Hey there. Just a side note... you might've realized that I didn't quite explain what Hunter looks like... that's because I ain't sure how to explain his look without failing. Basically in my head he looks like Shiuk's 'Big Bad Wolf' with the awesome long, spiky hair I adore... achem, anywho. Enjoy the story. :3
Earth's Children: 'A Bad First Impression'
„Koda..." - I can hear a whisper in my ear... the same presence of a woman within my dream... and then I realize that this voice sound familiar.
"Jaine... What the hell are you doing in my dream?"
"I'm sorry. I just want to warn you its morning soon... the guards will check on your room in about an hour and I believe you don't want anyone to find out about your friend?" - She said that while walking from behind a tree.
"You were not supposed to get into our minds..." - I said while crossing my arms.
"So you'd prefer to oversleep and get caught with Hunter in your room?"
"How do you know Hunter is here anyway?"
"I've got many abilities people don't know about."
"They are not as good as you think... I've sensed you watching me before." - I said, just to tease her.
"That's only because you're a Hybrid. Others would have no idea."
"So you admit that this isn't the first time you invaded my mind while I sleep?"
"There is a reason for that... it's for your own safety."
"Jaine... Nothing can happen to me inside of a dream... would be better if you watched over me in real life, thank you. Please, stay away from my mind or I will try to use it against you... and you know I'm good at figuring things out." - I was serious... No one likes their thoughts to lose privacy.
"You're making a big mistake... but at same time I can't say 'no' to the son of Earthwarden..."
That was last thing she said before Hunter woke me up.
'...Well... that's a nice surprise.' - I think after realizing me and Hunter are pressing chests so much it looks as if we were glued while having arms around each other... My muzzle was buried in his chest.
"Koda..." - He whispered, slightly petting me. I think he still believes I'm asleep and tries to wake me up.
"Mmh?" - I mumbled before actually figuring out that we're lying way too close and quickly moving muzzle away. He kept arms around my waist and therefore our bellies were still pressing again each other.
"You look so peaceful while sleeping." - He said while scratching himself behind the head and blushing with a ^,^" type of face.
There was something I couldn't understand... His body... When so close to his body I am both uncomfortable but at same time... uh... I can't even describe how I really feel... curious, I guess.
"You're not gonna freak out, are you?" - He asked, seeing me having a confused face expression.
I looked at him with a slight smile on my muzzle before wrapping arms around him again.

"Nah..."
He started licking my headfur... that is until I looked up so that my muzzle was 1 inch away from his. He then licked it and I licked him back. 'Didn't even realize we were running paws over each other until he got on top of me, rubbing his chest over mine.
I started breathing a bit deeper as his fur grinded against me. His paws were teasingly running over my side as I rubbed his back with my paw pads while nuzzling each other's necks. I knew there was something troubling about what I'm doing but the entire affection I receive caused me to forget what.
My body slightly arched, craving for more as his paw slid over to my underwear, gently running it over my bumcheek through the white briefs. His other paw was pressing against the pillow near my head as he was about 5 inches above, piercing me with his blue eyes.
There was a feeling I couldn't understand... I knew this is not what we should do... I knew this might get me into trouble but I couldn't stop.
Hunter moved down a bit to run his tongue up my belly and chest. I suppressed a yelp and looked down at him with a blush, his muzzle reached the top of my chest before nuzzling my neck which I extended after feeling his warm tongue there.
"H-hunter... the guards will soon be here." - I said in a husky voice with my paw diving in his headfur which I adore.
"Koda... can you promise me one thing?" - He said with the muzzle next to my ear, his abs resting on my body that seems so small compared to him.
"What is it?"
"...Don't go back to human world again... I've got a bad feeling about this."
"I have to... I can't stay under father's robes for my entire life. I want to explore." - I could hear the steps outside. The guard. Hunter heard them too as he got up and walked up to a window before looking back at me:
"Let's hope your father is right about his plans..."
I didn't know how to answer that and so I stayed silent. He stepped onto the window frame before jumping down. One minute later the guards knock on my room.
"Come in." - My voice sounded more sad than I thought it will. A rabbit entered and looked around.
"Everything alright, sir?"
"Mhm... I'm just a bit tired. Couldn't sleep."
