AN: I haven't written in ages... Might be a bit rusty...

Daedalus bellowed in rage his clothes exploding into ash as the black fluid of the Shade burst out of his skin, four tentacles burst out of his back and a tail whipped violently behind him. He roared again his eyes turned into two white glowing circles and his mouth a maw of black teeth.

Aerov laughed uproarously, "Going straight to stage two is dangerous Daedalus. The Shade could take over easily if you let so much out at once."

Daedalus roared again and lunged at him the flid of the shades essence stretching to increase the force of the blow. Aerov laughed again and leptpast the clawed hand and punched Daedalus in the face with emmense force making ripples shoot over the Shade's essence.

"You're weak Daedalus! Even with your Shade you're pathetic!"

Daedalus recovered quickly and made another swing a few of his tentaces arcing around to try and catch Aerov off gaurd. Aerov blinked out of the way in a flash of blue light and rammed his elbow into Daedalus. Daedalus whined and growled crashing into the ground writhing in pain. The black fluid encasing his body shuddered and started to thin out as Daedalus weakened. Aerov let down one last blow smashing his foot down on Daedalus's chest. Daedalus screamed and the Shade's essence retracted back into his body leaving him bare and naked a trio of nasty bruises forming on his face chest and stomach.

"You didn't get it then you still don't get it now. You're worthless" Aerov stood over Daedalus and Daedalus glared at him. "Maybe I need to give you something a little more permanent than a few bruises to remind you not to fuck with me." Aerov grinned coldly a malcious glint in his eye. "I'm glad my master isn't here or he'd make me kill you and I wouldn't be able to play." Aerov knelt down forcing Daedalus's legs apart despite his futile resistance and positioned himself so they were face to face. "I garantee you this Daedalus. You. Will. Not. Enjoy this." He forced Daedalus's head to one side and bit into his neck. Daedalus screamed and squirmed trying to push Aerov away.

"No no no no!! Get off me!" Daedalus cried out weakly.

Aerov backed up blood dripping from his lips and grinned fumbling with his pants absent mindedly. "But where's the fun in that?" He pushed Daedalus down and thrusted hard into him cackling at Daedalus's scream of pain.

Daedalus stared out accross the devestation Aerov and him had created in their battle. Aerov had had his fun leaving Daedalus humiliated and brutalised, countless bite marks pocked his pale skin emphasised by scratches across his chest arms and back. Daedalus couldn't feel the pain anymore as he'd gone numb with cold and humiliation. Daedalus had given up on trying to move and his Shade was surprisingly quiet, as though it too had felt his pain. Daedalus thought back to the shy, kind and gentle boy he once knew before the fall of Antiok. He couldn't imagine what Abaddon did to Aerov to turn him into this sadistic animal. A loud whistling sound followed by a sound like crumpling paper then a ripping sound announced the appearance of Seraphim and Daeva. Daeva cried out and clapped his hands to his mouth then sprinted over to Daedalus, Seraphim rushing over quickly behind him.

"Oh gods... Daedalus?" Daeva gently tilted Daedalus into a sitting position. "Daedalus? Can you hear me? Daedalus?!"

Seraphim laid a hand on Daeva's shoulder. "Calm yourself Daeva. He's in shock. He probably can't even hear you." He stated plainly his thick accent twisting the words.

Daeva stared at Seraphims metal mask for a moment then looked back at Daedalus. "But... Who could do this?"

"I have a hunch." Seraphim looked across the plain his glwoing blue eyeslits spotting the figure watching in the distance. "Come Daeva. We must take him away from here and heal him."

Daeva picked up Daedalus, being stronger than his slight frame would suggest. He looked at Seraphim tears weling in his eyes. "Ok" He croaked.

"You go first. I'll get Daedalus's weapons." Seraphim stalked across the plains towards a small pile and Daeva nodded exiting through the gash in the air they'd entered through.
