A lone glaceon walks through the icy mountain region. In search of her prey that she has been hunting for many days. Despite being a ice type she can still feel the icy wind blow through her fur as it bites at her flesh. She can feel the coldness creep up her feet as she treks through the icy fields. She ignores it all, only thinking of the hunt. This is not a hunt for food she had much to eat where she had come from. Not for territory, because she is not from this land, nor does she care for it. Her home is far from this snowy tundra. Her home was warm filled with memories of her mate and her smiling children.

She missed them so much it hurt to leave them. She didn't want to leave them behind yet the anger she felt from what happen keep her going to find this one. Her prey .... her .... sister. They weren't blood related she was a only child of Vaporeon mother and Umbreon father. Both who had loved her. Yet they wanted her to have a another sibling. Seeing how she was a bit envious of the others in the area who had bigger families. Her mother was unable to carry another egg to term so they had become heart broken by this unable to give their only eevee child a sibling.

One day her father had went out to forage for food for his family. As he searched the bushes for the last berries before the first winter frost destroyed the last of the good berries It would be a while before the winter berries grew, which only grew a little at a time during winter. That's when he noticed the egg among the bushes. At first he figure the parents hid the egg having no better place to hide it. Of course he dismissed that being that who in their right mind leave an egg unattended like this. After a while of looking to see if anyone was going to come for the egg. He decided to roll it home. Not being able to find it's parents and he didn't want some other , more savage, pokemon come and destroy the egg , or worst eat it. Happy with his great idea of rolling the egg back to the cave, thinking his mate would be proud in how he did save the egg. Of course him rolling the egg home the way he did got his mate very angry with him. Her words make Lin laugh even now.

"You son of a GOLEM!!! You are as hard head as they are. You're not suppose to roll an egg like some rock. You fool!!!" She roared at her mate. He cowers before her rage as he sputter out excuses.

She had hit him with her tail fin and made him sleep on the other side of the cave. Nowhere near the egg which she took care of as if it was her own. This had the small eevee poke at the egg trying to figure out what it was her mother was taking care of, as she had pawed the egg curiously.

Her mother laughed at her daughter. " Listen my little Lin I am sorry your father and I were not able to give you a younger sibling, but maybe you can have one when this egg hatches."

She nuzzled her daughter softly. The little eevee smiled at her mother. As she laid next to the egg as best she could as her mother also cured around the egg also. The father grumbling saying it's not his fault complaining that it was cold where he was at. His mate just glared at him as he fell silent.

A few days later the egg hatched and small white fur creature came out, it's face pitch black and a small stubble on it's. Slowly it breaks free of the egg's confines as it rolls onto it's back flailing a bit as it tries to right it self up . The little creature looks around and looks at the vaporeon., and smiles as it rights it self up and trots weakly over to her and tries to nuzzle her.

"Well what do you know it's an absol never thought I would see one them around here. It's mother must have lost her or something. " The umbreon holds out it's paw as the absol gums at it cutely.

" Go on Lin introduce your self to your new sister." she nudges the small eevee towards the little absol.

Lin hesitantly walks towards the the small white furred absol. As the absol looks at her curiously. She sits in front of the little absol as it continues to look at her. She leans towards the tiny absol and sniffs her . The absol licks her nose this surprised Lin a bit as she pulls back a bit. Yet the tiny absol stumbles a bit forward and snuggles next to her and falls asleep . The young eevee is surprised by this. As she continues to look at the small absol.

"You see dear she likes you . We'll call her Isis." The vaporeon smiled loving at the sight of her daughter and her new daughter together as eevee lays down and begins to also fall asleep. Her tail wraps around the small absol protectively.

Umbreon walks next to his mate and watches his daughters sleep. " Well now we have a bigger family. Just glad she was ok. Loos like they will get along just fine. "

XxX The wind blows hard as the snow does not let up the cold air stabs at Lin as she stumbles a bit in the snow cursing loudly thinking how Isis seems to know how close she is to her. She has been traveling with little sleep. It gets harder each time to keep going, as her body cries out in pain but she will not denied her vengeance.

