"Hey," Arcazial greeted his mate as he sat down on the red and white quilted blanket. His blue-tipped white raptor feathers ruffled in the light breeze. The sun was hight in the sky and covered slightly by a stray cloud, but otherwise surrounded by a brilliant, beautiful blue. They sat next to a lake in a rather open park with a few furs strewn about, some in couples, others alone and taking in the beautiful outdoors. The grass was soft and fresh-cut, very comfortable for the two to sit as they relaxed under the cover of a great and aged sakura tree. The tree had seen so many couples here before, to share a romantic moment together alone while showering them in the sweet petals it carried. The two looked out over a lake as Kat'nukk laid in Arcazial's arms, his scales shining like polished silver in the sunlight, purple stripes adorning the iridescence with a slight bit of color to accent it perfectly.

"Hi," Kat'nukk replied as Arcazial wrapped his arms around his lover. Kat'nukk placed a sweet and soft kiss on his mate's cheek and nuzzled into his chest, listening to his heartbeat. Arcazial reached for the basket that lay at their feet, filled with assorted food and drink. He picked out a cola and handed it to kat'nukk, reaching back in to take one himself.

The two enjoyed their drinks and looked out over the crystalline lake, the water reflecting the brilliant blue of the sky and once in a while replicating the glint that one would see in the eye of a significant other. The breeze brought the scent of the sakura to their noses and filled them with it's sweet bliss. Kat'nukk's eyes glinted much like the lake and he flipped around spontaneously and pressed his silken lips to his lover's, Arcazial's.

The two locked in a kiss for what seemed like an eternity to them, at least, that's how long they wanted it to last. When they broke the kiss, Arcazial gazed deep into Kat'nukk's silver-blue eyes with his own deep blue slitted orbs and Kat'nukk returned the gaze, both sets of eyes slowly becoming engulfed in a sort of passion, a flame erupting beneath the pupils of each, one that they both knew all to well.

Kat'nukk smiled shyly and retreated with a blush, reaching for the basket to get something they could share. Arc was too quick though, pulling him back in for another kiss. Kat couldn't resist and they shared a kiss instead, bioluminescent purple tongue against bioluminescent blue tongue, passion licking at the two with its purple flames. The two decided against lunch just yet and Arc pushed Kat down onto the soft quilt, kissing from atop now and entwining their tails together, Kat's wings fluttering a bit as the purple feathers of the dragoraptor lean in the breeze. Kat placed his clawed paws against Arc's chest and rubbed as they kissed, both of them audibly murring and slightly attracting the attention of others in the vicinity.

Arc broke the kiss again to whisper to his year-long mate, "I wanna have dessert, first..." With that, he placed a paw gently on Kat's thigh and stroked at it gently. Kat blushed intensely, a bright red streak covering the purple stripes on his muzzle.

"O-okay... heh, I'd love to have dessert first..." Kat replied, his voice wavering a bit but still strong enough to be overheard by those who watched on. He stroked at Arc's belly and below, watching as the swaying pink petals of the sakura outlined the love of his life warmly, accenting all the blues of his headfeathers and especially his eyes. Those gorgeous eyes, those eyes that pierced right through to Kat's heart and filled it with their warmth and love, those eyes that Kat hoped to never go away as long as he lived. He wanted to wake to them every morning, to greet them as the rising sun did, but with far more love than the sun could ever produce.

Arc stared back into the silver-blue eyes, the windows to something far more beautiful than any other eye can see, the inner sanctum of pure love, reserved for only him, and painted with murals of compassion mixed with bits of lust and happiness. This was what it meant to carve out a place for someone, to keep them warm, to keep them on their feet and to support them through everything. This is what it meant to be in love. There was no other place Arc nor Kat would rather be, locked in the inner sanctum they shared, painting yet another mural of memory upon the canvas of the heart. This was a moment they would never forget for as long as they lived.

Arc's paw moved up to Kat's groin and rubbed, Kat's own paws venturing down to grasp at Arc's in return. They smiled at each other, knowing that in this moment, nothing could stop them, nothing could possibly come inbetween the love they were about to show for each other. This was their moment, their bond to strengthen, their love to temper in the heat of passion. Arc continued and slipped his hand into Kat's pants, grasping at what he could find, finding what he wanted without any trouble as Kat hid nothing from one so dear to him. Kat also slipped into Arc's own pair and touched his own serving of dessert. They both sighed in pleasure as the onlookers watched closer, far more intrigued now.

Arc retreated from Kat's loins and undid whatever bound the pants together so they didn't slip down over his legs, sliding them off with ease and revealing the hard, glowing purple bit of meat Arc desired as he slipped his own pants off, revealing a glowing blue member, a knot thick at it's base and ready for whatever each of them had planned for this date.

Arc pulled him up further, readying his length to enter Kat as Kat'nukk lifted his tail and prepared for penetration, his body shivering, not from the cold, but from the heat, the fires of love.

Suddenly, Kat'nukk pressed himself onto the member, pressing the tip in with a gasp of pleasure. Kat planted his paws on Arc's chest and pushed himself up, angling himself to start pushing himself onto Arc more and to ride him harder. Kat squeaked with a feminine gasp as he took Arc to the knot finally, feeling him deep inside and throbbing wildly. Arc threw his head back in pleasure at the feeling, a bit of drool escaping the corner of his maw onto the quilt, feeling Kat's insides tight, warm, and wet encompassing most of his length. Kat pulled himself off of Arc after a short while resting, now able to get past the knot and he turned over, leaking more onto the quilt and on Arc as he laid in Arc's arms on his chest and belly, both of them covered in the best part of what they had just done.

"Arc...?" Kat asked as he looked deep into Arcazial's eyes again, finding that deep sense of compassion again.

"Yeah, Kat...?" was the reply as Arc looked back into Kat'nukk's beautiful orbs, finding the same compassion.

"I love you..."

"I love you too..."

And with that, the sakura above them let loose some of its pink petals to the breeze and they washed over the couple as though the petals were a wave from the tide, fluttering out to the lake and into the sky as the light breeze bore them astray to wherever they may travel.
