The dream of mine

Hi people, this is the dream I have had last week that I did write down and wanted to show you all curious people what I did dream for an epic tale of awesome randomness. :3

So here you go people, this is not a sole story but also tells some of my views and side things aswell that I just felt had to be in there aswell to fully give the feelings and emotions I felt during it all.

So to begin then.

The whole dream began with a boy. There are things one can only feel through the dream so there are even things that I cannot give any explanation to to why I knew it. One of those things was that this boy had been an experiment for scientists for almost his entire childhood. He had somehow gotten free and lived a life somewhere far away in safety.

For anyone who have seen the anime serie, "One piece", Would quite quickly recognise this guy, since he looked like the main character there, or at least strongly resembled him. He acted a bit radical and weird but in a somehow childishly charming way. He also often had a purple strawhat on himself as a quite outstanding clothing.

Many people looked down upon the boy though, since they still concidered him not fully human due to the gruesome experiments done upon the poor lad in his past and viewed him more like a mutant, even though he had no real visible defect. It was more just a prejudge the people had against him. However, that was probably why he loved to perform in theatrical things, since he then was able to get people ton not just laugh at him, but also with him and that meant so very much to him.

So now let's take us to the where the whole dream started, for all this I just felt I knew about the guy even before anything had even been said or shown to me about him. The dream starts in an underground place with cavewalls that were man made but not really well done with the look of the poor work put into it. The cave was built like a square more or less. But there was a theatre in there. The scene was opened towards a large open space where there were stone benches in the same color as the ground, which was a matted brown, which almost made them blend in with the floor. The cave was quite big and could probably house an audience of around 150 people. Tere was two large tunnles that entered the cave theatre. One, if looking from the scene's view point, went to the left, while the other was straight forward. To the right was, at the end of the audience hall, a small stairway up to what looked like a small tunnle that would go along the caveside and beyond the sceene with large holes in the side of that tunnle to give a good view down upon both the audience and the sceene itself.

Our main character, whom I could never get the name of, had together with his seemingly best friend just finished their performance at the theatre and an not too big audience appauded as they began taking their leave to the tunnle that went to the left.

The best friend waved with his arm at the main character and said: " Come on, the others are moving and we need to get home soon man."

The main character replies to him while he is laying down at the edge of the scene wile drawing something on a small papper. "I'll catch up with you later, I just have to finish this drawing of a helmet I want, (a name I cannot remember anymore), to have. That person is apparently their supervisor, (don't ask me how I know this I just knew it okay). However, the main character also plans on showing their supervisor the helmet when it is also made and done, and ofcourse by putting it on his head.

So he was then imagining how funny it would look since the helmet looked like something of a stone head from an old mayan ruin.

So he continues drawing the sketch as the rest leaves, his friend along with them.

The hall becomes silent as everyone has left out of any sight through the tunnle. It also becomes very dark in there as well. Suddenly, the main character is taken a back quite a bit, as ghostly figures appear out of nowhere or strange spectralfragments of memories of people that rise from the empty seats and walks in the same direction as the audience had to the side tunnle.

As they leave, he begins hearing voices. Nasty voices that speaks of him as their target for something. So he quickly rises to his feet and gazes to the other end of the hall and there, at the opening of the front tunnle's entrance stands a knight in heavy, blackmetal armour that is slowly walking towards him. He can hear the clanks from each footstepp as he slowly enters the cave hall.

So the main character jumps out into the empty audience hall and rushes acrobaticly over the seats to the stairs on the right side of the scene if viewing the theatre from infront of it. He rapidly scales the stairs and begins rushing through the tunnle. As he comes up the stairs, he spots a not as heavily armoured knight, looking down at the theatre, through one of the large gaps in the small tunnle wall, and had apparently missed him comming up the stairs. So the main character takes the opportunity to his advantage and pushes the knight down, using his whole body with the push and falls himself. But due to him being a superhuman of sorts, he still lands on his feet and then dashes in the direction the audience had gone instead, while the knight that he had pushed down never gets up again. But the first heavily armoured knight starts running after him with a weapon drawn in his hand.

