"Cameron... Cameron... CAMERON"

Cameron's eyes shot up, shortly before his body did as well, making him dizzy for a second as his blurry eyesight made matters worse. He gave each eye a quick rub with his hooved hand before seeing his mother in standing in the doorway.

"....ermm.... what is it mom.. jeeze, it's...." he mumbles, glancing over to his alarm clock to read the time. "...it's 10:00"

"You're exactly right. It's ten o'clock and it's time for you to get up before you sleep the day away." she said, cheerily.

Cameron groaned and covered his head with his covers. "It's ten on a SATURDAY, mom! It's my right to sleep in today." he mumbled from under the covers in half-consciousness.

"Oh! Well in that case, I'm so sorry!" his mom said, grabbing the covers and yanking them clear off the bed, exposing the re-awoken zebra in just his underwear, his body scrunching up into a fetal position as his fur met the cool air in his room. "If you want to go back to sleep, you're more than welcome to, but I need to do laundry, and this blanket is dirty!" his mother chirped as she wadded the blanket into a ball, humming a upbeat tune as she left Cameron's room.

Cameron splayed himself out on his bed, staring at the ceiling for a second before sighing and then grunting as he hauled himself out of bed. He yawned and then stretched before heading out of his room and down the stairs, mumbling to himself. "...I bet there's children in East Germany sleeping in on a Saturday RIGHT NOW..."

"Honey, don't be a smart ass, please remember that you have stripes!" he heard his mother call from inside the laundry room.

"Never heard that one before! That was so funny I forgot to laugh!" Cameron replied as he made his way into the kitchen to pour himself some cereal.

"Oh honey, don't forget that we're meeting with the Schuhbauer's this afternoon!" his mother said, her voice echoing off the walls as she buzzed through the house.

"WHRO?" Cameron said, his mouth muffled by a mouthful of C-3POs.

"The shepherds that moved in kitty-corner to us, next to the Donovans!"

Cameron grunted and began to talk, before ceasing to swallow quickly, milk dribbling from his chin that was soon wiped off by a striped arm. "Awh mom, you mean the DOGS?" Cameron groaned.

Cameron's mom popped into the kitchen, startling him briefly by the suddenness before wagging a finger at him. "I would have expected that kind of language out of your father, but not you!" she scolded.

Cameron ears flattened and he quickly chewed his next mouthful of cereal and swallowed, throwing his arm out to point (in the wrong direction) to the new neighbor's home. "But they're carnivores mom, jeeze!"

Cameron's mom scoffed and walked over to him, pinching his side which elicited a squeal from the young zebra. "So? That's no excuse to be bad neighbors and what makes you think they'd want my scrawny little son?" she said, giggling.

"Gee, thanks mom. Maybe I should have seconds?" Cameron said, finishing the last bite of his bowl of cereal.

"Oh heavens no! If you get too fat you won't be able to outrun the Shuchbauers!" she said, chuckling.

"..wait. Who?" Cameron said, an ear twitching as he cocked his head whilst placing his dishes away.

His mother just rolled her eyes. "You'll find out" she said, exiting the kitchen.

Cameron shuffled his feet as his mother prodded him in the shoulder from behind as they made their way across the street.

"Now Cameron, I want you to be on your best behaviour when you meet Miss Schuhbauer and her son." his mother nagged.

"Oh c'mon mom, I'm 15 now, it's not like- wait, she has a son?" he said inquisitively, his ears perking up.

"That's what I said before. He's your age too. You never listen." she said. Before Cameron could protest to never having heard her state that ever before, she leaned in close to him as they made their way to the front door. "Now, I've been told that her son is.... well, 'special' so treat him nice." she added as they rang the door bell.

"Wait, so is he like retarded or something?" he asked, turning to look at his mother.

"...I don't know honey, just remember to- HELLO THERE NEIGHBOR!" she chirped as the door opened, Cameron's head whipping back to see who had answered.

No surprise that it was a female German shepherd, lithe and toned, her body shown off in the tight blue dress she was wearing.

"Why hello there! You must be Carol, it's so nice to meet you" the shepherd said, her paw reaching out to shake Cameron's mother's.