"Just a reminder: Sentinel Jaine's team is going to human lands today. You assigned for this task so it is best to start getting ready."
"I know, I know... Say... do you know what Jaine has on her mind."
The guard scratches head before answering: "I believe she wants to pay a 'visit' to one of the leaders of human kind... they call such leaders 'presidents'."
"And if you were to guess... is there a chance they'll listen to us? And what are the chances that entire human kind will agree to the new terms of saving earth?"
The rabbit scratched his ear. - "Well... In MY opinion... I am not sure if this is going to work. If there are billions of humans then I am sure at least a million of them will carry on living the old ways which will slow down the process of reduction."
"Which will force us to take things into our own paws... *Sigh* This is all making a circle again."
"How do you mean?" - He asked.
"Think about it... few thousand years ago we tried to change humans' way of living and ended up being wiped out... What if this time we'll have less luck? What if we all die?"
"Then it means we were not good enough to stop humans from destroying Earth... but I guess a different force will take care of that... Think about it... They are dependent on recourses... if they get used up then humans won't manage."
"Let's hope it won't come to that. Right... I'll get ready now. Tell Jaine I'll be with her in about 10 minutes."
The rabbit nodded before leaving my room. I sat on my bed and considered Hunter's words...
'Let's hope your father is right about his plans...'
What if he's not? What if we're all going to die... We have the advantage of being just a myth to them. This place is protected from harm... even if rest of the earth dies, we would survive to one day go back to the dead lands and restore them...
Just after jumping down the window I could hear someone talking to Koda.
I don't feel like it's a good idea for Koda to go there and thus I've got a plan. Let's just hope Jaine seriously doesn't read minds without permission. I make my way to the team meeting place. Most of the team members are already here, including Jaine but Koda is not here... good.
"Raz!" - I shouted to a younger grey wolf that's in Jaine's team. The wolf shrugs and walks up to me.
You see... I've got quite a unique power. My body has unusual ability to shapeshift, which also allows me to heal in a blink of an eye.
"What is it?" - He asked a little bit harshly... for some reason people think I'm a nasty person even though hardly anyone really knows me. I don't mind... at least I can see who'd be worth my friendship. Although he'll have a reason to be harsh, hehe.
"I need your help. Earthwarden's son fell down the cliff."
His eyes bulged. He then quickly answered: "Lead the way."
We ventured into a nearby forest called 'Goldenclaw Forest'. It's the only forest that has wild lynxes. I saw a few running away as we ventured deeper and deeper to soon stop.
"Well?" - He asked, knowing something's wrong. Before I got a chance to reply he grabbed my throat with a bark. - "What do you think you're doing? Why did you bring me here?"
I snarled as a huge bone spike started seeping out my paw. - "Let go or I will shove this down your throat."
He didn't let go, in fact, he tightened the grip. I had to be careful since he's one of the Hybrids and so he uses kinetic power to make himself stronger physically.
I swiped the huge spike at his head but he quickly freezed own forearm and parried. I took the chance to headbutt him and successfully break free from his grasp.
He instantly summoned a fireball and threw it at me as if I killed his mother. That didn't impress me. I simply moved my head away and the fireball hit a nearby tree. He soon realized my fur slowly changes color to grey and looked kind of confused. That didn't stop him from bringing his paws up and causing entire tree to snap and fall on me. I could feel my chest being pierced by a branch as well as being pressed on hard because of the weight of the tree. He walked up to me as I coughed up some blood.
"Tch, tch, tch... seriously... trying to fight a Hybrid? Who do you think you are."
I chuckled and he tilted head to the side, raising an eyebrow. My eyes turned yellow, like his.
"And you? You just destroyed The Earth Mother's creation." - I point at the tree that's squashing my back.
"Even at your last breath you try to annoy me?"
I couldn't help but to laugh. He got up and stepped back, seeing my transformation complete... seeing a copy of himself.
"Last breath? Seriously? You think that just because I ain't a Hybrid you can think of yourself as better than me?"
I firmly place paws on the ground and growl while getting up, lifting the tree. While on my fours I place one paw under the tree and lift it, causing the branch to slip out of my body. I then get up and let go of it. He started backing away with a shocked expression, seeing himself with a huge hole in the chest that starts healing before his very eyes.