Time passes as Isis grew over time, as does her black horn, despite her growth she is very timid. Very afraid of many of the other mon who live in the area. Despite her growth Isis hides behind Lin all the time. Which by many looks comical. A big absol trying to hide behind the smaller eevee. One of the houndour's pointed that out once saying that she would fail at hide and seek doing that. As they usually would tease her and chase Isis until she ran behind her 'big' sister, or ran home calling for Lin to protect her.

For their part Isis adoptive parents did their best to get her break out of being so timid. Yet she would always say that her big sister Lin would protect her. Lin was told to make Isis do things on her own. Yet Isis would always make sure she did everything with her sister Lin. Isis would always follow her sister Lin every where. Smiling all the time. Just happy about being with her big sister. As time went on Isis become more popular with the others in the area . Though many did like Lin, they seem to like Isis more. All the mon love to play with Isis but she refuse to play unless Lin was playing also she never wanted her sister to not be far from her. This sorta made Lin mad to a point that the only reason the young ones of the area would play with her was because of her sister. It was a small seed of resentment towards her sister Isis. It wasn't her fault that she wasn't as big or as beautiful as her sister. Yet she never told her that she didn't want to upset her.

She was close, she knew it she could feel it as she feels the cold in her bones. She can smell her scent even as the blizzard rages around her. That's when she notices that she is not alone. She notices a heard of Stantler running towards her. She leaps out of their path before they trample over her. What would spook them that much to run through the snow like this. That's when she sees two Beartic running through the snow in hot pursuit of them She buries her self in the snow. Hoping they will not notice her. She doesn't want to fight them at all or have anyone slow her journey .

Finally during the winter months while paying in the snow with Isis it happen. Lin has had many times to change with the evolution time of the forest but she could never decided on what she wanted to be . An umbreon like her father a vaporeon like her mother. Yet time will choice for you even when you least expect it. Her body began to glow and her first thought is that she is going to become a espeon it being the day time. Now Lin will really feel weak towards her sister since she had heard that physic types are weaker to dark types like her sister. Yet as she changes it feels different something unexpected happens as Lin look at herself after the change. Her fur is not pink like an espeon it's a light blue and she sees her the long hair from the side of her head come down on either side of her head.

Isis cries out to her sister as Lin glows and begins to change. Isis called out to her parents as they rush out to see what is distressing their daughter as they arrive outside the cave they see the light fade from their daughter and see she has evolved into a glaceon . Lin's mother runs up to her daughter and nuzzles her out of happiness proud that she has finally evolved. Their father explains to Isis that her sister has evolved into a glaceon. Isis pouts that she wants to evolve also into her sister form. For once Lin is happy to have something her sister doesn't have.

Lin watches as Beartic continue to chase the heard. She comes out of the snow and starts to continue her quest once more . Something catches her eye as she sees a snorunt running as fast as it's legs can carry it. A lone beartic chases after it for an easy meal. She growls thinking to leave to it's fate on the cold plain. Yet something tugs at her as she sees something else one of her children running their instead of the snorunt. She can't turn her back on the child and goes to defend the snorunt.

XxX The time for mating season was coming upon the valley where she lived her parents had pushed for them to find mates of their own. A strong male to take care you their father said. As their mother said to find one who loves you.

Lin was a bit miffed at this not because of her parents advice , but what she had to compete against. Her sister Isis had the eyes of almost all males of the valley. What made worst, and show how much of a gumpigs they were, was many of the males wanted to share her saying they would love to just be with her. Her fur was sleek white her horn was sharp enough to cut many trees down with one swipe. She was as fast as any in the forest. Her strength was second to none. Compare to her she was ordinary. She hated it The more her sister would try to consul her the more it felt like she was pitying her.

She would snap at Isis at times. Making her cry to her parents. Her own parents seem to take Isis side on this matter saying she shouldn't be jealous of her sister. It wasn't fair everyone liked her even her own parents she would cry bitterly. Her own parents took her side they were her parents not Isis.

