#3 of Carnal Demonology

The third volume in the Carnal Demonlogy series.

Carnal Demonlogy Volume 3: In the first volume, we covered Lycanthropes, Goblins, Imps, Dragons, Beastmen, Ogres, Zombies, Witches / Warlocks, Familiars, Dryads, and Hobgoblins. In the second volume, we covered Mummies, Nymphs, Dairy Farmers, Kraken, Oozes, Succubus, Incubus, Enthrallers, Golems, Mimics, and Kobolds. In this third volume, we will once again go over another 11 demon species in Carnal. This will probably be the last volume for a while, as I think 33 demon species is enough to get the story rolling.

Minotaur: A race of demons who have the head and legs of a bull, but the torso and arms of a man. Minotaur are an exclusively male race, and as such, they are forced to cross breed with other female species, most commonly humans to repopulate their numbers. Any child born from a minotaur pregnancy will always be a pure blooded minotaur, though as to how or why is uncertain, but magic is certainly part of the issue. They were originally wardens in charge of keeping watch over dungeons and prisons, before the corrupting energy of Carnal drove them to slaking their urges on their prisoners and eventually becoming demons themselves. Minotaur have flawless memories, able to recount even the smallest of details and they highly favor dungeons, mazes, and labyrinths as their lairs of choice. After scoping out the area once, they have already memorized the lay out and begin using it to trap adventurers. Although they appear bovine, they are carnivorous, and will usually kill and eat males who enter their home. However, they will take females prisoner, locking them away in the deepest part of their lairs to breed with them, while the female is too confused and lost to escape, provided she's not shackled to a wall, or locked in a prison cell. Minotaur are recognized by the fact their human portions do not have fur, a common mistake made by uneducated mortals who see a Beastman and mistake them as a Minotaur.

These demons can grow to be 10 feet tall, and despite having the legs of a bull, their genitals are more similar to a human's, and are incredibly well endowed. Their testicles can reach the size of a man's fist, and their penises can reach nearly 2 feet long when fully erect. Minotaur are a violent race of demons who prefer to use axes or hammers as their weapons of choice, and care little for whether or not their partners are enjoying the sexual experience. Only strong females, usually warrior women are able to survive more than a few rounds with a horny Minotaur once he gets his dick inside her.

Orc: A race of demons who resemble anthropomorphic boars without fur. Originally being primitive tribes of human warriors in the outlands of Carnal, Orcs are now an extremely savage and primitive race of demons. They rarely speak complete sentences, as least not in human languages, and they live for the thrill of conquering others. An Orc's favorite way to kill boredom is to ransack a human village, raping any survivors and carrying them off to become slaves. If the prisoners are lucky, they may become corrupted by demonic energy and become an Orc themselves, being welcomed into the tribe as a fellow member. Unfortunately, however, most prisoners end up dying before corruption can set in, which is why those who live long enough are considered worthy, for they had the strength to endure the tribe's abuse. Orcs come in both male and female genders, and they respect only one thing in life, which is strength. Orcs have no interest in taking weak or cowardly mates, and as a result, rape has become traditional within their culture.

Orcs do not believe in courtship rituals, or monogamous marriages. If a male has interest in taking a female as his mate, he forces himself upon her regardless of her opinion on the matter. If he successfully overpowers her, he is worthy of giving her strong children, but if he can not defeat the female, he is considered an inferior male, and not worthy of breeding with her. If a male wishes another male's female, he challenges him for the right to breed with her, the winner of the battle is considered a superior mate. Leaders of the tribe often have a harem of several mates they successfully conquered or stole. Within Orc society, both males and females have been known to fill each other's roles equally well, although a Chieftain of a tribe is traditionally a male, usually the strongest warrior of the tribe. Orcs tend to wear primitive, yet intimidating armor forged out of animal hides and spiked metal plating, and the axe is their all time favorite weapon of choice, but they have also been seen wielding hammers and swords. Even the weakest of Orcs possesses 5 times the strength of the average human, so they are very difficult to defeat in a melee battle, especially when fighting in a group. Long ranged or magical combat is the preferred method for combating them.

