Well, trying to get back to updating my stuff. Another way to pass the time when I got nothing to do, next to watching videos all day long I suppose. Here's the next chapter for my Digimon story, RenamonxTakato story, it's straight if anyone is wondering, though this is for plot, not for those who look for fap material.

Maiden's Choice

A secret is what is hidden from others. How to hide a secret lies in what is on top of it. The Kitsune village that consists of Renamon and its digivolutions is one of the well kept secrets the Digital world has left. The village is vast and large, accommodating many Renamons and their Digivolution kind. The village is housed within a mountain, a spot no one has ever thought of doing so. In a cave like manner, you would think that it would be dark and needed a source of light, but this village is an exception.

The village is surrounded by a space of error data. That's right, data that could never be deleted, altered or moved. A kind of data that was place there to fill a void that isn't really needed, and with that, kept the D-reaper, at that time of its release, away from the Renamon village, safe from harm as the ample data had no meaning and was never going to move.

Another thing of this special data is the fact that it shows the world around it for those inside, a marvel that had kept the village bright and its inhabitants aware to the other Digimons that pass their home. Others cannot see, hear, or sense their presence, while the Renamons can do so from inside. A marvelous find as the wall of data allowed seeing through the whole mountain that it embedded itself to those inside, which is by the fact that our young hero, Takato, had to stare with astonishment.

"Wow..." was the young boy's answer to the sight as he stared to no end at the Sakuyamon stone statue that stood on a simple fountain while staring right to the unknown error of data. To the young tamer, this is unreal, to a degree of what he knows, while the two Renamons with him knew too well what he was baffled about. "So this is your home? How come it's inside a cave?" The young Tamer asked as he looked up, beyond the Sakuyamon statue and the many Renamon digivolutions that started to crowd.

This did not surprise Renamon, Reyna as it was to be expected. "I'll tell you once this important talk is over." She answered as a large group of Renamon digivolution, Taomon to be exact, started to move beyond the round of crowds. As they pass the crowd that parted for their way, the Taomons stood in front of the two Renamons and the young Tamer. Among this group stood the tallest Taomon that Takato has ever seen, and somehow Renamon knew who it was.

"Welcome home Reyna..." The leader spoke and looked at the young boy. "Are you my daughter's tamer?" Takato just stares to no end but answered nonetheless to the towering Taomon. "No ma'am, I am Takato, a tamer but a friend of her tamer's that asked me to look after Renamon and her home while her family was away." Takato answered as much as he could as the Taomon raised a brow, a smile appearing on her lips. As she stood tall again, the leading Taomon still had that smile on her face.

"Please, come with us now, Reyna and Takato" She spoke as the crowd ceased whispering where Takato and Renamon followed the group of Taomons. Takato didn't take much attention to the Taomons as they discussed, or the fact that he did not hear about the daughter part of her question a while ago as they approach the largest building in the village, the shrine, as the young boy looked to his sides to the homes, the Renamons, Kyubimons and the occasional Taomons. This didn't escape Renamon's, Reyna's attention as Takato gave a few breaths of "wows" and "ohs" at the traditional homes, as similar to the olden houses of the feudal era of Japan, and how Reyna lived when she was here.

"You find the Village interesting?" Renamon asked the curious but very impressed boy beside her. "Yeah, so this place is safe even from D-Reaper all this time?" Takato asked out loud which took attention of the Taomon leader. She looked back, making the other Priestesses to look at their Leader. "Yes child, this village has survived from the D-Reaper when it rampaged over the land. We were thankful that it had not breached the small barrier of data at the time" She spoke, her voice both angelic, as she must maintain a leader and priest like poise while saddened and worried as something was clearly disturbing her from her saying such a thing.

She returned back to their pace, which somehow Takato had a deep hard feeling in his guts that he asked a question that may had something she did not want to hear. His small mood change took into Renamon's attention as she looks at the young Tamer. "Something wrong, Takato?" She asked though she knew what is bothering him and about her mother's wavering voice from answering his question.

