#1 of Morph Class

Morph Class is this story I once wrote for a friend of mine, Gideon Kalve Jarvis. Well. I began to write that as a birthday present for him. He asked for a pretty simple setting, and I ran with it. And ran with it. And it got progressively more massive until... here it is now. When I initially posted this on FA some... six-ish months ago, I thought it'd be a three part story. It's now projected to be six.

Happy Birthday, Gids.

Things were getting a little difficult for Nicodemus now. When he got to New Bedford Academy that afternoon, ready to teach his one and only class, he knew that sooner or later he'd have to deal with the growing problem. And if he didn't handle it well enough, this could spell the end of not just his career, but potentially the career of every morph that might ever teach a class, or even those morphs that were students.

Looking up at the academy, the ratmorph slumped a little. Thankfully, the protesters had long since found something better to do, and there hadn't been many to begin with. New Bedford Academy was a very private school, one generously supported by alums and parents. The only reason that Nicodemus was even considered here was the fact that this school was also very progressive; when it decided to accept morphs on scholarship as well as hire a morph teacher, some became outraged but not many were surprised. He'd seen the news stories, heard some of the radio commentary, and even read a few of the articles and blog posts. Reactions had been mixed and generally across political lines, and there wasn't much he could do about it anyway except, well, his job. Taking a breath, he walked on campus with head held high.

Despite the problem he knew was getting bigger, the school year had gone well so far. He smiled and waved to the students who did the same, looking out across the body at those milling about the green. His class was after lunch, so he usually came in before then to make himself visible and present and as non-threatening as possible. The students had largely come to accept him in their midst, though there were still a few moments of staring. Nicodemus dealt with those people by smiling right back, nodding to them, and answering any questions they had. It was almost as if dealing with the student body was both the hardest and easiest thing he did.

Morphs had been around for a while, and this private school held the upper crust so it wasn't as if they were unused to the very concept of him. As a matter of fact, most of the private chauffeurs who picked up students were morphs. No, it was more the fact that this was a morph teacher, a position of leadership instead of the usual subservience. Even now many students weren't quite sure what to make of him.

There was also the matter of his senses. Being a morph, his were heightened over the average human. This lead to interesting moments where he was distracted by something that people around him couldn't perceive. It was truly troublesome, and even though he had disciplined himself to pay attention to what he needed to, there were times where he found himself strongly tempted to go investigate something. For instance, this afternoon, he found himself enjoying the scent of food that had drifted out from the cafeteria. Lunch had been steak: succulent enough to make his mouth water. He slowed down, closed his eyes, and felt something soft hit him, and a faint scent that reminded him of roses.

Eyes snapping open, Nicodemus looked down as he stumbled back a step, watching the student fall down heavily and spill her books. "Oh! I'm so sorry," the ratmorph said immediately, quickly setting his briefcase to the side as he bent to check up on the fallen student. "Are you okay?"

"Ow.... Oh! Mr. Nicodemus!" cried the student, propping herself up on her hands. Nicodemus identified her in roughly the same instant: The only person he knew who smelled like that was Li-Mei, a student of his. The light rose scent that always followed her was subtle, and he wasn't sure how many other people could tell. Her face was flushed in embarrassment, probably for not paying attention. Automatically, the ratmorph had begun gathering books and papers. "Um... thank you," she said, getting to her knees and gathering a few papers behind her.

There were times Nicodemus wished that the school-issued uniforms didn't include such short skirts for the warmer weather, as it would have been very easy for him to simply look up Li-Mei's from where they were. He didn't of course, instead smiling and helping the Asian girl up with one hand before offering her the books. "Thank you, Mr. Nicodemus!" she said softly, giving him a warm smile. Her scent, and manner, also evoked something primal in Nicodemus that he immediately repressed. Yes, he was her teacher, but he also had to think of the political implications of what his asserting dominance would do. He didn't want Li-Mei's parents to be upset, either. They had been some who had vocally opposed his appointment. "Sorry for bumping into you."

Nicodemus waved off her apology amiably, but then she stood there for a time, the look on her face and the bit lip telling her that something was on her mind. "What's wrong?" the ratmorph asked. Li-Mei's scent continued to speak to the more feral parts of his brain. He intimidated her even now, though he had tried to reach out to students to assure them that he was harmless. The embarrassment hadn't gone away, but gotten stronger, almost prompting him to compel her to tell him. But then that something else...

"Um, I'm fine, Mr. Nicodemus."