"Oh, and you must be Cameron! Oh you're such a cutie! You have your mother's stripes!" she said, chuckling to herself, setting Cameron's eyes rolling. "Please, come in!" she added, ushering them inside.

Cameron tuned out as soon as they were inside the house. His eyes wandered around, examining the furniture which he realized while all very new and possibly expensive, carried the same motif of black leather and glass, which he thought was ugly. He was impressed by the entertainment center. A reel to reel, a double cassette deck, and a big screen TV! He listened into the conversation again only briefly to hear the reason the Miss Schuhbauer could afford such things, satisfied with "real-estate agent" once it was said.

His disinterest in what was around him was finally noticed by Miss Schuhbauer. "Oh honey, if you want to walk down the hall right there, and go to the second door on the left, you'll find Jacob, he's playing his new Nintendo." she said, pointing down the hall.

Cameron paused, deciding his options. He did like Nintendo, but on the other hand, he didn't like the idea of a 'special' kid playing said Nintendo. He looked to his mother for guidance, who only gave him an icy stare and a subtle head motion towards the hall.

With a quiet sigh and deep breath he made his way down the hall, contemplating what was meant by "special". As he walked closer he heard the TV making the familiar noises of Super Mario Bros. As he approached the door he heard a husky voice. "...ohhh CRAP. Stupid beetles! That was my last life too... aw maan..."

Cameron gave a quick sigh of relief after hearing Jacob's melancholy voice, relieved that he at least sounded normal. He quickly put on a smile and walked briskly into the room.

...and stopped in mid-stride as he stared at the back of a monstrous beast.

He stared at the broad backside of what he assumed was Jacob before him, his black fur covering the expanse of back and slowly turning to a stripe as it ran up his neck on onto the back of his head. Cameron slowly placed a hand up to brace himself as he continued to stare, noticing that even though Jacob was clearly sitting, the top of his head was just below Cameron's chin. But it wasn't until a few more seconds of staring did he realize that not only was Jacob tall, he was HUGE. What he thought was all his back was an optical illusion, he realized that the sides of Jacob were part of his belly, the thick rolls bulging out on either side. He glanced downwards at Jacob's relatively tiny tail compared to his enormous rear he sat on, which was wider than his waist and unclothed, much like his top half.

He pondered how he could've gotten through the door behind him as his body spasmed with a surprise sneeze. "ACHOO!"

Jacob jumped a bit upwards and quickly turned around to face Cameron, much faster than Cameron would've thought possible, considering the movement shook the room a little.

"Hi there! You must be Cameron, I'm Jacob!" Jacob said to Cameron as he re-seated himself on the ground to face Cameron, who was more startled at the moment than Jacob had been just a few seconds before.

"Uhh... hi." Cameron stammered as his eyes wandered over Jacob's now exposed front side. Jacob's belly caught his eye at first, with good reason. It reminded Cameron of a huge, deflated beach ball as it sat lazily against the floor. Cameron was a bad judge of distance but it looked as if it hung forward a good two and a half feet. It was wide enough that Jacob had his legs splayed on either side in a wide 'V', although not wide enough as Jacob's belly squished over the sides of his thighs, which Cameron estimated to be nearly the size of his own waist!

Atop Jacob's huge belly were his arms which he rested across the top with much room to spare. His gaze followed up more to ogle at Jacob's pillowy chest which had a cup size rivaling any female he's seen in his dad's dirty magazines. Above that was his broad shoulders and his neck, which was just swaddled in fat that his several chins melted into. Cameron noticed that even his face was fat, his cheeks puffed out as if he was smuggling several chestnuts in either one, and his muzzle was so chubby it looked like it was half the size that it was.

Jacob giggled at Cameron as he made eye contact, his fat paws rubbing either side of his enormous belly as he spoke. "Haventya seen a German Shepherd before?" Jacob chuckled out, his whole body jiggling like a bowl of pudding.

"Uhhhh... I.... uhhh..." Cameron sputtered, "...of course I have!" he added quickly, trying to not look dumb.

Jacob giggled again, his paws now kneading the sides of his gut. "Well, it sure doesn't look like you have!" he said with another body-jiggling chuckle.

Cameron blushed with embarrassment as he realized that Jacob noticed, and then became annoyed, furrowing his brow. "Well, I've just never seen one so fat!" he barked out at Jacob, blushing even brighter when he realized what he had just said.

