metal in his face was a sign that he was improving his image, until he his brother had told him that the once that were missing he had to take out because they were made of silver. All in all he was the same mess he had been the last time he saw him, except now there was a feral nature to his actions from his new lycanthropic condition, especially the grin he gave him as he picked his teeth with a toothpick. "But I'm guessing that you didn't invite me all the way over here just to treat me with dinner."

"No... I guess not..." Gary said as he poured himself another glass of wine. "It's about your... new condition."

"Aw man, you didn't drag me all the way over here just to bust my ass about that phone message I left you, did you?" Arnold half-snarled as he suddenly became very angry. "It was my choice and that's that, I don't need you as a surrogate to Dad telling me what to-"

"Arnold, calm down!" Gary snarled back, exactly the same baritone as his brother's previous outburst. There was a moment of awkward silence as Arnold's eyes widened slightly, Gary feeling the blood rush to his face as he tried to look away from his brother's surprised look. "I suppose the cat's out of the bag now..."

"You mean letting the wolf out?" Arnold replied with a laugh. "Gary, this is great!"

Gary buried his face in his hands as his brother grabbed him by the shoulders, quickly shaking him off. "How is any of this great? Some of my biggest clients are actively against the supernatural influence that seems to be taking over the world; they're not going to want some... creature defending their interests. There's no way I can hide this, even the delivery driver who brought the food wished me a 'happy full moon' as he dropped off the food. I'm going to be completely alienated by my piers..."

"It's not so bad." Arnold tried to console. "There are plenty of supernatural advocacy groups out there that you could work for-"

"That's not me!" Gary snarled once more, a true snarl as his voice deepened slightly. They could see that nighttime had dominated the sky, which meant that soon their transformations would start, though he actively began to push the feelings away. "I don't want my life to change... do you know what strings our father had to pull to get me into that firm? I can't just throw it all away... wait! The mage, the one that turned you, he has to know what happened! Just call him up and he can fix me and we'll go our separate ways once more."

Arnold sighed, though it was followed by another and then another as his chest began to expand under his frayed t-shirt. "About that..." He started to say, his words muffled slightly as his tongue changed and his teeth sharpened. "The mage actually told me something interesting as he worked his magic. He said that... well... the reason that I wanted to be a werewolf so badly is because it was ingrained in our genes..."

"Our genes?" Gary repeated, though he could hear even more clearly as the cartilage in his ears began to stretch as his skull shifted them upwards. "What the hell does that even mean?"

"Oh dear..." Arnold replied, his sharp, blackened fingernails scratching through his thickening mane of hair. The charms that had been carefully woven into his hair slid to the ground as his hair lengthened and turned black at the tips before it began to seep up towards his scalp. Gary was envious that his brother looked so peaceful, completely giving into his transformation as it warped his body. "Gary, I know how close you were to him, but our father... wasn't actually our father."

Gary felt a low growl emanate from his throat as he heard his brother's accusation. "Brother, please listen to me before you freak out." Arnold said calmingly. "After their divorce our mom had moved in with another man in only a few months, a werewolf actually. It turns out that she and him had been lovers on and off for quite some time, especially after Dad went off on his long assignments."

"Figures that our mom was a were-whore, no wonder our Dad left her-" Gary was quickly stopped as Arnold's fist connected with his face. The force of it knocked him right off the couch and onto the floor, his vision blurred as he brought up a hand up to his sore jaw. Even worse than the pain was the fact that he felt his once human teeth had changed as well, sharpening and curving slightly into fangs. As he rubbed the pained area his brother stood over him, which allowed him to see the seams of his pants ripped and thick, black fur began to poke through.

"Our mother... left him." Arnold growled as his bare foot slammed down on Gary's still human chest to keep him pinned to the floor. "He was a verbally abusive prick that took the stress of his work out on her and drove her into the arms of someone who actually cared for her. That's the reason he hated were-creatures so much... and why he seems to have brainwashed you so thoroughly to be against it as well. We used to be so alike Gary..."

Gary tried to get up, but he was quickly pushed down again. The foot on top of him began to stretch out as the heel pushed further away from his body, his skin pricked by the claws that curved out from his nail beds. "What, you going to look down on me because I don't embrace some load of bull that our mother fed us about her new boyfriend?" He snarled, feeling the rage bubbling up in his chest and spurring on his transformation as he felt the cords of muscle on his chest expand and cover his thickening ribs.