"Yeah, a wrong time for that kind of question..." Takato trailed remembering the small peep they had of the Digiworld when the D-Reaper had taken most of the land under its mass. "It wasn't our or any one's fault. It just happened the way it should have." Renamon tried to reply as she reassured Takato. "Besides, none of us got harmed, though a lot never had a chance..." Regina said as the group soon was in front of the wooden building where it opened its doors instantly.

"Please come in." A Taomon said who was at the back of their group. Before long, Reyna, Regina and Takato was soon staring at a large tapestry and a statue of all of the sovereigns in the farther wall while another statue of Sakuyamon stood at the center. "They must have high recognition for a Sakuyamon." Takato commented mentally as they soon were between the Sakuyamon and the far wall.

The Taomons stood and line-up in a semi-circle as they faced the three new comers. "Welcome home my daughter and Takato." They soon spoke as they bowed their heads. "It is such a blessing to have you home Reyna, hearing of your deeds and saving not just our world but the human world is a feat most befitting of your preference in life." Spoke once more the tallest and the mother of Reyna, Renamon. "Yes mother, it has been long though I must confess that I was not the only one to do what you have stated." Renamon admitted as she looked at Takato by her side. "I had help not just from my tamer, but from other pairs, tamer and Digimon." She continued, a smile evident on her face.

"That is true, my daughter. WE even have proof that it was a Crimson Digimon that has caused the total eradication of the D-Reaper." The elder Taomon said. "Yes, and you are looking at half of that Digimon now, the human half right now." Renamon replied to which all the Taomons, including her mother looked at Takato. "You!" They all shouted some which made Takato flinch, while Regina just gasped and stared at the boy. Takato was in no position to deny but just smiled and rubbed the back of his head, "Yes that was Gallantmon Crimson mode..." He spoke shakily as he cautiously observes the situation.

Much to his shock the ladies did rush over to him as 'thank you' and 'want you' popped up in their praising. The boy only had time to look at Renamon with his eyes speaking a different tone. 'I'll get back at your for this!!!' Was written in the young tamer's eyes while Renamon waves at the boy her eyes saying, 'I know'

A few moments later,

"I cannot believe that you know that very powerful Digimon Reyna." Renamon's mother commented as the small meeting was over. "It's not really a surprise; he has some values that surpass any Digimon." Renamon started to comment, which took Takato's attention. "You ladies do know I'm behind you right?" He tried to ask which only fell on deaf ears as the mother and daughter converse making their way to their home.

"Your father will be so proud you found such an interest male to be with." Renamon's mother commented which made Renamon flinch and wanted to counter immediately when a Kyubimon opened the small wooden gate they have stood in front of. "Ah Menetsia, I see you have converse with our daughter." said the obviously male Kyubimon with his tone of voice. "Yes and the tamer of that powerful Digimon that slayed the D-Reaper." Menetsia whimsically said as if meeting a legend. This surprised the Kyubimon as he looked behind his spouse and daughter to find a young human male.

"I see..." He said suspiciously as if not believing but knew very well not much mistakes happen to this part of the Digiworld. "Get inside now, we have a matter to discuss." The Kyubimon commanded as he went inside as to leave the gate closing to the three. "Don't mind my husband, Keros. He's not good with introductions and meeting new faces, especially one that shouldn't be here." Menetsia spoke to Takato as the young boy just looks shock from how strict Renamon's father acted.

"It's no problem at all. I'm just shocked that he acts that way." Takato answered to Menetsia as the three made their way inside the wooden but clean home. As they made their way in, a sliding door or too as they meet up in the room most would call the Living room. Keros was seated down on a cushion as he waited; Mentsia soon sat beside him, another cushion appearing instantly from nothing. Takato looked baffled from that small instance but Renamon gestured him over as they soon sat, a pair of cushions appearing to comfort them as they did so.