Dark Priest / Priestess: A lesser class demon who were once humans belonging to various religious clergies. Corrupted by Carnal's magic, they are now demon worshiping cultists who use their perverse magic to help further spread the corruption among the mortal populace. Dark Priests and Priestesses look almost exactly like humans, save for the pointed ears, and they have various magical abilities designed to corrupt the world. The normal spread of corruption is bad enough, but with a cult that actively seeks to accelerate the spread, they pose an extreme danger and most human villages quickly set out to stop their activities if they locate a temple or shrine nearby. Just as human priests can perform a purification spell to cleanse humans of demonic taint, these dark counterparts can do the opposite, infusing their victims with demonic energy and driving them closer to becoming full demons themselves. They can also prepare wards that defend against purified intruders, and summon other demons to their aid in battle, as well as firing blasts of corrupted energy for projectile attacks. They regularly perform sacrificial rituals in which a human slave is bound to an alter and raped all night, the cult taking turns pleasuring themselves on the victim's body. Dark Priests and Priestesses primarily use non lethal weaponry, as they would prefer to convert, rather than destroy. Bludgeoning weapons and whips are their primary weapons of choice.

Gorgon: A race of snake demons who have hair made out of snakes, scales instead of skin, and a pair of serpentine fangs. Gorgons were originally sculptors and after being infected by the demonic corruption, they began to develop an inanimate fetish, and took a disturbing interest in erotic sculptures. They have a powerful gaze ability which causes their eyes to glow a bright yellow. Any human who looks at their eyes while this power is activated will turn to stone, and they can also reverse the process by using it again on their petrified victims. The gaze has an effective range of 10 yards when turning people to stone, but in order to change them back to flesh, the Gorgon must be within 1 yard, which prevents them from accidentally freeing other statues. One of a Gorgon's favorite means of recreation is capturing prisoners and turning them into erotic statues to decorate their lairs, usually tieing them up to help force them into position and then undoing the bindings once they have been petrified.

A Gorgon's fangs carry a special sedative that dulls the victim's mind and makes them more vulnerable to suggestion, where the Gorgon can easily command them to get into a rather difficult pose for a special petrification. Gorgons are also known for releasing the petrification and using their victims as sex slaves before stoning them again, using the statues as a sort of trophy display to show off their favorite slaves to those who would enter their lairs. A Gorgon's blood is so acidic, that any normal weapon that pierces their flesh is disintegrated instantaneously, so all they cause is a minor flesh wound. Those wishing to slay a Gorgon must use magically enchanted weapons which can resist their acidic blood if they wish to make any kind of lethal strike. Of course, those who can't get a hold of magical weaponry can also try to show a Gorgon their own reflection while their gaze power is activated, when the magic will be reflected back at the Gorgon, turning them to stone as well.

Naga: Another race of snake demons, Naga have the upper body of a human, but from the waist down is a giant snake tail ranging anywhere from 10 to 20 feet long. The tail is strong enough that they can scale up pillars and other narrow obstacles by coiling around them and slithering upwards. Naga were originally exotic performers, mostly being dancers, and now with their half snake bodies, they can bend, writhe, and sway in positions a human body can not. In fact, a Naga's dance maneuvers release a hypnotic aura that entrances humans that watch them perform, unless they have a strong enough will to resist its effects. Naga often dress in flashy attire, consisting primarily of jewelery and accessories, while actual clothing is limited to only a loin cloth and possibly a bra among the females.

Naga are valued performers among the demon community, and many demons have recruited a Naga into their harem, entertaining them regularly with an exotic dance, even though the hypnotic aura only effects humans, their actual skill with dancing is still enough to impress their fellow demons. Male Naga have two penises, much like a real snake, and are capable of stuffing both a female's holes at once, a feat which they are very proud of and are not shy at all about showing this off to human females they happen to capture. When a Naga tightens their coils, they can become as strong as iron, so it is nearly impossible for normal humans to escape without the assistance of another.

