Each of the following chapters (Atleast 3) will be directed to explaining the characters (Atleast two per, including some unmentioned in the prologue) and their values. I apologize for this, and I will try to work some romance into each.

Little Sevvy, was his nickname. His full name was Sevin Altra Gears, and he was probably the youngest miscreant in the group. Although, miscreant would likely be the wrong term. The little beamur came from a shattered home which he ran from at the age of four. Granted, at that point it seemed more like a game rather than anything else. He was always small, always quiet. And no one ever really noticed when he was there or gone, so it was easy for him to 'wander off' away from his drunk mother, and into the arms of a cruel, and unforgiving society. Cast into the streets as part of the 'lost ones', children void of morales or values. While he was kind and tender, he learned quick how to pick a pocket or snatch food when no one was watching. His luck however wouldn't last too long and by the time he was six, he had been caught trying to steal a gameboy from the local shops. Of course, being so young the system looked kindly on him and returned him to his now abusive drunk of a mother, who took to wailing on him with whatever was in reach. By this point, the young beaver had grown cold to the goverments, and colder still to his own flesh and blood, resenting everything that had reunited him with this evil bitch.

More often than not, the fights would begin with his mother, drunk as always, slurring hateful complaints about how he had singlehandedly ruined her figure, her life. "So much like your useless father! Why did I ever keep you?! You're such a waste of space, you fat fuck!" she'd cry more oft than not, to which he'd retaliate "Well, why don't you just go drink yourself into a coma!?", which would then cause the worst of it. She'd grab the nearest object, which usually ended up as either a bottle of her preferred booze, or a book, or the remote to the tv, and beat him into unconciousness, leaving him to lie in his own blood every time, hoping she killed him he always woke up thinking. At the age of nine, he ran away again, finding himelf in the throes of a local gang called "Los Bandito's Urbani's", the urban bandits. This group, led by some of the towns most vicious youths, welcomed the young sneakthief with open arms, and gave him everything he wanted. A home, videogames, food, the love he never had. Although superficial of course, he fed from their love, gaining confidence, and newfound mannerisms that would last his entire life. This went on until, one day the gang planned a heist so large it was doomed to fail. The job, they referred to it as, was simple the boss had said. "Go to the bank, distract the tellers and cops, and let Little Sevvy sneak on in to grab as much loot as the grabby little beamur can!"

They all suspected victory, success. They were all naive, stupid. Beyond stupid, really. A bank? Unarmed and immature? They would be caught, surely. On the nineth of July, 2011, young Sevvy, and several of his cohorts entered the largest, most secure bank in the neighborhood, and began their work. The others, whooping and hollaring, created the perfect distraction, destroying and turning over many objects in the process of running rampent throughout the building, while Sevvy, quiet as a mouse, snuck into the back where, as luck would have it, the vault door lay open. "W-Wow.." he stammered, a result of being beaten so much during his life, "W-Why's... Why's it o-ope-open.." He shook his head in disbelief, and entered the vault, quickly filling his backpack with hundred dollar bills. And when the noises outside had subsided, he knew it was time to leave. Just as he turned to exit the vault, the doors began sliding shut. "O-Oh n-n-no!" he cried, dropping the bag and running towards it. He made it free of the closing ten-tonne door, only to have the tip of his thick tail caught as it slammed shut. Blood bubbled from the severed tip, and the little beaver shrieked in agony, dropping to the floor and clutching the appendage in both chubby arms. His cries alerted the guards, alerted everyone infact, which the caught youths took their chance to escape, leaving the poor, bleeding, injured youth to take the blame entirely. Hours later that day, in the local hospital, bandaged and treated for his grave injury, Sevvy sat, being lectured by the police, stared down by his mother, who for once chose to be sober, and a child services individual by the name of Monabella DeCreux, a young sapiene lass with a pale, golden face and brown fur. Her eyes seemed sad, although she smiled reassuringly as she draped a hand on the boy's shoulder. Her long brown hair seemed to cascade just perfectly, accenting her youthful visage perfectly.

"Young man, you're aware how serious these charges are, correct?" the policeman asked.

"Oh, for fucksake, just lock the little trouble maker up!" Hollared Sevvy's mother, flailing one hand at the officer.

"Ma'am, be silent, or leave. Or I could simply throw you iin jail for beating this poor lad senseless! Which I might just do!" retorted Monabella, her voice crisp, harsh. But to Sevin, it was musical, magical. The first voice he could not live without. The officer, nodding to the young womans accusation replied with a "We'll do that, Miss DeCreux. This child was indeed beaten, and that is severe enough to warrant atleast minimal charges. But he will be placed in a fosterhome, pending your approval of course."

