The Simulator: Initial Trial

Cerek walked toward the huge building; a large structure with black-tinted windows and a massive blast door with a smaller inset door. He glanced down at the business card in his hand, given to him through the mail, then looked at the building. The words "Simulacrum Laboratories" were chiseled into the building at the top of the door and painted black, accentuating the letters against the white marble. The company that owned the edifice was well-known amongst the world as having labs where sensory perception was put on trial. They were trying to find any clues and scientific evidence to discover if the mythical "sixth sense" existed. However, that was merely a front by the company to not cause any disturbances with their research. If nobody took them seriously they wouldn't be bothered with pointless questions, which would detract from their money and time. They did need test subjects, though, and Cerek had answered the call from the small advertisement in the paper.

Upon approaching the entrance, large heavy banging sounds were coming from behind the door. As soon as Cerek reached his fist up to bang on the door, a small window slid open. The man behind the window had dark, red eyes and a massive snout. He glared down at Cerek for a moment, then noticed the card in his hand and said, "Let me see that card."

Cerek handed him the card through the window and the man's face backed away. He heard some voices resonating through the window, then the man came back to the window and slammed it shut. Cerek stood there for a moment wondering if he should leave, when an extremely loud metal bang came from the door, followed by multiple smaller clanking sounds, with which the smaller door opened. When he saw the man from the window in full-view, he was taken aback. The man was a massive komodo towering around eight feet tall with searing red eyes and black teeth. His dark grey scales made him a very intimidating aspect to behold. "Come in and follow me. Don't touch anything and you might live," the man commanded Cerek.

"I.. might live? What the crap did I get myself into now?" Cerek thought to himself. He obediently followed the massive man as they went through many winding hallways. The hums of computers and machines could be heard when they passed every single door. He glanced inside a room every now and then; some rooms contained large containers, while some of them housed just a lone computer with nothing else in the room. He figured it would be better for his overall health to not ask about what was going on.

They turned a corner and a short walk later came upon a set of double doors without windows and a stack of papers stuck to a bulletin board. The man took the papers off the board and pulled a pen out of his coat pocket, handing the items to Cerek. "Sign these. They are release papers saying that you can't sue us if something goes awry," he said.

"That's comforting.. Hey, were you guys serious about what you were going to pay for participating in whatever it is?" Cerek asked.

"Yes. We fully intend to provide to you everything you were told. Clearly it must have been enticing enough to cause you to make up your mind and bring you out here. One last thing, the papers are also a non-disclosure agreement. Everything you see here, and experience, is secret. One word of this gets out, well.. I'm sure not too many people would believe you, but we'll make sure that they don't get any more chances to hear about it again," the man told him, his expression not changing during the entire monologue.

Cerek looked at him for a moment then said, "Right.." He looked down at the papers in his hand and thought about the amount of money they had agreed to give him if he enlisted his time. He could definitely afford a better lifestyle after that, and also for his girlfriend. "Nasstana.. Forgive me if I don't make it out of here," he thought to himself. He sighed and signed his name on the papers and handed the items back to the man, who then tucked them into his coat pocket.

"Follow me, now, Cerek," he said, waving his hand for him to follow. "By the way, my name is Amárn." They stepped through the doors and entered an incredibly small room with one area sectioned off with a wall that had a glass window. Inside the area stood two men with lab coats whom were staring at them as they entered the room. Amárn turned to Cerek and motioned to one of the individuals and said, "He is the one you talked to, Dr. Kniles Arrik. He will be conducting the experiment with you and that machine." He pointed to what looked like a modified dentist's chair that had small metal plates in a varied pattern lining the seat.

Dr. Arrik walked over to Cerek and shook his hand. "Hello, hello! I'm so glad to know that you chose to participate! I'm positive that you have some questions, hm? Well, go ahead and ask them! I'll be sure to answer them as well as I can," Dr. Arrik said, holding his hands together and looking at Cerek with a very broad smile. "Oh, by the way, let's just get comfortable. Just call me Kniles. The whole 'Dr.' thing gets old after a while, you see?"

Cerek nodded and said, "Alright.. Kniles. Um.. What is the experiment?"

"The experiment is a.. sensory performance test. We shut down your entire central nervous system and then simulate a new set of sensory perceptions. In other words, everything you perceive changes! It's quite stimulating. Imagine.. dreaming, but feeling like you aren't!" Kniles said excitedly.