Her eyes flicked away, then back to him, but she couldn't meet his eyes. Again, instinct told him to make her, but he squashed that. "Are you sure? You look like there's something on your mind."

"It's nothing!" she went on, shaking her head vigorously. She looked up into his eyes then, her dark brown ones meeting his lighter shade. "I just... didn't expect to see you here." She started to back up. "I'll... I'll see you in class. Bye!"

With that, she was off, and Nicodemus had to stop himself from chasing after her. Her rose-tinged scent was still in the air, making it hard to put the whole situation from his mind. That, and the question of what that whole encounter was all about. Turning, he took a step toward the covered walkway when his foot bumped into something. It was a pamphlet of some kind, and probably something that Li-Mei dropped. Thinking nothing of it, he tucked it into his pocket and walked into the Tolloway building.

The three-story brick-and-mortar building was mostly empty at this time of day. Most math and science classes didn't happen around lunch, so Nicodemus had taken to hanging around the other teachers in the lounge. The teachers had been less accepting of him as a group unfortunately, but they had grown warmer to him. After all, he had been sprung on them quite suddenly. Thankfully, the other staff in the Tolloway building were more interested in learning about him then confirming previously held conceptions of him, and Nicodemus answered all the questions they had the best they could.

After taking a few moments to make some small talk, he excused himself from Mrs. Galls' heavy perfume and walked to his classroom. His classroom. He always got a kick out of that. Just like every other day, Nicodemus was glad to be here, glad to have the opportunity to teach, to enrich younger minds. With the few moments he had until class started, he took out his lesson plan from his briefcase. It was getting close to the human and morph reproductive systems section... well, that could be interesting. He did have confidence enough to think that the students could handle it, mostly.

Before he could get too far in his thoughts, the bell rang, and Nicodemus had to snap back to attention. Taking another breath, he took up a marker and began to write today's subject on the white board. Soon the building was filled with students coming in from the lunch period, their words setting up a dull roar. A few moments after that and his students filtered in, chatting with each other. He caught the marked interest in the subject matter. Well, of course they were. After all, weren't most of them around that age anyway?

The bell rang just as Nicodemus was finishing up his writing. "Good afternoon, class. As you can see, we'll be covering reproductive systems for the next unit, which should last up until finals. Now, we'll start with plants..." After writing some things down, namely some important terms, he looked out over his class.

Interest had been very high when Nicodemus was hired, but it hadn't exactly translated to a full class. For one, New Bedford was very intent on small class sizes. And for two, some students had their own opinions on morphs and their desire to be taught by them. But it was no matter. The four human students that were here (of the five who applied) were perfectly exemplary representatives of the student body. Li-Mei, who he ran into earlier, was a perfectly petite, but not slim. She swam competitively, and was active in a few other school clubs and committees, which was really why that encounter with her so odd. She was usually more outgoing than standing awkwardly and saying nothing, but he couldn't spare much thought for that oddness with the rest of class to consider. The spunky brunette was Clementine, as sweet as her namesake. Nicodemus had seen her drawing every now and again, her lovely blue eyes focused on the page, framed by her shoulder-length brown hair. After a few admonishments against doing so, he saw that it didn't affect her grades so he let it be. Ruby was the last girl, dusky, intelligent and on the JV squad in field hockey. She also wrote for the school paper; Nicodemus was on the other end of those steely gray eyes for an interview at the beginning of the year. Lastly, there was a male student, starting to grow fairly rare at New Bedford and around the world, Evan. He had light brown hair, freckles, and green eyes. The lanky teen was somewhat introverted, but often Nicodemus had seen him blossom in class discussions, something he actively encouraged.

It wasn't a coincidence that all six morphs that had been enrolled in New Bedford was also under Nicodemus's tutelage, if only for a period a day. It helped both groups; the students got to see if maybe not a familiar face than a comfortable one, and Nicodemus got to make sure that his students were doing all right; he doubled as their advisor and chaperone.

