FUN IN THE SUN

Frostpaw Icewolf.

The sun blazed down on the sandy beach, scorching the surface. The clear blue ocean depths offered cool wet refuge from the blistering heat and unbearable hot sand. Two figures walked down the path, both dressed in bikinis and large hats, which shaded them from the sun.

One was a female cheetah morph, about 12. She was wearing a one piece suit, green with light blue bubbles. She was also carrying an umbrella and picnic basket.

Her companion was a 13 year old light blue folf with bright red hair and icy blue eyes. Shi was wearing light blue two piece bikini and red thongs. On hir left wrist was a gold bracelet. Hir busy tail wagged with happiness as the two youngsters walked down the path which led to the beach. Hir name was Frostpaw, and the 12 year old cheetah's name is Cleo.

They were idling chatting, discussing about the things they will do, when the sound of crying caught there attention. Following the source of the sound, they found a young 16 year old feline morph, with lime green stripes on her black body and purple eyes. She was sitting on a bench, head in her hands crying.

Frostpaw recognized her from high school, her name is Midnight. The thin busty feline was wearing a one piece lavender suit that hugged her curves, showing the contours of her body.

Frosty marvelled at her figure, wishing shi could look like that when shi grew older. The fact that she was upset about something tugged at hir gentle maternal instinct, so shi and Cleo walked up to Midnight.

"Hi Midnight... is something the matter?" Frosty asked, putting a gentle paw on the feline's shower.

Midnight started at the intrusion, and was about to tell them to go away, but she realized who they were.

"I... it's nothing... really" she sniffled, rubbing her muzzle with the back of her arm.

"Oh come off it Midnight, it must be something it make you so miserable. If a chakat was here, shi'll make you feel better. And besides, all that crying and sniffling is ruining your beautiful fur." Frosty murred, rubbing the feline shoulders as shi sat down on her left as Cleo sat on her right side, holding her hand within her paw, stroking it.

Midnight sniffled and sighed, then told the horrid day she had.

It all started with her brother discovering her diary, reading it, and telling their father about her secret boyfriend. Then her father yelling at her, threatening to ground her if she didn't stop seeing him. Then the argument and promise that he'll call the authorities on her boyfriend because he was too old for, despite the fact that he was 18.

Both Cleo and Frosty listened and hugged Midnight, nuzzling and murmuring comforting words.

After the story, Frosty stood up and took Midnights hand.

"Come on sweety, lets go." Shi replied.

"Where?" Midnight asked, standing up.

"For a swim and to have some fun." Frosty replied, looping hir arm inside Midnights, with Cleo doing the same with her other arm.

Soon, all three young teenagers were walking down the path to the beach, where Cleo laid out some blankets and opened the large umbrella, then started to apply special sun-cream to Frosty, who was doing the same to Midnight.

"Ok, now Frosty, you can do my body too." Cleo replied, lying down on her belly.

After Frosty applied the cream, they all got up and ran into the water, ouching and jumping as the hot sand scorched their feet pads. With a large splash, all three dove into the water, too resurface and tread water, each holding one another's arms.

Shortly, they swam back to the shallow water, and they started splashing each other, giggling and laughing. Cleo dunked Frosty, and then she dunked Midnight. Then both Midnight and Frosty dunked Cleo.

Soon, feeling tired and hungry, they all made their way back to the blankets, and sat down. Frosty was sitting between Cleo's legs, as she was rubbing hir shoulders.

"Hungry Midnight?" Cleo asked.

"Famished." The cat replied.

Cleo reached into the basket and pulled out a sandwich wrapped in plastic. She handed it too Midnight, who at first denied the offer food. But Cleo persisted.

"It's ok, we packed lots of food." She smiled, and Midnight took the sandwich, which was tuna and mayo sauce with lettuce.

"Drink?" Frostpaw asked.

"Yes please, what do you have?" Midnight asked, with her muzzled full.

"Umm Coke, Fanta, Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Lemonade, Diet Coke and Orange Squash." Shi replied, looking into the basket.

"Orange Squash thanks." She replied.

"Here you go." Frosty replied, handing the warm soda to the feline.

"Umm... it's warm." Midnight replied, feeling the can.

