This is the story of Andrew Kendall, who happened to be among the first humans ever to break the barrier of interstellar distance. It is a record of first contact with an extraterrestrial race that took the human vessel and it's passengers, seeking to harvest their bodies as hosts for their children. Their ultimate demise came by their own failure - their submission to alien pleasure which resulted in their consciousness being imprisoned within their own mind. It is the story of a small keyhole, through which he was looking now - the only opening in a prison cell without light, without doors, bare all sensations or senses. Yet he was looking - watching through the eyes of the alien that possessed him now.

Keyhole

=================

Andre Kendall's consciousness discerned something familiar through the tiny slit in the prison his own mind had become. Written in red letters he could read "02-OCT-16". He knew that writing very well, it was the clock of his engineering console on board the "Hummingbird". He sure wasn't able to forget the stupid thing that was omitting the century display; back on earth he was outraged about the stupidity of writing software for a spacecraft like it was some cheap radio clock.

Wait a minute - The ship was still in one piece? That was a disaster, no doubt about it. The alien inhabiting his former body was apparently busy discerning the meaning of the various symbols on board the terran vessel. The view spun without the sensation of movement which should have made him dizzy, but it didn't. Andrew witnessed several.. animals standing around the ship's bridge: something that looked like a giant, standing horned sheep.. a fox.. and a dolphin! The view was strangely distorted - like his eyes weren't looking straight ahead but slightly away from each other.

The fox dropped something flat and metal from his clawed fingers onto the floor with a noisy clang. He could hear the outside world! The trapped human felt his hart jump in joy at the sensation of sound, yet still watching the scene before him with increased interest. The fox sighed, then his body began to just.. blur. He would've rubbed his eyes, but remembered that he couldn't. Then he noticed that it wasn't something with his eyes, it was that fox guy: he was changing. As the alien's form grew more and more distinct again, it became obvious that he was changing - into a human. That human looked exactly like the captain, and was now grabbing the dropped metal plate securely.

"Commander Wi.." Andy exclaimed - though he did that only within his mental prison.

Of course he realized what this meant, that somehow these beings were able to change their shape - and with that, the shape of their host. How they did that was beyond his understanding, possibly some kind of really quick DNA rewriting, or some sort of optical illusion. However, the meaning of the orca's words became apparent to him: They were now searching the Hummingbird for informations about the Solar system named Sol, and it's third planet, Earth. And exactly of this information they had received plentyful. The ship was carrying various messages and a huge database, all designed for various first-contact scenarios, the vast majority of only protected by a central self-defense system. Data, sound and images about the various animal species of Earth had apparently stirred their interest especially, Andy figured that they had developed a preference for intermingling various animal and human shapes with each other. The big question was: Did they know what their hosts knew?

His train of thought was interrupted rudely by his captor turning his head towards the engineering console again. A black skinned hand was gliding over the various lines of engine status information in the summary window. A hand like that of the orca who.. He felt a sting of shame when he briefly thought about the events that led to his imprisonment. And the worst of all feelings, he realized, was the hidden longing for being filled like that again...

"No!", he forced himself to think, "It was terrible. It was rape. I'm probably already suffering from some psychological damage that no doubt has been done to me. After all, who would remain unchanged by such an event, untouched by that damn huge se..."

He stopped thinking for a while - at least he tried. He thought of a song, some random soundtrack he probably heard in a movie once. That worked for a while, but it wasn't long before the images returned. The images of that strange animal beak closing in to kiss him. He would not have thought such a sight to be possible of course. He had seen the orcas back at Seaworld several times, and the mere possibility of kissing an apparently intelligent orca was just... and if someone back then had foretold him that he once would be fucked by one of these magni..

"Fuck fuck fuck!!" he cursed, instantly realizing that this word probably wasn't the most clever expletive to get his mind off of the forsaken memories of his rape.

The images in front of him changed, and he was relieved to have something else to concentrate on for the moment. The bighorn was talking to him. He could hear the sounds, which were of course gluttural glibberish to him. The most frightening aspect however, was the fact that he seemed to understand every word and meaning.

