This was...Great.

Yes, I do play minecraft. I have seen the jist of herobrine, the story behind it. Notch's brother which appeared in minecraft. From version 1.0.16 to 1.6.6. So, it gave me an idea while listening to a music disc entered into teh game via a mod, links below.

"Have You Seen the Herobrine"

Herobrine Mod

Yes, I officially play minecraft too often to make something even remotely related to it, but...In this, not but a half relation to Minecraft's Herobrine will be used here. No blocks, no mining, no steve. Just Herobrine as a dragon with a legend and an experience with him and another dragon.

Standing on his perch, Tarek was not but a mountain's slope away from his village. It hadn't been too long since he last took this trek to this mountain. He did so every week. But now he stood almost motionless. He had not stayed more than a minute atop this place. Now he was going on a full half hour. He was deep in thought.

"Tarek?", a female called to him.

"Oh, yes Ama?", he called back.

"You alright?"

"Yes, just thinking."

"Well, come home, father is waiting."

"I'll be home in a few minutes. Just give me some time to think."

"You've thought for an hour, lets go."

"Fine."

Returnign home, Tarek stopped outside the house, taking one long glance behind him at everything, looking for another sign. But nothing. He felt like he was watched as he walked back home with his sister. Once inside, he sat down at the huge, heavy wooden table. There was quite a feast here, as accustomed to thanksgiving so late at night.

"So, lets get to the family! Tarek, meet your cousins, Elise and Miche!", his father broke through the silence."

Immediately after, the huge house was filled with music, laughter, and dancing. Everyone enjoyed it. Why, even Tarek, who was deep in thought five seconds before, wanted to join. The night went on, everyone danced till their heart's desire, and after everytone settled, the feast then began.

After people sat down, they all gathered in the main den. The entire area was filled with relatives from throughout the country. The large couches had twelve people on them each, even the floor was filled. It was like a small festival.

"Alright! Alright!! Hey!!! Listen!!!", Father silenced.

The entire room grew quiet quickly, everyone having their attention on the owner of the home. He was a tall, modest dragon, a little broad, but a well fit male.

"Now it is time for old folk stories. With a place as magical as ours, seventeen wizards, twelve warlocks, and twenty witches! We have more than enough to share. First, thanks to the one being to bring magic here. To Alaror!!!!!"

"To alaror!!!!", the family chorused.

"Now, lets choose he, or she, who will kick off the stories today. Last year it was aunt Moira, this year...it...will...be..."

The whole room was shouting out, hands raised, everyone having a story to tell.Pointing out one, Father hushed them all.

"Lets take him, he hasn't told us a story yet!"

It was Tarek.

"Come on up boy! We shant wait all night!"

Hurrying up, Tarek's smile quickly dropped. He wasn't nervous or anything, he didn't know what to say. He could onyl recall his earlier events. Sitting cautiously, he heard as the rain began as a drizzle, then began pouring on the house, the high roof making the sound echo throughout the house, a loud static which killed hte deafening silence.

"Dad, I don't want to, I'm not really prepared and I have a lot on my mind.", Tarek objected.

"Well, then tell us a story, telling others stories calms the storyteller's nerves more, gives em happiness."

Tarek sighed, "Fine. But I don't think this'd be a good one for children."

"Oh, they'll see it and hear it all someday, why not now?"

"Oh, Father!", aunt Moira teased.

"Hah! Lets get on then."

"Ok...", Tarek started.

"It started...not but half a day ago when I started up the mountain. Now I've seen this path once every week. I've always taken the same path to the top, and the same path down the other side. This time was different. I didn't choose it to be.

"Walking up, I saw a few new thigns which shouldn't have been there. No one else except for this family is too afraid to travel up, and I know no one here can do what was made there. Altars. Beds inside of these small pits. There was even a tunnel dug through the rock in the mountain. I saw that it went through to the other side, but it quickly collapsed, it was recently made, meaning someone was there. I covered up it all, dismantled the altars, and even let the bound animals free. They all ran in terror. Not once have I seen all animals leave the area so scared. Not once have I seen the path so empty of life.