"Shutting down my entire central nervous system? Isn't that.. dangerous?" Cerek said with slight trepidation.

"Oh, don't worry. I've subjected myself to it many, many times. As you can see, I'm quite perfectly normal!" Kniles exclaimed, raising his arms in the air.

Cerek could only think to himself, "Normal? This is normal?" He looked at the machine and at the overall setup. "Will it hurt?" he asked.

"Oh, it's excruciating! The pain is tremendous, like setting yourself on fire!" Kniles clapped his hands together when he said that. Cerek's eyes widened a little bit, but then Kniles laughed and said, "I was just playing around with you. Sometimes you don't even feel it. It's like drifting off to sleep, so to speak."

"How long will this experiment take?" Cerek asked after calming down.

"That's up to you. You see, when we activate the machine and your senses change, it's only changing at the neural level. Basically, you're perceiving things like you would normally, but at speeds that your brain can utilize. It's roughly about one hour of real time to one day of your lucid time. Imagine my surprise when I told my assistant to run the test on me for five hours!" Kniles said, looking at his assistant who continued to stand there without showing too much emotion.

Cerek pondered all of this for a moment before he realized a key question and asked, "What will I see in that state?"

Kniles applauded the question and said, "I was waiting for you to ask me that! I don't know!" He stood there smiling wide enough to show his teeth.

The group was silent for a long moment before Cerek finally said, "You don't know? ..Uh, that's not very reassuring?"

Kniles put a hand on Cerek's shoulder and guided him to the machine. "You see," he said, pointing to a few spots, "These interpret signals from the brain. We found that at a specific wavelength, the brain starts to.. shall I say, vibrate. The vibrations are then picked up electronically and interpreted by our systems. Under normal circumstances after we turn on the machine, you go into your 'dream' and control it as if you were living an entirely different life. With these receptors, we can record all of it! Imagine, your inner desires and dreams coming to you like you've never imagined.." Kniles said as he trailed off. "Anyway, are you ready to go?"

"I guess so," Cerek reluctantly said.

Kniles told him to sit in the chair and just relax and close his eyes. When Cerek got in place, eyes closed as commanded, he felt like someone had suddenly yanked him back into the chair. Upon opening his eyes, he found himself facing a rundown fortress.

Part Two

Cerek walked up to the large archway of the gate to the courtyard. The chains for the gate had rusted almost entirely through, and the drop-down gate was wedged at an angle in its frame. He looked down and noticed that his clothes had changed to a tan robe, and a small array of green scalemail covered his chest, legs, arms, tail, and groin. An elongated scimitar hung from a scabbard on his left side, nearly touching the ground.

He moved further into the small courtyard, noting the lack of population. Every house in the area that he looked inside was completely deserted. The doors were falling off their hinges, chunks of rock were broken off of the sides of the buildings, and the small farms were completely decimated. "What in the worl-" he started to say, but a loud crash sounded from behind him.

Cerek turned around and saw that the drop-down gate had somehow righted itself and slammed down shut. He stared at it for a moment, looking in amazement as it seemed to also have been replaced with an entirely new gate. The wood on the gate was glowing off the sun and the metal bands to secure it were shining. Suddenly, every single door to every house in the courtyard slammed shut.

Cerek looked around trying to figure out what was happening when the door next to him slowly opened up. He turned to face the door and looked inside the house, but nobody was there. He started to take a step toward the door when he felt a hand tightly grip his shoulder and spin him around.

"Who are you, stranger?" a blue-scaled man said to him while holding out a sword to Cerek's throat. Behind the man was a small squad of soldiers all wearing the same armor and wielding similar swords, holding them at the ready.

"I'm.. My name is Cerek.. May I ask what is go-" he started to say, but someone had blackjacked him from behind and he fell down unconscious.

When he woke up, Cerek found himself lying on a bed completely nude in a room lit only with one torch. He sat up and looked around to find his armor and sword, but they weren't anywhere nearby. A moment later a noise of someone softly clearing their throat came from one corner of the dark room. When he turned around, a girl in the same state of dress that he is started walking toward him with her hips and tail waving side to side.

When the girl got up to him, she put a hand under his chin and asked, "So, what would it take a girl to get you to tell me what you're doing here, hm?" Cerek was stunned, allowing the girl to grab a hold on his arm and lead him back to the bed. When she got him to sit down, she threw herself on top of him and forced him on his back. With a slight grin, she pulled out a small dagger from under the bed and held it up to his throat.