"So, what do you think?"

"This is a calender of sorts...", the black hand pointed on the date display. Andy thought "I'm doomed. He knows what I know, or read my thoughts." But then he realized that this would be unlogical. Why would they have to analyze the ship?

His captor was continuing, "...and this whole section could be related to the propulsion system. If it is, we should have little problem with it, since the whole principle is obviously based on one of our designs. That, or they had prior contact with one of our host races."

"Impossible", the ram muttered. "You're still very young. May I give you an advice?"

"You know, my line runs longer than yours. My experiences reach farther."

"What's that? Boasting?", the prisoner thought. "How strangely human.."

Unimpressed, the sheep continued "I suggest you keep those 'deeper insights' to yourself, especially when within hearing range of a supervisor."

With that, the view turned towards the door to the little main corridor of the ship. Obviously, he was heading towards the stardrive engine. The gray door slid open, revealing the drive's core still alive and humming slightly. The black hand was touching a few controls on the main computer panel, which Andy could interpret as tries to access some sort of engine schematic on the screen. Didn't he think about the possibility that this computer didn't have the schematics or even access to them? An apparently clueless press of a button opened a red window that overlapped all the others. It took Andrew a while to realize that his captor had pressed one button too many, one which had triggered the ship's self protection. Actually, the idea for this self-destruction logic came from the Pentagon. The figured that even if the ship should be capered by alien forces, they should not be able to "play" with it for long until it was certain to the computer that there was some untrained person - be it human or alien - experimenting with the controls. The computer had received a command to open the door to the core chamber while the engine was still powered and the reaction going at idle level - a command the alien activated by accident. This led the computer to the conclusion that no human was operating the console, and that something had gone wrong. Instead of opening the door and causing a simple flameout that would destroy half of the ship, the computer ignored the command and began to charge a specially designed energy loopback.

The window caption said nothing about self destruction. It merely stated "Enter personal authorization code:", along with a small progress bar below which was slowly crawling towards the one-hundred percent mark.

Andy shouted in his cell, rattling against the impossibly strong barriers surrounding him.

"IT'S GONNA BLOW!!!!"

No reaction from his captor.

"WE - WILL - DIE - IN - THE - EXPLOSION!!!!!" he screamed with all his might and willpower. He counted the seconds to his death: 3 x 60 seconds. 3 short Minutes.

Pandora's Box

=================

Toumal was dumbstruck. He could have sworn someone had said something to him in that strange terran language. It certainly couldn't be the host. No way. He was securely tucked away in a tiny recess of his mind. And Toumal himself was healthy. Despite him having come to existance just a short time ago, he was no child. He carried all the knowledge of his ancestors with him, and that was a lot. His genetic memory told him that no host would ever be able to even dent the barriers of a moderately healthy being. The danger of genetic evolution developing threatening their superiority was practically nonexistant.

"we.... die"

There it was again! Toumal spun his cetacean head around towards the door, not seeing anything but a few faint shadows from fellow brothers working on the human vessel's control room. He recalled the knowledge of the human language he got from his father. It was probably incomplete as all they had was from the computer memory, and he had work to do, but he was a curious one. Curiosity got him into trouble with a supervisor only days after his birth. Curiosity got him the job to analyze this ship. Curiosity was something that was not exactly popular with the supervisors or the leader cast. And curiosity was what got the better of him as he tried to discern what the words could mean. "Death" - he knew that, the end of one's existance. "Explosion"? There was no explosion. None of the humans were able to to start some sort of countdown, or that would undoubtedly have run out many weeks ago.

His heart - the heart of his host, actually - skipped a beat when realisation struck him.

It was something he or someone on the bridge had done. It had something to do with the strange writing in the red rectangle. "Code" - a means of encrypting, protecting or restricting access to parts of computer data or a program.

"EVERYONE GET OFF THE SHIP!! IT'S A BOOBYTRAP!!!" he shouted.