"I continued after they all ended, and I felt I was being watched. Now, I did have a sword with me, and no fear of using it. But what followed me gave me a chill that not even death can give you. Now, God is all forgiving, and even lets you repay your sins in another life, but something...Soemthing told me different. It wasn't a voice. I instantly knew what was following me, but caught neither sight nor sign of it. It was a dragon, like us, but millenia old.

"He, yes he, stalked me the entire way up the mountain, and home. He set those...thigns down, he told me who he was.

"Making my way inside of here, I made sure I was the last in, and gave a good look around the area, not seeing a sign of him, but I knew he was waiting for us to come inside. Right now, I don't know what to do with this mystery. But I can't help feel that we are in danger. This house is full of traps and protected with charms that I set up on my way up and down the mountain.

"Should anything non-family, and more than three hundred years old try to get in, it will be sent five kilometers in the other direction."

Father looked at his son with a suspicious grin.

"Mighty fine story sun, you've sent a chill up my spine!"

"Father, every word is true. That door, if attempted to leave out of, will lock tighter than an iron welded door."

"Son, we have family that leave tonight."

The lightning struck and the candles went out, even the fire scuffed out. All of the family gasped and a few magical lights lit the room, followed by even more gasps. Uncle Roger, they all called him, was pinned to the wall. He wasn't breathing, and he knew what happened. He dropped his arms to his sides, looking down at the collectible sword which was plunged through him; which hung only a moment before on it's pedestal above the fireplace.

The wall behind him was thick brick, yet the longsword was plunged deep, through Uncle Roger, and intot eh wall like a hot knife through butter.

"Uncle!!!!", Ama cried.

"Ok, everyone! We have a problem! Aunt Moira! Take care of Uncle Roger, get that stab healed before the unthinkable happens. Gather all the children, huddle them into the center. Get the warlocks to take a group of seven and check the front door, thats where Tarek put all the traps. We need three witches to help us see past sightings, now!!!! Lets move!!!!", Father commanded.

The house was in movement, no one stopped shuffling or running. The door was wide open, stricken with magic that burned in black flames. All traps were disengaged, not a one having been fired off from what entered the home. The seven warlock dragons dispelled all flames, returnign to the den.

"Fahter! You have to see this.", one called.

Father ran over, his figure heavy against the house floorboards. When he saw the front door, he stopped, not moving, not speaking. His emotionless face, worried underneath, stared at the sight. A black figure stood, no features sightable, but the glowing eyes. It was a dragon, definitely, western, more feral than anthro.

"No matter how hard you try, he will not live.", it's deep voice sounded, "This is just the first night, only god can help you now."

The dragon dematerialized, drifting away as the shadows faded with him, the candles and fireplace relit. Father turned to the figure on the wall, his lover weeping next to him. Uncle Roger was dead. The happy family was now in panic, no one able to be calm now.

"Listen!!!!", Father called, "Tomorrow, we bring a gypsy, a priest, and even a satanist here. We need something to help us, may it be god, or satan..."

The mention of god's opposite reverred a wince from everyone. The thought of asking for help from him was not a sin, but death instead.

The night went by, only the children sleeping, most crying themselves asleep. But they atleast slept. Not a single adult slept, keeping awake to help with protection anywhere. all of the children awoke crying though. All claimed of having a terrible nightmare. All the same. Pitch black, they could see nothing, their fears all multiplied infinitly, by what they told the adults.

"Father, we must leave, staying here is not safe."

"No. We stick together. Not until we know what this is. The gypsy will be here any minute."

"Father! She's here!"

Father ran outside to the scene of a gypsy fox struggling agains the grip of two guards, beefy and heavy.

"NO!!!! NO!!!! I will not enter that home!"

"Listen lady, this family needs your help more than anyone in this village. We are a big family, and we are all scared.", Father admitted.

As she was thrown in, she shivered.

"No...No..."

"Why are you so afraid of this house, do you even know wha-"

"Yes!!!! I know why you all called me, I forsaw his return just yesterday when that fool began his move through the mountain!!!", she pointed at Tarek.

The house, once live with scared talk went silent and looked at Tarek.

