A Chance Encounter, Chapter 2

or

Krissa's Bad Night

Krissa followed Croft and his fellow rabble towards the Inn they had been heading for before she'd intercepted them for their unexpected little 'reunion'. As far as she was concerned their little 'chat' had gone well, and she was considerably richer then she had been a few minutes ago. Her 'companion'; a large male Western Plains raptor named Krux, followed close behind, which was probably the main reason the humans were moving a little faster than normal, at not quite a run. She hissed in amusement; she couldn't blame them, he WAS intimidating.

Her 'reunion' with the gang had been less then joyous as the last time they had been together Croft and the others had drugged her and sold her into slavery after they'd pulled off a big job. One they couldn't have done without her. She thought the betrayal was probably more because of what she was then any other reason. She doubted they'd have betrayed a fellow human; but of course she could be wrong, and enslaving a human was illegal anyway. But since Croft had been 'persuaded' to give her her fair share of the jobs loot; plus a very reasonable 25% extra for her 'inconveniences', she was willing to let bygones be bygones. Which she thought was rather magnanimous of her, all things considered. Their alternative was talking it over with Krux, and he wasn't big on negotiating.

As they headed for the 'Owl's Eyes' Inn & tavern they drew more than a few curious looks from passerby's. After all Kobold's were fairly rare; and a domesticated raptor was even rarer. And to see both in the company of humans was downright unnatural, and the truth was the humans she was with probably wished that fact were otherwise. She whipped her tail back and forth as they walked; keeping an eye on her 'companions', not that that she was really worried, it was more force of habit. Despite being smaller than any of the men; her head barely reaching the chest of the shortest one, she was more than capable of taking them on, and they knew it. Not only was she experienced in the use of her preferred weapon; an ivory staff, but she could handle most weapons competently, and her own fangs and claws were nothing to sneeze at. Tough hide, fangs, and claws vs/soft pink skin gave her a definite edge even against a much larger component. Humans who picked on a dinky little Kobold too much soon wished that they hadn't. By nature they were rather placid peace loving creatures, but when they got mad they didn't hold back. Plus she had Krux, and the large reptile more than equaled the odds. He could have torn all three men to pieces in about a minute, give or take a few seconds, whether they were armed or not. Still, she kept an eye on them. Humans were sneaky critters, as she had found out the hard way.

As they entered the Inn's small stable yard she called to one of the boys who were taking care of customers mounts, and said,

"Boy, I need a ssstall for my mount!"

The young lad took one look at Krux, and paled visibly. Krux gave him a big toothy smile; which probably wasn't a good idea, as the boy now looked like he was going to cry.

"You're got to be kidding!" The boy stammered, "I-I can't put THAT in the stable!"

"He'sss trained," Krissa said, "He'll behave himssself."

"It's not, er, him I'm worried about!" the boy replied, "It's the horses and mules. They'll go crazy if I put that monster in with them!"

"He's got a point, you know." Croft said.

With an irritated hiss, Krissa said, "Very well, can you put him in one of the outdoor pens by himssself? Where they can't sssee him?"

"Well, I guess I can put him the corral around back." The boy said hesitantly, "It's empty at the moment."

"Then do ssso." Krissa said, "And give him a fressh pile of hay to lie down on, he doesssn't care for the muddy ground."

Extremely reluctantly the boy took Krux's lead rope, and led the large reptile around the corner of the stable. From the sounds inside the livestock didn't approve of the strong scent of reptile in the air, but since they couldn't see the source their unrest was mild. If Krux had stuck his head in the stable door the results probably would have been a lot more interesting though.

Krissa rubbed her snout against Krux's to reassure him, and watched as he was led out of sight. The fact was he was not only her mount, but her mate as well. He'd run across her in the jungle while she was in estrus, and, well, evidently he'd been hard up and hadn't been picky as to what he mated with as long as it was female, so nature had taken its course. She hadn't had much choice in the matter, but didn't mind at all. It beat being eaten, and despite their being different species it was the best sex she'd ever had. And even better, he was smart enough to enjoy mating out of season. In that aspect they were like humans; anytime, anywhere, if they were in the mood. Which was quite often. OK, all the time. But while in the company of other sentient beings; human or otherwise, she knew she had better keep it a secret as many races had taboos against 'bestiality'. Their loss; she sniffed, and then turned to follow Croft into the main room of the Inn. She was soon reminded of another human taboo as well.

"Hey!" One of the barkeeps yelled, "If you're going to bring your pet in here it has to have clothes on, or leave it outside with the other animals!"

Drat; Krissa thought, she was so used to going 'au natural'; as did most of her fellow Kobolds when in the 'wild' or the company of their own kind, she hadn't even realized she was 'naked'. The fact that reptiles didn't have anything 'hanging out' like humans didn't seem to make any difference. Hells Mouth, she doubted if any of the humans present could even tell her sex! With an angry hiss she started to turn and leave; she'd spend the night with her mate, but Croft caught her attention, and said,

"Here, this should suffice."

'This' was a leather jacket that he handed her. At least on a human it would have been a jacket, on her it was more like a robe. It didn't quite reach the floor, and covered anything that might give offense to more prudish humans. "Thank you." She said; for a human Croft could be halfway decent at times. She still didn't trust him though; being sold into slavery tended to have that affect.

Finding a large table in a corner they were joined by a few more of the gang, all eyeing Krissa with a combination of wariness and curiosity. Durk; one of the less intellectually endowed members, asked,

"Hey boss, what's she doing back? I thought you sold her into slavery?"

"I had a nice little chat with the sslaver," Krissa said, "And he ssaw things my way and let me go."

"She bit his dick off." Another member said under his breath, and Durk's face turned pale as he put his hands between his legs. "Ouch!" a couple of others muttered.

Krissa 'smiled', which in the case of her species meant she lifted her tough gums and revealed her impressive collection of fangs; which was the best she could do with the limited movements available to her fairly rigid and fixed features. She was pleased by the response from her fellow hoodlums. Their expressions varied between 'holy shit!', and 'I'm not messing with her!'

"Ssssooo." Karissa hissed; deliberately drawing out the sibilant 's's' she always had trouble with, for effect. "I want my ssstaff back, the nice ivory one. Sssssss..."

"Jim," Croft said, "you heard the lady."

Reluctantly Jim handed over the ornately carved ivory staff he'd been using as a walking stick. Darn; he thought, I'll be missing that, I will.

Krissa took the staff with a happy hiss, running her clawed hands lovingly over the intricate designs carved in the yellowed ivory. The staff had been in her family for generations, each subsequent owner carving their own name to join the others. There were fifteen names on the staff, hers being the last. "Thank you." She hissed softly, her eyes on the staff. Leaning its familiar weight against one of her legs, she added, "Now what'ss thisss about a new job???"

"Well," Croft replied, "I heard rumors about a fabulously wealthy wizard that lives in an old abandoned castle. Rumor says he's got more gold then a Dragon's hoard. Thought you might be interested. We'll probably need a good climber to get in the castle."

"A wizard?" Krissa said, "Ssurely you jest! Remember what happened lasst time!"

"I know, I know! We got our butts kicked." Croft said.

"That," Krissa said, "isss an understatement! He fried half the gang, turned poor Edgar into a goat, and we never even sssaw him! And ssspeaking of Edgar, whatever happened to him?"

"Oh, we found a farmer that promised to take good care of him." Croft said, "And he needed a Billy to service his Nannies anyway. I'm sure he's gotten used to it by now."

"Oh, yeah." Krissa said, "I'll bet he jusst loves being a goat! You sssure you want to messs with another wizard??"