The others weren't wasting any time. They were all trained in the various ways of military tactics, or carried the experience of such training in their memory. With loud taps and hooveclops they scrampled through the small corridor and out of the main hatch. They ran straight for the nearest terminal building inside the great dock hall in which the "Hummingbird" was securely tied down. Still, Toumal figured that running was no option. The boobytrap would surely consist of a stardrive overload, which meant a nuclear fission explosion. No point in running. But maybe there was one chance. Something he read about in the forbidden archives just before being caught by Drodge, that damn self-righteous supervisor.

The Key

=================

Andrew Kendall realized that he had to make the most grave decision in his young life yet. They had only around 2 more minutes to enter his authorisation code. The alien had definitely heard him. He must have had.

"THE CODE" his captor shouted. It took a few seconds for Andy to realize that he meant him. He was actually talking to him!

With a painful flash, bright light and sounds assaulted his senses. He gasped - and inhaled air!

"QUICK!!", a voice in his head rang, "ENTER THE CODE!"

His thoughts were racing, and he was disoriented. He marvelled at his strange new body, at the alien hand, the sensation of that orca-tail hanging down from his rear.

"DO YOU WANT TO DIE?"

That brought him back to the problem at hand with a snap. He swallowed, and contemplated.. his life. If he refused to do as he was asked, he would die. Escape was no longer an option at this time, and the aliens who had fled the ship wouldn't survive the fusion blast anyway. The ship would be destroyed, which was useless because without a doubt copies of the ship's databases had already been made and circulated beyond the rather large blast radius of the explosion.

If he chose to enter the correct code, he would live. As would his captor.

"What if I don't want to life like this? TELL ME!" he demanded from the invisible nightmare that was his captor.

"I'M ONLY A FEW DOZEN DAYS OLD. I WANT TO LIVE"

"Then we have a problem here, Mister." he stated with grim determination. "I won't go back into that cell."

"THEN WE WILL BOTH DIE"

Andy, however, really meant what he said. The recent release only fueled his desire to end the cruel detention of his soul. If death was the only alternative, he decided he'd welcome it. If this chance was not used, he might be captured motionless in his prison for all his life, like that raping father of his captor had said.

"PLEASE"

Andy's heart skipped inside his anthropomorphic orca body. He was expecting anything but this: A plea for mercy.

"What?"

Some 90 seconds to go.

"PLEASE. I CAN HELP YOU"

"*You* offer to help me? How? By leaving my body for good?"

"NO"

"Oh, so you actually want to negotiate with me, huh? How about you going into that jail of yours, and leaving me in control?"

"OTHERS WOULD NOTICE"

Andrew figured that they probably had some 50 seconds left, maybe less.

"Well, what else? Do you suggest to use my body on a timesharing basis?" he joked halfheartedly.

"THAT IS... FORBIDDEN", a strange reservation in the voice.

"Nice talking to you. See you in hell."

Andy closed his alienated eyes, waiting for the painless death that would come in the form of instantenously incineration by a blast more powerful than the biggest single terran nuclear warhead.

"I...."

He didn't want to listen anymore.

"I WILL SHARE"

He blinked.

"No, damnit!! You will leave my body, forever! And NOW!" he demanded in a final voice.

"I CAN NOT DO THIS. THE MERGE CAN'T BE UNDONE. ALL I CAN OFFER IS SHARING"

What if he did say the truth, he asked himself. What if he really could not leave, even if he wanted? Maybe this really was his only option? Or was it just a liar's beg?

"And of course you expect me to trust y.."

"NO TIME!!!! TRUST ME! PLEASE!"

Andy swallowed. 10, maybe 15 seconds.

He chose.

=================

AQUAINTANCE

=================

Andrew Kendall was not what they usually call "hero". A so-called hero would probably have chosen death. He gambled with his most precious posession, his life. Though he was mainly concerned about his own well-being, there was definitely another factor in his decision, a factor that was summarized in a single word:

Please.

His captor had asked him to spare his life. Both their lifes, actually. He suggested a solution, which no doubt was only temporary. However, as stated before, the human Andy was no hero.

The progress bar was only 1 pixel away from being filled completely as he decided to act.

