Family Troubles
A short Intro to a series that probably won't exist.
Pretty short story tease I wrote up. If it goes father, themes may become adult. No plans to continue, I was just wanting to write something, but If interest exists, there may be more. Spelling and grammar help is greatly appreciated, as well as votes and faves.
Sorry if the format gets screwed up. I don't think iPods work well on this site for typing stories. Format was screwed, but I fixed it.

'It's Friday night and I'm sitting here doing homework. Great.' That was the thought running through Jack's head as he sat at his desk looking out the window to the almost empty street below. 'Why can't I be one of the kids who just doesn't care?' he thought, but he knew why. He'd have to be able to get into college and get a good job so he could help his sister who was being abused by his stepfather. He knew she would never say anything until Jack had a safe place for her to go. She didn't want to lose her big brother. He was her everything.
Jack's little sister, Megan, was just finishing up 7th grade, while Jack was a senior. Megan had become clingy over the past weeks, but Jack knew that if she was with him, she wouldn't be hurt. Jack also knew she didn't want him to go to college, but he'd been able to calm her fears since he was going to go to the community college in their town over the summer, the only time Megan was really safe since she spent it with her biological father.
Jack had thought to just talk to her and runaway together, but he knew if he did that, he'd probably have the law after him on charges of kidnapping, and then he'd have to go back to living with his stepfather while Megan was placed in some foster home, god knows where.
Megan loved her brother with all her heart. Whenever she was beaten, she'd go to his room and he'd sit up with her till she felt better. Then, her loving brother would wrap her in his arms and hold her close till the sun rose the next morning. When she woke up and found herself in his arms, she'd immediately forget all the pain that she'd felt the night before and instantly feel safe again.Jack tried to be able to be there for her as much as he could, he still had to work his job for minimum wage, slowly saving for when they'd make their great escape.
Even though Megan was starting to develop into quite the young wolfess, Jack never thought of her as anything except his little sister and his closest friend. Little did he know, her feelings were startings to change from sisterly love, into feelings of attraction and desire.