He keeps hearing voices again, sounding like scientists and the ones who had experimented on him in his past. They were speaking of him about how unique he was, along with the enhancements they had done. None which made any sense to the main character anyway. However, he could then hear them say something about having him caught in a dimension that he wouldn't be able to get free from. Was this all a dream? Hed they perhaps sent him to this dimension so that he would not be able to harm the scientists in the real world during further experiments? He couldn't say for sure, but he knew that he just had to get out of here some how and fast.

But just as he was thinking about getting out he could hear an earsplitting scream. The voices he had heard cried out into his mind: "You will never get out!" Those words echo in the tunnle he is running in until he sees a old wooden door on the right side of the tunnle. He practicly throws himself in through the door and quickly slamms it shut as the knight is right behind him.

He don't stop to hold the door either, and just dashes onward into what seemed like a maze of dark corridors, only barely lit with a dark red light as if being in a submarine during emergency. There were hundreds of doors and he just randomly ran through them in an state of panic. Behind each door was a small room with 3 to 4 doors inside which he didn't really think about to study which way to go and just dashed through them, taking random twists and turns to hopefully loose the knight in the maze.

He throws himself out through the next one and, somehow, lands outside the old wooden side door in the tunnle again. The voices come back and laugh at him with mocking tones. But they die out soon enough.

The main character then looks to his left and right and realises there are very small corners which one could hide behind on each side of the door he had just come out of and decides to hide on one side and sneak back in as soon as the knight had hopefully gone away.

And well, the knight did come out again too, just as a blood hound hunting. He however stepped a few meters forward before he was gonna turn to see if there was anyone there. And that was when the main character sneaked past him and in through the door once more. But the knight saw him slip through and the chase was on once again.

However, this time the red lights have become fewer and the maze is almost impossible to have any sight in at all. So it doesn't take many doors for the main character before he is back outside once again. But he just repeats the same procedure and hides behind the same corner as he hears the heavy knight's footsteps approaching the door.

As the knight comes out, he walks directly towards the other corner, thinking that the main character would have surely switched corner to not be detected. So there was probably some reversed psycology in the whole deal.

But the main character just sneaks inside once more and the knight can hear the door close behind him. This time it is almost impossible to see anything as almost all light has gone out. But the main character then spots through one of the closest walls, that is but a net as wall, that there seems to be something up about two meters on the wall inside that little closet or something. And it almost looked like a small tunnle that one could probably crawl in through.

So the main character hurries inside, closes the door behind him but knows also that if he'd try and crawl inside now, the knight would probably just catch him before he'd be able to get inside. So he lays flat on the wall in the dark maze, hoping he'd be able to hide from the knight in the darkness.

The dark knight then comes through the door yet again and starts looking around, as if knowing the main character is just a few meters away. He then sees him, and turns to walk slowly towards him and even the door to his room magicly opens before him.

The main character then becomes overwhelmed with frustration and anger from having been chased for so long and quickly rises to his feet to fight the knight.

He uses all his powers and outmanouvers the knight's many swordslashes and lounges himself upon his back. He then uses his great inner strength and breaks the neck of the knight who falls with a sickening thud to the floor.

The main character feels a bit more confident now and slowly walks to the closet once more and jumps to the little opening in the wall. He climbs up and crawls inside the small tunnle. It isn't very hard to see even if it is a little dark, so he quickly makes his way forward.

Then the little tunnle becomes large enough for him to stand and have much resemblence to an old houseloft with wooden planks as floor. And as he walks there he then sees that many planks starts missing, creating holes down to which he could see no end, as if they were bottomless.

So he has to cautiously hold his balance as he kept walking, but he could then start seeing something below other than the pitchblack darkness from before. It looked like an ancient ruin city in bluegrey stone with arcitecture that did have some resemblence to Aztec arcitecture.

He then comes to an end in the loft, which ends with a large stairway down to the city below. And what else was he to do? There was no tuning back now, so he walks down into the ruined city.