With a quick gesture of his hands he opened the hidden keypad window and entered his personal code: "lpnlizard9803". He remembered the past days of his childhood, playing games like doom and descent all night. Was all his life actually spent in vain, to be rendered useless, confined, by some damn alien *thing*?

The progress bar disappeared. The countdown had been aborted.

Andy sighed, not really feeling relieved or something. He expecting to be yanked back into that prison any moment now.

"Why?" he asked, this being the only question he wanted to have an answer for.

Toumal knew what he meant.

"IT IS OUR WAY"

Well, of course. The wolf eats the sheep, because it's the wolf's way. That answer eradicated all of the human's hopes of the alien keeping his promise. He would be put back into the endlessly confining cell again, and that's it. That moment, he regretted his decision so badly he wanted to die on the spot, wishing he would be killed in any way possible, just to escape the confinement. And with a flash he was back inside, floating sensationless in the darkness. His familiar "spy-hole" was still there, but offered little consolidation. He was trapped again.

"No. God, no. Oh dear god, why did I do that??"

He wanted to sob, but couldn't. He could only scream, but knew it would not help.

Resigning to his fate of endless confinement, he thought "Merciful god, please kill me. Please, let me die."

He felt something - a tear. It was running down his beak. He could feel it, and he somehow knew something else: It was not coming from him. Could it be..?

He heard footsteps closing in, running. Between clenched teeth, he heard his captor speak to him in those strange noise that was their language, understanding every word as if it were his own mother language:

"I will keep my promise. We will talk, later."

=================

WHY

=================

He had something to think about while he was in his little cage. He did not even listen to the voices of the various critters of all shapes and sizes, busily searching the "Hummingbird" for further traps. No doubt they would find and deactivate the defense mechanism. It did not matter. To him, at least. Toumal had come up with a rather sketchy report of the events, stating that he had somehow fumbled the menus until the self-destruct just turned off. "Somehow". He got strange looks from his brothers. Even more problematic was the fact that this wasn't his first improvised excuse that proved to fail upon close examination. Andy watched as a wolf-like creature called Rashak congratulated him - well, his captor, anyway - and said something to the effect of "your value for the community has risen, but the error has not been washed away yet."

He didn't get it. What error? He found the the events that had occured just minutes ago to be more fascinating than the current conversation.

It was forbidden - Why?

Andy was clever enough to know that he did not know enough to come to any useful conclusion yet. He thought of it like a puzzle, a detective story that had to be solved by himself. Yet he fought to keep emotions at bay whenever he thought about the tear.

*They actually had tears*

The very fact of the aliens being able to feel grief so much like a human opened up a multitude of options to him. He felt relieved, even contended for a while. He might have had luck with his captor. Still, he tried not to fool himself. It wasn't very likely that the alien had lied about him being unable to just leave. And even if he had been lying, it was even more unlikely that he could find a way home. Without a way home any escape plan was doomed to fail, of that he was certain.

Watching, silently. They were walking towards some sort of elevator. A blinding light, a strange whizzing noise, and the background changed. "Must be some sort of teleporter", Andy thought. And: "Weird architecture.."

Strange supportive structures decorated the walls of the corridor, much like the grates of a fish. Light seemed to come from the roof, yet the roof's surface was black and textured, not at all appearing to emit light. Another chamber, which looked rather empty. The view turned, showing a bed-like couch - which burned in blue flames!

Andy was shocked - and noticed that his captor was not at all upset at the burning furniture. Rather he was walking calmly towards it, turning around, and sitting down into the hungry fire.

"Suicide" he asked himself? He felt no pain, but then again he didn't feel his body either.

The alien was lying down, even stretching some. The flames sapped over his feet, engulfing the body. It occured to Andy that this was most certainly no normal fire. "Must be some sort of cold flame or something."

"We can talk now." the orca said in the otherwise empty room.

Another blinding flash, and a strange, soothing sensation all over the skin. It took the former engineer of the Hummingbird a moment to realize that he was back in control, roasting in some weird fire. He felt no pain at all, it was more like a full-body massage.