"But this is different." Croft insisted, "He's supposed to be so old he's blind and deaf, and almost dead. I figure we can slip in, fill our pockets and a few chests, and slip out again, easy like and Scott free. Plus we'll have a wizard of our own along to help with the magic stuff."

"Uh-huh," Krissa said, "And if it's sso eassy, why hasn't anyone elsse done it? Hmm, Ssss?"

"Ah, that's the good bit!" Croft said, "It's because the castle is in the middle of a large forest and swamp, and no one knows how to get there...except me."

"And you know...becaussse??" Krissa hissed.

"Because of the map and directions I bought!" Croft said triumphantly.

"Yuh," Durk said, "without even asking the rest of us! Spent almost all our loot on it!" Then he shut up when Croft glared at him.

"Where's thiss wizard that'sss going to be helping uss?" Krissa asked, so far the only humans she'd seen were the men from the old gang.

"He's going to meet us at the castle." Croft replied, "He has to go and get some magical supplies or something."

"What's hisss name?" Krissa asked.

"Timothy the Terrible." Croft muttered reluctantly.

"Timothy!? Sssss!" Krissa hissed, "You know why they call him 'The Terrible', don't you?? It'ss because he'sss terrible at everything he doesss! The lasst time we ussed him he set himself on fire!"

"He says he's been practicing." Croft said, "And has a special spell to render the other wizard helpless for awhile. Plus he works cheap, and is all we can afford."

"That'ss because he'ss no bloody good!" Krissa said, tail whipping. There was nothing more dangerous than an incompetent wizard!

"Well, we still need him." Croft said, "And it's a done deal, he's going to be meeting us there, and there's no way I can get in contact with him until then. And once he's zapped the old guy the rest is up to us."

"If he can jusst zap this other wizard," Kriss said, "then how come he needss ussse??"

"The wizard has guards of course," Croft said, "And he can't handle both at the same time. While he's taking care of the other wizard, we take care of the guards."

"How may guardss?" Krissa hissed.

"A handful of Orcs, and maybe a few renegade humans." Croft replied, "But that's about it, so far as anyone knows. Pretty standard."

"Hmm, let me ssee this so-called map." Krissa said, not expecting much as you could buy 'treasure maps' on almost any street corner. Frankly she was surprised an experienced rogue like Croft would fall for that age-old scam. But when Croft handed her a very old and authenticate looking map she carefully unrolled it and gave a hiss of surprise. Some of the markings on the border were in Kobold glyphs! It was old! Her interest piqued, she gave it her full attention, tracing the faded markings with the tip of a claw. "Sssss, hmmm, yessssss."

"Well, what do you think?" Croft asked after a few minutes of watching the Kobold pore over the map, running her sharp claws up and down the markings and hissing to herself.

"Well," Krissa said, "I don't care much for some of these names, ssuch as 'Murkwood' or 'Darkmire', or 'Castle of the Dark Lord of Despair', but the map appears to be genuine." She didn't mention that according to the Kobold glyphs there really was a huge treasure. And Kobolds knew a lot about treasure, their race having once been the slaves of the Great Drakes who forced them to mine the wealth for their masters. "What'sss the wizard'ss name, and what do you know about him??"

"Ah!" Croft said, "His name is Mylar the Malevolent, but from what I heard he's over five hundred years old, feeble and bed ridden, and only the secret location of his castle has kept him from being bonked on the head and cleaned out. But the map also shows the safe ways through the forest and swamp, which the other adventurers didn't have. I figure a week in, a week out, a month at the most."

"What other adventurer'sss?" Krissa asked.

"The, um, ones that never came back." Croft said, but quickly added, "But the forest and swamp most likely got them. But we know the safe way!"

"Uh-huh, most likely." Krissa said, "Very well, I'm in on the plan, haven't got any other prospectsss right now. What'ss the ssplit?"

"Usual," Croft said, "Equal shares, double shares for the boss, one share to pay for the costs of the venture, and a bonus to anyone who uses any of their special, er, abilities."

Krissa hissed in amusement. Her 'special ability' to climb sheer vertical walls like, well, a lizard, often got her an extra 'bonus' as otherwise they were screwed. Or sold into slavery, she reminded herself.

"Very well," she said, "and an equal ssshare for Krux."

"What!" Croft said indignantly, "He's just your mount; you don't see us asking for shares for our horses!"

"Your horsesss don't eat meat, and would be useless in fight." Krissa said, "Krux is a trained battle raptor, and besidess, he'ss expensive to feed when he can't hunt on his own. And believe me; you wouldn't want to be around him when he'd hungry, he'ss not...picky."

"What's a Krux?" Durk asked, frowning.

"Kind of like a king size Kobold the size of a horse, only with even bigger fangs and claws and a really lousy disposition." One of the other men said.

"Oh, nasty." Durk muttered to himself.

"She's got a point, boss." Another man said, "That beastie would come in handy in a dust-up." Several others nodded in agreement.

"Very well," Croft said grudgingly, "A full share for Krux."

While they'd been talking a group of off-duty soldiers had wandered in and pretty much taken over the bar, and as they got progressively 'happy', one of them decided to take umbrage with the presence of a 'filthy reptile', making his disapproval known in increasingly loud and vocal ways.

"Filth!" The soldier said, "Nasty filthy animals! Should be kept in the barn with the rest of the nasty filthy animals. Filth!"

Croft had been around enough Kobold's long enough to know that Krissa's increasingly restless tail; whipping back and forth nonstop, was a bad sign. It meant she was getting...mad. And since he'd seen her that way before, he did his best to try and prevent an 'incident'.

"A round for our illustrious guardsmen!" Croft said, tossing a silver piece to one of the harried serving wench's. That bit of appreciated generosity cooled things off for a bit, but the increasingly drunk soldier just couldn't leave it alone. Staggering over to the gangs table, he deliberately stepped on Krissa's tail, and asked,

"Does your pet lizard suck cocks?"

Durk raised a hand, made a rude gesture, and said, "No, she bites'em off!"

Krissa had had more then had enough at that point as well, and with a enraged hiss; nobody, but NOBODY stepped on her tail, she swarmed all over the stupefied soldier before he could even respond. Digging in with her claws she held on to his shoulders with her hands; her feet on his chest, and smashed the top of her thick bony head with its two rows of short boney horn ridges into his face, and he was lucky she was a female as all he got out of it was a bloody nose and two black eyes, had she been a male it might very well have killed him. The other soldiers gawped for a second as their comrade slowly slumped to the ground; an enraged lizard standing on his chest, and then it was on!

Now while the gang might have sold her into slavery once; nothing personal, they did have some ethics. And one was you always supported a fellow gang member in a Donny Brook; even if she was a big lizard. So their countercharge met the soldiers half way.

Now as far as brawls went it wasn't the biggest, or longest, that the 'Owl's Eyes' had seen, but it was definitely a runner up. The fight was fairly even overall, despite outnumbering the gang members the soldiers were all fairly inebriated at that point, but even off duty their training still gave them an edge in some cases, at least if their opponent was fighting fair. The gang didn't really give a shit about fair play though, so used that to their advantage; so no holds barred in other words.

While Durk exchanged body blows with the largest soldier in the lot, the raging melee swarmed around them like an ocean around two huge immobile rocks. Krissa was in her element, weaving through the battling humans with ease; often darting right between their legs, her staff a flashing blur that left many a soldier grasping his crotch and trying not to throw up. She knew the best places to take out a human opponent, and with human males the dangly bits worked every time. That same strategy wouldn't work on reptiles though, so, Hah, that was another advantage of having internal genitalia! Stupid mammals! "Whack!" And another one bites the dust.