"Look at us Gary!" Arnold shouted, almost a roar at that point as he pulled his tattered clothing from his body. His black fur glistened with silvery moonlight as his entire body rippled with strength and power as he lowered himself down until his muzzle was right in front of his face. "We are werewolves! The only reason we didn't change before is because the trait was recessive and only came from one parent, the lover that our mother finally chose. When the mage released the gene in me... it did the same to you..."

Arnold trailed off at that point as he looked away, his ears lowered in slight shame. "I'm sorry... the mage said that my aura was unusual when he looked me over. He said it was like I only had half a soul, something that he thought was impossible because he never heard of anything like it. I knew he was right though, because ever since we were separated I ached for reconciliation with you. Are you saying that you didn't feel the same thing all these years?"

For once Gary was speechless as he watched his brother's muscular chest heave up and down. Deep down he knew that his brother was right, while he hated what his brother had become he still couldn't help but wonder about him sometimes. It was the reason why he still had the picture of them while they were children, even though he had long forgotten who was who in it. They were literally identical... but now years later he wondered if anyone could tell that they were related.

As he felt regret for the loss of such closeness he felt his skin begin to itch, the hair on his arms began to thicken as more and more joined it. "I see you're finally starting to come to your senses a bit more." Arnold smirked as he crossed his arms, staring down at his brother as his skin began to shift and stretch. "If you can accept yourself for what you really are then perhaps you can even find this enjoyable."

"What I... really am?" Greg replied, now more confused than angry as he felt his clothes tighten around his body.

"Have you ever heard of soul twins?" Arnold asked. Greg shook his head, his collar ripping slightly as his thickening neck muscles pushed the fabric past its breaking point. "I looked it up on the ride here, a supposed phenomenon amongst twins of a supernatural nature, where the two bodies share one soul. I think that's us Gary... even with all the changes that we went through with the divorce I think we are still essentially the same deep down. Show me that deep down Gary."

Strange new feelings poured through Gary's psyche as his body continued to give into the changes, his bones cracking and popping to reinforce the growing muscle on his frame. He began to remember his childhood more vividly, before he and his brother were separated. All the times they spent together, from the hours they spent exploring outside to the times they shared their most intimate secrets with each other. Then he remembered something else, something that caused his eyes to widen and the crotch in his already strained pants to bulge out even further.

It was only a month or so before their parents finally split, when tensions forced them out of the house and into the woods that surrounded their still rather new home. They had bought a tent and sleeping bag with their allowance and used to spend so many nights out by the small creek that ran through the trees that they had come to call home. One night, after they had their fill of watching the stars and catching fireflies, they decided to turn in for the night. In the darkness they fumbled through the creek and back to their tent, which resulted in both of them being quite drenched before they managed to make it back into the safe confines.

They quickly pulled off their wet clothes and put them in a corner of the tent to dry, not bothering to cover up since their bodies were so similar it didn't make them uncomfortable. When the night pressed on and they felt the cool air prick their skin they decided to unzip the sleeping back and wrap themselves in it, using it and their own body heat to keep warm. They could have easily went inside, but the outdoors was so peaceful unlike the inside of their home. As their warm flesh pressed against one another for the first time it was strangely comforting, as though they could feel the bond that they had for one another while they were wrapped inside their fabric cocoon.

At that point in the memory it became hard to distinguish who was who, all he remembered was that either he or Arnold leaned in and kissed his brother on the lips. New sensations flooded through their bodies as they connected for the first time, holding their bodies close together as they continued to lock their lips in mutual passion. There was nothing lustful or sexual about it, but there was certainly an intimacy involved as they laid down to cuddle in each other's arms, still naked. They were completely open to one another now, able to share anything and everything as exchanged a loving nuzzle or kiss...

As Gary snapped out of his memory he realized his brother had released him from his pin and had pressed their muzzles in a deep embrace, their new canine tongues twined around one another as he regained his focus. Even though he knew he should have been repulsed by such a thing it felt so natural that he couldn't help but go along with it. He even found his hands stroking up and down his brother's furry sides as they finished their transformation, new claws running through the thick hair as they grew out and curved from the tips. His body tingled with pleasure as he felt the last of his changes take place, his spine extending into a thick tail as he laid on the floor with the other werewolf on top of him. It was just like his brother had said, not only was his body far stronger and hardier then its human counterpart, but everything had become far more sensitive and pleasurable then he could ever imagine.

