Chapter 7

We got home around 9:30pm, right before the Cowboys game had ended.The traffic was'nt that bad, so we made it home before the game was over. We walked in the door to find party decor and food everywhere. Jake and Daez stared at the massive cake sitting on the middle of the table, while I went looking for my mom. She was in her room putting make-up on. I knocked on the door frame and asked what the party stuff was for. She said she knew...then she lead me into the dining room. She then said, "I knew you and Daez were going out. I see the way you two look at each other and I walked in on you cuddling in bed." I was shocked, but suprised she took it so well. She then said handing me a gift box, "this is for you and Daez." it had both of our names on it.I opened it and there were two more long gift boxes. I got the one with my name on it and opened it. It was a black collar, with an inscription on the tag saying, "Daez, my dragon forever." Daez pulled his box out and opened it. There was a blue collar with an inscription on the collar saying, "Radin, my dragon forever." We both put them on and hugged each other as we looked at them. They were very nice and comfortable. My mom asked, "are you gonna be like this all-night or are we going to start the party?"

We split apart and we started to munch down on the party food. I then heard a knock on the door, and Surn and Daustin were standing there. They asked if they could "play" with me. I said yes but I told them, "if you wanted to use my video game arcade, you can just ask." That was one of the main reasons they always came over, to play my massive video arcade. We built a game room above the garage two years ago, and I moved ALL of my new and old game systems in there. Amazingly, I had 11 different gaming systems and 6 different TV's to play them on.

If you are wondering why I have so many games, I won a $15,000 dollar shopping spree a couple years ago. (This is what happened to Radin, this did not really happen to me in real-life. But that would be AWESOME!!!)

Story:

I had the best game room in the nieghbor-hood, maybe even in the city. Not many people would come because, to keep the place running and in shape, I charge a $3.50 entry fee for a one-month membership to my game-room. Then you get a pass you can use any time you came. I had to earn something to keep this place updated and running.

The party lasted for about three hours, then everybody started drifting home. I walked up to the arcade and told Surn and Daustin to shut their game off. They groaned but I told them if they did'nt get off, they would be banned for a week. They groaned again and saved their game. Then they got off. We exchanged goodbyes and they left. I flopped down on the couch, tired from the party. The couch was a electric-blue faux-leather couch with red racing stripes and a pull-out bed. I heard Daez come up and he sat down next to me. We talked and played some homebrew channel games on the wii. About an hour later, we were too tired to continue and shut the system off. It was about 1:45am, so we decided to sleep here tonight. We pulled the bed out and set it up. Daez tackled me onto the bed, and we cuddled into a deep sleep.

The next day... 12/23/10 11:20am Darkflame Gameroom

Daez woke up to a bright blue glow coming from the wii. He nudged me and I woke up, seeing the blue light. I got up and turned on the wii, and went to the message board. I got a message from the wii in my room. It was my mom saying, "I will be at work all day, so I left you two some oven pizzas to have for lunch." I thought of something else. I told Daez we should order pizza from "Mama's Pizza". He smiled at the thought and I took the phone and pulled out a menu. Daez said he wanted a mamas size pizza (20" Pizza), with Pepperoni, Jalapenos, Hamburger, Canadian Bacon, and Extra Cheese. I called Mama's and ordered the pizza. They said it would take about 45 minutes. We were so bored so we turned on the Guitar Hero: Arcade machine. I grabbed the first guitar and Daez grabbed the second one and we started the game. I chose "Lay Down by Preistess", and we chose our difficulty levels. I chose Expert and Daez chose Hard. The song started and we were playing. The machine was booming and blasting the sound out of the speakers loudly, making the game even more enjoyable. We were about even until we hit the solo. Daez started winning until I kicked my Star Power on. I started beating him and he turned on his Star Power, but I ended up beating him till' the end. I raised my hands in triumph and Daez challenged me to play the hardest song in the game, "The Devil Went Down to Georgia by the Charlie Daniels Band." I was shocked but I accepted the challenge. We started flexing our hands and arms before the game started. The song started playing and we sighed, but we were prepared. There were SO MANY FREAKIN' NOTES!!! We were tapping and strumming like crazy, and so much I almost lost my focus. We played over a million different solos, and OMG IT WAS HARD!!!!

After a few minutes later...

We were finally done with the song. My hands felt like they just wanted to fall off, but I saw the results, and Daez beat me by 2 notes. I was'nt suprised, he has played the song more thean I have. I gave him a congratulatory kiss and I got a call from Mama's pizza. They called to tell me my pizza was ready to be picked up. I grabbed some clean clothes, got dressed and grabbed my keys. i wanted to take my truck, but I did not want to buy anymore gas. So I took off flying by my wings towards Mama's pizza.
