A Stronger Shiny
I shall ad two more pokemon. Snivy, which will be evolving into a servine, and an eevee. More eeveelutions will come later on.

Red woke up with a start. Three things were wrong. One, he smelled smoke. Two, pokemon were screaming. Three, Derana was sleeping sound next to him. He growled quietly then got up. But no sooner after that did Derana wake up.
"Oh shit, gotta get out, gotta get out!!!", she paniced.
"Why panic? You've been caught. But now, we need to get out of here and find out whats happening.", Red said.
They both left with quick haste, practically flying outside, if it weren't for the smalll door Red would have flown outside. The area was being scorched by a fire type pokemon gone rampant. Red was hit full on with a flamethrower attack but didn't even flinch. He advanced upon the infernape, not feeling a single blow as pain. But once he got close enough the infernape hit him square in the head with an ice punch. He felt that one. Looking back at the infernape his head was covered by a helmet of some sort. Knowing that must have been why it went rampant he aimed for it, only to be countered by the infernape and sent back with a mega kick. Then from the bushes a dart flew after him hitting Red in the neck. He didn't notice it though. He went forward again but fell to his knees then passed out, hitting the ground with a thud. Members of a new faction came from the bushes, advancing on Red with large metal nets. The tiny grass and savana pokemon surrounded him, preventing their further venturing. The infernape made quick work of all, tossing them aside. But a snivy that was knocked away got back up. His color was not that of a regular shiny's, she was purple. Without hesitation she went back in between them and Red.
"Finish it infernape.", one of the human's called.
The infernape's fist glowed red then burst into flames. He charged at the snivy and threw his punch. The snivy's body quickly shifted, glowing very brightly and evolving into a servine only a second before the attack hit and caught it. She strained against the fire's power and her own body was pushed back, her feet pushed into the ground. She rooted her feet there, pulling nutrients from the ground and her body began to grow large till she was just bigger than the infernape. She pushed back and pushed the pokemon off balance. Once he fell, the helmet came off and both fell over in exhaustion. The humans ere not surprised and one through out a seviper who quickly coiled around servine. That was where Derana stepped in.
"Neither he nor this tree are for you. Leave now. While you still value your ability to live."
"A talking pokemon?"
Red stirred and stood up.
"The tree exerts an aura which allows us pokemon to speak like you humans. You will leave now and stop toruring the pokemon or I will rip you to shreds. This is my tree to protect, not yours to take. I have never seen you before, wearing those ridiculous outfits."
He grabbed the seviper, digging his claws deep into the flesh then threw it at the two humans. Blood leaked from the wounds of the seviper who barely even drew breath.
"Worthless pokemon!"
"Worthless?!", Red called out.
He advanced upon the pokemon, shedding a single tear onto the open wound. He drew his head back then watched as the seviper's wounds closed up.
"I say not. You wish to intrude on my home then so be it I will rip your heart out! Now if you favor your lives get the hell out of y forest!"
"It's...a savanna."
"Get the hell out of here before I crush your skull."
The two humans left the seviper as he lay there with a steady rise and fall of his chest.
"What about him?"
"Let him stay. He deserves to stay. No one should be used for personal games."
The smaller pokemon gathered and all huddled up to the seviper. Servine picked him up and looked over to the abandoned infernape as well. Two pokemon, left by their ow masters. Servine held the seviper over one shoulder and the infernape over the other, bringing them to a small patch of soft grass. She let go of all the nutrients she was holding and the grass grew into long blades, making a bed. she sighed with relief and retired to her own home, a bush.
Red watched every move but what caught his eye was a peculiar looking eevee. He wasn't creepy or ominous, but stood proud with the way he looked and was itching for something else to happen. Though what was strange was that the eevee disappeared once a pokemon ran in front of him. Looking once again to the front of him, Red spotted the eevee advancing upon the servine. She poked her head up and staired him up and down.
"What do you need?"
"Your fighting skills are remarkable. but the way you evolved was spectacular."
She blushed.
"You really think so?"
"Yes. But did you plan on evolving?"
"Yes. I've been holding the evolution off for a year now. Well, was."
"You were still eautiful out there. I hope to see you in more action in the future."
She blushed even more and he smiled.
"Well, I'd like to see you in action myself but I'm exhausted. Twas afire type attack against my grass type body."
"Ok then I guess I'll see you tomorrow or the week after that."
He left an Snivy let out a breath she had been holding.
"Such a nice eevee. I wonder what he is like as a boyfriend? Or even a lover...my lover."
In Red's housing he walked to the farthest corner and used his growth ability to manipulate the area into a sytem of roots woven together, making meshed walls which would later be caked with mud. He turned to his usul spot in the middle of the area and laid down. Derana stood next to him, clacking her claws together then he sighed, raising his left wing for her and she snuggled up to him.
"Thank you."
"We will have a talk about this some time from now. Whenever I feel it is needed. But until then, this is the closest me and you will get."I'm still not attracted to you anyway so this isn't cuddling."
"Oh, it very much is. Very much indeed."
He gowled lightly then shifted his head to the other side of his body, keeping hers away from his.

As said before, they are short story parts but it's an over all long story.