Basilisk: A very powerful demon that few humans are able to escape from once they encounter it. Originally, the Basilisk was an already existing monster of Carnal, but was corrupted by the demonic magic and their powers mutated according to their new lust driven bodies. The Basilisk resembles a six legged lizard, about the size of a horse, Their body is EXTREMELY poisonous, secreting a magical fluid from their scales which activates upon contact with a victim's exposed body. In fact, even getting within 10 feet of a Basilisk's body is enough to infect its victims with a weaker version, simply by the smell alone. A basilisk has a body structure similar to a centaur in that it usually travels around on four legs, while the front set are poised up like a humanoid torso, serving as arms and hands which can manipulate objects, although they can travel on all six limbs to achieve maximum speed.

Originally their venom was able to kill a victim instantaneously, but with their new mutation, the poison of a Basilisk is now Carnal's most potent aphrodisiac. Even a single drop can shatter a human victim's mind as they become completely obsessed with sexual pleasure, and even though demons are normally resistant to each other's powers, only the strongest of demons can shrug off a dose of Basilisk venom, weaker demons will be extremely aroused and desperate for sex over the next 24 hours. For humans, the recovery time from a Basilisk's poison can range anywhere from a week, to a full year depending on the level of dosage they experience. This means that even one exposure to their venom is all it takes for most humans to be doomed to a life as a fuck toy for some demon, or even becoming demons themselves. The infection caused by smelling the venom is easier to resist, however, and if the human can slay a Basilisk with ranged weaponry, they have a better chance to escape. Bottles of this harvested poison fetch a king's randsome on the demonic market, where customers can use even small doses to enslave entire villages with ease.

Ooze Wall: An extremely dangerous variation of the lesser Ooze monster. An Ooze Wall is a gigantic, rectangular shaped Ooze reaching about 30 feet long, and 20 feet high on average. They are usually encountered fused with a dungeon, fortress, or other large structure, posing as one of its walls or hall ways. Ooze Walls are formed out of the fused souls of dozens, maybe even hundreds of victims who were absorbed into their body, and while their origins are widely a mystery, it is speculated that they may have once been commanding officers in charge of defending cities from demonic attacks, before they were corrupted themselves.

The Ooze Wall itself has its own mind, but is able to call upon the enslaved essences of those it has consumed, creating Ooze clones designed in their image to go out and hunt for food, as well as defend the Ooze Wall from danger, as if they were soldiers defending a gate. Those absorbed into the Ooze Walls have their bodies disolved into more ooze, but their souls remain imprisoned inside, constantly violated by the Ooze Walls' inner shape shifting powers. When an Ooze Wall has need of their slaves, they will create a clone of them which possesses all the knowledge and skill of the original, but is completely under the control of the Ooze Wall who communicates telepathically to them.

In fact, Ooze Walls seem to have a much higher intelligence than the ordinary Ooze, probably because they have the combined intelligence of many souls fueling their power, while a common Ooze does not. When an Ooze Wall engages in battle, they will initially create as many clones as they can (one for each soul) which will be armed with shape shifting weapons such as bows and arrows, swords and shields, axes, hammers, and whatever else. These cloned soldiers will attempt to ward off any attackers, but should they fail, the Ooze Wall will also begin to shape shift in other ways, such as creating writhing tentacles to drag victims into its body, as well as creating siege weaponry such as cannons to bombard enemies in large groups. If an Ooze Wall is actually destroyed, the souls within it are not simply freed into the after life. Instead, the Ooze Wall disolves into a giant puddle of ooze, and the souls that were absorbed within it possess the puddle, creating bodies of their own and becoming individual Oozes. Thus, even after the Ooze Wall is destroyed, you still need to take care of dispatching all the souls it possessed, for they will almost certainly attack you with their new demonic bodies.

Corruptor: An abomination of a demon, and one with a very horrific means of functionality. Corruptors were originally gluttons who consumed grotesque amounts of food. In appearance, a Corruptor is gigantic in frame, often being at least 10 feet wide and almost as tall. Their mouth is completely circular and has at least four tentacles growing out of the lips surrounding it, it also has no teeth and is apparently incapable of closing itself, instead the tentacles just wrap around each other to keep it sealed when necessary. They look like obese, gray skinned humans with solid white eyes, no clothing, and stretch marks lined along their skin. Despite their disgusting frames, they seem to have no difficult at all when it comes to walking or even running, being able to chase down smaller prey.