Screaming serving girls, bouncers, and other customers who decided to get in on the fun; not picking any particular side, soon added to the mayhem. When a small group of the City Watch showed up they just got dragged into the fray whether they wanted to or not; both sides ganging up on them, there not being enough of them to have a hope of stopping it. But as with all good brawls someone would eventually show up and put a stop to the fun and good times. In this case it was more City Watch, their special 'Reaction Unit', which meant lots of large, well armored, extremely sober bruisers with no sense of humor whatsoever.

Krux; who had been having a nice nap, gave a snort and sat up when he heard the ruckus start. He cocked his head; listening intently, and when he heard his mate's shrill hisses and snarls he gave a soft chuff, and laid back down again. He could tell when she was having some fun. He'd know if it got serious.

Well, things went South pretty fast after the local goon squad showed up, and Krissa never even felt the gentle; but firm, tap on the back of her head from a watchman's club that sent her into La-La land. After all, the watch didn't want to kill those engaged in minor crimes such as disturbing the peace. It was sound economics; dead people with their heads bashed in couldn't pay fines; and it cost money to bury them. So the well trained watchmen used just enough 'encouragement' to insure 'cooperation' on the part of the miscreants. The 'cooperative' ones were dragged out by their heels and thrown into a wagon, the rest having escaped into the night through various windows and other convenient means of egress. In the end eight gang members; including one Kobold, twelve soldiers, and six other 'patron's who had been involved to various degrees, spent the rest of the night on the non-too clean floor of the local lock-up, not that many of them were aware of it until a jailer dumped buckets of cold water on them the next morning, saying 'Wakey, wakey, my lovelies! Time to see the bailiff!'

Krissa woke up with a shrill hiss of rage when she was doused with cold water, then moaned as she held her throbbing head. Goddess her head hurt!

"Good morning," Croft said, "And how are we this fine and lovely morning?"

"Drop dead." Krissa hissed, "Gods, who hit me!?!"

"A three hundred pound armored watchman," Croft answered, 'he knocked you halfway across the room. You were among the last to go down, they had a devil of a time catching you."

Hearing a worried call from outside the cell window Krissa looked up to find Krux's snout pressed against it, his nostrils flaring as he took in the scents in the cell, and from the way he blew out he didn't approve of all of them.

"He's been out there all night." Croft said, "Guess he was worried."

You have no idea; Krissa thought, as she hopped up on the windowsill and stroked her mate's snout through the bars. He's smarter than I thought; she realized, he never ceased to amaze her. He'd known better then to try and attack all the armored humans on his own, but had kept close to watch over her. She licked his snout, and he gave a pleased hiss. She loved the way his sleek hard hide tasted, and licked him again, slower this time, and was rewarded with a rather sloppy lick in return and more pleased hisses.

Ugh, Croft thought, reptiles! If a human woman ever tried to lick him with a tongue that big he'd probably kick her out of the bed. Gross. Then he turned his attention to the cell door as the small window in it opened, and a voice said,

"All right, you lot! Come with me."

Since their offenses were fairly minor they weren't shackled or otherwise restrained, and they staggered down the corridor after the jailer; the less able being supported by the more able. A quick appearance before the bailiff; they paid their fines, and were shown out the door with a 'Piss off, and don't do it again! Next time we won't be so nice!' Both sides exchanging various rude gestures and parting insults; all rather good natured, all things considered.

Krissa greeted an overjoyed Krux who had NOT liked the nasty place his mate had spent the night in, and after some more licks; grossing out Croft even more, she hopped up on his back and rode him as they made their way back to the lodgings Croft had arranged for the gang.

"I ssstill say it wasn't fair to fine me more!" Krissa hissed angrily, "That drunken ssoldier ssstarted it!"

"You smashed his face in." Croft reminded her.

"After he sstepped on my tail, made rude comments, and Durk flipped him off!" Krissa said righteously. "And I can't believe they added another fine for 'public indecency!"

"Well you were; are, naked." Croft said.

"Hmph, like that'ss a real turn on for human maless!" Krissa sniffed; but she had admit it was true, she'd shed the jacket Croft had loaned her as soon as the brawl started, it would have been in the way. Slapping her flat chest, she added, "No mammariesss, sssee!"

"Don't make no difference." Croft said wearily, "The bailiff didn't care."

"The bailiff wasss a shriveled up _assss_hole!" Karissa hissed; none of her companions disagreeing. "He fined us twice asss much as the ssoldiers!"

"Do you know what soldiers make?" One of the bandits said, "That was two months salary for a guardsman!"

"Do you know what bandits make?" Another said, "We're lucky we were able to afford it!"

"Speaking of which," Jim said, "we're pretty much broke. Between the fines and paying for damages we're cleaned out. And there's no way we did that much damage! Damn innkeeper was lining his pockets, and probably the bailiffs as well!"

"Yeah," Croft agreed, "looks like we don't have much choice about the Wizard's Castle after all. And, after a score like that we should be able to retire. Unless someone picks a fight with the local Army again."

Krissa hefted her own seriously depleted purse, and had to agree with Croft. It was amazing how short a time her ill-gotten riches usually lasted. Maybe it was karma or something. "All I know isss I need to get something soon, Krux is expenssive to feed."

"You can always give him Durk." Someone quipped, with resulted in good natured laughter all around.

"Hey!" Durk said, "That's not nice!"

"Naw," someone said, "he'd just give the poor beastie an upset stomach!" More laughter.

Krissa gave an amused hiss, glad to see that despite their battered appearance and the exorbitant fines, the gang was in a good mood. They'd fought together; given better then they'd received, and the fact their moral was still so high was a good sign.

"Guess we'd better load up on some supplies, and get the Hell out of here." Croft said, "I don't think we're very welcome anymore." Nobody argued.

While Croft and two others went in search of supplies for their expedition, the rest of the gang took the time to rest and tinker with their 'combat wounds' from the night before. That and clean their weapons, of which they had an amazing and varied assortment.

"Hold ssstill!" Krissa hissed as she put a small plaster on a nasty cut on Durk's forehead.

"But it stings!" The huge man whined; despite his size he still acted like a small boy most of the time. It was evident he was a bit shy of a load, but his easy going nature and willingness to back up a friend in a tight spot had won him the affection of most of the gang members, most of whom saw him as a kind of little brother. The few who saw him as little more than a big retard were smart enough to keep their mouths shout; the last one who hadn't had ended up being thrown head first into a rather large pile of fresh horse manure when Durk had had enough of his teasing. He might be slow, but he knew when he was being made fun of, and that wasn't nice.

"There, all done." Krissa finally said; the plaster firmly in place.

"Thanks." Durk said, "You're nice, I like you."

"I like you too Durk." Krissa replied, not minding when he gave her head a pat. If anyone else had done that they'd probably have lost a finger or two though, but she knew he did it out of genuine affection.

The only real problem they ran into as they set out was when they went to the stables to pick up the gangs horses and mules. The livestock did NOT care much for Krux, or the way he was looking at them. While they'd been resting Krissa had obtained a side of beef for the large raptor, and blood still stained his jaws and shreds of flesh hung from his fangs. Things got a little better when he didn't immediately start attacking them and tearing them to pieces, but not much. Soon it was decided that Krissa would be the main Scout and have the 'point' position on the expedition, otherwise there would be a stampede. In light of the situation she readily agreed, besides horses and mules stank. This way at least she would stay ahead of the stink depending on which way the wind was blowing. At night she'd make her own camp a little ways off from the main camp as well. Putting Krux in a picket line just wasn't an option. But again she wasn't too terribly disappointed; it allowed her and her mate to eat their nice raw meals in peace without having to smell someone burning perfectly good meat. She never really felt accepted in human groups anyway. Oh, they were nice enough, but she was always aware that she was different even if they didn't appear to notice; or at least didn't show it.

