After running it would appear it took Sekhai only 6 minutes to get to Long Hills. 4 minutes earlier then he expected. At Klergans house...Sekhai of course saw bigger houses on Long Hills, but Klergans was still definitely a status symbol with it's three floors. There was one house though that stood out with an amazing feat of 5 floors, was so much room in a single house really necessary? Houses like these were the stereotypical type that would be secluded on the outskirts of a town. Secluded from even the rich people but instead here it stood, randomely implanted.

Azrain opened the door and instantly greeted Sekhai...he must have been very anticipated on Sekhais arrival, Sekhai didn't even knock yet. A bit clingy?

They both went to Azrains room which was two times the size of Sekhais room, it was cluttered with stuff but neatly organized...they must've had a maid.

''You must've really wanted to see me'' Azrain exclaimed in a cheerful voice.

''Well actually you seemed a bit more enthusiastic on me coming'' Sekhai hinted.

''Actually I'm always like that hehe''

Sekhai was energetic but Azrain must've been hyper....very hyper.

''Sooo your an Ocelot not a tiger?'' Azrain asked.

''Yes''

''I just have a question...''

''Huh?''

''When did you find out you liked guys?''

Why did everyone tend to ask Sekhai this tonight?

''Uh well...it's really just one I like''

''Oh love at first site with me?''

''Actually it's someone else...''

''Mind telling?''

''Actually...I'm afraid I do mind''

''Oh come on''

''No thanks''

''Fine, but if I happen to take an interest in him don't yell at me''

''I suppose''

''Does your step parents have a weird accent like mine?''

''Well I really just have my step mother....and she's a Lioness, her accent is quite normal''

''Really?''

''Yeah'' Sekhai did his traditional shifting.

''Are you challenging me?''

''erm...I don't quite understand''

''Do you often shift your position like that?''

''Actually I do, a lot of people find it weird though'' Sekhai stated.

''I find it cute, flexible like a feline'' Azrain joked.

''What do you do anyway, any hobbies?''

''I often play sports...we really can't do that now though, I often collect boyfriends, nah just kidding, Thats just a stereo type''

''Speaking of boyfriends...do you have any?''

''Actually I have a lot of friends and contacts but no actual boyfriends, a lot of my friends are straight, how about you'' The husky frowned.

''All my friends are straight...there is one that I question though''

''Want me to enlighten you?'' Azrain grinned.

Sekhai eyed Azrain at his comment, obviously this signaled the ocelot was intrigued, Azrain decided to speak furthermore.

''This friend of yours that you question, why do you question if he is or not exactly?''

''Well..I told him I'm...well you know'' Sekhai scratched his head.

''You know you really don't have to be so embarrassed of being gay right?''

''He always suspected I was, but he only thought I was only because...''

''Any names? your confusing as hell no offense''

''Lexiharin, He was at the formal as well''

''The fox?''

''Yes, he might be seeing you tomorrow by the way''

''Maybe tomorrow I can find out for you whether he's straight or gay''

''Really?''

''Yes, and I figure you want him?''

''How do you know?''

''Why else would you tell him one of your deepest secrets if he was a friend you wouldn't see much''

This instantly reminded Sekhai of Oklain...this was where Lexiharin was going...he began to wonder where the wolf went during the formal, but it didn't matter he instantly tucked his thoughts back in his head and talk further more with Azrain which would soon form the events to become watching a movie with a massive HD T.V screen along side Azrain.

lApartment 648l

Lexiharin knocked on the door of the familiar apartment that claimed 648, Oklain finally answered the door.

''Hello Lexiharin'' Oklain greeted slightly enthused...what happaned to his grumble?.

''Hey Oklain'' Lexiharin replied.

''Your timing was quite well, I just returned a few minutes ago'' Oklain grumbled... This was gonna happen sooner or later after all.

''Really? Sekhai did say you were at the party serving as a waiter''

''Yes thats correct''

''Did you know the Oklain that killed Sekhais parents was released, I think a few nights ago?''

''Actually i have known'' Oklain walked over to the small bar set.

''Really?''

''Yes'' Oklain began to pour a drink for himself.

''Sekhais paranoid as usual'' Lexiharin sighed.

''O really? I guess I shouldn't have told him a few of them are mobsters then...'' Oklain trailed off

''Wait that was actually true?''

''Rich people and mobsters! They go together, I'm sure a fair amount of them were mobsters, say like 5''

''I suppose that would make sense....he must've taken it in a different way''

''He usually does, cause lets face it, probably the site of me alone pisses him off''

''Well I doubt it angers him..''

Oklain finally sat down and took a drink of the alcohol.

''Yes but you must say he does find me irritating doesn't he?''

''Yeah...''

''Perfect then we come to an agreement?''

Oklains mood was odd...he could be formal yet grumble and he could be just like a business fur the moment after.

''I find those formal parties odd'' Oklain grumbled silently

''Really?''

''Yes, they can speak for hours and retain full dignity without a single moment of looking like an idiot''

''Actually I find I did quite well''

''Try that every single Thursday for the remainder of your life''

''They go there every Thursday?''

''Yes, sometimes they even decide to go on Tuesdays too''

''Truthfully I don't think I could stand that much formals...I wasn't quite intrigued by the one I went to''

''Now imagine working there everyday'' The wolf chuckled silently

''You work there everyday?''