"Just like old times, eh?" Arnold said with a small laugh after their faces parted.

"Yeah, with one noticeable difference." Gary replied, both of them looking down at their identical thick, erect cocks sandwiched between their black-furred abs.

"One of the perks of reaching puberty I guess." Arnold said as he got up, helping his fully changed brother off of the floor. Sorry about jumping you like that. The change makes me so horny, I'm glad that the mage I had found was more than willing to service a werewolf. I probably would have run wild had I not been able to get all that pent up energy out."

Gary felt his new ears flatten behind his head in slight embarrassment. "Yeah, I know what you mean..." He mumbled, not realizing that their more-sensitive ears could hear him speak until after he saw his brother's head tilt in confusion. "Oh... well... I suppose I should tell you about what happened over a drink... or eight..."

*****************************************************

Two hours and several bottles of Jager, which Arnold had brought along with him for the trip to the city, later the two drunken werewolves had once more ended up on the floor, only this time they were cuddled against one another. Once the flow of stories started it didn't stop, they talked about everything from Gary's incident at the bar to his life and work and then to Arnold's life and what their real father was like. After a while it was like the last twenty years of their lives never even happened, getting to the point where they once more finished each other's sentences effortlessly. The only difference from then was that they were both fully-grown werewolves, but that only enhanced their similarities as their new forms hid the differences of their human lives.

"Oh my god, this is the best." One of the brothers said after they slammed back yet another shot, the heavy glass hitting the floor at the same time.

"Took the words right out of my mouth bro." The other said, both of them smiling before the other one began to frown slightly. "What's wrong?"

"This is going to sound really strange." The first werewolf said as he slid back up on the couch. "But I can't seem to remember which one of us I am."

Both canines burst out into a fit of giggles from the revelations, ending at the same time as the other wolf sat on the couch with the nearly empty bottle of alcohol they had worked on. "What a lightweight." He commented as he poured both of them a drink. "Obviously you're... um... well I'm... er..."

Both brothers looked at each other with the same looks of surprise revelation, there was nothing that distinguished the two apart and no way for them to be sure who was who. "Oh crap." They both said in unison, which caused them to cover their mouths in surprise. "Crap! Stop saying things! You just did! Stop it!"

Their simultaneous talking continued for about two minutes before they finally had to give up. They even tried to shout out random things, but in their drunken states all they could think of was things around the apartment which they both picked at the same time. Finally they both gave up trying and sat in silence, trying to think of what to do to get themselves out of sync with one another. However after several minutes of trying and no progress, their thoughts began to shift into an entirely different direction.

"Is it really so bad?" They asked each other at the same time, both of them moving towards each other until they sat mere inches away on the same couch. "Why should we be separated from one another when being together is as natural as breathing? I don't think there's anything wrong with embracing this, even if it's only for one night."

Their grins widened as they could feel one of their hands slide down to their throbbing cocks, which surged even more as they were gently caressed and pawed at. The feeling was surreal, as though they had begun to stroke themselves but with a strangely foreign feeling. As they felt each other up they leaned in for another kiss, this one even more passionate then the last. Their movements were perfect, never getting in each other's way as their tongues slid against each other and the slick flesh of their mouths. Their toes curled and their tails wagged as their hands stroked in the same rhythm up and down their hard members.

Once they were both properly stimulated they moved back down to the floor once more, lying on their sides as they lined themselves up. They were the perfect distance from one another for what they planned to do, their cocks leaking pre as they took in their own musky scent. There was a tentative pause as they licked their lips, one last momentary hesitation in their minds about what they were doing. But as they slowly drew their noses closer to the prize their lust only increased until finally they stuck their tongues out and gave the red flesh a tentative lick.

There was a visible tremor of pleasure that shot through their body as they made contact, feeling their cock get touched at the exact same time as they did the touching. The sensation was electrifying, and with all they could see were each other's groins it was like they were doing it to themselves. It caused them to become more emboldened, taking the head of their cock and swirling it around their sensitive, tapered tips. Soon the sensations proved too much for mere teasing, both of them sliding their lips down and engulfing the thick meat in their maws.

As they sounds of their slurping filled the air a curious thing began to cut through the lust and drunkenness. It didn't merely feel like they were sucking their own cock, they could feel actually feel the pleasure of the other's member as they sucked on it. The sensations caused them to only shudder more violently in ecstasy, trying to draw out even more of that delicious ecstasy that they felt. It caused their identities to become even more blurred, their feelings blending together to the point that they couldn't distinguish their own separately. But for the second time that night they realized that was ok, a sense of fulfillment washing over them as their free hands played and teased with their tailbase.