At her insistence she had Croft give her the map since she would be ahead of the main group. He clearly didn't like to let the valuable piece of paper out of his sight, but it did make sense, plus she could read it easier then he could. The Kobold glyphs on the ancient parchment especially excited her; if they were correct the treasure really was huge! The glyphs indicated great quantities of gold, silver, gems, and other valuables. One glyph was a little puzzling though, it seemed to indicate a 'sacred object' of some kind, but exactly what was impossible to know. Now that was interesting.

The first week was fairly easy; the land they rode through was well settled, cultivated, and civilized. They seldom had to sleep in the open, there being plenty of Inns and farmers willing to rent out their barns for the night. At least for the humans, like most other places in the kingdom non-humans were frowned upon, especially if they weren't even mammals. Krissa usually ended up spending the night with Krux in a convenient haystack or copse of trees. She didn't mind at all, especially if it was isolated enough for them to have some 'alone time'. Krux had gone hunting earlier while she was at the local Inn with the gang; and boy was some farmer going to be pissed off when he found one of his prize sheep was missing. But since they'd eaten all the proof she wasn't worried, and they'd be gone by early the next morning anyway. Besides, he had plenty of sheep, and ought to share! Having fed they began to post-feeding ritual of cleaning one another with their tongues, and in her case picking chunks of flesh out from between Krux's impressive fangs. As she cleaned his fangs and licked blood from his hide his breathing became quieter and deeper, his scent changing, and she knew what he wanted. She did too. When they finished cleaning one another both were equally aroused as the cleaning had turned into more serious foreplay, with Krux nipping at her tail and making deep soft love grunts. As Krissa licked her tongue over her mates snout she relished his strong male taste and scent, her vent growing soft and receptive as he licked her back, the usually nearly invisible slit noticeably swelling, the pink lining of her sex now visible and protruding. It was time, time for love and pleasure.

As Krissa pulled gently on one of Krux's arms he knew what she wanted, and with a grunt he crouched, then rolled over onto his side, lifting his leg to give her access to his own vent. He loved this part, and groaned in pleasure as she used her tongue to entice his cock to finish sliding out, gently licking and sucking at the long thick ribbed shaft until it was rampant and engorged. It took a little more effort than if he'd been in rut, but they both enjoyed that worthwhile effort. It never ceased to amaze her just how big her mate was! But in relation to their body sizes male Kobolds were quite well endowed, so she knew it would fit. After all they'd had lots of 'practice'. Yes; it would fit, but oh so deliciously tight!! And it would take him a while to work it all the way in, at least for the first coupling of the night, and she was looking forward to that.

Krux watched his mate bring him to readiness; the full moon reflected in his eyes, hissing softly, it felt so good! He had indeed been trained as a battle raptor, and when his rider had been slain in a skirmish in which Krux was the only survivor, he had roamed far and wide, not really knowing what to do as he had been born in captivity, and that life was all he knew. He was young and in his prime, and though he had been mated with female raptors for breeding, he had never been with a female who did the things to him this one did. He'd never even dreamed such things were possible! He was intelligent enough to know she was not of the same species, but he was also intelligent enough not to give a damn. Mating with a female in season was one thing, but mating solely for pleasure was another, and both had their good points. So he was quite happy with his choice of a mate, and a partner. She took care of him, he took care of her, and they loved one another. Couldn't get much better than that as far as he was concerned. So as her tongue delicately flicked over his aching hardness his eyes were full of love and pleasure as he watched her, and considered himself one hell of a lucky male.

Krissa drooled at the sight of her mate's ready cock, and as they always did she would 'mount' him first. Due to his size they had found that if he mounted her too 'enthusiastically' it could sometimes cause discomfort or outright pain. But first; she'd tongued him, so now it was time for him to tongue her and help lube her up, which was only fair. Krissa straddled Krux's head as his long thick tongue worked between her legs, hissing softly in pleasure as that marvelous organ explored the depths of her sex. How she loved to feel that supple muscular appendage inside her quivering pussy as it slid in and out; Gods it felt good! Krux was enjoying himself just as much, he loved the sweet taste of his mates sexual juices, and the way the taste got more intense the longer he lapped and 'ate' her vagina. But that taste also stoked his own arousal, and when it became almost unbearable he gave a soft demanding/pleading grunt, and she knew it was time, her own sex just as eager and ready as her mates rampant cock.

Bending over and giving his snout a last lick; tasting her own sexual juices mixed with his saliva, Krissa backed up and positioned herself over his rigid cock, her mate watching intently. Slowly lowering herself she guided the head of his cock to the wet slick opening of her eager ready sex, seated it against her lips, and then let gravity take over. As he penetrated her and started to slide into her she threw her head back and hissed loudly; tongue flicking, as he gave a deep groan of pleasure. Swiveling her lower body slowly from side to side she worked his slick hardness deeper and deeper into her increasingly stretched sex, her tail whipping from side to side as her whole body shuddered in ecstasy. He was so large!! As she paused for a minute; gasping, he lifted his head and licked her snout, and she licked him back. Then as she started again he gave a groan and let his head fall back down, his own tail slowly thrashing, his mind numb with pleasure.

Krissa paused again; then lifted herself up and let her whole body weight slam her down again, and more of him slid into her as she squrimed in pleasure. Almost, almost!! Jaws open as she panted; tongue lolling over her fangs, she ground down again, and hissed in pleasure as she felt the lips of his own vent suddenly flare against hers! Hilted! She relished the feel of his hot hardness deep inside her body, the head in her womb. No one had ever penetrated her as deeply as he did, but she was used to it by now. Unlike human females her species required the males penis to deposit his seed directly in her womb to fertilize the eggs waiting there, so her vagina was capable of accommodating much longer and thicker phalluses then a human females. She could also feel the swell of his internal testes bulge against the finer more sensitive scales of her crotch hide, and just stayed as she was for a few minutes, relishing the incredible feeling of being so well filled, her vaginal muscles caressing and clenching around her mates cock. But she could only endure it for so long, and slowly began to rock back and forth, a few inches sliding out before sliding back in with a soft rasping sound as their hides brushed together.

Krux groaned as he felt himself hilt in his mate, his breathing deep and loud, and he groaned again even louder as she began riding him. He knew it wouldn't take long the first time, and he was right. After just a few lovely minutes of that velvety smooth tightness caressing his cock he orgasmed violently, his bellow of pleasure scaring the crap out of every farm animal; and farmer, within hearing distance. As his cock strained and pumped she ground herself back down until he hilted again as he throbbed and pulsed inside of her, her own shrieking roar of ecstasy almost as loud as his.