"As I asked before.. what would it take, hm? A knife to the throat.. or are you from the other land where the women do.. enticing things?" the girl said, adjusting herself to sit on his lap. "How about it, Cerek?" she said as she purred a little bit.

Cerek was completely lost in what was happening. He looked down at the union of their groins and looked up at her. She had put the tip of the dagger in her mouth and was twirling it around. Cerek knew he had to say something, otherwise things might get painful. "I'm.. from a land too distant.. I assure you, I'm not an enemy. What are you going to do to me?" he asked her.

"Well, I was supposed to get you to tell me where you're from any way I could," she said, a mischievous smile forming, "But now that that's out of the way, I think I'm going to have a little fun for myself.." She giggled and used her claws to rake his chest, flicking her tail over his.

This was having an obvious effect on Cerek as he started to breathe a little heavier, but he was trying to control himself. He looked up at her and said, "I.. I have a girlfriend! I don't want to do this with you.. right now.."

"Right now, hm? And this girlfriend of yours.. is she here right now? No? Then what she doesn't know.." she said before she stuck her tongue out and let out a small murr as she slowly ground her cloaca against the edge of his pelvis.

Cerek's natural instincts started to take over and he leaned his head back as he felt his arousal. He felt his cock begin to slide out of his sheath a little bit more, and then he looked down at how she was sitting on him. She was positioned in a way that as his cock extended, it went straight into her cloaca. The immediate pleasure took over as he quickly became fully erect and was completely inserted into her.

The girl gasped a bit and started to move her hips around with him inside. She was purring rapidly when she said, "You're much larger than anyone in this entire town.. Now this is a great feeling!" She gyrated her hips and slid up and down on his shaft making hissing and purring noises as she rode him. Cerek was just going along with the ride and not minding it too much.

"Now, seriously, Kiermyl, they only wanted you to find out from where he hails," a male voice said. Both of them on the bed stopped moving and looked over as a soldier came into the room carrying a torch. "I swear, there probably isn't a single male you haven't had inside of you in this entire fort. I'm not sure how he could be any different from any of us. Come on, get up and get dressed," the soldier commanded her.

Kiermyl looked at Cerek and sighed. She slowly pulled herself off of his cock and let it slap against his belly. She walked past the soldier and said, "He has one thing over all of you, and it's a matter of size.. especially in your case, quill-dick." He furrowed his eyes and looked away then said, "You, Cerek, get up and come on out as well. Your clothes are right outside along with your sword. We couldn't pull it out of the scabbard for our lives, so just watch yourself. And don't mind her, she does that to every guy she sees. It gets frustrating."

"Quill-dick? That has to hurt," Cerek said, chuckling to himself.

The soldier unsheathed his sword, pointed it toward Cerek and said, "You watch yourself! That's none of your concern! My.. ah, fuck you." He turned around and stomped out, his scales turning a shade of red.

Cerek stepped outside of the room and found his clothes on the ground along with the sword. He picked them up and pieced together the armor back on himself to how it was previously, then latched the scabbard to the belt. Double checking to make sure he had everything with him, following the same route out as the soldier before him, he walked forward and eventually came to a flight of stairs.

When he got to the top, there was a turn around a corner where he came face to face with the soldier from a few minutes ago. The soldier was rushing toward him with a larger sword than before, yelling at the top of his lungs. There was barely enough time to react when he started to bring down the blade of the giant sword. Suddenly, everything ceased moving. The sword halted midway, and even the flames of the torches stopped their dance.

His head started to vibrate when he heard Kniles' voice say, "Oh, yes, Cerek! I do hope you're having fun so far! I'm noticing that, well, you're about to be chopped in half.. You see, that's not a pleasant experience to happen while in there, believe me! Don't worry, you don't die in reality, but you do have a rather horrid feeling until we shut off the machine. This is why you were equipped with a weapon, you see. It's a weapon that befits the era you're in. We had to do some sort of protection and guarantee, you see. We wanted the experience to be fulfilling, not painful. So, if you would so kindly use your sword as you wish! Don't worry, you can't lose when you have it with you! After all, we do want to complete this experiment!" The vibrating slowly stopped.