It was more now than merely being in sync with each other; the two werewolves had truly become one being as they bobbed their heads up and down even more passionately. Their hands and tongues hit all the right spots, eliciting moans and growls of delight. They took their time; there was no need to rush it as they drew out as much pleasure as possible from each other. All their worlds were was the musky smell of their black fur, their hands caressing and stroking their thighs, and the large piece of throbbing meat in their mouths. Even when they could feel their bodies tensing with their impending climax they still kept at it, drawing it out as long as possible.

Finally they couldn't hold back any longer and both werewolves howled around their stuffed muzzles as their bodies spasmed and their cocks unleashed their hot canine spunk. Their mouths clamped down both from the sheer joy and so they could swallow every drop of their sweet essence. It took nearly a minute before their bodies finally untensed, able to safely extract themselves from each other's fang-filled maws. The two looked at each other with a genuine smile. They didn't speak, they didn't have to, they were one and knew exactly what they wanted to do.

(An hour later)

Alzeno sighed as he sat in his private booth at Howl at the Moon, watching as several female werewolves strut their stuff on the stage. While they were sexy as usual, it was not the reason he had come down to the club's main stage. Usually he'd watch those he'd found with the talent for controlling their shapeshifting and then go up to his office before things got too crazy. It was the night the full moon was at its zenith, which meant that everyone would be extra rowdy, and that meant that most of his night was spent helping his security team. An unusual phone call from Gemini convinced him to change his plans.

"I don't see why you couldn't just watch from your cameras boss." The tan werewolf replied as he sipped his drink while he made eyes at a lone grey wolf that sat at one of the tables further away from the stage.

"Something tells me this is something I'm going to have to see this in person Sanzu." Alzeno replied as he set another business appointment on his phone.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a very special addition tonight!" The DJ announced through the loudspeaker. "Making their debut performance here at Howl at the Moon, put your hands together for Gemini!"

The arctic wolf's jaw dropped slightly, as well as everyone else's at the table, as they saw Gemini strut out onto the stage. The werewolf's black fur had a number of charms woven into it and he wore a black speedo along with the familiar collar around his neck, but the most defining thing he wore was swagger and confidence. It was an extreme difference from the hot-headed, stuck up lawyer that had entered his office not even a day ago, and even from the werewolf that he had originally met before that.

But that was only half the surprise as at the exact same time a second werewolf that looked identical to the first, charms and everything, came out at the opposite side of the stage. Everyone at the table had to blink several times to see if it wasn't some sort of illusion, or some sort of trick with mirrors. Any sense of trickery was eliminated though as the two identical werewolves began to dance against one another, which drew cheers from the crowd as several of them rose from their seats. Alzeno could see that many of the males had pitched tents as they watched the twins dance and twist around in perfect unison. They were perfect, always complimenting the moves of the other as they flexed and strutted around to the music.

When they ended they were immediately whisked into the V.I.P. section despite the crowd demanding an encore, where they received both catcalls and admiration as they sat down in the booth. "That was amazing!" Sanzu exclaimed as one of them cozied up to him while the other sat next to a silvery-furred werewolf. "So which one of you is actually Gemini?"

"We are." They both replied in unison.

"Okay..." Alzeno said as he watched the twins caressing his fellow men, their movements mirroring one another's as their paws quickly began to find their way under clothing. "Which one of you was the tight-ass lawyer that stormed into my office earlier today?"

"We are." They replied once more. When they saw that the others began to become slightly uncomfortable with their way of talking and explained. "Our memories and experiences merged when we became one soul again."

"Two for one deal, nice." The silver-furred werewolf said.

"Cal, shut it." Alzeno said as he put his elbows on the table. "I guess that means I don't have to look into your identity theft anymore. Also... I take it that you both... or just you, I don't know, thought about my offer?"

"Of course, that's why we're here." Gemini grinned. "I think we certainly have the skill sets in order to help you out."

Alzeno let out a happy growl and got up, motioning for the two werewolves to come with him. "I'm looking forward to finding out what those are." Gemini grinned at each other as they got up, each one wrapping an arm around his waist as they were led. "I also can't wait to find out what else you two do in such perfect synchronicity..."