Shaking from the aftermath of her intensely glorious orgasm Krissa slowly lifted herself free of his cock, her nether lips closing with a wet smack as his head slid free, not a drop of his seed escaping. With an eager grunt Krux rolled over and rose to his feet, and she dropped to all fours, her tail lifted in invitation. An invitation her now fully aroused mate didn't hesitate to accept. As he slid into her again from a more 'natural' angle; and his weight settled onto her back, Krissa gave a shrill hiss of delight as he gently bit the back of her neck and began to service her. Riding her mate was one thing, but it felt SO much better when he rode her! More ...natural; as after all he was an animal and she wasn't far from being one herself, at least not at times like this. The feeling of being taken by a dominant male was just so...so...!! He hissed loudly as he coupled with her, and she gave soft squeals of submission, both their bodies quivering in ecstasy as he showed his love for his mate in the best way he knew how, by making her his. At some point he released her neck, and she turned her head to lick his snout as his own tongue lathered her with affectionate slurps, the sloppier the better. Then she had to lower her head and shriek in sexual euphoria as the huge cock pistoning in her sex pulsed and filled her with his seed yet again, cum spurting from their tight joining as he kept thrusting, his roars loud in her ears. He paused; hissed loudly, and gently biting her neck he started servicing her again, and Krissa almost went mad from the almost unbearable and incredible pleasure. Krux closed his eyes as he coupled with his mate again; his breath hissing through his nostrils and teeth, body shuddering in ecstasy as he took her more gently this time; dragging it out as long as he could, his mates hisses and squeals driving him to give her as much pleasure as possible.

Krissa lay against her mate's flank, dozing from exhaustion and sexual satiation. Gods what a male! "You," She said as his tail caressed hers, "are sspoiling me, you know that, don't you?"

Krux didn't answer, sometimes his mate babbled, but he didn't care. With a happy hiss he licked her snout, and she licked him back. The night was young, and he knew they were far from done. His penis had not retracted back into his vent yet, and hung out still partially erect, pre oozing from the tip.

"Yesss you are, you big horny beast!" Krissa said, letting his tongue slide over her snout as she twined her own around it, "After having you inside me, another male will never be able to sssatisfy me!"

Krux, having had enough of his mates babbling, moved his snout lower, his tongue sliding into her vent with a lewd slurp, and he hissed in delight as she spread them for him.

Krissa gave a squeal, holding her mates head and kicking her legs as he began to 'eat' her, and hissed, "What, again!?! You insatiable brute! I'll walk funny for a week!" But as she'd hoped, he wouldn't take 'no' for an answer, and when he grunted to let her know he was ready she was just as eager as he was as she lifted her tail again. And as he mounted her she squealed in ecstasy as his fangs clamped onto her neck, but oh so gently he never left a mark. She clawed at the ground as he serviced her, gasping and squealing. Oh Goddess, oh Gods!!! What he did to her! Slowly her cries became louder and louder, her screeching hiss of ecstasy almost drowned out by his own bellow as they both climaxed again. Afterward she rested her head on her hands breathing heavily as he licked her for awhile, then gasped and smiled as he began thrusting again. Number four!

Krissa got up and stretched, then bent over and gave her tail a good shake to get any kinks out of it. What a night! Walking over to Krux she gave him a gentle kick in the flank, and he just opened an eye and groaned. Hissing in amusement, she said, "I don't care if you're all worn out! It'ss time to meet the others at the Inn and get on the road." Then she squatted down and gave his snout a long slow lick, and added, "I love you, you know; my big sstrong handsome mate." Krux gave another 'that's more like it' grunt, and sleepily rolled upright, then rose to his hind legs. He gave himself a good shake, and then waited as she put his riding harness on. He didn't mind her riding him at all, no matter how she did it. Just having her close was nice, her sweet scent filling his nostrils. He was already looking forward to their next mating.

As they rode into the front yard of the Inn the gang was just getting around to saddling their own mounts, which got harder when Krissa and Krux put in an appearance. The horses and mules could tolerate the smaller reptile, but the other was a NO brainer. They did NOT approve. Though not as large or heavy as a horse; his head was at the same level as theirs giving them a good view of his fangs and cold hungry eyes. After some yelling and rearing, Krissa turned around and rode Krux a little ways down the road, then dismounted and came back.

"Sssorry", Krissa said, "I keep forgetting about that. You'd think the ssstupid things would be usssed to him by now."

Croft laughed, and said, "Would you get used to having something around that looks at you like you're on the menu for lunch all the time?"

Krissa gave an amused hiss, and said, "No, I guesss not. Why are you doing that?"

Croft, who had been energetically scratching himself, said, "Damn place had bedbugs."

Krissa hissed in amusement again, another advantage of scales and pebbled hide as opposed to soft pink tasty skin! Bedbugs wouldn't even look at a Kobold. The only bugs they had to worry about were some large rock ticks that could penetrate even their tough hide, but there weren't any in this area.

A few hours later Krissa pulled Krux to a halt, and looked at a crudely made sign that said, "Murkwood, Danger, Go Back, Really!" Hmph, she thought, someone had a morbid sense of humor! Still, the place did look downright creepy, even to her. She was a mountain Kobold, and while forests and jungles didn't necessarily bother her that much; the mountains did have forests after all, the lowland ones were much denser and 'populated', and she'd always felt a bit out of her element. The only things her species had to really worry about in their native habitat were the occasional large cat or bear, but the lowland jungles held many more dangers. When Krux gave a disapproving hiss, she patted his neck, and said, "I agree." She waited for Croft to ride up to see why she'd stopped, and though his horse didn't like it the beast behaved itself, being a well trained warhorse.

"What's the holdup?" Croft asked, "We've still got plenty of light."

"Not in there." Krissa said, "See how dark it isss, it's like the lightss swallowed up.

"You're right," Croft said, "It is downright gloomy looking, but at least we'll be out of the sun."

Hah: Krissa thought, yet another advantage! Hide doesn't sunburn!

"What does the map say?" Croft asked.

"Well, according to it thiss isss the right way." Krissa replied, "The road is supposed to continue all the way through, but we have to leave it at some point ass the bridge over thisss river is down. There'sss ssuppossed to be a sstone marker of ssome kind for uss to find that points to a Ford, but not for awhile. Ssstill, we need to be on the lookout for it, be easssy to misss."

"Lead the way." Croft said.

"Gee, thanksss!" Krissa hissed, and giving Krux a gentle nudge they started down the road and into Murkwood.

I do not like this place; Krissa thought as she rode Krux down the overgrown road. From the way his body was tense she could tell her mate didn't care for it much either. He kept flicking his tongue and snorting, flaring his nostrils as he scented the still humid air. There was no breeze, no noise, no nothing! Usually a forest or jungle was alive with sounds, the wind blowing, things rustling in the bushes and under the leaves, the sounds of life and death, but here there was nothing. If they stopped it got even worse, the silence oppressive. Where were the squirrels and birds?? No wonder they named this place Murkwood, she thought, it was perfect. Once they passed the ruins of an old Inn that looked like it had been abandoned for years, the roof having collapsed and the empty doors and windows gaped darkly. Krux eyed the ruins warily, giving a deep menacing hiss. Krissa felt the same way, she felt no desire to poke around and see if anything of value had been left behind.

Later she pulled to a halt as she heard hoofbeats approaching from behind, and Croft came riding up; and giving his horse a hard pull on the reins causing it to rear, yelled, "Have you seen anything out of the ordinary!?"

Krissa hissed, and said, "There's nothing ordinary about thisss place! Why, has ssomething happen?"

"We stopped at that old Inn to see if the well had water," Croft said, "and the biggest bear I've even seen came out of the old stable and carried off a mule! Just picked it up and carried it off like it was a rat! We put some arrows in it, but it didn't even seem to notice."

So; Krissa thought, that's what Krux had sensed. It looked like the forest had some occupants after all. Big nasty ones.

"Well," Krissa said, "Guesss we'll have to keep away from ruins and cavess. I'd keep the bows ready though, it might come back for sssecondsss."

"Oh, we will, don't worry about that." Croft said, "It's a good thing we brought along so many extra mounts to help haul off the loot, riding double in this heat would kill a horse."