"SO?" the voice boomed.

"So... what?"

"PLEASE. DON'T YOU KNOW THAT I RISK MY LIFE WITH THIS?"

"You risk your life?", Andy replied, not really believing him.

"IT IS FORBIDDEN TO RELEASE A HOSTS MIND, EVEN TEMPORARY. IF A SUPERVISOR WERE TO FIND OUT ABOUT US, THAT WOULD MEAN DEATH"

"Oh. Just me, or you and me?"

"DON'T WASTE OUR TIME"

"I'm sorry. It's just that this is all so... okay I'll concentrate."

Andy sat up from the flames, finding the cushioning exquisitely comfortable. That bed would suffice two people, and it would probably feel great to...

"First things first", Andrew stated, starting to get the hang of his body - and not at all disliking it. The position of his eyes troubled him. He slid a hand over his belly, examining his new form with fascination. He noticed that he was not wearing anything besides a simple shorts-like piece of clothing, yet he did not feel cold.

"A long question made short: What the hell happened to me and my crew?"

"THEY HAVE BEEN... TAKEN"

"So they are now imprisoned in their own mind like I was, right?"

There was no reply. The orca on the bed chuckled in a very human way.

"What are you?"

"I AM TOUMAL. I AM A LIVING, THINKING BEING WHO HAS ENTERED YOUR BODY IN THE FORM OF MANY SMALL PARTS"

"Cells?"

"YES, CELLS. THE PARTS COME TOGETHER, COLLECTING IN AND AROUND YOUR BRAIN, FORMING ME"

"Why the HELL are you doing all this?"

"REPRODUCTION"

"You mean you cannot bear children, like we do? And what about the hosts? Aren't they still able to father offspring?"

"NO. WE NEED HOSTS, MALE HOSTS, EITHER OF YOUR SPECIES OR SOME OTHER TO SURVIVE"

"Ok let me get this straight", he retorted promptly, "You capture other lifeforms -preferably male-, rape them, seed them with your cells, thus making them sterile?"

"THEY CAN STILL SEED OTHER HOSTS"

"Yeah, I bet they can. What about the females?"

"WE ONLY TAKE MALES. FEMALES WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEED OTHER HOSTS"

"Then what do you do with them?"

Silence.

"No.. Don't tell me you just... kill them."

"IT IS THE LAW."

He swallowed hard.

"So if it's forbidden to talk to me, why do you do it?"

"YOU STARTED IT"

"I did?"

"YES. YOU BROKE THROUGH MY BARRIERS SOMEHOW. THAT ALONE WOULD MEAN MY DEATH IF OTHERS WERE TO FIND OUT ABOUT IT."

"Some kind of law? Or are your 'supervisors' just afraid of what might happen?"

"THEY SAY THAT ONE BECOMES INSANE, STARTS DOING STRANGE THINGS, KILL HIS BROTHERS."

"Is that true?"

"I DON'T KNOW. IT MIGHT WELL BE TRUE. OR IT MAY BE A FALSE RUMOR."

"You mean a lie."

"YES."

There was something that didn't figure though. Something about Toumal, his captor, that made him different from the others. His "error" maybe?

"Do you hate us? I mean us humans."

"NO. I DON'T HATE YOU"

"I don't understand you. You imprison your host's consciousness in the most cruel way possible, and you tell me that there's no hate behind it?"

"YES"

"But why then?"

"WHY DO HUMANS KILL ANIMALS?"

"Well... er, usually for food. Look, I can see where this is heading, but animals... are just, well..."

"LOWER LIFEFORMS? THEY CAN'T THINK AND TALK ANYWAY, RIGHT?"

"Um... no, it's just that... Damnit! It's natural."

"YOU JUST ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION"

Andy blinked. Then felt anger well up in his chest.

"No! It's... I mean, we are intelligent, they are not. They have no soul."

A low chuckle echoed in his skull.

"SO OUR CIVILISATIONS ARE EVEN MORE ALIKE THAN I THOUGHT"

A soft chime sounded, and all of a sudden a thought struck Andy.

