My Life's work. Dreams, hope and all.
This is my small collection of poetry over the years that i have not thrown away or lost. All of these have deep meaning to me and a long history. Even with a few of these, i won small awards in my state. I am proud of my work and would gladdly hear any of your comments good or bad. As long as it has purpous. Enjoy and thank you. _ MONSTER _
Dark as night, Shadows cover the light. My mind is dead, No tears to shed. The MONSTER is here, But i feel no fear. We stare at eachother, never to blink. And as we do, we start to sink. Sourounded in blackness, Swallowed in saddness. The MONSTERS here, I can hear it sneer. It doesnt matter, As i pick up my dagger. I slide the blade into me, Pain causing me to see. I smile and fall, on my cheek theres a tear. The MONSTER was me, looking into the mirror.
_ Witch's Dance _
She comes to dance, sing and twirl lights will dim shadows unfurl. The shadows sing, the lights bow down for the beautiful witch who wears the crown.
Despite her beauty, her stunning smile she feels alone, and has been awhile. The shadows sing, the lights bow down for the lonely witch who wears the crown.
A man with dull eyes finds her chance he stops, stays hidden and
watches her dance. The shadows sing, the lights bow down for the wonderful witch who wears the crown.
She stops and laughs, music to his ears his eyes shine brighter then they have in years. The shadows sing, the lights bow down for the powerful witch who wears the crown.
He bites his lip and takes a chance he steps out and asks to dance. The shadows sing, the lights bow down for the lovely witch who wears the crown.
Hand in hand they laugh and twirl and finally she doesn't feel alone in the world. The shadows sing, the lights bow down for the happy witch who wears no crown.
_ Fortget Regret _
The ones who live in past regrets, Untill they die they'll never forget.
The pain and suffering, From love and lying.
All shall be remembered untill the day, That you and your life will slip away.
Begon at last, Your memories past.
and live on without regret, You'll find it's easy to forget.
The pain and suffering, From love and lying.
As you focus on the Golden day, On which you and your life will slip away...
_ Free Falling _
I feel the pain, all alone Which is worse, I do not know.
The outside, so very nice and calm The inside, screaming its beastly song.
Have you forgotten me Or have you left me be.
My eyes bloody red Tears have been shed
Life in hand i look down At the ants of this town
Endings are Painfully selfish So be Lovingly selfless
As wind rushes past my ears I smile knowing you shed no tears
Before me the ants grow fast And the land below grows vast
_ Sweet Eternity _
Your eyes the color of the green-blue sea,
with a smile that could raise a old oak tree.
With hair like waves of blond-brown curls,
and a voice that causes the wind to swirl.
Your hands so soft and gentle with mine,
your heart and soul are just as divine.
Your laugh rings true and wonderful,
everything about you is beautiful.
So come with me and we'll be so free,
to be with each other for eternity.
_ Dark Lullaby _
Hush now my child
don't you say a word,
I'm ganna buy a you an undead bird.
And if that undead bird don't stir,
I'm ganna steal you a goblin's fur.
And if that fur don't keep you warm,
I'm ganna raise you a wild storm.
And if that storm don't calm you down,
You'll still be the Brightest baby in town.
So hush now my child and don't your cry,
and listen to our Dark Lullaby
