Hey, it's a new story from me! It's been a while since I last updated, I've been really busy. Anyways, this is the continuation of the story. Still have no title for the series. Sorry for the abrupt ending, I rushed to get this finished. If you see anything wrong, comment please. This isn't really good to me, but, what's your opinion?

Also, tell me if I missed any tags.

It's Sunday today, I decided to sleep in today. My head was still aching a little bit ever since yesterday. But I stopped puking though, that's good. I am never going to drink ever again.

I was awoken by the sound of knocking on my door. Oh for the love of God, who could it be?

"Colin! Wake up! Dad's on the phone! He needs to talk to you!" Matt said.

I quickly got up from bed and opened the door to find Matt holding the phone. "Here, he says he needs to tell you something."

I took the phone from his hands. "Hello? Dad? Is that you?" I said.

"Colin? It's me." I heard his voice.

"Dad! Where are you?! I thought you were coming home!" I know that he's only been gone for a few days, but it felt more like months to me.

"Listen Colin, I'm in a really tough situation right now." He said.

I didn't understand what he meant by that. "What do you mean?"

"I can't explain it to you now. I'm sorry." He paused. "It's good to hear from you. How's school?"

He's changing the subject. I guess he doesn't want to talk about it for now. But I think it's for the best anyway. "I'm doing fine." I lied.

We talked and talked for almost an hour or so. It's so good to hear from him. I really hope he comes back.

"Look, I gotta go." Dad said.

"When are you coming home, Dad? I really miss you."

"I miss you too. But, I've been really busy. I promise, I'll come home soon."

"Promise?"

"Promise."

I hope dad keeps his promise. So anyway, nothing much happened on Sunday.

The next day, I did my regular morning routine and went to school. Matt drove me to school and dropped me off at the usual place, by the football field. I walked across the field. No one was there. It was quiet, peaceful, and made me feel kind of lonely too.

I went inside the school. I was earlier than usual so I had time to roam a little more around a little more.

So I passed by the boy's bathroom when I overheard a conversation.

"You serious?! You two really did it?!"

"Hey, we were both drunk. I'm not sure if we did anything at all."

I recognized they're voices. It was Ray and Kyle. I wonder what they're talking about.

Since I was curious to hear what they're talking about, I eavesdropped on them.

"But you two were naked on the same bed. If you ask me, I think you did do it." Ray said.

"I'm telling you, I don't think I know much of what happened." Kyle said.

Oh my God, they're talking about what happened last Friday night. This I have to hear...

"Tell me more." Ray ordered.

"Okay, so we had a few drinks. And well, it was getting late. Colin wanted to go home, but seeing him drunk, I don't think that was such a good idea. So I told him he could stay for the night if he wanted. He hesitated at first, but I was able to convince him to stay."

He paused. "I don't think I should say anything else."

"Come on, what happened?" Ray teased.

"Okay okay, but don't tell this to anyone else." Kyle continued. "So I carried him upstairs to my room, then I-"

"Whoa, wait, what? You carried him?"

"Yeah..." I could tell he was embarrassed. I was too. "He seemed really, tipsy, so I did him a favor and carried him. The rest was a blur."

"Where did you say Colin slept?" Ray asked.

"On my bed."

"And where did you sleep?"

"On the same bed." Kyle answered.

"Uh-huh, I see... You've turned gay, haven't you?"

"No I'm not!" Kyle snapped. "I'm bi!"

"Sure you are." Ray said in a sarcastic tone. "Anything else you'd like to share?"

There was a short silence.

"You know, you could be a real asshole sometimes." Kyle said.

"You call it being an asshole. I call it being "friendly"." Ray said. I could hear the sarcasm in his voice.

"Whatever..."

Kyle leaved the bathroom. It's a good thing he didn't notice me. I could tell he was pissed. And so was I, a little bit.

Suddenly, I felt a paw on my shoulder.

"Aren't you a little eavesdropper?" It was Ray. "I see you and Kyle did something a few nights ago."

