The iron gates opened as the bus pulled into the camp; it went around the corner and came to a quick stop. Everyone in the bus awaited anxiously, as the doors folded open. With blank stares on all the passengers' faces, a Fox in a military uniform and hat spoke to all of them. "Welcome men, to the South-point Military Training Facility. This can be either the quickest, or the longest three weeks of your life. Now begin to line up outside the bus with all of your belongings. MOVE OUT!" As quickly as the fox finished speaking, the entirety of the bus rushed out with all of their bags. They tried their best to line up as quickly as they could. Once the line was formed the people jostled and moved around trying to get comfortable with carrying all of their stuff. The Fox looked at all the men with almost a disgusted look. He quickly shouted making all the people stand frozen still. "I am your drill sergeant, Sergeant Price, and you will address me as such. Failure to disobey an order from me or a superior officer will result in quick punishment. For the next three weeks you will be training to become worthy of calling yourselves soldiers, for now you are maggots and will be addressed as such. IS THAT CLEAR MAGGOTS!?"

And once again with no hesitation the entire group all yells "SIR YES SIR!" They all ran to the barracks to put down their stuff. After sergeant Price left, the lot of them began conversing with each other, and trying to get their stuff together before he returned. In the far corner of the barracks a tall, medium build, gold scaled dragon had already gotten his things in order and was laying down trying to rest. Next to him a white well-built Timbre wolf with black eyes was getting his things together. He felt like making conversation to distract the fact that he wasn't good at being organized.

"Haha, man what they say about the military is true. They really try to break you down right?" The wolf said to the dragon, fumbling with his things. The dragon seemed very uninterested as he was trying to sleep and continued to have his eyes closed being unresponsive. The wolf tries harder to get his attention. "Hey, man I'm tryin' to talk to ya! I mean were gonna be in the same bunk I might as well know who I'm sleeping under" He jostles the dragon. The dragon opens one eye using little energy and looks at the wolf that is smiling at him.

"heh.. Garis.. the names Garis now can I go back to sleep?" The dragon said turning over.

"haha, the names Leon nice to..." at that time the sergeant opened the door and walked in shouting

"Alright maggots, enough getting your shit together! Report to the main building to receive your training uniforms, afterwards make your way to the obstacle course located to the east of the mess hall by sixteen-hundred hours IS THAT UNDERSTOOD?"

"SIR YES SIR" they all run out the doors in two single file lines as they were instructed. Getting their uniforms, the group made their way to the mess hall seeing as they had some time to eat. It was a large cafeteria, with an even larger line. Once the line started to die down, Garis decided to get in line. They gave him the normal rations, a sandwich, an apple, and a pudding cup. He grabbed an orange juice from the rack of drinks and walked to an empty table. One of the other cadets decides to be funny and trips Garis. As he falls, Garis feels himself stop midair and he didn't hear his tray hit the floor. When he looked up Garis saw Leon with a smile on his face and his tray in Leon's hand. "hehe good thing I was gonna come here to ask you to sit with me."

Garis looked back up at Leon with a smile. "you know I'm gonna, have to take you up on that offer" He said with a smirk, as they go to an open table to enjoy their food