The atmosphere was tense, the origin was on Keros, worry from Renamon as she knows how serious this would be, Menetsia on the other hand was smiling, proud of her daughter while Takato still kept his young and innocent demeanor to himself. Before the silence was about to become deafening, Keros soon started, "I suppose introductions are in order." Spoke Keros as to let the ball roll in this conversation. "I am Keros, council member elder, the mate of Menetsia, chief priestess of the shirne, and father to 3 children which includes Reyna, whom you, child, had welcome in your time." Keros spoke fluently and strictly, though a hint of pride as he introduced himself to the young human boy.

Menetsia only smiled as she spoke shortly, "I am Menetsia, as my mate has said, I am the chief priestess of the creator shrine, and the deity shrine." She said by which a smile still was on her muzzle. As much as Takato wanted to say silent for a moment, Renamon elbowed the child softly as to not he should be addressing the introduction next. As reluctant as Takato can be he breathed deeply and spoke, "I am Takato Matsuki, I am 17 years old and the tamer of a Digimon named Guillmon whom we form Gallantmon Crimson Mode." Takato bowed some as to customs of proper greetings, "It is nice to meet you, parents of Renamon, Reyna." Takato added as he kept a small smile on his lips.

The bow the child did surprised the Kyubimon, "He is polite, a human custom I suppose, though it was respectful at a degree." He thought while looking at the young boy more so as he was just another human. "Still, he was with Reyna when she has come of age..." he added to his thoughts as he looks to his mate. "Menetsia, please lead the two to Reyna's room, I have some council meetings to attend to, and please talk with Reyna." He spoke as politely as he wanted to as he stood up, the cushion below him disappearing into digital data and nowhere.

Keros soon left the three in the room as such but Menetsia followed what her mate has said. "Oh my, well, it would seem we need to get you to your room Reyna." The mother happily spoke as she stood up, a warm smile on her face. "Mother please, I know where I slept when I lived here." Renamon reassured as she led the way, Takato just behind her and her mother smiling about. Exiting through one sliding door and entering the wooden pathway, they took a few steps and a few rooms later to find Reyna's room, another normal looking room. As Reyna entered, she breathed deeply as if remembering the past and such she somewhat missed her home a bit. "It's still the same after all this time." Reyna commented as she looked through the small drawer and closet to find everything that was there the same. "Thank you mother for keeping it as is." She said a smile appearing on her muzzle.

Though Menetsia smiles on, she answered no instantly to her daughter, freezing the happy Renamon from her tracks. "Your father is the one keeping your room tidy, though I did find it odd for him to do so. He just said that, you still need a home to go back to when you come of age and when you do return home. He believed that you left for a reason, a reason none could ever for saw, even I, the priestess. Lo and Behold, you your Tamer and the others soon destroyed the D-Reaper and saved the Digital world and Human world. I can say, your father is proud."

The small response made the two look at one another as tears were forming on the Battle crazy Renamon's eyes. "I see..." she spoke, trailing off as she could feel her heart, proud that her father still cared regardless that she left without a word. "Now dear, don't cry, you have a guest with you, don't want to ruin the image you made for yourself now." Menetsia spoke, pointing at the young human boy that was with them. Renamon soon realized that and looked at Takato, sure that he would look surprised but what she saw was different than thought.

Takato was smiling and looking fondly at Renamon, "You have a good family Renamon, and I'm not laughing at you just that, you look pretty even with those tear right now." Takato answered thought flinched some as he looks away, expecting her to punch or so something similar from his comment. But Renamon was far from punching the boy as she blushes from his sight and his own complement to her. "Oh Takato..." she trailed feeling her heart beat faster than usual.

Menetsia on the other hand saw this as she continues to smile. "I feel love or affection in the air. They're perfect for each other. My hardened daughter melting over for a young and caring boy, Takato, you just made me a happy mother." She thought as she soon spoke, shattering the affective mood and emotion for a second. "Considering we have a guest, and it is of your companion, Reyna, I suggest you set up the bed for you and Takato." This small command surprised the Renamon to a degree as she shouted instantly, "WHAT!? Share a BED!?" Reyna shouted as she looks back at Takato, unsure of what to say.