Cerek looked at the soldier and put a hand on the hilt of his sword. He effortlessly pulled it out and just when he got ready, everything started to move again. Their swords clashed together making a tremendously loud echo in the small hallway. The collision caused the soldier to reel backward. He had a very surprised look on his face as he saw Cerek holding his weapon.

"How did you manage to withdraw your sword? We all tried a few times and couldn't get it to budge! Who are you, Cerek?" the soldier said, as he held his giant sword to his side in a aggressive defensive stance.

"Just leave me alone, alright?" Cerek said, casually holding his sword with one hand as it rested on the floor.

"You damaged my pride, and for that, you die!" the solder said as he raised the sword up over his head and brought it down as hard as he could.

Cerek sighed, and a quick moment later a slew of sparks lit the hallway. One half of the soldier's sword landed heavily on the ground behind Cerek, while the other half was still in the soldier's hands as it banged against the ground. Cerek's sword had cut completely through the sword and was now resting against the neck of the soldier.

"Just leave me alone, dammit!" Cerek yelled at him. The soldier dropped what remained of his sword and kneeled before Cerek.

"Finish me off, then. You've won," the soldier said, closing his eyes.

"I don't want to bother with you anymore. Show me how to get out of this place," Cerek commanded him.

The soldier growled then stood up and looked at Cerek for a moment before turning around, waving for him to follow. They walked down the hallway for a moment, passing through doorway after doorway, until they came to a much larger building. The soldier opened the door to the building and they went inside. After turning a corner and going through another doorway, it appeared that they had come across a social gathering. The soldier ran forward shouting, "Captain! Captain!" He came to an incredibly large man, another komodo, that had a sword hanging from each side.

"Yes? What is the emergency?" the captain said.

"Captain Panvax! This man, Cerek.. he threatened to kill the prince!" the soldier exclaimed.

"Oh, now come on, I did not thr-" Cerek said, but he was interrupted as Panvax raised his hand at him.

"He chased me through the halls, I couldn't do anything but seek your aide, Captain! He sliced the family's giant sword in half!" the soldier said, feigning urgency.

The captain was taken aback, then said, "He sliced.. What!?.. Cerek, prepare to die!" He pulled out both swords from his scabbards and very nimbly skimmed across the ground, his swords dancing and singing through the air.

Cerek barely had enough time to respond, but managed to draw his sword and deflect a few slices of the captain's blades. Panvax continued in his pursuit and pushed Cerek back with every attack. Cerek soon felt the wall on his tail and back. The captain smiled and said, "Now you're mine!" before he arranged the swords in his hands with their points down and did an overhead downward strike to him.

The captain's movements appeared to slow down. The vibration returned to Cerek's head as he heard Kniles' voice again say, "Oh, this is exciting and it's just begun! What are you going to do now, Cerek? That attack looks mighty dangerous!" The vibration ceased and he looked at the blades coming down at him. Quickly, he grabbed his sword by the back of the blade with both hands and waited for the moment when the tips were close enough. He put the sharp side of his sword underneath the back of Panvax's and slid them up into the air.

Both of their swords were raised when everything moved at a normal pace again. Panvax was caught off-guard as he noticed large metal shavings sliding down off from his swords. He looked down in time to watch Cerek kick him hard in the torso, sending Panvax stumbling backward, losing his grip on one of his swords. The sword had been so severely weakened by what Cerek had done that it shattered when it collided hard against the side wall.

The captain slowly stood up, one hand clutching his chest. He stumbled forward a little bit before he righted himself. "That was impressive, Cerek! Now, let's see if you can finish the job," Panvax said. With that, he spun around with his sword slicing into the air like a sideways spinning top. The movement was so fast and fierce, Cerek could only raise his sword up and support it as each hit crashed against it sending sparks in all directions.

After a few slashes, the captain used his momentum to go to the ground and do a sweeping kick to Cerek, knocking him down. He just had enough time to roll out of the way before Panvax's sword came down, cutting a slice into Cerek's robe, barely stopped by the scalemail.

Cerek twirled around into a kneeling position, raised his sword and jumped forward, slashing into the captain. Panvax was prepared for him, however, as he blocked the attack and managed to shove Cerek away. The captain was smiling and bouncing around where he stood in a rhythmic fighting stance. With supreme agility, he ran and stepped onto the wall, using the rebounding force to bring himself high into the air with his sword raised.