"Hey, would it be possible for you to hear me from within my cell?"

"Y..YES. I THINK..."

"Then please, allow me to talk to you. I promise I won't interfere."

"IF YOU DO, THEY WILL KILL US BOTH"

Andy nodded, "I won't"

A bright flash blinded him for a moment, he tried to cover his eyes - and found that he no longer had control over them.

Strange. No cell anymore. He could still feel his hands and his vision was unaltered, no hole to peek through anymore.

"T..Toumal?"

"I can hear you. May I ask you something?"

"Sure, just ask aw.."

"What is your name, human?"

"Andrew Kendall"

He felt his own stomach contract in a slight chuckle that did not come from him. "So you all have two names?"

"Two, sometimes three or even more"

"Some sign or designation of heritage, I guess."

"Exactly."

"Listen Andrew, I have to tell you something: My supervisors already keep an eye on me because I didn't keep my curiosity where it belongs. They put me on your vessel for analysis as a last chance. They don't like me. If I start to react in an unusal way, they will neutralize me. So please, don't distract me from ongoing conversations, and only talk to me when I say so. Even though only I can hear your thoughts, my reactions could give away your presence. Do you understand that?"

"I understand."

Toumal walked over to a desk-like furniture. A touch of his hand revealed that it was in fact some sort of display. It glowed red, and as soon as the orca had put his hand above it, a foreign voice rang in his head.

"SON, MEET ME AT MY QUARTERS. IMMEDIATELY."

"What the hell was that?"

"They probably told my father. If he wants to talk to me about my curiosity, I'm probably in deep trouble"

He turned towards the door.

"One last question please: How do you know all this? You said you were only a few days old"

"We inherit all our father's knowledge and experience, and pass it on to our sons. Now be silent."

Andy was silent. Not only because Toumal stepped out of his room into the corridor, but also because he felt impressed. No need to learn the basics after you're born. Step into the world and immediately live in your prime. He felt a strange emotion that he had not noticed before: A small part of him envied them.

=================

PEDIGREE

=================

The room was a copy of Toumal's, but contained a few decorations: Strange ropes, a scroll on a wall, a vial with a clear liquid on an octagonal table. At first glance Andy thought the room to be empty. Then he saw him as he turned around to look at the entering Toumal. He knew it was him. He would not be able to forget the markings of his orcan face for his lifetime. He figured that even if he changed his shape, his movements would always be distinctive to him alone.

"You have disappointed me."

"Father?"

"You know why I took this shape. It was my own curiosity, my fascination of the contents of that vessel's computer. Look around you, son. This is not just a fad; these aliens have brought a lot of new thoughts and forms in our lives. Their world is indeed fascinating, and in time we will make it ours as we did with all the other worlds before."

He stepped closer to Toumal with a graceful stride, his tailfluke showing from time to time as he swayed it gently left and right.

"Although they are essential to our survival, each new race also represents new danger. There is no telling what would happen if you you got too involved with their race, our hosts. Unfortunately, the curiosity you got from me grew even stronger inside of you. Drodge told me about it. You have been reading through the forbidden archives."

"No father. I entered that room because the locks had been broken."

Andrew watched in rapt attention as his.. his rapist turned and pointed a black finger at his face.

"By you, no doubt"

Dark eyes stared at him, the other orca's beak only inches away from his. This sight triggered a powerful emotion, something Andy felt coming from himself, not Toumal. Andy thought to himself "This can't be. I can't possibly feel turned on by... him"

"Tapesh, I swear that this is not true. I only wanted to see who had broken the sacred seals. I didn't read anything, I just l.."

"That's what you say. Despite my own young age, your supervisors have assigned me to watch over you. There is no telling what damage could have been done to if you actually read something there. These damned texts could cause damage to your protective barrier. You could be annihilated by your host's consciousness without you noticing anything!"

Toumal nodded, annoyed. "I know the rumors"

Ouch, Andy thought. Wrong answer.

"RUMORS?"