Young Sevvy did not know what a fosterhome was, but it was bound to be better than his current home. And so, for the next few years until he was 13, he bounced from home to home, always being returned to the arms of the corrupt system that caused his problems in the first place. Everytime he was infront of Monabella, he'd cry out "I-i-if it weren't f-for you, I w-wouldn't be.. Be in this mess!" and run out the room, crying. Mona for her part, would do her best to try and find him a stable place, but never would it happen. Reason after reason she'd hear. 'Oh, he eats too much!', or 'Oh, he's such a nuisance with his stammering, and when he does get it out, never straight!'. Could people be so cruel? Why couldn't they see the boy as she did? Young, needing love and affection and a good home? With great effort, she finally found the youth a place, in the home of one LeiLani, a sea-otter from Hawaii. There, the boy had managed to stay for six months and was quickly going on his seventh. This seventh month, however was a test of faith, as LeiLani had now several other children under her care, and they were all going to Jeriua Falls, a campsite located on the West Coast far from their home. Mona, to her hearts elation, had days off coming and quickly worked her schedual to coincide with the vacation, going off to Jeriau herself in an attempt to watch the young rascal personally.

Upon their arrival to Jeriau Falls, the group disembarked and quickly went their seperate ways, choosing cabins and lodges in their pre-planned forms. Abigail and Ven went off to one, with Sapphire (One of the children new to the family) and Caleb ventured off to another, talking quietly as they did. This left Sevvy alone, to gawk and wonder up until another car drove into the campsite, which a young tasmanian devil girl exitted, screaming into the vehical about how 'bullshit this was.' Sevvy wasn't too keen on this, but it seemed she was going to camp here with them? Didn't that go against what LeiLani had said? To his amazement, LeiLani only greeted the girl, and motioned her over to the young beamur.

"You're sharing with Sevvy here.. I hope that's alright, Hella?" the sea-otter said

"Sure, whatever.. Tch.. Just don't touch me!" Hella replied, pulling away from the pair and wandering off to the only cabin left on the far side of the camp.

"W-Wha'..?" stammered Sevvy, looking confused. And just as things seemed their worst, another individual entered, but this one he knew. "O-Oh n-no! N-Not he-her!" He quickly looked about, seeking a place to hide. Young, beautiful Monabella DeCreux entered the camp, carrying a bottle of water and her hat in one hand.

"Oh, hello there, LeiLani! What a surprise.. You're camping here with the kids?" she asked.

"You knew I was, Mona, dear. Vorel's over there unpacking, and I'm making sure our little rascal here is fine.." LeiLani, to prove her point, nudged Sevvy, causing him to yelp and pull back. "Oh.. I'm sorry, sweetie.. Here, why don't you talk with Mona? I'll be over there helping Miss Vorel."

With a smile on her face, Mona knelt and looked into Sevin's eyes, holding out her hand. "Hey there.. I'm staying across the river, in my own family cabin. Its nice to know we'll be sharing such a beautiful area, huh?"

Sevin, to her surprise, nodded mutely and averted his gaze. He looked perturbed. One moment, he felt he hated her, felt like he couldn't be rid of her. But now, so close, on such a neutral ground, the feelings were muddled, mixed. The welling in his gut no longer felt horrible, albeit still unbareable and agonizing it was one he could tolerate, somehow. He felt pulled towards her, to embrace her. Of course, he faught this urge wholeheartedly, feigning disinterest in the whole ordeal at the moment.

"Y-Yup.. I.. I guess.." was his reply. He looked at her quickly, his face darkening with a blush that was far too evident. Mona simply giggled, and snatched him up into a hug. "Awh, are you blushing, Little Sevvy? So cute!"

To his dismay, Sevin squirmed and wriggled, trying to get free of her on instinct rather than doing what he really wanted, what he really craved. 'Gods, she smells wonderful!' he thought. 'I never knew she wore that perfume..'

