Physical Description:
Slim, tall - 6'00" - with an athletic, rugged build, but not ripped or overly muscular. Narrow waist and shoulders, long legs. Petite bosom, appropriate to her build and body shape.
Tawny brown fur over most of her body, with white around her muzzle, throat, and the front of her torso, to her crotch. Dark brown patch behind her nose on her muzzle. Tail tip is white, with black stripe separated from brown. Hair worn short, stylish and practical, with a fair fringe at the front. Pierced ears, only once on each side. Tattoo of a oriental-style dragon coiling it's tail from the lower right of her neck, across her shoulder, and down her back, ending with its' head above the base of her tail.
Clothing:
Taia wears a black flight suit while piloting her aircraft, with a G-suit and all associated equipment for a modern fighter pilot, such as a survival vest and associated equipment. Her boots and gloves are also black, with a white helmet. The visor cover on the helmet is painted with a trio of red lines, representing claw-mark slashes.
Out of her combat gear, she usually wears combat or cargo trousers, usually in US jungle tigerstripe camo, or a plain Olive Drab. She usually wears a vest-type t-shirt with these in warm climates, usually white or another neutral colour. If colder, she wears a UK-Army style sweater, in grey or black. She usually wears a soft brown leather jacket, and simple black boots.
Preferred Weapons:
Kimber TLE II railed-frame, .45 ACP with Surefire 310R tactical light on rail, in hip holster in civvies, in normal survival vest holster in Gear.
H&K G-3KA4 assault rifle, with red-dot sight, and side-folding UMP-Style stock, and railed front-end, with tactical light. Usually with shotgun under barrel.
Gerber ASEK LMF II survival knife, usually worn on right lower leg in combat/flight gear.
Extrema Ratio MF2 folding knife clipped in internal pocket of jacket, or to inside of trouser pocket in civvies.

Skills and Training:
Trained USAF fighter pilot, with cross-training on F-16, F-5 Tiger, and some rotary wing training (utility only).
Extensive education in small arms, esp. Handguns and shotguns from father. Good tinkerer and proficient motorcycle mechanic.
Very athletic and energetic, great achiever in sports. Plays bass guitar very well, and can also sing a little.

Personality:
Cheerful, open and outgoing, but often disguised by her brash, confident and swaggering exterior. Can come across as combative and surly, but is really just 'larger than life'. Laconic, dry sense of humour. Tongue-in-cheek attitude towards matters of protocol or tradition that are non-critical to survival or genuine performance on a mission or in an organisation.
Extremely loyal and protective to friends and allies, but will very stridently cut through 'bullshit' when trying to sort out problems or issues, going straight to the heart of a matter.
Very tomboyish and not very 'girly' ("Dad wanted a boy..."), but has a secret love for moments of femininity, which she keeps quiet.
Likes/Habits:
Loves her bass, and also her bike, likes to drink, beer mostly. Doesn't smoke. Likes guns and shooting, as well as music. Secret love of girly movies, and being pampered. Tries to keep that secret though. Enjoys messing around and having fun with friends, playing sports and games.