By now, they had gotten familiar with one another: Leanne was the tallest of them, almost a full head over the next. She was a larger equimorph with brilliant green eyes often hidden by her mane under a skullcap, chestnut fur, a tan mane, strong legs, hips and a ready smile. She definitely got around, however, active almost to a fault despite a bit of a belly and often was seen practicing with the track team in shot put, discus, and javelin. Monty was the fellow ratmorph, tall and lanky, piebald fur and red eyes. He was quiet, but not quite as dumb as he sometimes put on. Rebecca was cute and short, her gray fur seeming like quicksilver in certain lights. She was the pretty, bubbly cottontail bunny with boundless enthusiasm; she always seemed to throw herself into any task at hand, and made fast friends with Leanne. Dalila, Tess and Dustin were the three canomorphs. Dustin was the athletic black Labrador, his dark fur contrasting nicely with his light blue eyes. He seemed eager and ready, the very picture of an excitable dog. Dalila was the afghan, her shaggy fur not quite obscuring her feminine curves. What mostly leaped out was her hips and bust, her fur hiding the most other bends and lines on her body. She and Tess, the Doberman, had become fast friends, and of the pair Dalila was the more assertive. They did almost everything together, and would be living together in the dorm that was provided for all the morphs had assignments gone differently. Tess was slightly shorter, her trimmer fur doing a bit more to show off her fairly slim build. Unlike Dalila's brown, Tess sported a pair of delightfully amber eyes, and her face was often lit up in a smile. Of course, there were times when he found those same eyes... looking upon himself in interesting ways.

And therein lie the problem. The scent came at him first. He'd noticed it over the last few days, really. First he put it off. His nose was lying to him. But with every passing day, it was becoming more evident that Tess was growing into a very fertile state. The other males wouldn't be able to do anything. Evan was human and the morphs were too inexperienced. The issue was that Tess seemed to realize this as well, and had been looking increasingly at her teacher these past couple months as the eligible, desirable male.

Were Nicodemus any other teacher, he knew he wouldn't be able to get near Tess in such a way without risking his career. But then, Nicodemus was not a human teacher, nor Tess a human student. Everything was so new with regard to morphs teaching anybody in school that he dare not break whatever social norms there were. The call of nature, however, was growing harder to ignore.

The bell rang, breaking his line of thought. Homework. Had to remember the homework. "Don't leave yet! Homework is to read chapters 20 and 21, and to do questions one through four at the end of each. Have a good day, class." Dismissed, the students packed up their bags into their backpacks and began filing out. The distractions weren't over yet, though. As the last student filed out, one stayed behind.

"What is it, Tess?" he asked, looking up from his desk. Something about her manner was... suggestive.

"Um," she started, but before he could prompt her again the dobiemorph kept going. "I was wondering if you could help me with my schoolwork, Mr. Nicodemus."

Nicodemus sighed. It had to be a ploy, but... "Well, Tess, if you truly need help on your assignments, then I can help you how I can or arrange for a tutor to assist you."

She was leaning on the edge of the desk now, in such a way that her arms framed her bust. "I don't think a tutor can help me with this assignment," she said, her tail lazily wagging.

To his credit, the ratmorph didn't move much when the scent hit him anew. He was, however, glad that he was still seated at his desk, and that her scent was probably drowning out his own burgeoning one. But it was time to cut to the chase. "Tess, when's the last time you masturbated?" And just like that, she lost her seductive posture, her ears lying against her head in surprise and embarrassment. "We're both morphs here, Tess. Has nobody taught you how to keep your desires under control?"

Tess stewed for a few moments, clearly unsure of what to do. It wasn't that Nicodemus wasn't fond of her. It was quite the opposite. While she was an attractive example of budding youth, she was also under his care, so it was paramount that he look out for them in the long view. He was certain that she knew this, which is why it was so surprising that she steeled herself and pulled him by his shirt into a deep kiss.

His guard was down sufficiently enough that he had let the kiss linger on longer than it should have. But it took some time to first wrangle his instincts into first not pressing the kiss harder at the siren call of her heat, and another moment to gently push her away. At the very least, he wasn't panting. "Tess..."

"Please!" The word was short, quick.

"No," he said firmly. Getting a piece of paper, he scrawled down a note. "Drop this off at the headmaster's office. I'm excusing you for the rest of the day. Go to your dorm and masturbate until the feeling passes, do you understand?"

Again, she bit her lower lip, but the dobie student nodded and turned to leave. At the door, she looked back at him. "I'll be thinking of you," she said, and with another teasing tail flick, she was gone.

Nicodemus took a slow, deep breath, and then another one, as the first didn't quite settle him. He needed a shower, a cold one, but it would be a bad idea to go home now, considering he had just sent Tess to the same building.

Being the morph student advisor, he wasn't all that surprised when the living quarters they gave him were the same the students were given. It was difficult being a free morph. When emancipated, morphs were left with what skills they had picked up under their servitude, ID, and a check to facilitate their living expenses. Sometimes, the last never came, caught up in bureaucracy. Nor did it help that the keptmorphs were often outright disdainful of their free cousins. But now, he had a job at a prestigious school, as well as a place to live. Things could be much, much worse for him.