As she cried by the lake one day after another fight with her parents over yelling at Isis. She was approached by a mightyena by the name of Drake. At first she assumed he was there for her sister as she tries to dry her tears.

"If you're looking for my sister she at our den." Lin spatted out bitterly.

Drake sits next to her and sees damp face. " I am not here for her you know."

She sighs bitterly " What is it Drake? I am not in the mood for games today."

Drake smiles as he moves closer to Lin as his tail brushes against hers " It's almost time for mating season, and I am in the market for a mate you know. You wouldn't know where I can fine a sexy female do you ?" He flashes her a toothy grin as he puffs out his chest a bit showing off.

Lin in her bitter mood misses out all the signs. " Look Drake I said my sister is at the den if you want to fuck her ok."

Drake looks defeated by this." Why do you think I want your sister? "

"Why not everyone says how strong she is how beautiful she is her fur is so soft and .. and..." she breaks down crying again "I hate her... she takes it all from me my friends my parents and any chance I have to get a mate.."

She is surprised by a lick on her face a she looks up at Drake. Who is looking at her with a smile that has her hold her breath. "Silly eevee I don't care about your sister. I care about you. I came here to ask you to be my mate. Yes your sister is a real hot female." He stops there knowing it would only upset her " I love you my sweet glaceon. If you will have me I wish to take you and have a family with you."

With those words what else could she say but yes to him. He took her there near lake neither caring about who would see. Especially Lin she wanted all to know she had something her sister didn't. For that she was happy.

XxX She fought hard against the Beartic. Both being ice types the advantage went to the stronger one. Which was not Lin. Despite all her attacks the beartic seems to have plowed through them as if they were not their. She grows at the lumbering beast as she tries to look for an escape route for the child at least the child shouldn't have to die like this as some lumbering fools meal. Where is this child's parents She would never abandon her children...no she can't say that she did for this quest.

She shakes her head trying to get it out of the clouds but to late as the beartic charges at her she tries to get a Iron tail ready for an attack but is swatted away she slides across the snow into something big. Her first thought is that bertic chasing the stantler earlier decided to come back for an easier prey. She gets up fast and notices two things the beartic is actually frozen solid. Second she was no longer alone sitting on top of the beartic calmly was a Frosslass. Her face had no real expression but she could actually feel it getting colder being near her. As her eye began to glow red.

Lin was happy with her new mate. He was a bit clumsy at times but he knew how to make her happy. Though him being with her seem to irate Isis to no end. She seem to despise his existence. No matter how much both Drake and Lin tried to be nice with her she never warmed up to him. She went out of her way to make sure anytime she came over to their den Drake was not around. She was happy always to be with her but when he came back she would just up and leave with out a word to him.

Lin would ask if her sister ever try to take him as a mate. She would say no the only time they talk was when Lin was with Isis. Also it did seem strange that Isis had not taken a mate of her own. She has many suitors, and many from various areas wanting to take as one. Yet she turned them all down.

Lin was surprised a this thinking she was just being stubborn or just hadn't found the right mate yet . One thought was that Isis wanted her mate, yet she had made no advances towards him at all as many females have in the past. Mostly at their own risk. Lin was a bit vicious when the females tried to steal her mate. Though it did bug her more and more. Every time she brought up about Isis getting a mate and settle down . Isis would always change the subject or go silent and look away saying she had something to do then leave. This began to worry Lin after while thinking she was hiding something but what she couldn't tell. She had other thoughts on her head after on of long loving session with her lover Drake she was exited to learn a few days later that she was carrying their children. She thought it would be a long time before she would lay but in no time she grew large and then laid two eggs. Her children. Isis was over more often looking after her big sister always making sure she was alright. Lin forgot about Isis behavior over the last few weeks and Isis for her part seem to warm up to Drake but at a distance more for her sister sake more than anything.

