Immortal Chapter 7: Attack - Fire, Ice, Wind, and Earth

A few weeks had passed with Katashi training daily. He had grown accustomed to the work and was starting to enjoy it. However, the work had worn him out even through his swordsman ship had become much better. He was now able to dodge effectively and block attacks. Although that power had worn him, down some. He was tired and without rest, he would be of no use to anyone. Therefore, for a few days Luna took him into her hospital to let him sleep.

The moment his eyes closed, he was out like a light. For an entire day, he slept to catch up on what he had missed. In his sleep, he could almost feel his body at the hospital in the mortal world. "Good morning Katashi," His mother would say as she sat by his bedside. She stayed with him often except for when she had to take care of his brother and sister. For the weeks, he had been here only a few days had passed in the mortal world. He missed his family and knew he had to train or else he could never go back to them.

While Katashi slept, the Hunters were still set on coming after him. On a stormy night, the winds howled and waves smashed against the twelfth ring of halo. Rain poured heavily keeping more people inside. In the darkness, five Hunters slipped silently onto the rings of Halo. Each one dressed in white skintight outfits. The rain did not bother them as they rushed to find their objective. One specifically knew exactly where the young boy would be. This girl with long purple hair rushed quickly along the sector 8 ring. Suddenly the alarms sounded. The speakers telling everyone that Hunter had appeared on Halo. All commanders woke and their teams kept under the awnings of buildings as they searched.

Many of the commanders slept but where quickly awaken by the alert. Most of them sat up expecting the new comers. "Hm what a bother and I was sleeping so peacefully," Terra, yawned sitting up. Ishi crushed under him from trying to wake him. "Yoko you stupid insolent boy! Open this infernal tank and let me out! I will not allow them to destroy more potential research subjects!" Cerce yelled at his servant. "Come along boys lets us get going might as well get involved," Salamander huffed sitting up slowly. The others getting up ordering the rest of their men to search.

Of course, by leaving their barracks they left their commanders unprotected. Ligeron and Andreas both woke in each other's arms. "Hm do you think we should go too?" Ligeron asked nuzzling his chest. "No I'm sure the others can handle it," Andreas yawned and they both drifted off to sleep. Their tails entwined under the covers. Sayomi and Sora standing at their door to make sure no one would try to enter.

Meanwhile at the sector six barracks Salamander ordered all of his men to search. The four mighty horses carrying him past a large courtyard as his men quickly disappeared. Turning his head the great Iguanataur noticed a figure standing in the rain. His men turned and lead him inside as he took a long suck of his hookah. "And just who are you?" He asked the figure. He turned showing a tall man with no hair. One of his eyes blinded and colored a milky white. "I am Salvador, I'm here to end you," He smirked. "Is that so?" Salamander's men lowered him. Setting him on the floor, the opposing man let out a pulse of energy. This pulse showing he is very powerful almost at the rank of corporal. "So you are willing to push my hand?" He asked. Salamander looked at his horses that quickly moved to the sides of the courtyard. Each one let out a small incantation before a beam of light connected them. The beam widened into a wall creating a small area for them to fight inside of.

"So think you'll win at close quarters?" Salvador let his tongue hang from his lips. "No this is to protect my men from myself," He smiled. Salvador huffed as Salamander pushed himself up onto his powerful legs. His large taur belly hanging low. Raising his palm Salamander fired a single fireball at the intruder, which he quickly dodged. With incredible speed, he whipped up to Salamander side. His hand landing on his arm and suddenly thick ice formed. His entire arm fell to his side encased in an icy cast. "We've studied you immortals, your the slowest of the lot as are susceptible to ice and water magic," He let a big smile cross his face.

Salamander's eyes twitched looking at his arm. A man hadn't laid a hit on him in years, which made him a little shaky. The pipe dropped from his hand and his tail unraveled around the hookah setting it down. Tossing another fireball Salvador appeared at his leg and with another touch froze it to the ground. Salamander grunted and lifted up trying to break free. His tail swiped at the man sending away. Before he could raise his arm flurry of punches landed across him. Soon his entire taur body was frozen causing him to shiver.

"Damn..." He whispered and sighed. "You false gods think you're so great, but look how easily you fall," Salvador mocked. "I should thank you..." Salamander hissed as his taur belly shrunk. Smoke poured from his nose spilling out into the area. Taking a step back the bald headed man wasn't sure what to make of this. He couldn't figure out if it was an attack or a tactic. "It takes me a while to open my lungs enough to let all this smoke out. You see my hookah is my weapon and it has one purpose. The smoke from it stifles my power to the point that it's almost none existent. I do this to protect my men from my uncontrollable strength." He muttered as his scale began to glow. His entire body glowed as if he was a red-hot poker. The ice quickly cracking and melting away as sparks let off him. Backing up the man pressed against the barrier. Suddenly fire flew off salamander into the sky. Like a pillar, his scales glowed as they

smoldered. His tail wrapped around his device and brought it to his hand. The pipe wrapped around his arm and suddenly the metal morphed to his fingers. "Burn and grow, Ash and smoke, incinerate Salamandrake," The device quickly became a glove upon his hand. All the fire letting off him swarmed to it. Swarming it all Condensed down to a single small white flame. "Impossible," Salvador growled and ran forward. "I'll just freeze you solid this time!" He roared and rushed him.

Salamander opened his eyes, which glowed a fiery orange. "Salamandrake...Storm of Ashes," He ordered and blows out across the flame. In that, small action a great powerful dragon erupted from his palm. Its body composed of multicolored flames all screeching towards Salvador. Before he could scream the dragon engulfed him and the entire inside of the barrier. Searching for a way out to exhaust it's fuel it zoomed up as high as it could. Making a great standing pillar into the clouds before it slowly faded. The smoke inside the barrier faded showing nothing left of the hunter.

