On the cold, windy, and snowy winter night around 12 midnight I was just getting off work. I start the long walk home across town hoping I can make it again across the street where so many shots are heard...I can normal hear them going off at work and at home. This street is in the middle of work and home so it's kind of hard not to hear them since I'm only 3 miles apart from home. I soon hear a shoot echoing through the streets and a scream. Very soon after I hear the screech of tires against the wet pavement. Sfreehs climb my back making the fur stand straight up and my paws begin to shake. I hear sirens, I begin to walk a little faster knowing if I can get there when the cops are I will be a little safer. My clothes are soaking wet from the snow melting on them, I didn't realize it was going to be snowing so I didn't weather myself as well as I should have. I begin to sfeer, my feet are like ice and cannot fell them anymore. I can see the lights from the police now and my hearts stops beating as fast. I walk right by one that was coming out of an appaterment and trip on my frozen foot. The police officer now I know him as bente quickly runs down the stairs. He warps his paws around me and helps me up. He soon asks if I'm ok "are you ok pup you took a pretty nasty fall". I soon reply "well everything is fine now thank you so much for your help". Bente "well do you need a ride to your home". fenris "well I'm only a mile away and I don't want to incovenice you any more then I have already". Bente "no no its no big deal my shift is over and I would gladly take you anywhere". Fenris "well if you must" I begin to giggle a little since he is so cute and I think he may be hitting on me. I grab the door handle to the back door but he quickly stops me "no no hon you can sit up front with me". Fenris "oh ok thanks again". I go to sit down and I see something in the front sit, I couldn't be sure before he moved it, but it looked like some playfur. Bente "you wouldn't haven't to be hunger would you pup". I soon think about it I haven't eaten anything all day and my stomach was growling at me. "Well you now you say something I haven't ate...why not". Well of course it's now 12:30 and there isn't much open. Bente "well did you have anything in mind ill pay". Fenris "well that's ok but I can handle the check for you but hmm... well how about Ijump". Bente "well that sounds good haven't eaten there since they open it downtown". He reaches for the gear shifter and sifts to drive his watch making a cling sound as he does. I soon tank him again "thank you so much bente you didn't have to do this for me I really appreciate it". Bente "oh no don't worry about...I'm always looking for company. It's hard to find someone up as late as me. So it's very nice to be out with you..But if you don't mind me asking why where you walking all alone in that part of aubrun". Fenris "well I'm always up this late since work loves to keep me over "sighs" but I have to walk that way ever night and it scares me so much..And I do not really have the need for a car or do I have the parking for one". Bente "well I can really understand no vecail but that is a bad part..Hmm I have an idle why don't you call me and I will come get you". Fenirs "oh bente you are being too nice to a wolf like me". Bente "nah its fine". We soon arrive at the Ijump, he looks for a space up front since he knows I'm still wet and cold. I fell the car stop, and I hope out as fast as I can to get inside since I was warm in the car and I knew I would become cold quickly from the water. I open the door and wait in side for him. I look out the window and see him giggling at me for running. He soon comes to the door and I open it for him of course. Bente "thank you" he is still giggling a little bit. Waitress "two officer?". Bente "yes just the two of us". I smell the pancakes cooking, and my stomach growls a little more. It has been so long since I have eaten at an Ijump I really didn't know what to order. The waitress comes from the back "how are we doing tonight guys". We both say at the same Bente "we are good". Fenris "I'm doing well". The waitress lays down our napkin and sliver way making a cling sound as she does. Waitress "so what can I get you two to drink". Bente "hmm well ill take a sweet tea". Fenris "the same thank you". She soon leaves leaving me and bente all alone the restaurant had no one in it. Bente "how old are you pup?". I soon reply "I'm 23, and you good husky?" bente "oh well you are not really a pup, I'm 26". We are sonly interrupt by the waitress with our drinks. "Well guys are we ready to order", bente "well I m I will take the county fried steak". Fenris "ill have the hamburger steak thank you". She soon leaves with our menus and order. As I look away I see bente look at me in a way only someone that liked me would and he turns down a little as he notices I was looking. Fenris "so any girls you are in love with?" bente chokes on his drink as I ask the question "well, no not really, I do have my eye on someone right now but I don't know". Fenris "well I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you asked". Bente aging slightly chokes on his drink clearing his throat "was it that avast". Fenris "well its ok sweetie you can ask me anything you want, but my question is how you knew". Bente "well I could tell by the necklace that slip out of your shirt when you tripped was a dead giveaway" he soon starts to giggle about me tripping. Fenris "oh hush your laughing" I soon start to laugh along with him. I had totally forgotten I was eving wearing my rainbow dog tag. Fenris "oh I didn't even realize it had come out of my shirt". Bente "I'm really glad it did I would have never know, and I would have spent another lonely night of eating all alone". Fenris "aww you poor pup well I'm here now" I smirk at him and rube my foot up his leg a bit under the table. I see his fur on his face stand straight up and shyly turn away from me. Bente soon replies with a leg mention of his own but he goes even further did then I did and he almost touches my balls, but we are interrupt by the waitress again and we both slam are paws back on the ground. Waitress "here we go I hope you enjoy". Bente "oh we will thank you again". We soon eat and pay hoping back into his car, sit now cold and wet from me. Bente "you look to be my size and I live a little closure, why don't we go to my place and get you a change of clothes real fast, this will give you a reason to have to see me again". Fenris "oh trust me I want to see you need to give me something I will return it". I soon reach over and lay a hand on his leg. The cling from his watch lets me know we are in drive again and ready to go.
