William had woken up, "Ahhhhhhh!"

"Will? it's okay I'm here."

"What....where am I?"

"We are at the hospital, you had an accident. A gas tank blew up but we don't know how."

"Do you remember?"

"No, I don't. I don't know what happened. I.......I'm so confused."

"It's okay, the doctor said you'd feel like this and possibly won't remember what happened."

"How is the house? Did you get hurt."

"No I'm fine, and the house is almost packed I hired a moving team for us."

The doctor had came inside of the room, "Oh my favorite patient is awake."

The doctor was an old friend of Williams, Doctor Johnson Baker.

"John? You are a doctor?"

"Yeah I am!" ,laughed Dr. Baker

Dane started to walk out, "Well I guess I'll let you too catch up while I go get some lunch."

"Alrighty then!" ,said both William and Dr. Baker. They laughed.

"Well first I need to check your vitals before we talk.

"Okay, I feel fine though just everything seems a little fuzzy."

"That is normal You were in a coma, but do you remember what happened?

"I have no idea, I woke up from the strangest dream."

Dr. Baker ran a few tests on William.

"Looks like everything is fine, but I need to talk to you. I got some test back today because I found a lump, on you."

"What.......where?"

"On your lower back. It's really big and deep. You have Melanoma."

Shocked William started to cry, "What can I do?"

"There is a trial that will hopefully treat yours. Your in your 3rd stage."

"Have you told Dane?"

"No I have not."

"Don't, I'll tell him when I'm ready to, so about that trial?"

"Well, it is pretty pricy, but they had it a while ago and it did good but it didn't fix the patients' cancer."

"Will I be able to move away and still do it?"

"Dane told me you're moving to London, it is in London."

"I'll have to talk about it with Dane, once I tell him."

"Make sure it's soon, because they need patients now."

"Okay, so I can leave?"

"You can leave the hospital tomorrow if your still feeling better."

William sighs, "Well this is a great go away gift."

Dr. Baker hugged him, "I'm sorry."

The following day Dane and William were in their truck driving home.

"I'm glad you're okay, I was scared you'd never wake up."

"I'm fine, I told you I'd never leave you."

Dane grabbed Williams paw, "I love you so much. I want to get married when we move."

William sighed, then smiled, "I do too, but I need to talk to you, when we get back to the house."

Dane looked uneasy, "About what?"

"Just wait until we get home sweetie."

Dane kept quiet the whole ride home. They walked up the driveway and Dane sat down on the porch. William sat down next to him. Dane looked at William and William looked back.

"I have cancer."