As the horses released the barrier and rushed to support, their master ash began to fall from the sky. Mixing with the rain it covered the ground in grey mud. "Are you ok master?" The horse that was Salamanders mate asked. With a nod, the horse helped him back onto the pillow and they carried him to the barracks. His body burn slightly. When one controls fire you can't control it completely it doesn't choose a master or foe. It simply knows to destroy whatever it touches.

On the sector 4 ring, another hunter laid in wait. The entire ring composed of great towers creating a wall to the rings above. Juan ruled over this ring and so did the stealth and spy force. With his wings around him like a cloaked, he stood on his perch of the highest tower. His ever-vigilant eyes watching the ground below. He was a true predator waiting for his prey. Suddenly he noticed a great boulder rolling towards a group of sector nine men. Acting quickly he seemed to vanish from the perch. Appearing instantaneously in front of the boulder. Opening his wings, he let out a great burst of wind, which tossed to boulder back.

"Hm...was that it?" He asked and suddenly a stony arm from the ground lifted up slamming into his shoulder. It knocked him forward with a loud grunt. Looking up he witnessed a great stone warrior rising from the ground. "I see the puppet....but where it the puppeteer?" He pushed himself up his talons ready. "I am no puppet!" The stone goliath yelled bringing down a great mace head. Juan preformed the same move as before. Disappearing seemingly and appearing, as he was just a few feet away. This move was known as Instantaneous. He was moving so fast that ones eyes could not keep up with him.

"Hold still you devil bird!" He roared and slammed his ax down. He seemed to have stuck Juan on the shoulder. This would be a deathblow to anyone. Except amazed by another, Juan appeared on the rooftop next to the beast. "You missed," He hissed and the man growled. "How did you do that?" He demanded to know and two other copies of him appeared. "You're cloning yourself!" He yelled and swiped at them. "Technically no amigo, it's much like a motion picture, thousands of frames all moving at such high speed. If they move fast enough the human brain only sees one continuous picture, what you see before you are the point's where I'm stopping for a fifth of a eighteenth of second, I'm just moving so fast your brain must make three of me for your eyes to understand," All three of the condors explained in unison.

"It doesn't matter how fast you move I'll still catch you," He roared and sank into the ground. Suddenly spikes erupted at the three making Juan dodge. Forming back to one, the avian rushed from side to side as they encircled him forming a great birdcage around him. "He he he got you now," The rocks spoke. Juan narrowed his eyes and held his hand forward and upside down. "Rain and wind, I see through the eyes of the hurricanes, come Quetzalcoatl!" Suddenly a great the sound of drums and tribal flutes echoed around them. A long Maquahuitl formed in his palm. One large wooden sword with volcanic glass diligently forced into the center making the blade.

Swinging his blade with speed and great precision, he attacked. The rocks fell apart with shards of the glass broken off into the crevices. As the rocks rushed, back to reform a man formed out of them He screamed out in pain as the glass formed into his body. The jagged and crooked edges

scrapping and slicing away inside his muscles with each move. Trying to back to stone Juan appeared before him. "Fly Quetzalcoatl," The glass of blade shattered and flashed forward. Catching the light they resembled fireflies. Each one suddenly hit the wall behind him. The man-standing silent as blood began to pour from several holes in his body. Without a word, he fell to his knees. "They...they moved so fast I couldn't....see them," He gasped as the final hole opened in his fore head. Blood gushed forth as he died and ninja like apparitions appeared around the two fighters. "Get this creature out of my sight," Juan ordered.

As the rain started to pour Andreas and Ligeron eyes opened softly. "Well been a while since I've felt Juan's energy," Andreas kisses his mate gently. "Yes and Salamander released fifteen percent of his strength," Ligeron kissed back. To an immortal energy acts much like a stimulant causing arousal. If enough is present then it is like a drug to them. Moving down Andreas softly kisses his lovers neck. Gently his kisses ran along his chest. Ligeron let out a soft purr as he adjusted turning around so his back pressed up against him. Andreas moved up resting his head on his shoulder softly.

Reaching down he lifted his mate's leg up. Softly his member pressed against Ligerons entrance. Ligeron let out a soft whimper begging for it to force its way in. Softly Andreas smiled and pushed in roughly. Suddenly his mate filled his body. Ligeron sighed and reached back putting his arm around his mate. Soon their dance of pleasure began. Softly their motions moved to meet one another's. Andreas thrusting forward met with a loud slap. Soon their soft moans became louder. Their cries of lust filling the room as they huffed against one another. Their bodies entwined as Ligeron tried to turn his head to kiss his mate.

Their passion grew, their power intensified, and their love extended. As their climaxes neared, they could do nothing to stop it. Giving into the animalistic instinct of their lust their hissed and growled. With a sudden jerk Ligeron's seed spilled onto the sheet overtop them. He gasped jerking feeling the overwhelming sensations. Andreas' onslaught did not faultier. His speed increased the roughness of his stroked making his mate scream in orgasm. With a loud moan, Andreas filled his mate with his own seed. Their essences mixing together as they stayed entwined. Their bodies held tightly together as they kissed softly. "I love you," Ligeron whispered. "As do I," Andreas smiled.

Together they stayed unmoving from the threats across the city. The purple haired hunter moved toward the hospital. Her hands shaking on the crossbow at her sides. With a gasp, she looked up seeing the white wolf looked at her from the doors. A smile on her face gently as she stepped down to the park before her. "Don't worry I can't and won't hurt you," She smiled.