I put his paw down. "I don't want to talk about it. I have to go."

The bell rang.

"Oh look, there's the bell! I have to go!"

And so, I went to my classroom. I saw that Kyle was in the same class so I sat on the open seat in front of him.

"Did you run into Ray again today?" Kyle asked.

"Um, yeah. How did you know?"

Kyle pulled something from behind me. It was a piece of paper that said, "Fuck me"

"Damnit! That's even worse than the first one!" I blushed.

I can't believe I forgot that he still does that.

Kyle patted me on the back. "It's okay, I'm sure no one saw it."

After my last class, I went to my locker and I went straight home.

It was getting really cloudy when I left the school. I hope it doesn't rain. I was only a few blocks away from school when I felt a raindrop drop on my head. Shit...

I started running as the rain poured down on me. Damnit, I'm getting wet! I was in such a rush; I lost my footing and slipped and fell on muddy grass on someone's front lawn. I got up, covered in mud, and continued my walk way home.

I finally got to my front door and opened the door, or at least tried. It was locked.

"Matt! Open the damn door!" I yelled.

No answer.

"Come on! It's pouring out here!" I yelled again.

Still no answer.

"Please?!" I yelled for the third time.

Maybe he wasn't home? I don't know.

"Hello?!" I yelled one last time.

No answer again, so I gave up. I looked really stupid shouting outside my own house in the rain.

I sat in front of the door and waited for Matt to come back. Unfortunately, the rain didn't lighten up in any way. It was still coming down hard. It was a little windy and I was getting really wet and started getting cold.

Time passed and I almost fell asleep, almost.

"What are you doing out here in the rain?"

I looked up to see Kyle. He was holding an umbrella. "My brother's not home. I'm waiting for him."

"But it's pouring out here." He paused. "What happened to your clothes?"

"I slipped and fell on a mud puddle."

"You know, you could come to my house while you wait."

"Oh no, it's okay. I'm fine." I lied.

"But you're getting soaked out here! Besides, I don't think you're brother will mind."

I hesitated at first. "Are you sure you won't mind?"

"It's okay."

So I stood up and walked to his house with him.

I don't know why, but it felt really awkward for me to be walking right next to him. Maybe it's the rain? Or is it because I'm covered in mud? I don't know...

We didn't talk until we got to his house.

"Are your parents home?" I asked.

"No, my Dad's on a business trip. And my mom's not coming home until later." He stopped and looked at me. "You should probably get yourself cleaned up."

"Oh right, where's the bathroom?"

"It's upstairs, first door you see."

I went upstairs and to the bathroom and cleaned myself up. While cleaning, I began to think. Does he really mind all this? Me being back at his house after the whole dinking thing? I didn't even apologize to him and yet he's okay for me to be back here. I keep wondering why. As I was cleaning myself, I heard a loud roar of thunder outside that made me scream in surprise. Then the power went out. I hate to admit it but, I sounded like a girl when I screamed. I hope Kyle didn't hear me.

"Hey Colin! Are you okay?!"

Spoke too soon...

"Yeah, I'm fine!" I yelled back. I finished cleaning myself and went downstairs.

Kyle was sitting on the couch with a candle lit in the coffee table.

"The power's out." I said.

"Yeah, I noticed."

Damn that was stupid of me...

"So was that you who screamed upstairs?" he asked.

"Yeah..." I blushed.

I sat on the couch with him.

"I hope you don't mind me staying at your house again."

"No, it's okay. I don't mind. You can stay here until the storm passes by."

I'm in a really awkward situation right now. Here I am, sitting right next to the fur I have a crush on. The electricity's out, the only source of light there is the candle, which had a slightly romantic atmosphere here.

The rain didn't get any lighter. It was still coming down pretty hard. And I was just sitting there; I turned to Kyle to see him asleep. Maybe I should do the same. There's not much I could do anyways, and my eyes are getting heavy.

So I lied there and fell asleep. I don't know for how long...