A painful silence. Then, Tapesh exhaled noisily, and put a hand on his shoulder. His other hand tapped a red circle on the table, which caused a similar symbol on the door appear.

"I demand a mingling, my son."

"What?" Andy thought, and immediately noticed that he was disturbing Toumal with that.

"But father, I am not allowed to mingle with others. Not as long as I'm suspected to have read something in the ch.."

"Silence, son. Don't talk to me about breaking the rules. You share my experiences, but you are not me. I could have you executed before the end of the day. Your life depends on my report to the supervisors. If there wasn't a host shortage, Drodge would have had you killed immediately. I demand you to share your experiences with me. I will be the judge."

"That's illogical. Suppose I would have indeed read something, that would be your own death senten.."

"Either you comply, or your life ends today."

Andy saw the orca who had raped him grab the vial on the table, handing it to Toumal. It appeared like a nightmare he couldn't control to him, as Toumal pulled his (their?) shorts down. A surge of pleasure rushed through his body as Andy witnessed himself grabbing his cock, the clear liquid being poured on it's gorgeous length. His heard raced at the sight - it was even bigger than the shaft that had taken his own virginity.

"What the hell are you doing?" he asked Toumal, terrified.

"He wants me to share the experiences I gained with him."

"You mean you're gonna--"

"Silent!" Toumal snapped back at him in his thoughts.

Moments later, it became clear to him what was going to happen. The other orca had turned around and was now bending forward over the table. For the first time he saw an anthro cetacean from behind: All black, incredibly smooth yet thick skin, a small flexible fluke protruding from it's back. In morbid fascination Andy saw and felt himself rubbing his maleness to attention, spreading the liquid over it in the process. Tapesh raised his thick tail, his puckered anal entrance exposed to Toumal. Awfully slowly, the erect pole was aimed at the other orca's ass. The hand was removed from his cock as soon as the bulbous head was pressing against the tight ring of muscle, and placed on the black hips of the alien in front of him.

"B..but Toumal, I'm not gay! Do you hear me? You can't d..."

Andy's thoughts reeled and he saw white spots dancing in his vision as his shaft surged forward, the tight orifice embracing him. He groaned, and did not even notice that he was groaning out aloud. He did not know if Toumal felt the pleasure as he did, and neither did he care about that as his mind was fogged by the slick hot orifice engulfing his length with a wet slurping sound.

He felt like fainting from pleasure - but was awake and aware, unable to faint. With his body controlled by Toumal he felt helpless to act, only able to take in the sensations, the arousal. A thrust. A groan. He hugged the cetacean he was impaling from behind, moving the black tail out of the way to allow himself to sink even deeper, rubbing his white belly against white skin. The air felt cold against his prick as he pulled out again, adding to his urge to ram the thick pole inside again. Another thrust, another groan. Soft squishy sounds caused by the incredibly slick lubricant. A slight smell of physical exertion.

It was intoxicating.

Toumal/Andy growled in extasy, together. The experience overwhelmed Andy, the mating unleashing yet-unknown willpower as he suddenly grabbed the other orca's shoulders, fucking him thoroughly. Tapesh looked back at him, surprise in his eyes - that, and... fear? Andy rested his beak on his partner's shoulder, instinctively licking his face with that broad tongue of his. The thrusts became more powerful, the rhythm faster. Tapesh's backfluke was gnawed and licked on as he, too, huffed in pleasure - the massive member inside his anus now dictating his breath.

Something was amiss, the instincts told Andy. His right hand probed along Tapesh's belly and crotch, eventually finding the prize: The already-hard alien cock was grabbed and immediately massaged with long, strong strokes. Tapesh squirmed on the table, but that only fueled Andy's desires. He heard the alien he was impaled in gasping for air, it wasn't long before it happened: The orca that had raped him shrieked a strange cry of pleasure, the muscles gripping his shaft spasming as great loads of semen splashed on the floor under the table. That was more than enough to send Andy over the edge, he cried in extasy and spewed his cum into the waiting orifice, still beating off Tapesh's orcahood, still fucking his own seed deep into his bowels with his thrusts.