"I told you all. It was not meant to be shared.", he shook his head.

"And because of you, I am as dead as this entire family!!!! Even those two guards are dead!!! If your son never went through the mountains, we'd all be safe!!!"

Father looked at his son with disbelief.

"How could this be my son's fault?!"

"Because, he knows who he met."

"Who?!"

"Heh...Herobrine..."

The room all turned to the gypsy, confusion on all their faces.

"Who?"

"Herobrine...He is a monster, neither righteous, nor evil. He is not neutral either, for it is not his fault. It is not his wim. He is onyl a vessel."

"Can you give us some more info?"

"A...A song. But once I start, all forces of magic will try to kill me. It is a magically forbidden song. For it...summons him."

"Understood, we have enough warlocks, wizards, and witches here to hold off an entire army alone."

"Then that may be enough."

Slowly walking into the den, the vixen sat down, hanging her head as she took a deep breath.

Have you seen the Herobrine?

Roams your world in the draken skin

Oo-oo-oo-oo-ooohh

Though he was slain he shall rise again

Watching you from a distant shore

He'll come back stronger than before

Oo-oo-oo-oo-ooohhh

When the darkness comes he will strike for sure

In the fog where he awaits

Even to this present date

Oo-oo-oo-oo-ooohhh

If you go against him you will meet your fate

Watch your back you know where he hides

He can come at you from all sides

Oo-oo-oo-oo-ooohh

fur-kin b'ware he will never die

fur-kin b'ware he will never die

"I...am next."

"You won't be next if you help us get rid of him."

"You can't. He is that which was never born, never created. He can be killed, but he will return."

"How long until he rises again?"

"Shortly after. Though, should you be able to find something to fix it so, you can do something to defeat him, but he will still return."

"Then we shall call the strongest we've got. Has the priest and satanist arrived?"

"Yes.", Aunt Moira replied.

"Send them in."

There was an argument betweent he two, but were quickly silented by the sight of Uncle Roger.

"Dear god!", "What in hell's name?!", they said simultaneously.

"That...is why you are here."

"Do you know what happened?", the priest asked.

The satanist didn't speak, only approched the dead body, holding his hands in fron of him, doing...something.

"Yes. The gypsy says it was Herobrine."

"How dare you mention his name!!!", the priest fussed.

"Priest, this is no time for quarrels, arguments, or even fights.", the satanist reutnred, "It is true, Herobrine has returned."

Father had never been so feared of anything in his life, nor seen so feared, but the raccoon was stunned, staring at the possum.

"This...is not good. No holy seal, nor satanic seal can hold him back. Just the breath of a god and a demon will only delay him for a single second. Only god or satan can help us."

"Then what do we do?"

"We must do one thing which hasn't happened in over four millenia, we must call god upon this planet and help us."

"Then how?"

"There is a shrinenot far from here, in fact, it is under the church, its why the church was built atop it, because we worship god and his power."

"Then why was no one told, there have been floods, there was even a volcanic eruption! No one could stop them."

"Because, we were given one chance to call upon him again. This is the exception, because no one will be reborn once slain by herobrine."

"Then let us go."

"No, send the boy, your son.", the gypsy spoke, "He will go last, he will be the safest."

"Are you sure, madame?", the priest asked.

"As sure as I know the lyrics to the first song sung of herobrine, but I will be next."

"You didn't utter those words did you..."

The priest looked at the scorches and burns, even the water damage and stripped wooden logs, as well as the dirt over the floor.

"You have. You've released his full potential, we will all die by tonight. And the church is a day and a half away!"

"Not if he goes with everyone. It's easier to kill mice if they are all in once spot."

"Then we have no time to lose."

"I a sorry, but I can no longer help."

Falling over, the vixen lay dead, her own blood pooling under her lifeless body. Everyone covered a child's eyes or jerked them away. Tarek cleaned up the blood and body via a spell, then carried the vixen outside with him.

"Priest, can you help me?"

"I'm afraid not, I have not but a few minutes left."

"Then a quick prayer?"

"May god forgive her, for she is lost to the abyss."

