Frozen in time, distance no longer a factor as the bends of time and space do not seem to even comprehend reality, a mythical city that was almost pure concentrated magic it was a place only few ever got to see! Telling others of this magical land was punishable by being drained of all that you loved, losing the magical powers within one's soul was like death itself but even then it was sad these mystics would even go as far as feeding their own brethren to a great dragon guardian.
Superstition is what got hir hear to these lands, so it would be unwise for hir in this hour of trespass to think such things didn't take place! As a dark portal ripped open within a soft brown gazebo, encircled by that of a grand exotic garden just outside the city in question. Out slowly crept that of a hand and slowly, a dark form that blended well as the city itself was cloaked in such darkness. It was also an interesting tale shi had learned of while finding more information about this place, darkness and light are controlled by the great wizard who resides and rules this city of powerful auras. When he is awake, it is day and while he sleeps it becomes night and when he is sad it's said that it rains and thunderstorms. But all this power, even if it did indeed wet hir pallet for their souls to strengthen hir own power, what shi was after was the precious gem that shi had come to know quite well.