With a laugh, Mona released him and stood, brushing out her summer dress and placing her large hat back atop her head, pushing aside her hair and winking down at the boy. "Well, don't you look handsome in your shorts.." In truth, he didn't. His shorts were torn, ragged and worn out. Poor imitation of shorts, really, as they were simply jeans cut unevenly to resemble such, and the holes littering it in various spots, including some along his inner thigh, rear and pelvic area, exposed his briefs underneath. His shirt, too, was torn and faded, being the same shirt he'd worn for the last four years. "Y-You too... I.. I mean, you look nice... I-In your... Your dress, I mean! N-Not you. B-But, your dress!" His hands waved about, his head shaking as the blush worsened. Boy, he was sure acting different, Mona thought. Oh well, it's better than usual.

"Well, why don't we go sit in the shade and talk, Sevvy? I'm sure you've got lots of things to tell me. It's been months since we spoke.. And I'm not working, so theres no pressure, okay?" Mona said, smiling.

"Uhm.. S-Sure.." Sevin replied, beginning off towards an area with a tree situated amidst several picnic tables. Once there, he climbed up and sat atop the table nearest the tree, placing his back against the large trunk.

Mona, following him, watched and smiled as she sat infront of him, leaning over low and exposing some of her ample bosom beneath the somewhat low-cut dress. "So, how are things with Lei and the others?"

"W-Well... Abi and Ven a-are always off.. A-Alone.. I'unno what they do... They don't like me.. I.. I guess.. I'unno.. A-And... Caleb and S-Sa-Sap-Sapphire, j-just joined us.." he scratched at his cheek, finding it somewhat difficult to maintain a coherent thought pattern with the beautiful woman infront of him as she was. "I... I N-never met.. That H-Hella girl.. She's new.. I.. I guess she just j-j-joined..ed..." He exhaled, clamping his mouth shut before saying something else.

"Oh..? That's good I suppose. And how about you?"

"M-Me..? I'm... O-Okay..." he quickly fished a new gameboy 3DS from his pocket, and showed it off. "M-Miss LeiLan-nii... Just b-b-bought me this.." he stammered on, smiling nervously.

"Oh, that's so nice of her. I bet you like it huh? Gives you alot to do other than stealing eh?" joked the youn sapiene, to which the youth whimpered, curling up somewhat. "Oh, I didn't mean that, sweet boy. It's okay. Come here.." coaxed Mona.

Sevin, again to his dismay, could not refrain from obeying. He scampered over and quickly nestled himself into her arms, chittering and chrring like a happy babe amidst the love of his surrogate mother.

"Awh.. Such a cute boy.." said Mona, running her hand along his slick hair.

Sevin, however, could not help from nuzzling into her bosom, rubbing his sleek fur across her golden-brown fur in an attempt to gain closer to the woman he could not get enough of. "M-Miss Mona.. I... I m-missed you.." he said, without even thinking.

"Oh, I missed you too, Sevvy. Why do you think I came here? I wanted to make sure you were alright." she replied, running her hand along the chubby beamurs side and stomach. Sevin simply smiled, and leaned up, kissing her chin, and then nuzzling into the underside of her jaw, just near her throat. His thick tail, mishapen and ragged at its end, thwumped and patted at her legs in joyous contentment, while his hands took hold of her chest, clutching firmly. "I... I s-should go u-unpack, Ma'am... B-But.. I d-don't want to.."

"Well, you should.." she replied, breathing abit harder. Why was this happening? Was she getting turned on by the young boys grasp? His kisses? Perhaps it was simply all of the above, culminating with the fact she hadn't been with a man in the last week or so. (To her, that was ample time. Her sex drive, as it were, was quite active.)

"O-Oh... Alright.." replied the young, lovestruck beaver. He quickly dismounted, and scampered off, tripping several times and yet never really falling. He hurriedly took up his backpack, and suitcase, and ran off towards his cabin which he found empty, apart from Hella's things being scattered across two of the four bunks. With a shrug, he took the ones that were empty and simply began unpacking all of his gaming merchandise. The chargers, the portable charging pad, the portal generator that LeiLani had let him acquire one year through legal means such as raising money, allowances, and hardworking labour. After all had been done, the young beaver had grown quite fatigued and with a yawn, crawled up into his bed (which was littered with all sorts of gaming things), and quickly fell to sleep, dreaming of a young monkey-lady by the name of Monabella, and of the new girl, Hella, who he hoped would finally be his one, honest friend in this dysfunctional family of misfits and outcasts.

Sadly, this is the end of chapter one. I didn't really have a plan going into this, and decided to just write willy-nilly until I felt I had satisfied my own personal demand. I hoped you enjoyed this, and I hope to continue this series, regardless of poor views or hate. Thankyou for taking your time to get this far.