Suddenly, massive numbers of skeletons begins emerging from the ground, all wearing weapons and armour of different kinds, some with bows and some with swords and shields. But all were after him...

So he released further more of his innate power and ripped one swordwielding skeleton appart and grabbed the sword himself as he swung his way through the horrid masses. He keeps fighting for his life through the many pathways, very steep stairs, tiny bridges that cross waterponds, all whilse still fighting of the undead horrors in this city of death.

But the city, even in it's unlogical construction, was still a marvel to behold with all it's decorative walls, floors and pillars. Gold statuettes standing along the walls along with an harmonious blend of much larger stone statues. The arcitecture had started changing to an greek influenced manner now, but still in the same old bluegrey stone as before. There were even waret acveducts and water flowing through decorative patterns along the street aswell as fountains here and there. Even small waterfalls at the stairs that radiated a almost calming light in this very dangerous laburinth.

But as the main character went on, he began changing and changing drasticly, taking the form of an undead himself as he continued fighting his way onwards and taking many arrows through his back and blows to his undead body. He is exhausted and his very life seems to be draining from him. He feels weak and don't know how long he'll be able to continue fighting. But then he spots something in his warpath. A small shrine that had no door and from it's opening, there radiated a white light. Ontop of the shrine was a blowhorn in white marble and he could see that the enemies around the shrine were much more agile than the ones he had been fighting before. But he could somehow also sense that the shrine was dedicated to the element of wind and tried his best to match the agile foes before him.

He beat the enemies and felt that he was regaining strength once more. He was even turning human again and had all his wounds healed. And somewhere in the back of his head he could feel that he had been granted the blessing of the shrine and that was not just to regain his mortal body again, but he felt that if he focused, he would traverse distances in an eyeblink. But he didn't use this gift just yet.

Next shrine he saw gleamed with green and had a white marbled fist rising from the small shrine's top. Behind it, was a long pathway in also white marble stones with two empty fields on each side of the road. But before he started walking towards the path, there appeared a skeleton at the shrine, holding a wooden staff and spoke to him. He told the main character how he were to focus his new found powers and use them to their best effect to be able to beat even the most difficult of challenges.

And as soon as the skeleton mage had spoken enough, the fields grew like dead weed that rose two meters high, but he could also catch a glimpse of skeletons rising in the tall grass with bows, all pointed towards the path. So he were to make a run through the long path way with skeletons shooting at him from directions he could not even see due to the tall, dead weed.

So he closed his eyes and began focusing on the powers he had been given in the shrine of wind. And when he opened his eyes again, he traversed the marblepathway in an instant. The whole world felt it was sucked towards him and tossed behind him as he traveled the distance with but a single step before he stopped at the other side, unharmed.

(It is from this moment forward, I no longer views from the main characters eyes and no longer have any say in his actions. Now I just watch from camera angles that constantly change as I keep following the main character in his journey.)

The main character fought on, took a few beatings but with his willpower only, he kept fighting more vigorously and with even greater conviction. It almost seemed like a montage as he fought, won and fast traveled to the next fight where he fougth with both great strength and gracious dexterity. His very punches were imbued with the strength of the earth and punched the undead hoards flying in all directions.

He then came to a small stone bridge that slithered like a snake across a very large pond. There were pillars on either side of the small bridge that supported it. He could see the shrine to the element of water out on an island further out in the water with a jug above it that poored water onto the celing, and it was all made in glistening white marble, just as with the other shrines and gleamed with blue light from it's opening.

He was wondering what possible challange there was to meet here, but didn't have to wait for too long. Out of the water came a huge waterserpent and began slither and curle along the pillars and the bridge ahead of him, slowly comming towards him. It's body looked like it was water and it's head like a combination of a snake and a dragon with it's maw open and ready to ripp him to pieces. He fought the serpent with fierce speed and hard blows and after some time, finally defeated the beast.