The Corruptor has one simple function, and that is to transform humans into more demons by infusing them with corrupting energy. When a Corruptor attacks, it will swallow a victim whole, imprisoning them within its body, which is filled with hundreds of sexual tentacles that proceed to rape and mollest their prisoner endlessly, funneling demonic energy into their bodies the entire time. It takes about 6 hours to complete the corruption process, and each meal can sustain a Corruptor for the next 24 hours. A Corruptor's method of attack involves using retractable tentacles it can release from its body to snare a victim and drag them inside its mouth.

Its body is quite elastic and can expand to swallow up to three times the creature's original size, but no human is possibly that large, so instead, it uses this elasticity to consume multiple victims at a time, occasionally devouring entire villages! When a meal has been successfully converted into a demon, the Corruptor digests the former human's soul for sustenance, and then regurgitates the new demon who will usually go off to slake their new urges. Corruptors have no vital organs, their inner body is entirely comprised of tentacles, and as a result of this, they are extremely difficult to injure. Bludgeoning attacks are easily absorbed thanks to their squishy frames, and with no vital organs to rupture, blade attacks are mostly just flesh wounds. The best method for slaying a Corruptor is to simply hack it to pieces so it can no longer move and then either incinerate it, or allow it to starve to death which can take many days, depending on how many victims the Corruptor has recently digested.

Vampire: A race of undead demons who were originally nobility with dark, tyrannical personalities. Vampires are extremely vain creatures who despite being demons, still believe they are entitled to continue their life of nobility and luxury in society. In appearance, Vampires look like humans with pale skin, pointed ears, and fangs, and despite being undead, are perfectly well preserved, showing no signs of being a walking corpse. They feed on the blood of mortals to sustain themselves, using their fangs to puncture the flesh. They almost always dress in the most elegant and regal clothing they can find, and prefer large mansions, historical castles, and other fine establishments as their lairs. They have a strong sense of family bloodlines and most Vampies will live in covens with several lesser ranking members being ruled over by an Elder. A Vampire's gaze is hypnotic, and is capable of sending weak willed victims into a trance or even short term mind control if they look at a Vampire's eyes.

In addition to this, a Vampire's bite creates an extreme level of euphoria in the victim. Even if a victim is able to resist their hypnotic gaze, nobody has been able to continue struggling once the Vampire's fangs pierce their flesh, as they go limp and hazy eyed from the sensation that spreads throughout their entire being. It has been described as a prolonged, full body orgasm as being the closest thing to it. A Vampire is capable of transforming virgin humans into other vampires by draining them to the point of death. However, as they are vain creatures, Vampires are incredibly selective about who they choose to sire, and they always pick mortals who are already beautiful and charismatic. An ugly or slobby Vampire has never been heard of, and as an added security measure, a Vampire will usually choose to rape their victim prior to draining them if they do not intend for them to become a Vampire.

Vampires only need about a pint of blood to sustain them for the next 8 hours, unless they are gluttons and like to drink in excess. The average human is able to sustain a Vampire for 72 hours before finally dying of blood loss. Vampires possess super human strength and speed, these attributes are enhanced by 5 times what they originally were as humans when they are first sired, and increase by an additional +1 multiplier for every year of the vampire's continued existence. Elders can be hundreds or even thousands of times faster and stronger than their original human bodies. A Vampire's only weak point is the heart, they can regenerate any other damage, even dismemberment or disembowling within as little as 24 hours. However, if the heart is destroyed, the Vampire is slain instantly. The favorite method of hunting Vampires is to pierce their heart with wooden instruments, or holy blades. Finally, Vampires have a limited form of telekinesis, and are able to lift objects equal to their body weight, or less. This allows the Vampire to fly, as well as manipulate small objects from a distance, but thankfully, they can not go slinging heavy duty obstacles across the field. A Vampire's supernatural powers do not function in the sunlight, where they become as weak and helpless as any common human. Because of this, most Vampires avoid the daylight, seeking shelter and sleeping until the night comes, where they emerge to hunt once more.