"Thank you. She is honored for her gift to us. Where are the guards?"

"They disappeared completely."

"Then that is accepted. I leave now, someone will have to take care of the others, while I go, keep the children safe, Ama, Aunt Moira, Father, Eiva, Len, and Ret, come with me, we fly there, make it in time for lunch."

All called exited the home, blood sputtered over them.

"Another?"

"Already. We haven't even till noon."

"No time to waste. Vriesta!"

The spell activated, wings spouting out of their backs with a hard, shan. The wings were that which would carry the over ten miles. Taking flight, they all rose high above the house, then took a turn to the church which stood out against the landscape far away.

Not too soon after, Aunt Moira was taken down as a ballista slammed through her, goign completely through without yielding, and leaving her chest hollow. She fell quickly without a care fromt eh others, they knew it would happen, but they were not stricken with fear and sadness. Ama couldn't help but weep, Father keeping her airborn and with the rest as she covered her eyes.

It wasn't too long after that she stopped and felt the warm blood on her back. She felt no pain, but she began watching as the ground began coming closer till Father's grip weakened.

"Father!"

"I...I can't...You'll be alright, you two."

Letting go of Ama, he rolled off of her in the air and she began flying down towards him.

"Ama! No! Leave him!", Tarek shouted.

He knew losses would happen. And once he would get back tot eh house, he knew that even a few children would probably have been killed by herobrine.

Flight continued and the rest of the way there, no one fell to tehir death, as hoped. But upon landing, the moan of zombies reach out from around them, materializing nearby the black show which was Herobrine. Eiva stood at the door, holding it open. The heavy doors would seal behind, and the weight would close them.

"Go, I'll slow them down, and lock the door behind the four of ya."

Tarek nodded and she saluted him, honor having ridden with the family for years, Tarek wasn't unfamiliar with it. Once inside, the doors creaked shut and the blue magic shined as it streak through teh crack int eh middle, leaving it locked.

"Mwahahah. Trapped, thats what you are. Only god can help you, and even then, he will still not come.", Herobrine's voice echoed through the cavernous walls. The torches all lit, brighter than should be.

"Here is some light, I will take the rest of you slowly as you reach the altar, even let one or two call to your god."

Rushing towards the steps at teh other end, the shadows took hold of Ret, dragging him back and into the air, tighetning their grip.

"Ret!", Ama screamed.

"Come on, Ama, we can't stop!"

"But...Ret..."

Continuing on, Ama stopped, no longer able to hold back the tears.

"Ama, have you seen Len?"

"She stayed behind with several light spells, shield s-pells, and anythign else offensive, sealing off the passage here and herself in an ultima defense shield."

"She won't last long, but she can hold him back long enough. Come on."

Pulling Ama y the arm, the rest of the stairs disappeared quickly, and the long hallway was blackened, only a light at the end. Several sets of white, pupil-less eyes materialized int eh darkness, causing the both of them to be stricken with fear, then as they reach the end, all fear was expelled. They were safe, as they thought.

"I'll go down first, you come when I say."

"But Tarek, I'll die here!"

"Ama!!! You will be safe, I promise."

Ama nodded, but tears streaked her cheeks. Tarek sprinted into the next staircase, disappearing intot eh darkness.

"Tarek? Are you there? Did you make it? Tarek!!! Tarek!!!!!!! Help!!! I'm Scared!!!!"

Tarek made it inside the main room, the altar casting a golden shine around him. Tarek approached the altar but it immediately grew dull and dim.

"We need help."

Leave.

Not even questioning the command, fear gripped Tarek, he ran up the stairs, then found Ama, still weeping. Though, it silenced when she arced her back, a drop of blood falling from her mouth. The claws forced their ways through her stomach, then forced her entire body up, throwing her to the side, leaving Herobrine to deal with Tarek.

"You should not have disturbed my altars."

"How was I supposed to know? Why go through such lengths to...to do this?!"

"Because you no longer deserve to live. The song of Herobrine is forbidden, by me, and for a good reason. You mortals have no clue what it means to unleash something like me unto this world, and not even your god can help you now."

Bring his arm back, Herobrine thrust forward into Tarek's abdomen.

