Crysteen sighed heavily as shi drove into the gates of the school that hir daughter was attending, clearly not happy with why shi was called here. Apparently hir little angel as gotten hirself into trouble.
Parking the PTV, shi got out and walked to the entrance and entered the halls of the school. Thankfully, classes were in attendance, so the hallways were partially empty. Shi encountered a few teachers or students, but they just nodded in hir direction and quickly went on their way.
When shi got too the principles office, shi stopped and composed hirself, straightening hir top and checked hir hair in the reflective window. Then shi entered the room to face what ever hir daughter had done.
Frostpaw was sitting on a chair in front of the desk, and sitting behind it was a skunktaur, in hys male form, obviously displeased with hir daughter.
"Ah, Mrs. Icewolf, I am glad you could make it." Hy replied, giving a pleasant smile, as hy took in hir radiant hair and ample bosom.
"Well given the circumstances, it appears I had no choice, so tell me why I was called in from my job?" shi asked, sitting down next to hir daughter, who was nervously playing with hir tail. Crysteen noticed that Frostpaw had changed hir clothes since shi left hir 7 hours ago at the front gates. Shi wasn't wearing the cute dress that shi has spent an hour ironing; instead, shi was wearing a denim skirt and white t-shirt with a bear on the front. Shi was also wearing light blue tinted sunglasses.
"Ah yes, well it appears that your daughter was involved in a serious altercation with another student. Fortunately, I had convinced his parents to not to involve the authorities, but I must insist that you discipline your daughter, before I have no choice but too expel hir from the school." Hy replied, holding a red form, obviously the dreaded application for expelling students.
"And what did shi do to end up in trouble?" Crysteen asked, resting a hand on Frostpaw's shoulders, already suspecting what it may be.
"Shi froze one of the students with hir ability. Now I thought, before shi started today, that we all agreed that shi wouldn't use hir talents within school grounds, and especially against students and staff?" hy replied, scowling at Frostpaw, who looked down to the floor.
"Yes we did, and we both gave hir a lecture last night about that. I thought shi understood the rules. But, may I ask a question?" shi replied, lightly squeezing Frostpaw's shoulders, making hir yelp.
"Go ahead Mrs Icewolf." Hy said, noticing the cubs' discomfort.
"Tell me, what did the student do to provoke my daughters attack?" shi asked, looking the skunktaur in hys blue eyes with hir own green eyes.
The head master gave a sigh before answering, knowing that the answer would stir up bad memories and feelings.
"It appears he was a Humans First sympathizer, and unfortunately this schools bully and trouble maker, and he targeted hir out for some reason. When he confronted hir in the school yard, shi used hir ability and froze him. Oh, he's alright. Even though I would have done more too him. But I believe that we furs are better than humans in socializing and tolerance."
Crysteen looked at the skunktaur for a moment, wrestling with hir own emotions and feelings from hys revelation. Sure enough, shi had flashbacks of the time when shi was growing up, particularly the bombing in Amistad that claimed Sunrise's life.
Crysteen calmly petted hir daughters shoulders, soothing the pain shi had inflicted on hir.
"Although I don't condone what shi did, I do see why shi did it. My mate and I have tried to raise hir with better manners and respect, but I must confess that shi had gained Nordic's rebellious streak. But rest assure, shi will be punished and lectured about this INCIDENT." Shi growled, looking once again at hir daughter, who was shivering and wringing hir tail with nervousness. Hir eyes were still staring at the floor as a single tear drop rolled down hir cheek.
"Good, as it so happens, shi is suspended until next week, and I hope hir attitude and anger is quelled by then." The skunktaur replied, writing in Frostpaw's folder.
Crysteen looked back at the headmaster, waiting for further information. When none was forthcoming, shi replied.
"And what about the human whom my daughter froze? Will he be suspended as well?
Schoomac looked again and sighed, bracing himself for Crysteen's outburst.
"Unfortunately no, once he has fully recovered, he'll resume his education..."
"WHAT!?" Crysteen exploded, rising to hir feet, hir tail fur bristling with rage as hir teeth grind together, causing hir chair to topple over. Frostpaw cringed and whimpered in fear. Although shi had such amazing powers, the rage and anger that hir parents can generate frightens hir even more.
"Please, please calm down Mrs Icewolf. Let me explain..." Schoomac replied, hands raised.
"Explain? Ohhh please explain why my daughter gets suspended, almost expelled, because shi stood up to a bully, and from your own muzzle, he is a long term bully, and a H1 sympathizer. And he is allowed to resume schooling?" shi panted, hands clenching the desk, nails digging into the wood as shi glared at the head master.
"It's very complicated, but suffice to say, his parents are very rich and very influential, and to have him suspended or even expelled, could mean the end of this school." Hy replied, nearly on the verge of tears.
Crysteen looked at hym for a moment, and relaxed, then shi came round to hys side of the desk and gave hym a hug, consoling hym.
"I am so sorry for my outburst, and I didn't know of the circumstances for your decisions. I fully understand.." shi murred, and blushed when shi felt hym nuzzling hir cleavage. Breaking away from the embrace, shi composed hirself and returned to hir daughter's side, who was grinning sheepishly.
Righting the overturned chair and sitting back down, Crysteen once again looked at Schoomac and smiled. Hy composed himself as well, trying in vain to hide the obvious erection hy was beginning to have.
"Well, if there's nothing else, I guess we'll be off." Crysteen replied, grabbing hold of hir daughters hand paw, who gingerly held it.
"No, you may go. And Frostpaw."
The light blue folf looked up at the head master and suddenly smiled which was followed by a giggle.
Outside in the PTV, Crysteen turned to hir daughter and glowered.
"Ok, spill it." Shi snapped.
"What?" Frostpaw replied, fastening hir seatbelt on.
"What did Schoomac say to you via telepathy?"
"Oh, he said that, in future, I should freeze the bully's feet to the ground or his genitals."
Crysteen giggled at that thought, then shi started the engine and drove home. Along the way, shi gave Frostpaw an earful of parental scolding.