While the heat didn't necessarily bother Krissa that much; the humidity was a bit oppressive, so she had to agree. "I'll keep an eye out for any more bearsss, or other unfriendly wildlife."

"You do that." Croft said, "And be careful! No telling what else is skulking about out here."

"Why Croft," Krissa hissed, "I didn't know you cared!"

"You've got the map, remember?" Croft said with a smile, then turned his horse and rode back towards the rest of the gang.

Krissa hissed in amusement, despite his obvious shortcomings she couldn't help but like the male human. If he was a Kobold they might even...but, well, he wasn't. A shame that.

A few hours later Krissa gave a gentle pull on Krux's halter, and as they came to a stop she sniffed carefully, flicking her tongue to taste the air, and Krux snorted. There! She caught a trace of a scent again! She'd smelled it before, a kind of rank smell like old clothes that had been worn too long. Not quite a stench, but not far from it. Reek was a good word for it. She was pretty sure she knew what it was, but wanted to make sure. Dismounting, she led Krux over to the base of a tall tree, and told him to 'stay'. He knew what she wanted, so would stay put while she climbed up the tree to see if she could see anything up ahead from a higher vantage point.

Krissa didn't have any trouble climbing the tree; even a Mountain Kobold could climb one fairly easily. But she was much slower then one of her cousins; an arboreal Kobold, would have been. Her shorter thicker claws were made for digging into cracks in rocks and tunneling, not the softer bark of a tree. But she managed without much trouble, and soon reached a nice high perch. Had she been an arboreal she would have just scampered up without pause. Sitting on her chosen perch she looked around, and sure enough, there they were. Goblins!

Krissa gave a soft hiss of disgust. Goblins! She hated the stupid things! One reason was they bore a passing resemblance to Kobolds, but they were not reptiles despite their lizard like tails and greenish/gray skin. She'd been called a Goblin more than once by stupid humans who didn't know the difference, and it was a great insult as far as she was concerned. If they had fur they'd look like lizard-rats more than anything else. Singly they weren't much of a threat, but the problem was they ran in packs, big ones. And even though this mob was fairly small, there were still over a hundred of them. And that was the problem, individually you could 'reason' with a Goblin since they were basically cowards; but in a mob they drew strength from numbers, and would beat the crap out of anyone unfortunate enough to run into them, and usually rape them; numerous times, and then sell them into slavery. Or keep them as a sex slave if they were unlucky enough to be female. Goblins were randy things, and didn't much care who; or what, they fucked. And they were camped right at the only Ford over the river indicated on the map, and from the looks they'd been there awhile and didn't appear to be getting ready to leave anytime soon. Just bloody perfect; Krissa thought. With another hiss she climbed back down the tree, time to give Croft the bad news.

"Goblins!" Croft said in dismay, "What the Hell are they doing here!?"

"How the Hell ssshould I know," Krissa hissed, "you want me to go and asssk them??"

"Well, damn!" Croft continued, "This isn't good! Did you see any way around them?"

"Nope." Krissa said, "I scouted along the bank, but the river isss too wide and deep, and full of nasssties. The Ford isss the only way across, and their camp isss blocking the way. Krux and I could sssneak by, but not you lot."

"We could just beat them up." Durk suggested hopefully. He liked to beat things up; it was kind of a hobby. Not that he was a bully; he liked to beat up the bullies.

"No," Croft said, "too many, we'd be outnumbered ten to one, and even with Goblins those aren't good odds. If it was only five to one, maybe. But ten, no way. They'd just swarm us."

Krissa hopped down from Krux, and led him a little farther away from the camp as the stupid horses and mules were starting to get fidgety, and then came back. She listened to her human companions argue for a little while; about half wanted to give up and go back to the town, the rest wanted to do a frontal assault on the Goblin camp, which was fortified. She hissed in frustration, both STUPID ideas! Finally; with a louder hiss, she got up and started to leave the camp.

"Hey," Croft said, "where are you going?"

"While you geniussesss are arguing," Krissa replied, "I'm going to go do something conssstructive."

"Whut," Durk asked, "Is she gonna built something?"

"No," Krissa hissed in amusement, "I'm going to sscout the Goblin camp, might be able to get some ussseful information."

Croft thought for a second, then said, "OK, but you be careful. You know they have a good sense of smell. Want some company?"

"Oh, don't worry about me." Krissa replied, "I'm good at sssneaking around. I'll leave Krux here, he'd jusst be in the way. And you know I work bessst alone."

"Yeah," Croft said, "I'd like to see him try and sneak around."

"Actually" Krissa said, "He'ss quite good at it too, but not in a Goblin camp." After all, he's snuck up on her when they first 'met', and it was hard to sneak up on a Kobold.

Krux was not happy at all, but being as smart as he was he understood why his mate wanted him to wait. But he still wasn't happy, his job was protecting her. As she faded into the woods he gave a soft worried hiss, and Croft patted his neck, and said,

"Don't worry about her, big fella. She's tougher then nails."

Krissa paused at a muddy puddle to smear her clean hide with a layer of slimy mud to help mask her scent, but otherwise she was nude. Though Kobolds smelled similar to many other reptiles; and the river area was full of reptiles, mostly big hungry ones, the noses of Goblins were so sensitive they might be able to tell the difference. That was one of the Goblins 'strength's', come to think of it just about the only one. Those prodigious noses of theirs could sniff out the only peanut in a bag of oats with ease. So she hoped smelling like a slimy muddy reptile would help her scent to 'blend' into the background better, and if they caught a glimpse of her she'd look pretty much like a large slimy reptile, and she'd be going on all fours to help heighten that impression.

Moving slowly and carefully; often stopping to make sure she hadn't been spotted and check for any hidden traps, she slowly worked her way closer to the camp. Just because Goblins were idiots didn't mean they were stupid. They could be mean and vicious, and were fairly good at setting traps and pitfalls. This mob; however, looked to be lowlifes even by Goblin standards. The wall around their camp was a joke; it might keep out grazing animals, but a predator would just hop over it. Not that many predators would be interested in Goblins; they tasted as bad as they smelled. There were torches at regular intervals, but no guards that she could see. This is going to be easy, she thought as she crept forward over the soggy ground on her belly. I'm just a big lizard; she thought, don't mind me!

Slipping over the top of the co-called wall she crouched in the dark shadows thrown by one of the torches, and looked around. It looked like the Goblins she could see around a larger fire in the middle of the camp were having a nose picking contest; or maybe they were having dinner, she couldn't be sure. As for what they were eating, she didn't want to know. The little creatures were about her size, but leaner with long spindly limbs and oversized looking heads because of their huge nose and ears. Like her they went almost naked most of the time as their skin was tough, but they did wear loincloths as a general rule, though a few had on trousers with holes cut in the rear for their tails. Since this was a 'war camp' there were no females, they stayed at the permanent camps with the kiddies. Their females were even uglier then the males, so it always amazed Krissa they were so prolific. No accounting for taste; she thought.

The central firepit was surrounded by a collection of rather poorly built huts made from bent sticks and hides, and that was about it. Goblins tended to keep things pretty simple as they were pretty simple themselves. And like all Goblin camps it stank, their idea of 'sanitary' being don't take a dump in your hut, but anywhere else is OK including someone else's hut. So it stank. The fact they could smell anything else over their own stink was a testament to the amazing capability of their noses. It was said when noses were being handed out they went back for fifth's, and then stole some more.