''Well I suppose its more of two days a week, some times three. One day to set up the formal and another to be a waiter, if they decide to have a formal on Tuesday thats a third day that I have to work''

''Sounds hard''

''You haven't worked yet have you...'' Oklain glared at Lexiharin,

''Not really...I only plan to get a job later''

''It's not that hard of a job, but the pay isn't to great either''

Oklain suddenly got up, probably getting another drink. Lexiharin began to wonder how much Oklain drank before Lexharin got there...maybe Oklain was only nice like this because the alcohol affected him to be that way...The familiar sound of a liquid pouring into a glass was heard.

Oklain at last returned with a specific type of alcohol, Lexiharin soon became to realize if his parents ever found out he even hanged out with an alcoholic they'd most likely punish him for perhaps a long time. Possibly they would never trust him again all because of a stereotype on how alcoholics were a bad influence and those dead morals. Lexiharin knew this moral was dead because by far Oklain despite him being an alcoholic never pressured Lexiharin into anything, not so far anyway.

''Thinking of something in particular?'' Oklain asked with curiosity that surprisingly overcame his grumbling.

''Nah I was just waiting''

Oklain smirked at Lexiharin.

''Did you meet anyone in the formal? contacts are always important''

''Actually I didn't, just Klergan who invited me to there in the first place, Sekhai on the other hand met Klergans son''

''Really? Hopefully the Ocelot isn't a homophobic''

''You know Azrain is gay?''

''No offense but he isn't at all subtle about it, I always pictured gay people extremely shy though...''

Wasn't Oklain extremely shy? maybe this was why he always grumbled...or maybe he's just exhausted...Everyone was turning gay as Lexiharin knew it.

''Hey aren't you shy?''

''I suppose, drinking is what helps me deal with people I don't know that well''

How much did Oklain consider ''knowing someone well?''

''Hey are you...''

''Not really, I'm straight''

''I never met Azrain my self though...''

''Lets put it this way, if he finds you look ''Cute'' in his words he'll most likely hit on you''

''Really?''

''Yeah he said I looked bad ass instead though...despite how weak I am...probably the eyes I have....

Lexiharin sat in silence.

''Oh right...blue and green eyes...well just tell him your not gay or something''

''I might see him tomorrow...any warnings?''

''Hmm well I only saw him in the formals, I'm impressed Klergan never found out, and my warnings...hmm...well just don't be homophobic.

''I'm not'' Lexiharin noted.

Two nights in a row Lexiharin went to see Oklain at night, two nights in a row all they did was talk. As odd of a character Oklain may have been he always seemed to carry a lot of worthy information.

''Now about that mobster scenario I told Sekhai of'' Oklains tone was not at its normal grumble.

''I'm almost certain 3 of them are after Sekhai''

''How do you know?''

''It's easy to hear what people are saying when you focus on them enough, they intend to think no one else can hear them just because everyone else is talking as well''

''You think Sekhai might actually be in danger?''

''Not at all, but I think he should refuse any offers they give him if he does see them, I could always be wrong''

''Offers?''

''Who wouldn't want an athletic 16 year old Ocelot?, Often times cops let teenagers off the first few smaller crimes''

''Well thats actually a bit hard to believe...''

''Just implying it could happen'' Oklain planted his elbow on the table and drank...he suddenly seemed depressed.

Lexiharin started to have a feeling wasn't drunk before but he was now.

''Oklain?''

''You wish something?'' His tone was his standard grumble.

''Are you alright?''

''Yeah why?'' his grumble was replaced by curiosity.

''You seem a bit depressed...''

''Well...I have my problems but who doesn't''

''Mind telling me them?''

''I can't, sorry that I even brought the subject up''

''Are you trying to quit drinking?''

''Trust me the last thing I want is an intervention''

''Oh''

''I usually stay up till 5.00 but I'm actually a bit tired...'' Oklains grumbles were once more absent.

''Ok i'll be leaving then, bye Oklain''

Lexiharin wondered if Oklain only made Lexiharin if he was irritated or if he actually was tired...due to this he decided to look at the time: 10:00 pm...1 hour and 24 minutes was how long he was talking to Oklain, Lexiharin then began his ride home

_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

As soon as Lexiharin left Oklain walked to the mini-bar and acquired the strongest liquor he had, he only drank this when no one was around and when he wouldn't expect any more visitors but then again nobody was ever around much anyway. Oklain used to drink this stuff more but he slightly cut down on it. What was sad was perhaps on the fact he cut down and he still drank it till he puked up blood, only to wash it down with even more alcohol.

He stumbled to the room, the alcohols effect was rather fast...Oklain took off his shirt and there on his back, arms, shoulders were a set of massive wounds, He got deep cuts like this often...he drank either to erase his shyness or to avoid complications complications like painful wounds. The alcohol would never make the cut go away...but not to feel it would be damned fine enough.

As soon as his head fell against the soft pillow he was instantly in a sleep without any dreams...but this was fine because he never had to have nightmares either, no regrets and no joy, just a blank dream, this was his philosophy of life.

As he slept he was robbed of any feeling, even the knowledge of knowing his face was of tears. He'd continue sleeping in a wonderful bliss of nothing more but a Utopian ignorance.