He did not know how long he stayed hunched over Tapesh like this. With the afterglow, his reasoning returned. What had he done? The bitter realisation hit him that he could not even fool himself into believing this to be an act of revenge on his rapist - he had definitely enjoyed it, lost his temper in the heat of their fierce mating. And beyond that..

He had overthrown Toumal's controls over his body.

Slowly, he pulled himself out of the orca underneath him, who turned around to face him.

"He knows." - That was Toumal talking to him by his thoughts, Andy knew instantly. "Our lives will end today."

Tapesh tried to regain his composure and steadied himself, trying to look intimidating again - but not succeeding.

"You will stay in your quarters until we send for you." Tapesh motioned him to leave, looking away from him.

Toumal quickly slipped into his clothes and walked off, head hung low.

PENDING DOOM

"I'm sorry.. I- I didn't.. I couldn't keep myself. It was just too..."

"It doesn't matter anymore. It was not your fault. Even if you had not taken control of our body, he would have known anyway."

"You mean, he.."

"Yes. Our seed will give me away. He will know everything by the end of the day, me reading the archives and freeing your mind - everything. It was all in vain - my life is useless to the community"

The view blurred, disorientating Andy for a moment. He wanted to ask what happened, but found out on his own shortly thereafter: Toumal had changed his appearance. He could not see himself, of course - all he could see were the now-feathered arms. Apparently he was now some sort of bird, he guessed.

With a resigning sigh, Toumal wandered into a great windowed and bright hall, populated by many different aliens. Andy gazed in awe at the multitude of different beings. Most of them had familiar shapes: Birds, reptiles and mammals from earth. He spotted creatures from fables; dragons walking on two legs, centaurs. Strange mixes of breeds also walked casually within the crowd, a lion with tiger stripes, a winged eel-morph, a horned turtle with a dragon-like face...

And among them, species no human ever saw before: some insect-like, some looking like feathered dinosaurs, and tentacled critters without distinctive head or body. Inhabitants of other conquered worlds, Andy guessed.

Golden rays of light came through the generous and large windows, and as soon as he was accustomized to the brightness he could discern a green landscape outside: Grass and various strange plants, a distant cliff, blue skies with a tad of red in them, a very large and yellow sun blessing healthy plants with it's light.

"What archives?" Andrew asked Toumal.

Toumal walked close to one of the windows and rested both of his clawed and feathered hands on the non-reflective glass. Some eyes turned to the anthropomorphic sparrow, but resumed to pursue whatever interest guided them soon thereafter. Not that the being would have cared anymore.

"There is a sealed chamber with ancient writings within the holy city, the center of our beliefs. This chamber is not to be entered, for it contains words that will destroy us. A powerful fraction of the leading cast wants to destroy the chamber, were it not for a legend warning us to do exactly that. It says that the day this chamber is destroyed, our civilisation ends."

"But you did break into it, didn't you?"

"No. An accident caused the guards to help elsewhere, and I did find the seals broken. I really wanted to only see what happened, but started to read an inscription in one of the walls. It told me of.."

He stiffened.

"My father was right: his unusual curiosity is strong within me, and it brought doom over me. Heavens, why did I enter that chamber? Oh if only I had never laid my eyes on these forsaken world. I should not have been so foolish."

He was sobbing silently.

"Oh I wish I had never released you!!"

Darkness engulfed Andy's awareness as he was thrown back into the prison inside his mind again. The terror of being confined again lasted only for a short moment - until realisation hit him: He had overpowered Toumal before. He could do it again, and probably force himself out of his confinement.

He held himself back.

It would be useless. It did not solve the problem, *their* problem. And through all the pain of his detention, the humiliation of his rape - and his recent intercourse - he knew one thing: They would never be separated again.

The son of Margareth and William Kendall endured the feeling of ultimate helplessness.

He decided to try to seek Toumal's trust. After all, the alien's fate was his fate. And a small part of him felt an emotion that he found disturbingly undisturbing: He cared for Toumal's fate too.