Jacob just beamed with a smile at Cameron, looking satisfied with what was said.

They sat in silence for a second, the noiselessness broken by Jacob's stomach rumbling followed by a chuckle from the obese shepherd. "It's nearly dinner time!" said with a smile. "Do you want to play some Mario Bros for awhile?" he added, shifting to the side to reveal a TV on a stand, a Nintendo controller laying in front of it.

Cameron shrugged and forced a smile out. "Sure" he said with a slight nod.

"Cool!" Jacob said with a smile and shuffled out of the way to allow Cameron access. "Have a seat!" he added when there was enough room.

Cameron slowly walked over and sat down in front of the TV, picking up the controller. "Do you have an extra save slot?" he asked, glancing back to see Jacob shifting back behind Cameron.

"Yeah, I sure do. Go ahead and make your guy" Jacob said.

While Cameron played he noticed in the corner of his vision Jacob's legs scooting closer towards him. He ignored it as he continued playing, Jacob giving him game tips as he got closer to the smaller zebra.

"Awww... laaaame..." Cameron said as he lost a life. "This part is hard" he added, pointing to the screen.

"Yeah it is, but if you relax it's not so hard." Jacob said. Cameron nodded and paused to wipe the sweat off his hands and the controller. It was then that he heard Jacob shift closer and felt something pressing against his back. "Uhhhh.... what're you doing" Cameron said. Jacob was silent as he put two fat paws on either of the zebra's shoulders, pulling him back into Jacob's soft bulk, Cameron sinking in a few inches all around him.

"Hey you narbo, I said what are you doing?" Cameron said with more urgency as he squirmed against Jacob's paws. The fat dog just chuckled, jiggling Cameron as he held him down with his fat paws, which were holding him tightly against his gut. "Calm down you goober, I was just making you more comfortable, dontcha see?" Jacob said, looking down at the zebra with a smile.

Cameron relaxed and looked back as far as he could, the top of his head sinking into Jacob's gut as he looked at the fat dog's face from upside down. "Uhh... I can see that this is pretty weird." the zebra said rolling his eyes.

Jacob just chuckled, his fat paws rubbing over Cameron's chest. "Oh c'mon. You can't say that you're not comfortable like this!" the obese shepherd said as he leaned in to lick the zebra's nose.

Cameron sniffled, shaking his head after the lick in an attempt to get some of the dog's saliva off. Jacob giggled, "Hey that tickles!" he said as Cameron leaned his head back even more, burying his nose into Jacob's chest, using his fur to wipe his nose clean.

Cameron cracked a smile and shuffled himself against Jacob, letting his head fall forward again as Jacob's fat pressed against the back of his head as he relaxed himself. "Okay. I have to say you are pretty soft" Cameron said, placing each arm atop Jacob's fat thighs like armrests.

"See, toldya you'd enjoy it you dork!" Jacob said, softly murring to himself as he continued to rub the smaller fur's chest.

Cameron closed his eyes as he felt himself melt against the softness of Jacob's belly when he heard his mother calling him from down the hall.

"Cameron! Time to go honey, you have school tomorrow and so does Jacob I'm sure, let's go!"

The zebra grunted and sighed. "Right as I was getting comfortable!" Jacob chuckled and placed a plump paw on Cameron's head, giving him a quick pet. "Well, do you want to play tomorrow after school? My mom might even let you spend the night!" Jacob said.

"Yeah, that would be rad, I'll ask my mom tonight" Cameron said with a nod. He leaned forward and with a grunt got up, Jacob doing the same, albeit his grunt being much louder than the zebra's.

Jacob smiled and held out his arms towards Cameron. "See you tomorrow?"

"Sure!" Cameron replied with a smile and walked into the fat dog's arms, chuckling as his arms barely reached half of Jacob's circumference. Jacob just giggled and held one arm against the zebra, pressing his body into him while he placed another on his head, gently pressing the side of Cameron's face into his fat.

"LETS MOVE IT MISTER!" they heard Cameron's mother call.

They broke the hug and Cameron waved goodbye as he walked out into the hallway. "I'M COMING MOM, DON'T HAVE A COW!" he yelled back to her.

To be continued. Maybe. :P