"Ooops... so sorry. Here." Frostpaw replied, taking the can from Midnight, the used hir ability to cool the can and the contents within. Midnight looked on with wonder at Frosty's eyes glowing and the sudden drop in temperature from hir paw.

Gingerly taking the can back, she found the it to be cold, but not freezing.

"Thanks. That is an amazing talent you have there." She replied, sipping from the can.

"Yes, it is. Although I don't use it that often." The folf replied, cooling hir can as well as that of Cleo's. They all drank from cold cans.

Things were going so well, until an unexpected guest arrived. Midnights' brother.

"Sis, I thought dad said you can't hang with your friends any more, because you were grounded." he growled, grabbing her arm, twisting it, making her meowl with pain.

"Ouch... Let me go... you're hurting me." She cried, struggling.

"Nope, you're coming with me. Dad sent me to find you and to take you home." He snarled, glaring at Frosty and Cleo.

"No... I'm not going." She cried, struggling harder.

"Yes you are." He snarled, teeth bared.

"NO SHE'S NOT, ARSEHOLE" Frosty snarled, hir eye's flashing blue with anger.

"WHAT DID YOU CALLED ME, FREAK?" He roared, turning his attention to the 13 year old folf. He had let go of his sister, to face the new prey.

"Uh Oh!!" Cleo gasped, grabbing Midnight and pulling her clear and out of danger. Oh, not from her brother, but from Frostpaw's rage.

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME? FUCKER?!" shi growled, hir hands glowing bright blue, and the temperature suddenly dropped 50 degrees.

"YOU HEARD ME, FREAK. YOU ABOMINATIONS SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF YOUR MISERY. HERM CREEP.!!" He screeched, launching himself at Frostpaw, but shi was too fast. With speed and agility which surprised Midnights brother, shi ducked under his attack and flipped him in the air and landed on his back a good 5 feet away. Training with hir father had made hir a lethal force to be reckon with, Wrestling and Jujitsu along with hir special talent gave hir a reputation in school. Some one you don't mess with. And now Midnight's brother was going to find out, the most painful and humiliating way.

As he was standing up, a sudden cold and bone chilling feeling went through his body as Frostpaw's ability hit him, ice formed from his feet and crept up to his legs, immobilizing him, and continued to encase the rest of his body. The freezing ice stopped at his shoulders, leaving his head free.

"WHAT THE FUCK!?" he cried, unable to move.

"There, much better. Consider yourself lucky I went easy on you." Frostpaw growled, flicking a clawed finger on his nose, making him sneeze.

Midnight's brother was no fool; he knew that he was beat, and that he was at the mercy of the three girls. Or two girls and a herm.

"When I get out of here, you three are in so much trouble." He replied, trying to bluff the situation.

"Maybe, but not before the tide comes in." Frosty replied with a grin.

"Tide?" he whimpered, looking at them all with panicked eyes.

"Yeah, it comes in at 6 in the evening, two hours from now." Cleo replied, looking at her watch.

"Oh speaking of which, we had better make a move on if we are to catch the last PTV home." She replied, knowing full well that her father was picking them up in half an hour.

"Yeah. Would you like to stay for dinner Midnight?" Frosty asked, starting to pack up the gear.

Midnight looked at her brother for a moment, mixed feelings course through her body, love and hate.

<It's alright hun, he'll be fine. There is no tide. He'll defrost in 4-5 hours or so. Even shorter if he gets discovered. Let him cool off for awhile.> Frosty's voice replied in Midnight's head, another special ability. Telepathy.

Playing along, Midnight glowered at her brother, arms crossed, wincing with pain.

"Maybe he'll float away with the tide, carried out to sea. Too China, where they dine on cats." She teased, a twinkle in her eyes, which made her brother's fur pale with terror.

"No.." he whimpered, almost in tears.

"Yes.. for all the grief and anguish you put me through, you deserve worst, you piece of shit." She replied, turning away. All three young teenagers smiled as they left Midnights' pleading and sobbing sibling behind.

While Midnight was enjoying herself at Frosty's home, eating a hot meal and playing video games and watching movies, her brother was sneezing and crying, hoping the hermit crab wouldn't pinch his nose, or ears.