Sin Eater: Probably one of the few demons in Carnal who is actually allied with humanity. Sin Eaters are a form of demon who prey upon other demons, instead of humanity. They were originally mortals who fought with their last shred of willpower against the demonic taint, even as it began to transform their minds and bodies, and as a result of their defiant wills, mortals no longer provide them with the proper energy. Sin Eaters feed on demonic corruption, consuming the dark souls of Carnal's sex addicted inhabitants. What's even more impressive is that a Sin Eater is the only known way at this time to reverse a demonic transformation, as once they devour the corrupt energy within a Demon, they are restored to their former human selves, while the Sin Eater's own supernatural capabilities grow in power. Because of this, Sin Eaters are considered by humans to be the ultimate demon slayers, using their own kind against them as a form of ironic justice. Such a power comes with a price, however. Each time a Sin Eater feeds, they draw that demon's essence into themselves, fusing it with their own. Over time, a Sin Eater falls deeper and deeper into corruption themselves, until they are desperate to capture and rape other demons, becoming just as dark and depraved as the creatures they so despise. As a result of this inevitable doom, most Sin Eaters are loners, never remaining in human lands for any great length of time, except to get information on where their next meals can be located, restocking supplies, and then going out for the hunt. Sin Eaters are identified as pointed eared humans with dark red eyes and usually bare the scars of many harsh battles upon their flesh.

Lich: The most powerful class of undead demon, Liches are an extreme danger for even the greatest of adventurers to face in Carnal, and are categorized as party of the Zombie family, just like Mummies. No mortal has ever managed to slay a Lich on their own, it has always taken an entire party, if not an army to successfully defeat a Lich. Unlike most undead, the Lich voluntarily became a demon, actively seeking to corrupt themselves. They were originally royal mages who were obsessed with immortality and gaining as much power as possible, so they turned to demonic corruption as a means to obtain it. Liches resemble Zombies in appearance and often wear magician robes and carry a staff as their preferred weapon of choice. Sometimes, they are also seen wearing royal crowns as a symbol of their elevated status among the common undead, and as such, Liches are often seen as the kings or queens of the undead class of demons. They may also carry a spell book containing dozens of high level demonic spells recorded in it. Liches retain full memory and personality from when they were mortal, despite looking like zombies in comparison, and their magical abilities are just one step away from being on par with a Demon Lord, often considered the gods of Carnal's demonic populace.

A Lich's magical abilities involve being able to enslave all other species of undead, except for fellow Liches, and they can focus demonic energy into physical power to attack or defend with. They also possess a vast array of other spells commonly seen among other spell casting races and professions, making them one of the most diverse of magic capable demons in Carnal. As a cousin to the Zombies, they possess super human strength, and limitless stamina, having no need to eat, drink, or sleep and can fight on forever until they are finally slain, however, they are not cursed with an endless libido, allowing them to pursue other means of activity, such as researching more spells to add to their power.

Liches have no vital weak spots, they are almost truly immortal, save for an artifact known as a Phylactery, which can be just about anything from weapons, to jewelery, to severed body parts, and more. Every Lich is able to cheat death by teathering their souls into the Phylactery, which they keep under a fanatically high level of security. Even if the Lich's body is utterly destroyed, so long as the Phylactery exists, the body can be reconstructed within 1 hour of death by drawing upon the magical energy of Carnal's environment and converting it into organic material. Trying to slay a Lich the old fashioned way is pointless, and just a waste of resources. If you truly wish to defeat them, you must somehow reach and destroy their Phylactery, which will sever their connection to the mortal world, and the Lich will die instantly, their body disintigrating into dust. Liches will often keep their Phylactery hidden behind a labyrinth of traps, magical warding spells, or even using enslaved demons as security guards, making getting to such an artifact almost as hard as fighting the Lich itself. In an effort to make it easier, many adventurers choose to first slay the Lich itself, then while it spends the hour trying to regenerate a new body, they fight on through its lair to reach the Phylactery.