She had two beautiful cubs male eevee who she called Wes and a female poocheyna who drake called Luca after his mother. Both of the pups took a liking to their aunt Isis who seem to fall in love with them. All was well. Yet this led Lin to let her guard down and for what happen next destroy all that I loved.

The froslass floated off the beartric as the snowrun ran towards her. The beartic slowed a bit sensing the same thing Lin did . The froslass was no push over. Despite his fear he charged at them his hunger over took his common sense as he roared and snarled at us the steam coming from his mouth could be seen in this weather. He should have left as the froslass raised it arm Icicles Formed in the frigged air and and launched into the beartic skin piercing deeply into the beartic body blood flowed freely from the wounds as it tried to dislodge the icicles from it's body only make it worst as it bleed from the wounds. It let out one last mournful cry as it fell over shuddering a bit as it drew it's final breath before going silent. Lin look towards the froslass as she floats towards the snowrunt . The child run to its mother crying , froslass pets the child trying to clam it down.

" So child how can I thank you for defending my child." The froslass voice startles Lin mostly due to it's warmth in it. Yet something else she notices that the storm has subsided. She looks at the froslass and she gives Lin a knowing nod.

"Yes young one I can do little tricks like that once in a while. You are not from here are you? No I can tell you're not like the others who live here and adapted to the cold weather here. I would say your from the valley or maybe beyond that? It matters not I guess. Why have you come here to my lands? I know it's not to live here your kind tend to stay where your from despite the forms you chose."

Lin is not wanting to say anything but she needs information. " I am looking for a female absol by the.." She is cut off by a gesture from the froslass as she points towards the distance near the edge of what seems to be cliff.

"I think what you look for is over the towards the hill but I warn you to let it go." Lin is startled by this as if she knows what she is going to do . " You are consumed by rage. You lost something you can never have back. What you intend to do will never change what you have lost or will it quench that thirst you have?"

Lin is startled by these words as she shakes her head and her resolve is once more return. " I will have revenge I will seek her death for what she took from me. I will not change my course. I thank you for your help. " she turns to leave.

The forslass looks sadly at the departing glaceon as she whispers to her child. " I tried to steer her from her course but alas I can't reach her bitterly cold heart with my weak word." The snowrunt whines a bit looking up at it's mother.

All was well in her life until she took him from me she thinks about that night as she tries with all might not to run up the hill an attack her out right she didn't want to make her aware of her presence just yet.

XxX She had woke up in the middle of the night wondering where her mate was. She moved some leaves over her children as she went to look for him. Usually he would tell her if he was going out at night but something felt wrong. As she look around the cave she heard voices from near by thinking it was Drake and one of his friends. What surprised her was when she heard the other voice it was her sisters voice Isis.

" Don't tell her please Drake. I didn't ... look please don't tell her." Lin can hear pain in Isis voice as she can hear her crying.

What happen what was going on as she crept closer.

" How can you expect me to keep this quiet . She is my mate your sister. No I have to tell her she needs to know." What did Drake know what was he going to tell her. As she was about to emerge from the bushes. She hear a cry of pain .

" I won't let you!" With that Lin comes out of the bushes just to see Isis cut down her mate before her eyes. His blood splatters over her face as she stares and sees her mate slowly bleed to death he tires to say something but he just gasp out his last breath as tears come down his eyes. Lin cries out and unable to do much but watch her mate die before her eyes. She raises her head and looks at her sister with rage in her eyes. As she fires off an blizzard attack. As Isis dodges it the blood on her horn drips from it as she loos shock at her sister.

"Please Lin it's not what you think I.. I ..." Isis barley doges in time from an iron tail attack as it shatters the ground where she just stood a second ago.

" YOU FUCKING BITCH YOU KILLED HIM. WERE YOU JEALOUS OF WHAT I HAD YOU JUST COULDN'T BE HAPPY UNLESS YOU TOOK ALL WHAT I HAD FROM ME!!! YOU FUCKING WHORE!!!!" Lin roars as she charges at her sister. Isis moves once more still not attacking as she finally runs off. Lin wants to charge after her but looks down at her mate her love. And lays next to him and begins to cry until she is found by others in the forest awaken by her shouting.

