#7 of Meet the Studs

So, bit of a musclefur fan. Less obvious from my writing style and gallery than you'd think, but just glance at mah faves. The evidence is there. All things meaty, manly(and sometimes femmy), and powerful, when portrayed with style and talent, is A+ in my book. So much so that I've been developing a rather exhaustively involved and in-depth series, nearly a decade in the making, involving the subject...well, perhaps not involving, but rather featuring it, to the point that with barest exception...

all the furs are huge. Like, nearly all of em. Indulges my author appeal and leaves open tons of possibilities for far more varied personalities than "vain, dominant gymrat" and themes to explore therein.

So of course, I've had to wrack my tiny brain creating characters for this self-indulgent little project, and suffice to say, I've been busy. You don't even know the breadth of character and species I've been developing and mining so far. Like, guess. You won't get it, but guess. Ya don't...just, dude, stop. You don't even know. You're embarassing yourself. You don't know. YA DUNT KNOW

Enjoy. Love it, Hate it, let me know.

Name: Joao Ributski

Species: Dragon of Darkness

Age: Claims he doesn't know; most guess somewhere in his 40's or 50's

Height: 8' 4" ft.

Weight: 1532 lbs.

Appearance: Standing at nearly nine feet tall, weighing in at barely under a ton and sporting an unbelievable 10 foot wingspan, Joao cuts one of the most imposing figures in nagualkind. His goliath frame is packed with immense, heavy muscle even the sharpest of steel couldn't slice or pierce; Massive, straited pecs bulging from his chest like an inconquerable mountanous shelf, his stomach studded with rippling, armor-hard abs like inlaid bricks covered in rough, dark-grey hide, while his bulging battlemace arms, heaving, bull-neck, monstrouly wide and powerful legs, massive and thick tail, spined with spikes, that could swat a seqoiua off its roots and into the air with a single swing and vicious, scowling draconian face; penetrating eyes cast in the pure sangria red of blood, terrible fangs glinting in even the dimmest of light and sinister, bull-like horns jutting from his head and shoulders; are together wrapped in bulging skin and polished scales colored a deep, stark black. The massive wings sprouting from his endlessly wide back brandish horrible claws and monstrous, bulging muscle, instead of feathers, a ghastly, bat-like vascular membrane connected to them.

His choice of dress is notably less sinister, opting for a formal look with his usual black-and-white with gold trim dress jacket, worn unbuttoned with a pure white formal shirt and pinstripe pants. He never wears shoes since none of them can possibly fit his enormous, clawed feet. He's adverse to accessories as he prefers not to draw attenion to himself, but you can easily see a large gold ring, studded with a large, finely cut emerald and a family insignia bordering the ring itself, around the index finger of his right hand. When tending to certain less hygenic needs around the manor he lives, he takes to decidedly less formal garb; namely a long apron, usually in some hideous pastel color the daughters of the house pick out for him, and tight cargo pants with pockets stuffed with cleaning appliances, brushes and more assorted tools than he has scales. He even whips on a showercap(with holes cut out) or fishnet for the especially messy jobs, and he generally lets it all hang out to wear whatever he pleases or is lying around when off-duty. His employers encourage casualness and he knows better than to dwell on matters of apperance when you're built like a thorny fortress of obsidian and shitbricks.

Personality: Intimidating, Protective, No-nonsense, and a bit behind the times. Joao is a hired, live-in bodyguard for a rich and influential family, particularly for one of the family's young daughters, Robin, a precocious, spolied amatuer musician who recently ran away from home. He takes his duties seriously and goes above and beyond to ensure her safety, happiness and well-being. He's an extremely fearsome and formidable guardian, protective and watchful to a fault and always wary of strangers. Having learned through years of experience how people show their true colors through fear, he is, or considers himself, a good judge of character and eases up around those he deems trustworthy or at least can't pose a threat, revealing a stern but fair character. He affords Robin little leniency to just do as she pleases, but is generally fair, patient and favorable to her.

When not dealing with Robin, Joao isn't quite the ferocious demon his decidedly sinsiter appearance would lead one to believe. In fact, being immediately feared and avoided due to his looks is a prejudice he very much disagrees with and goes to considerable lengths to cover and conceal himself, usually with heavy clothing and keeping to himself in public, but he knows very well how to exploit others' fear of him to protect or benefit himself or Robin. He's continously asked what species he is, to which he doesn't really have a response and likes to avoid the subject, as he does the subject of his age. The question of how old he is is an especially touchy subject to him, not so much because he doesn't know, but because the thought of or being called "old" riles uncomfotable thoughts and all manner of terrifying, draconian grunts. He's a touch awkward socially when Robin leads him around by the nose, struggling between his duty to her, his desires tobe more of his own person, and a strange protective urge in general that seems hardwired into him, and has, at best, hazy ideas and understandings on popular, "youthful" subjects like music or entertainment.

Thankfully, he always seems willing to at least learn and try new things when relaxed and off the clock, and has such gained an appreciation for watching contact sports(and the salty outburts that comes with it), classic rock thanks to Robin and her obscene music collection, and is even gifted at the art of the waltz(padded protective gear reccomended.) He has his softer moments when alone with Robin or with the occasional person who isn't preoccupied with his looks or initial prickliness. He's actually very curious and light-hearted when he manages to relax, showing a warm, slightly uncertain innocence and fatherly warmth of character, asking questions, listening intently to stories and ideas.