He then focused on wind once more and with an seemingly increased agility, scaled walls, narrow paths and obstacles without much of any effort at all any longer.

Now he entered what looked like a temple arena that was below him. In the middle stood the last shrine that radiated with red ligth and had a salamander on the top of the roof.

He quickly scaled the stairs down and began running through the arena towards the stairway on the other side.

And then, the guardian of the fireshrine emerged from behind a pillar on the side. It was a large lion with a face that looked like a mix to a asian dragon. It had fierce red coloration that blended with blue and had a very menacing look as it rushed towards the main character and, with one powerful strike with it's paw, hit the sword out of his hands and tried to knock him over with a heavy pounce.

The main character knocked the beast of him, but he felt that this opponent was far to powerful for him, so he just kept running. Then the main character begins transforming once again, but this time to something that would closely resemble the beast from the beauty and the beast as he and the fireguardian kept clashing during their slowly journey up the stairs.

More skeletons emerged and he had to fight both them and the guardian at the same time, taking hits from both arrows and swords while knocking the lion of him from it's many pounces at him. Blood began comming through the fur, and he began feeling exhausted once more from the wounds and fighting.

They finally reached what looked like a tip of a mountain after their epic fight. And there was a throne standing there, turned out towards the other side of the mountain. The main character got up there and could see that the mountain ended but 2 meters after the throne in a long fall, and looked like the mountain had been cleaved in half, as the other part was much further away on the other side of a vast valley in between the mountains.

However, it wasn't the other mountain that amazed him, but what was in the valley in between that got him just standing in awe. So he just sat down in the throne calmly. The fireguardian also ceased fighting and laid down besde him like a loyal dog. They both knew it was over and just gazed out across the valley.

Below the high cliff was the green, grass valley that went upwards to the right and downwards to the left where a waterfall crashed down at the bottom and created a small lake that trailed off somewhere in the cliffs. The wind played with staws of grass that flickered and danced in the air. He couldn't see what was on the other side of the valley to the right, but he knew what was there in his heart.

He then looked down to the middle of the valley beneath and saw many people sitting there in colorful outfits, all uniquely done. Some with featherplumed hats, some with big, puff dresses and all were watching a theatrical show. For just a little lower in the valley was a small scene where a few people held a theatrical piece. Calm, soothing music was heard as if sung by an angelic chorous in the background in an language I didn't understand. With the refrain saying: "Ereth spirito sanctia"

The song was of happy tones as if they were celebrating.

The play was just finishing and everyone was touched so deeply, many were crying. Specially a small, 10 year old girl.

I do not know why I know this but Icould just feel what the play had been about. And it was an tribute play to the main character, who had dissapeared from them one year ago and was assumed dead. It had been about his life, how they had taken him to themn after he had fled the evil scientists, mocked him for him being an mutant or such, but then after some time learned to accept him and change their minds about him.

In the end it was described how he was always the one to bring happiness and many laughs to them and how they loved him, just the way he was. And how he came to have a special place in all those peoples hearts as they would miss him so very much.

The play finally ended and everyone started rising to take their leave as they began walking towards the hilledge of the valley to which their village lay on the other side.

The little girl mentioned then held her mothers hand and said: " I wish that big brother was still here with us mom. " As she was still crying hard for missing the main character who had been her adoptive brother since she was just a baby and had been there for her for as long as she could remember. Her mother replied with a smile on her face and tired to look as comforting as she possibly could. " There there sweetie, I am sure he is fine where ever he is now, and you shouldn't cry for his sake my dear. What would he say if he saw you crying? " The little girl looked down to the ground below her and remembered all the fond memories she had had with the main character and stopped crying.

Many people had already left when she finally stood up again. But then, she saw someone sitting a bit further away. That person was having his back towards her and had a... a... purple strawhat. She put her hand to her mouth as she gasped out, staring intesivly at the stranger. He then rose up and slowly began turning towards her to show his face.

And there I wake up, leaving me with a great cliffhanger if it really was the main character some how or not.

Hope you all enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. ^.=.^