It was days later to calm her down all she could was think about how she was going to kill her. That fucking bitch of a sister... no she wasn't her sister. She was a killer . Someone who needed to die. Her parents asked her not to pursue it let her go. They didn't want to lose another daughter. That made her want this more because her parents still saw Isis as their daughter after all this. They still held her in that respect. It burned at her. She asked them to watch the children. It hurt her as much as it did telling them that their father was dead. She didn't want to leave them she wanted to stay their with them. Yet knowing how empty the den would be with out Drake. It was the only to dull the pain was to end that bitches life. She left with many tears and a heavy heart as her children called out to her.

She made it to the cliff there was nothing to hide behind it was an wide open space as she walk closer knowing full well she basically lost any advantage she had to hope to have. She saw her sitting near the edge. As if expecting someone. As she move closer something seem off why wasn't she doing anything why wasn't Isis getting attack ready. The wind slowly died as she could hear it finally . Isis was crying . This struck Lin as strange why should she be crying.

Isis turned to face her sister her eyes bloody red from crying her body looking worse for wear as she seems to not taken care of her self.

"You have come to take me... home big sister?" Isis says as if she was waiting to go home with her as if nothing happen.

" How dare you call me your sister ?!!? You fucking bitch! You took my love from me. What he didn't want to lay with you or something? You were always mad that he didn't love you I bet. What you didn't like that I had something you didn't have for once. You had all the friends all the males loved you. MOM AND DAD LOVED YOU OVER ME THEIR OWN DAUGHTER!!!" She roars at her yet Isis still smiles at her as she continues to cry.

" I never cared for any of that my sister..... I only cared about you. All I ever wanted was your love. For you to smile at me. I wanted you...more than anything. I wanted to be with you...." This threw Lin for a loop as what she said made little sense to her.

"Why did you kill him? WHY? What he turn down your advances?!? What he didn't like the point that you were laid out for him and he snub you?" Lin looks away shaking her head.

"You still don't understand my sister I ... love you... no one else.... I have only had eyes for you. Yes their were other males who were willing to take me, they meant nothing to me . Even since you evolved I only saw you . All I wanted was for you to tell me you loved me. He was in the way ... That night he came on me in that clearing as I ...played with myself moaning your name out...he didn't know what to make of it. He took me by surprised me. He keep asking what did I mean when I had called out your name. I try to explain it to him but he wouldn't listen I beg an beg for him not to say nothing but he wouldn't listen . I had to stop him . If he told you you would never look at me the same. I wanted... juts to stop him you have to believe me..Lin" Her eyes were pleading.

" You killed him, and you want me to just forgive you? You took my mate, my pups father from them, and you want me to just forgive you!!" Lin charges at her sister as she does nothing to defend her self she continues to attack Isis not caring anymore. Yet as she attacks she starts to realize something Isis is not fighting back as she takes hit after from Lin.

"Fight back damn you ! I won't be cheated out of this !" She hits her sister once more as a loud crack can be heard. Isis falls over blood coming from her mouth as she hits the ground hard. Lin stands over her broken form She can see her breathing heavily as she still smiles up at her despite all the pain.

"If my ...death can bring you happiness to y..ou .. so I will die for you my sister...I ...I .. wil...l. ..always..love y.."Her eyes shut as her breathing grows shallow and then stops.

Lin looks at her her body shaking in rage but another feeling builds up in her regret that she never notice that her sister did love her more than anything. No matter what she always wanted to be with her. All the times they were together she just wanted to be with her big sister. Lin feels the warm tears come down her eyes she it begins to snow once more. She cries harder knowing now she has lost everything. As she cries the wind caries her sorrow with it as it carries it across the mountain side. The froslass hold her child in her arms as she shakes her head in sadness.

"To take revenge is often to sacrifice one self."