This time, however, Cerek was prepared for him. He did a sweeping uppercut with all of his weight behind it onto Panvax's incoming attack. The force of the attack was so strong that the captain was sent flying back in mid-air against the wall and Cerek was knocked downward to his knees. The tip of Panvax's sword broke off on the wall, the piece clattering away on the ground.

"Quite impressive, Cerek. Now for the finale, eh?" the captain said, laughing and smiling as he started wildly swinging his sword as he ran toward him.

Cerek waited for the perfect opportunity. Anyone swinging a sword like that is desperate and leaves himself open at one crucial spot. He soon saw the open spot and attacked forward, but Panvax was bluffing. The captain immediately braced into a defensive position that would stop any frontal attack only to leave the attacker wide open himself. He knew his trap had worked.

However, he didn't count on something else. Cerek's sword cut completely straight through the captain's sword, leaving Panvax with a deep slash wound to his upper chest. The captain looked down and saw the blood pouring out from the cut, looked at his sword, then dropped it to the ground. He reached over and grabbed Cerek's sword, placed the tip to his throat and said, "Finish it."

"Stop this immediately," a voice said from behind Cerek.

Part Three

Cerek turned around and saw Kiermyl and a male walking side-by-side. He was dressed in tightly-wrapped blue clothes and a crimson cloak. At his side was an extremely ornate set of two swords with longer hilts than usual. Kiermyl came up behind Cerek and wrapped her arms around him, licking his neck.

"Captain Panvax, it seems that you're no longer capable of performing your duties for a while. Based on what I heard, it seems you weren't capable of performing your sworn duties in the first place," the man said.

"Prince.. forgive me.." Panvax pleaded, his voice weakened by the loss of blood. The prince stared at him for a moment, before the captain passed out and fell to the ground.

"Get him to the infirmary. He was a good fighter, in the least. You must be Cerek. I have been told of you by Kiermyl. I'm Prince Daghm. I ask that, since you've nearly killed my best captain, were you really trying to kill me?" the prince asked.

"I had no intentions of killing you, nor did I even know you ruled this fort. Panvax attacked me, and I did my best to defend myself," Cerek said. Kiermyl looked over at the prince with her tongue partially sticking out, attempting to influence him. It appeared to have worked.

"Come with me, then," the prince commanded them.

They walked to the prince's room and put their weapons against the wall. Daghm turned to Cerek and said, "So, where did you come from, Cerek? What land is your origin?"

"I'm not sure I can adequately explain where I'm from. The last thing I recall is finding myself walking into the courtyard. Then I got.. taken out by your soldiers and I woke up here to find her interrogating me in an unusual way, not that I'm complaining or anything," Cerek said.

"Yes, Kiermyl does resort to using provocative methods. She says she really liked your answer, though. So much so she said she started to enjoy herself a little bit, but was cut short by one of my guards," Daghm said. "Then I heard that you had defeated one of my guards inside the hallway and sliced one of my giant swords into two pieces?"

"I.. well, he said I insulted his pride. The next thing I know, he's swinging this sword at me, so the only thing I could do was use my own against him. I'm sorry about it ending up like that, though.. I didn't intend for that to happen," Cerek said, looking side to side as he was talking.

Draghm sighed a little bit, then said, "Ah, well. It hurts to lose such a weapon, but its use in battle was limited as it was just too heavy. I can probably get my smiths to repair it. I am amazed, though, at your weapon. It sliced through the giant sword, as well as Panvax's swords. May I ask what materials comprise its existence?"

Cerek looked at the hilt of the sword for a moment, then turned back to Draghm and said, "I honestly have no idea. I can't remember getting it, but I know I just had it."

"Ah, well. It's probably a secret of your own land. At any rate, it's getting very late. Why don't you sleep in the room down the hall on the right. It's the guest room and I think you'll find it quite pleasant. There's a bath in there as well, we have pumps for hot water.. only ones in this area," Draghm said to Cerek.

"I'll look into it. Thank you, Draghm," Cerek said, nodding his head.

Cerek left the room and went down the hall toward the guest room. Along the way he saw paintings of people that looked exactly like Draghm. The only real differences were the backgrounds and styles of clothing they wore. "By all logical conclusion, these must be the ancestors of Draghm.. They all have different clothes, but not a single one of them has a crown. It doesn't seem that anyone's been the king in his family," he thought to himself. Eventually, he came upon the door to the guest room and entered.