Menetsia kept her smile as she pushed her daughter in, "Just set the bed for now, I need to talk to you later." She said as she leans down to Reyna's ear, "Privately, it is an important matter." She added, stunning her daughter a bit. Before Reyna can complain, Takato soon was looking for the futon in which he found easily though thinking about Reyna's mother and their conversation, "I wonder what she's telling her." He thought while pulling the futon out, "Now I'm starting to wonder how my mother is doing." He added as the room was being prepared for a couple.

Later that evening,

Reyna and Menetsia were in the dining table, to which, the ladies would start the important discussion. "Since Takato is busy looking over at the village, I really need to talk to you Reyna." Menetsia started as the Taomon priestess spoke, more strictly than when Takato was around, which Reyna knew very well, that this IS REALLY important. "I am listening mother." Reyna answered. "Reyna, you have come of age, to which was delayed since you had to fight D-Reaper at the time. Now I know it is customary for me to explain everything you should know but with you interacting with humans, your tamer especially, I believe you have a special condition." Menetsia soon added as looks on with her daughter.

This made Reyna wonder about and she looks on. "What kind of special condition, I'm still the same as before; I haven't changed, what could you be telling me that I changed?" Reyna soon asked in a definite unsure and wondering position. "That is the problem, you did not know but you have changed, inside." The mother soon added as Reyna stares on, disbelieving what she could be hearing. "Daughter, with you, as stated from your forms, bio-merging with your tamer, you have become slightly human, to which you have feelings, almost but not dominant, human feelings." The mother soon responded where Reyna slowly but sure was disbelieving what she was hearing, her head swing left and right.

"No, that can't be." Reyna started thought her mother continues. "When you came of age, what was with you when the time of lust came upon you?" Menetsia spoke strictly and sternly as if proving an important point. "Takato..." Reyna spoke softly in response. "How did you view him?" the mother asked further. "I don't have feelings for him!" the daughter tried to counter as to defend herself. "But was it not you who stated that he had values that surpass any Digimon?" the mother continued. "I said that by the idea that you praised him as the D-reaper slay-" the daughter tried to explain but was interrupted.

"It was you who started your affectionate sightings with him a while ago?" The mother added to her explanation. "But I just..." Reyna could not speak any more, her body shaking as if somehow knowing full well that what her mother is saying was true. Menetsia on the other hand was determined to piece or better yet, make her daughter realize her feelings. "Reyna, my daughter, you have matured greatly, and have feelings that has been affecting you, yet it is not so bad, if ever, it is a blessing." Menetsia started, her voice returning to a motherly and understanding tone to her daughter.

"You have been interacting with humans, and have become one with a human, your tamer. You have changed but it is for the better. But you are of Age, and the time of lust has taken you to decide your mate. From what I can piece together, Takato, another Tamer, a friend of your Tamer was someone you had feelings for." Menetsia spoke, slowly but understandingly at her daughter, Renamon stared on, her eyes unsure and starting to tear up. "Daughter, your body, heart and soul have chosen Takato because you saw and realized something that time with him. You have chosen him but it is still you who shall choose." She spoke strictly as she say her daughter shaking.

"Will you deny the feelings you have grown with towards him? Or would you accept him as your mate?" Menetsia finally asked, the final piece that she wanted to see but knew full well that the answer is not given now. Reyna stayed silent, her body shaking, her mind thinking many thoughts about her time in the human world and much to her memory, it was one of those hard but cherished times. Her heart beat on but pained as her ideal fight against her feelings. Takato was the subject of her heart, her body craved but was not telling it now, her soul was speaking to her but knew very well the morals and ideas that should be appearing to her.

Reyna looks up to her mother, the night soon pass by as the darkness takeover. She saw in the flash of the flames just outside, was her mother's concern reflected upon her eyes. She could have decided now but knew very well that it was not her that she needed to say her choice. Reyna soon stood up look at her mother as she breathed deeply in and out. "I have decided..." She said, a bit silently but determined nonetheless. Through the darkness, the mother smiled to her daughter. "And you know who to tell that." She said as she too stood up with her daughter. "Now let's make dinner." She said happily and cheerfully as mother and daughter made their way to the kitchen.