After waiting several minutes Krissa slipped to the ground, then slid on her stomach; which was easier then it looked for her since she was basically a lizard, and took cover behind the nearest hut. Her own nose told her it was probably empty, so she crawled under the bottom of the one of the hides on the side. It was empty, and like she'd thought it appeared to be used mainly for storage. There were a few barrels and large bags, and some sort of dried meet hung from a rack. The barrels contained flour, and the sacks had other food related items like beans or oats. Not very useful, so she slid back under the edge of the wall, and moved to the next hut. It was occupied; she could hear snores, so she moved on. Her main objective was the largest hut in the camp. It should contain their 'totem', and any treasure they might have lucked into. It took her about two hours to reach it as it was on the far side of the camp, and even though it had gone as well as could be hoped for so far she didn't let down her guard, her movements stealthy and calculated as she used her natural abilities and experience to her advantage; she was an expert thief, among one of the best. If she didn't want to be seen, she seldom was.

The only incident on the way was when a sleepy Goblin stumbled out of a hut and almost took a whiz on her while she lay perfectly still in the shadows. The acrid scent of his urine splattering the ground a foot in front of her snout made her wrinkle her lips in distaste, but she remained still even though a few drops pattered onto her hide. If he'd been peeing ON her it would have been the last thing he'd have ever done. Once he'd finished and went back inside she kept still for awhile, and then moved on. Finally she reached her destination.

The main difference between the other huts and the main one was it had a floor, and she had to use her claws to slit a slash in the side of the tent to get in. As she'd thought it was the mob's 'treasury' and 'holy place'. It looked like their totem was some kind of pig thing; or maybe some really ugly Goblin idea of a god, and stacked around it were a few small chests. To her surprise they held mostly gold and silver coins, which was surprising considering that Goblins usually didn't have much in the way of silver, let alone gold. She was even more surprised when one of the smallest chests had a small bag of very decent gems as well as some glass fakes! She hadn't planned on taking anything; having figured these Goblins would probably only have a copper or two at the best, so hadn't brought anything to carry anything in as she was naked. Which was by far the best way to sneak around, especially if you were a lizard. But she was anything if not inventive, so she popped the better gems in her mouth, tucking them under her tongue. There!

So far everything had gone quite nicely, but as they tend to do things went South in a big way; and with no warning, as several pairs of strong hands grabbed her as she slipped out of the hole she'd cut in the side of the tent. Caught!! As Krissa struggled, hissing and snapping, voices said,

"Told you I smelled something!" "Yeah, Gork's got a good nose!" "Better get Gonk, he's gonna want to see this!" "Whad is it?" "It's a Kobold, a girl one!"

One on one a Goblin was no match for a Kobold, but with two holding each of her arms and legs, and another two holding her tail Krissa was pretty much helpless. Then they bound her with heavy ropes, very securely. She realized they weren't as stupid as they looked; they knew how to tie up a Kobold to keep it from using its sharp hand or feet claws to get loose. They even tied her tail to a leg. They left her snout free though, so she could talk; and she used the opportunity to swallow the gems she'd had tucked under her tongue, otherwise she'd sound funny, and they'd come back out in the end.

"Who you, and what you want here?" A somewhat larger; and slightly better dressed, he had on a vest, Goblin asked Krissa.

"Who, me?" Krissa hissed, "Jusst happened to be in the neighborhood, so thought I'd drop in just to be friendly and say 'Hi'. Maybe borrow a cup of gold coinsss."

"Hmph, just sneaking Kobold thief!" The Head Goblin said derisively, "Well, we know what do with thieves! Right guys?"

A couple of Goblins scratched their heads; or picked their noses, and one asked, "Whut we do, boss?"

"We sell as slave, dumbasses!" The Head Goblin said, sounding disgusted.

"Oh yeah, right!" The questioner said, "But don't we get have fun first?"

"What you mean, fun?" The Head Goblin said, "We no torture, not get much for dead slave!"

"No, not that," the Goblin said, "she GIRL Kobold."

"Ohhh, ho-ho!" the Head Goblin said, "That different! Me go first!"

Oh, just fucking great! Krissa thought; as she was dragged away. She had no delusions as to what was coming.

Krissa had been raped before, but that didn't mean she enjoyed it. It was a tough life for a female on her own; no matter what her species. Well, maybe all the time it hadn't really been rape as you'd stoop to doing things you wouldn't normally do if you were hungry enough, but there was always some male that wanted to stick his dick in you, whether you felt the same way about it or not. Any rape was bad, but the degree of badness did vary considerably. And a gang rape was the worst of all, as she quickly found out. And the Goblins had it down to a fine art.

They strapped her to a kind of brace made from heavy poles; despite her very energetic and strenuous objections, bent over with her tail tied out of the way in a 'mounting position'. Due to their own tails that was the way Goblins preferred to copulate. To make it even worse they slipped a kind of gag into her mouth with a hole in the center so they could use her two at a time. The little perverts definitely knew what they were doing; had they tried that without the gag they'd have been sans penises. And there wasn't a damn thing she could do about it except endure what was coming as lines of aroused males formed on both sides of the brace. And they didn't waste their time in getting started to 'have some fun'; as soon as she was helpless and 'ready' the Head Goblin mounted her first as she gave a muffled hiss of outrage. He lunged a few times until he hilted, then started fucking her with fast powerful thrusts.

"Oh yeah!" The Goblin grunted, "It been long time since we had some pussy!"

Krissa hissed in rage as another cock was shoved into her mouth; cum dripping from her fangs, and another Kobold humped her from behind. Despite their size the male Goblins were fairly well endowed, their penises human shaped. She'd have much preferred they have reptilian phalluses as at least it would have felt more 'natural'. She gave a grunt of involuntary pleasure as the male fucking her suddenly shuddered as he poured a load of cum into her already overflowing sex, then dismounted with a satisfied grunt of his own.

"Umm, me like Kobold pussy, nice and tight!" The Goblin said as the next male stepped up for his turn at 'having some fun'. He was number twenty, and the line showed no signs of getting any shorter.

As the next male mounted her the one with his cock in her mouth gave a yelp of pleasure as he orgasmed, and she gagged as his thick cum squirted down her throat. She'd been helplessly swallowing most of it; she had no choice, and it roiled in her stomach, and she felt sick. Gods, they stank! Soon another cock slid into her helplessly gaping mouth as thighs slammed into her rear, cock pistoning in her abused sex. She'd lost track of how long this had been going on, and what was even worse she'd actually been having orgasms of her own every now and then; much to their amusement as they could smell it. Every time she came they give hoots of amusement.

"Hey Gork, she like Goblin cock!" "Yeah, she cumming a lot!" "Maybe we keep this one, make sex slave!" "Yeah, good idea, Gook, fuck her all the time!" "Yah, me going to go again!" "She make good sex slave!"

She hissed angrily; that was the problem, she WAS cumming a lot, whether she wanted to or not. Her regular out-of-season sex with Krux had left her very receptive to mating, no matter with who or what. So she was 'ready' to be bred, her usual defenses such as the hard pliable pebbled hide that usually protected her vent being left soft and vulnerable. She'd left herself 'wide open', so to speak. Damn them; she thought, hissing in pleasure as another rigid cock slid into her quivering sex. Damn them for making it feel so fucking GOOD! As it went on she finally gave in, 'enjoying' herself as much as was possible under the circumstances, grunting and hissing in helpless pleasure as they serviced her. A human female probably would have passed out by now, but her toughness and the rather brutal; by human standards, sex she was used to were working against her. Compared to Krux the Goblins were almost being 'gentle'. And there were close to a hundred of the little rapists, each determined to have their turn, or turns. Talk about sloppy seconds!