But...Nothing happened. Herobrine's shadowy claw was stopped by Tarek, held by a simple gravity lock spell. He held it for a few seconds before Herobrine slammed his fist against his side, throwing Tarek. He hit the ground rolling, stopping next to Ama.

Looking at his dying sister as she coughed up blood, he drew his knife, stabbing her in the heart. She wouldn't have been reborn otherwise. The church shook violently, but not affecting Herobrine. He picked up Tarek.

"There is one thing I hate the most, and that is resistance. Your family is dead, none of them to be reborn here, none to go anywhere but the abyss, there is ntohing you can even do."

Tarek's body moved like it was weak, but it was not.

"I...asked for god's help, and he gives it to me. You tried to kill my sister, but you didn't. She is with me, and she screams one thing in my head. You have murdered my sister in front of me in cold blood! I loved her more than anything else..."

Peeling back the claws from around his body, Tarek threw Herobrine back intot eh black hallway.

"He did help you, but I will not give up. Your god is infinitely powerful, but he can not step into this domain, so you shall not survive!"

Rushing forward, Tarek caught him again, this time by the arms, parted. grabbing Herobrine by the wrists, he threw him back into teh black hallway and rushed through via a flash sprint spell which brought him out of the church in less than a second. Once outside, the zombies all turned to Tarek.

A simple sweep of his hand cleared the playing field and Herobrine appeared from behind a thin tree, standing like death himself. Lunging forward, Herobrine slammed into Tarek, who barely was affected, much less, moved. Though, his vessel cracked. Tarek pulled open the crack in his own chest, letting himself free. The robes flowed, the golden feathers of his four wigns flashed out, and his own halo shined like gold.

"Impressive, changed into an angel before brought to heaven, I've seen it done before."

"You are neither death, nor satan, nor god. But it's clear how to beat you now. god gave me his full power. And only if I were to return it after. God has stepped into this domain."

Tarek engulfed Herobrine with an all binding spell, capable of moving even the void. He struggled, but Herobrine could not break free and let out a screech of fear raising affects. Tarek was unphazed, but the sadness was overwhelemed. He remembered the fact that he had to kill his own sister. He knew of the abyss, heaven, and hell. Being crowned as an angel, meant he would go to heaven nonetheless, but he wanted to do something first before that happened.

"Your power comes from souls. You don't send them to the abyss, you are the abyss. You absorb them all!"

Reaching a hand engulfed with light into Herobrine's mouth, Tarek grabbed hold of the void inside and pulled it out, allowing the souls he took free unto teh world. Herobrine screeched and Tarek could no longer hold him. The beast plunged a clawed hand deep into Tarek's chest.

"You let them free!!!"

He twisted his hand.

"They were mine!!!"

He grabbed hold of Tarek's heart.

"You will not be absorbed, I will destroy your soul!"

As Herobrine began pulling, his arm crumbled and Tarek regenerated. No damage done. He was also stripped of power and slowly floated to teh ground. Standing before Herobrine was god himself, but in a more...fitting form. He was a wolf, a golden furred wolf.

"Herobrine."

"You are not allowed here! Go back to your domain!"

"It isn't hard getting around the power locks here and there. You shall no longer terrorize, or take anyone's souls. You shall no longer live, and your own soul be cast into teh abyss."

"You can't!"

"But I already have done that. You escaped, began building shrines again. I had Tarek cover them. You were not to return, so I wanted no one to panic. But now it will be for good."

Stripping the black from Herobrine, the white dragon underneath fell back and the blob of black life in god's hand squirmed to get free, even tried to rejoin the white dragon. The white dragon, however, quickly dematerialized and completely disappeared. The blob itself was sealled in a pebble sized ball and a vortex to the abyss opened, where god threw it in, the void immediately closing.

"Alas, only is it temporary. Four more millenia to go Herobrine."

Where god stood, a bolt of lightning flashed and the giant wolf disappeared, taking with him the form of Tarek.

"You will make a perfect angel..."

I really don't care how many spelling errors there are, if you can read it and understand it, why bother with teh spelling errors?