"Seems I'm fighting a freak of nature." - He mumbled.
"You got that right." - I said as lots of sharp, bone-spikes started seeping out of my arms, all the way from back of my paws to the shoulders. - "I was going to simply tie you up seems I'll have to use a drastic method."
He was in such a shock, seeing own clone with bloodied spikes sticking out from arms that he didn't realize I walked up to him. That is until I landed a harsh kick on his chest, causing his back to hit off a tree. I swiped both of my paws, causing the spikes to shoot out of my arms and pierce through his, making him scream as he got stuck to the tree. I was kinda shocked myself by the violence I used.
"Sorry. I am not gonna let Koda go there without me."
I then headed back to the village.
"Raz, where've you been?" - It was Koda. He was wearing a long, brown tribal kilt with a line of feathers going down the left side.
"A citizen needed help."
"Okay, guys and girls. We're all here so I guess we can head off to the human lands. Just remember that they are not going to trust us therefore stay calm and don't tempt them... and try to speak English at all times to gain their trust."
About an hour later we were in a place called Washington DC heading for The White House... a building where 'president' Obama is.
A row of creatures that humans never believed to exist, stopping in front of the white house as some men dressed in black headed our way, keeping hands on a strange metal object.
"Halt." - Said one of the men, walking up to us. - "What is the meaning of this?"
"We came to see your leader" - Said Jaine before adding: "President Obama."
The human seemed to hold in a laugh. - "Is this a sort of show or charity?"
"With all due respect, this is serious." - Jaine was a bit inpatient and I could see why. It seems we won't see Obama as soon as we would want to.
"And what are the costumes for?" - He asked. I sighed and sticked my paw to the front for him to grab. He looked at me questioningly before grabbing it. I let him feel my soft fur.
"Does the warmth feel like a costume?" - I asked and he realized I don't have a costume on before backing away.
"What the hell are you?" - He asked.
Raz got a bit annoyed. - "Well, that's not a nice way of welcoming someone after three thousand years."
"Guys? We've got unusual thing going on in here." - He said to a strange device in his ear... it might be a similar thing to our communication crystals since soon more men walked up. - "What is it?"
"These... anthro... things want to see President Obama..."
"You can't be serious."
Jaine got annoyed. - "Oh, for crying out loud. Mr. John Oliver Peckinson. Born in 1987 in New York where you studied Crime and Punishment. At the age of 19 your skills have been easily noticed which quickly helped you to raise in the ranks up to your current one which is a Secret Service member. At the age of 21 you married to a woman called Isabelle Adriana Hopper with whom you now raise a child... Sam John Peckinson. At this very moment you're considering shooting me with this thing but I strongly advice you not to in case you want to end up playing hide and seek with your own arms and legs."
I personally found it funny but at same time we weren't supposed to sound harsh...
"How do you-..." - He seemed to be quite shocked, holding the metal thing and pointing it at Jaine.
"I can read minds... do we have to use more proof to show this is serious?"
"With all due respect, sir..." - I started. - "...We could easily overpower you right here and now but we did not come to fight. We came here after 3000 years of hiding to talk about serious issues and thus expect a better welcoming than this. Would you be nice enough to show us where President Obama is?"
"Stay there and don't move... I don't know what the hell you are but you seriously don't think we are going to let some strange creatures into Obama's office?"
Jaine sighed. - "You leave us no choic-" - A loud bang could be heard. I reacted instantly with my kinetic power which probably saved Jaine's life. Right now she was staring at a strange bullet in front of her muzzle. I let the bullet drop before looking angrily at the man. His weapon started to vibrate before flying straight to my paw. I summoned my kinetic arm to defend against incoming shots from the other two men. The projectiles they used were so fast my arm failed after second attempt, hitting me in the shoulder.
Jaine disappeared with a grey smoke before reappearing behind one of the men, breaking his arm and thus neutralizing him. The other one aimed at her but I took a chance to shoot an iceball straight to his face, knocking him out.
A few seconds later we got surrounded by more of the men in black... we were clearly outnumbered... just like all those years ago.
"Put your hands up, NOW!" - One of them shouted. We had paws, not hands but it was still clear what they wanted us to do and therefore we did as they told.