The large raptor had been growing increasingly restless and agitated, and when Croft made a move to try and calm him he had hissed and snapped at the human. Croft took the hint and left him alone after that. Krux tolerated the male human since his mate seemed to like him, but that was about it. He sensed something was wrong; the feeling growing, and finally he couldn't wait anymore and went to find his mate. He knew she needed him!

"Damn it!" Yelled Croft, as Krux suddenly gave a roar and charged out of the camp, "What's his problem!? Come back here you stupid lizard!"

"What are we going to do now?!" One of the gang yelled, "That stupid lizard is going to ruin everything!"

"We follow him, something must be wrong!" Croft yelled as he grabbed his sword and helmet, "Grab your weapons and follow me!" They had left their horses saddled, and swinging up on his he was soon following Krux down the narrow road at a gallop.

The Goblin humping Krissa suddenly paused as an ear-shattering roar split the still night air; then with a "What da fuck...!?!", he pulled out even as his cock pulsed and blasted cum all over the Kobold's rear and tail to join the large amount already oozing from her sex and dripping down her legs. As the cock in her mouth was suddenly yanked out Krissa gave a hiss of relief. About time! She raised her head and saw Krux poised on top of the palisade wall, his eyes glowing in the firelight; tail whipping, then he opened his mouth revealing his impressive rows of fangs, and roared again. The Goblins; more startled than anything else at first, now begin to absolutely panic as the large monster leaped into their midst and started a horrible slaughter. Good boy; Krissa thought, then finally passed out, more from relief then any other reason.

Krux was in his element, this was what he'd been trained for. And that; plus his rage at his mate's violation, made sure the Goblins pretty much never had a chance. Caught unawares without time to try and even organize a defense it was more a massacre then a battle. Fangs ripping and claws slashing he waded through them like a hot knife through butter, body parts flying everywhere. Half the Goblins didn't even know what was going on at first, running from their huts where they'd been sleeping or resting after the ongoing gangbang to find bodies everywhere and a horrible death waiting for them. When the human cavalry came charging into the camp a few minutes later, that pretty much clinched it. The few Goblins who could tried to escape by swimming across the river; much to the delight of the crocodiles and other aquatic predators who were soon enjoying a major feeding frenzy. It's doubtful any of the Goblins reached the far bank, and if they did other predators; attracted by the smell of blood, would have been eagerly waiting to greet them. In all the excitement most of the predators even forgot that Goblins tasted horrible. The 'battle' took about six minutes, tops.

Croft was a veteran soldier; and most of the gang was used to violence, but even they cringed when they saw what waited inside the camps walls. Their part in the battle was anticlimactic and mainly consisted of putting mangled Goblins out of their misery, more to shut up the annoying screaming then anything else.

Krissa slowly woke up to find a large soft tongue gently licking her, Krux's anxious snout rubbing her own in worry, soft hisses filling her ears. Wearily she licked him back, and the raptor gave a grunt of relief. Then she vomited a huge amount of cum onto the ground, and weakly lifted her head as a voice said,

"He won't let us near you," Croft said, "And we can't untie you unless he does. He almost took my arm off last time I tried."

Krissa licked Krux again, and hissed, "It'ss OK, he just wantsss to help."

Krux didn't like it, but he backed away; hovering worriedly, while Croft and Durk cut Krissa free from her bonds and gently laid her down. Croft gave a growl of anger at the sight of her wrists and ankles which had been rubbed raw by the coarse rope and her struggles despite her tough hide. What little sympathy he might have had for the Goblins vanished. He had come to like the feisty little female, and seeing her abused like this filled him with a deep burning anger. Damn it, he should have sent someone else with her to keep an eye on things!

"Ben," Croft said to one of the gang who doubled as their 'surgeon', "get your kit and bring it over by the fire."

Krissa hissed in pain as Durk helped her up; finally just picking her up, and took her over to the fire. Krux tolerated it as he could sense the large man's own concern for his mate. As he set her down again, she said,

"Thankss for resscue."

"Don't thank us," Croft replied, "Thank Krux. He knew something was wrong and we couldn't stop him. I think he's pretty much earned his share."

Krissa gave a hiss of amusement, and said, "Good thing you didn't try. Sss-sss-sss, He can be rather hard headed at timesss. But you did come; ssso thank you, he might not have been able to do it on hisss own."

Croft looked around at the bloody destruction, and replied, "Oh, I think he had the matter pretty well under control. We just got here in time to mop up. I-I'm; we all are, really sorry this happened. If we'd known sooner..."

Krissa just nodded wearily, surprised she felt so embarrassed at having been seen in such a helpless position by her human companions. Despite being a different species she was female, and being exposed like that to even males of a different species was not enjoyable in the least, though she doubted the sight was very arousing to human males. Still, it was embarrassing to be seen like in front of...friends.

The rest of the gang had spread out to loot; and finish off any wounded Goblins they'd missed the first time around as they didn't like it when one of their company was raped, whether it was a female Kobold or not. They were not gentle. It was Durk who found the sole survivor who wasn't already missing an arm or leg.

Ben had returned and was applying ointment and bandages to Krissa's ankles and wrists when Durk walked into the firelight holding a small squirming figure, and she recognized the Goblin from the vest he was wearing.

"Lookit what I caught." Durk said with pride, "I found him hiding in the big tent."

"Well, well," Krissa hissed, "if isssn't Gonk, the fearlesss leader of this band of merry rapistsss."

"Lemme go!" The Goblin whined, "We was just having fun, and you was a thief anyways! You come sneakin around our camp, what you expect!"

With a snarl that sounded almost reptilian, Croft stood up and pulled out his sword, as did a few other bandits. It was flaying time.

"Wait." Krissa said, "We need sssome information! He might be usseful!"

"You let me go, and I'll tell you anything you want to hear!" Gonk squealed, eyeing the array of sharp shiny blades and other instruments of extreme pain.

"What are you doing here, ssso far away from anything?" Krissa asked.

"Guarding the Ford!" Gonk said.

"Why?" Krissa asked.

"Because we was paid too!" Gonk said, shifting nervously when none of the blades were sheathed. "Y-You promise to let me go?"

"Yesss, we promissse." Krissa hissed. "Now, WHO was paying you!?"

"The Wizard, Mylar the Magnificent!" The Goblin replied.

"Uh, wasn't that guys name Mylar the Malevolent?" Durk asked.

"Hell," Gonk said, "He also calls himself Mylar the Magnanimous sometimes, and I don't even know what that means!"

"Wizards do love titles." Croft mused.

"Why doesss he have you guarding the Ford?" Krissa asked.

"I dunno," Gonk answered, then held up his hands and squealed when one of the bandits made a hostile move, "He didn't tell us!! Just gave us five gold pieces a month to watch the Ford! And we got to beat up anybody who came by, and keep their stuff."

"And rape the femalesss." Krissa hissed angrily.

"Yeh, that too!" Gonk said; then paled, "I mean, I didn't...we, uh...!"

"Get out of here before we change or minds, you little piece of shit!" Croft said in a quiet deadly voice.

Gonk didn't need any more urging, and with a loud 'Yes Sir!', he quickly disappeared between two huts as fast as he could run. It wasn't fast enough. There was a loud terror filled squeal that ended abruptly in a wet crunching sound, and a second later Krux emerged from the shadows with a small limp form hanging from his jaws. He shook his head, and the body came loose from the head, and then he spit out the head. He had what everyone swore was a smug look on his snout.

"Ewww." Durk said.

"Oooopsss." Krissa said, "Bad Krux!"

"Oh well, shit happens." Croft added. No one was very upset; and the Crocs would probably have gotten him anyway.

The End