Thankfully, the locker rooms by the gymnasium were empty. The athletic trainer was heard helping out somebody, but beyond that all classes were held outdoors thanks to the nice weather. Nicodemus took a towel from the stacks earmarked for the sports teams and found an empty locker, stuffing his clothing into it. Further proof of his body's shameless demand jutted out from his crotch.

That was quelled as the cold water hit him, jolting the impure thoughts away. He had done it enough times that he didn't make a sound, but he did finally feel more in control of himself. The ratmorph's cock seemed to have other ideas as he grimaced down at it. It was times like these he really wished his instincts weren't so demanding.

It was a relief to give into them, even in so small a way. The first orgasm came easily enough, with Nicodemus soon grunting and spurting against the wall. He knew the first wouldn't do much for him, so he kept going, riding the edge between the cold water and what he felt his instincts call for. Oh, Tess. The dobie's amber eyes immediately sprang to mind, and soon the rest of her figure. She was slim, and had some wonderful breasts that would fit right into his hands, and she was ripe, oh so ripe. It would be easy to take her, seed her, and claim her...

This time, Nicodemus couldn't silence himself. He did groan as his crest washed over him, ending with a larger spatter of white on the tiled wall. Panting, he directed the water to wash away his shame as he felt himself finally go down. It would be enough to hold him until he got home.

With a sigh of content, the ratmorph made his way back to his locker, grabbing another towel from the rack. One was almost never enough, especially with all the liquid his fur could absorb. The scent of wet fur was everywhere. It wasn't necessarily unpleasant as it was strong. "Nicodemus, drop your towel," said a female voice, and the ratmorph looked up, halfway to complying when he realized who it was.

He barely caught the towel, and it fluttered open in the back. "Miss Miller?" he asked, bewildered. It was drafty around his legs. Why was this?

"Hi, Mr. Nicodemus," Ruby replied, moving her gaze downward. "Can you show me?"

"Show you what?" he asked evasively.

Ruby grinned, crossing the distance between them and cupping his sheath. "What comes out of here."

The rat's ears were plastered against his head, and he was beginning to smell something that wasn't wet fur. He sputtered for a moment, instinct raging against intellect before coming up with "Y-you know perfectly well what comes--"

"I've been doing some research on morphs," Ruby went on over him. "When I heard that there was gonna be a morph teacher. Do you know how much morph porn is on the Internet?"

The question took Nicodemus by surprise, and now he was starting to feel himself respond to her insistent and gentle touch. He shook his head, thinking furiously of a way to get out of this mess... even though it felt so good. If it was just the touch of another on his lower portions, something he had gone... some time without, then he'd be able to push her away. But letting her do this felt so incredibly good on an emotional level that it paralyzed him.

She bit her lip, looking down at the towel, which was covering a growing spike. "You've been around the block, right?" she asked, and then kept going. "I just want you to sit and... tell me if I'm doing things right."

He sat. His legs were unsteady anyway he rationalized. He felt better, but no less confused about what she was proposing. "Miss Miller..." he tried, his mind a muddle.

"I'm doing some research for a story," she replied. "Don't worry, you'll be anonymous. Nobody has to know." Then she pulled away the towel, exposing his hardened cock as she went to her knees before him. Nicodemus saw her expression turn to one of fascination as she exposed him. "Wow. How... how big are you?" she asked, looking up at him.

There were so many things wrong with this scenario. The ratmorph knew, without a doubt, that Ruby shouldn't be here, shouldn't be fondling him. But now he had started to leak, his body making the decision for him as the dusky hand squeezed a bit to his base. "I-I don't know," he found himself saying. "I never measured..."

"Really?" She looked up at that, seeming genuinely surprised. "Most of the boys I've met usually had a ready answer." Boys?

"Did they teach you... how to do this?" Focusing on what was happening to him was bad, but there was little else he could do. It was happening, right there, in front of him, and all he was doing was gripping the end of the bench. Then there was his tail, which had wrapped around his ankle.

"They didn't teach me anything," Ruby said. She leaned in, and Nicodemus held back a sound while she breathed lightly on his cock. "Had to figure this out myself."

The next thing Nicodemus felt was heat and wetness. He bared his teeth, not looking down but his body starting to tremble in places. The scent of Ruby's arousal wafted into his nose, and it took everything that he had to not force himself on her. "Please!" he managed to gasp.

"Please what?" replied Ruby, pulling off and stroking on the member.

"Stop!"

Eventually, she did, but not without giving his leaky cock another lick. "Mm. Well, I think I have all the story I need anyway." She stood then, looking down at him while the rat studied a very compelling piece of floor, covering himself with a towel again. "You know, we should get together sometime. Outside of school. Again, nobody has to know."

Nicodemus shook his head. Too far. Way too far. "Goodbye, Miss Miller," he said firmly.

"Please?" Damn, she was persistent. When he looked up at her to tell her "no," she had a confident smirk on her lips. He hesitated. "Not right now," he said finally. Why couldn't he tell her 'no'?

Ruby's smile twitched. "Fine then." And before he could do anything, she had him by his head and was pulling him into a kiss. It was an aggressive kiss, and a firm one, and when she pulled back, she held onto his lower lip. "Here's hoping 'right now' comes soon," she said, before turning and walking out of the locker room. Nicodemus was able to wait until he heard the door close before he furiously masturbated, then hastily dressed.

Getting back to the dorm that served to house all the morphs was a relief. Here in the relative comfort and solitude, he could jerk off as much and as loudly as he needed to. It took another two solid orgasms for the ratmorph's head to clear, and even then all he could do was sit and marvel at the amount of white that was spattering his gray fur. After the third shower for the day, he settled into do some grading with just a pair of boxers on. It wasn't until he caught the faint whiff of roses that he remembered bumping into Li-Mei earlier that day.

The pamphlet was as yellow as he remembered, but the cover jumped out at him. 'Comfort with Canomorphs' was the title, and below that was a grayscale sketch of a human woman -- a very pregnant human woman -- kissing a Doberman pinscher canomorph full on the muzzle. Whoever made the drawing took pains to display the passion between them; it looked very lifelike, and the woman had her arm around the canomorph's neck, pulling him in. For his part, the Doberman's big hands were caressing her belly like any possessive, proud father, with her remaining hand on one of his. Nicodemus couldn't help but find himself stirred from it and not just in his pants. Did he recognize them?

Shaking himself from the drawing, he looked at the back of the frayed booklet, and experienced a mild shock. He recognized this symbol, but even if he hadn't the text under made it clear it was put out by Diane Lords. There was not a morph alive who did not know that name. The Angel Lords was only at the forefront of morph rights, and were it not for her tireless efforts Nicodemus would have never even been considered to teach anybody at such a prestigious institution.

Flipping through the brochure lead to active reading as words jumped out at him. It was a history lesson, and nothing that he hadn't known: human populations declining, morph ones rising, the earth experiencing a bit of a rebound from the reduced population pressures. As it went on, he was surprised to find the words "morph" and "adopted children of the Earth" in the same sentence. He never took the Angel Lords to be a hippie, though it made sense in a way. It took a harder turn against male humans, but the part that made Nicodemus' jaw drop is when it said that women--human women--would be better off with morphs as lovers!

Everything he had ever been taught through his life rebelled against this. This was not how things were! But why not, opined another thought. Following the booklet's argument made this a very sound choice for women. With another start, he started noticing the imagery accompanying the text had shifted from charts and viruses to pictures of morphs and humans together. One particular well-worn image (and one he could definitely catch a greater dose of Li-Mei's scent) was of a ratmorph like him and a woman. Their hips were meshed together, her legs curled around his lower back as she lay in rumpled sheets. He was gripping the sheets, muzzle tilted up in an easy, teasing smile near her ear, as if whispering sweet nothings. Her face was turned outward, laughing, embarrassed, holding onto his arms. They were nude, but the picture was tastefully done, showing nothing but telling everything. There were other pictures of morphs and humans in the same style: a felimorph and a human hugging; a mephitomorph skunk walking down a beach, hand in hand with his human lover; a wolfmorph mounting a very willing human lover. Where Li-Mei acquired this was one of many thoughts whirling around his head, especially when it went on to cite what women would find in morphs and the emphasis on breeding.

When he finally got into bed, Nicodemus was coming to the realization that the problem he had in his classroom may be larger than he thought. That, and the brochure was right; morphs were made to breed. Simply reading that booklet made it very, very hard to get to sleep for the insistent erection between his legs, and only after hours of tossing and turning did he finally loose one more salvo, thoughts achieving enough of a calm for sleep to steal in.