The bed itself was larger than necessary with crimson sheets and coverings. There were a few chairs in the room that were inlaid with gold and had high arching backs. The masterpiece of the room was discovered upon looking up. The ceiling was covered from edge to edge with a massive mural painting of a battle. The main person leading the charge looked like one of the individuals in the paintings outside the room, but it also appeared to be Draghm himself holding what appeared to be a dual-bladed weapon. It was an epic battle being depicted with what seemed to be hundreds of soldiers on each side charging at each other. The fortress was evident in the background, but it looked to be more grandiose than its current state of affair.

"So this is all being created by me and my mind? I guess this is what happens when you sleep during history class. They always said that the subconscious kicked in.. learning by auditory osmosis, amazing! Though I can't remember anything about the class itself," Cerek said trailing off at the end.

On a far wall, Cerek noticed a small collapsing doorway that, upon pulling the door to the side, revealed a large, deep tub. The tub itself was plain white, but it had gold pipes aimed into it. A chain on one side of a pipe hung down long enough that it appeared to be able to be pulled from inside the tub itself. "Now this is a tub!" he said, excitedly.

Cerek removed his sword and set it down alongside the tub and then removed his armor and underlying robe. He reached over and pulled on the chain and a torrent of steaming water poured out. When the tub was mostly filled, he stepped in and relaxed, closed his eyes, and let the feeling of the water warm his body. His mind cycled through the events that had happened in the past few hours. He wondered how in the world his sword was able to cut through and do so much damage with so little effort. He also wondered why in the world people would attack him in a 'world' that he created, especially someone like Panvax.

Suddenly there was a clicking sound, like the door to his room was closed as quietly as possible. Cerek opened his eyes and looked toward the door, but everything appeared to be as it was when he got there. "Hello? Is anyone there?" he asked. When he didn't hear any response, he stood up in the tub and stepped out. He walked to the door and noticed that it wasn't completely latched all the way, so he closed the door until the mechanisms were set. The moment he closed the door, he heard water splashing sounds.

Upon turning around, he saw Kiermyl kneeling next to the tub, one hand resting her face while looking at him and making swirling motions in the water with her other hand. For a moment she stopped and beckoned Cerek over with one finger, smiling the entire time. "Don't you want to finish your bath? I'll help, if you don't mind," she said in a sultry voice.

"Help, huh? How do I know you won't hold a dagger to my neck, again? ..Let alone, how do I know you won't threaten to cut off any of my other preferred appendages, hm?" Cerek asked. He found himself walking toward her, waiting to see what kind of trick she would pull.

"Who's to say I won't? Besides, I think it's more fun to have everything still attached for when the fun begins," Kiermyl purred. "I don't need to use a dagger anymore, unless you're threatening to harm little miss Kiermyl? I wouldn't dare go against your skill with your sword.." She looked down at his crotch when she said the last part. "Unless, that is, you have no skill with your sword, hm? Come on, back into the water, you monster," she giggled to herself, putting her hand back into the water and swirling it again.

Cerek had reached the tub and crouched down to face her. "What about Draghm? Does he know you're doing this?" he asked.

"Draghm..," she sighed, "Why do you think I do this? He gets with me only for the outside image that he still prefers females. Besides, he's not a very.. filling person. Not as filling as you are. He doesn't enjoy my company and he leaves me begging. I do this to fulfill my own needs!" Kiermyl said, clenching her fists and looking upward.

"Draghm is.." Cerek started to say.

"A male aficionado? Yes, he is," Kiermyl said.

"So you want me to give you what you need, hm?" Cerek said. Her eyes immediately gained an urgent look. "What Draghm has lacked, you want me to fill?"

"Yes! Please!" Kiermyl said as she gripped the edges of the tub.

"And do you promise not to try to harm me?" Cerek said, looking in her eyes.

Kiermyl reached down and picked up the knife she had hidden and threw it across the room. "Now I do!" she yelled.

Cerek was surprised that she really did have a knife stashed away, and could only wonder what she intended to do with it. The water in the tub had drained a little, so he reached over and pulled the chain allowing more hot water to pour in. He stood up and stepped into the tub and lied down on his back.

"Well, didn't you say you were going to help?" Cerek asked.

Kiermyl murred as she reached in and started rubbing his chest with her hands. Almost no time was wasted before she had her hands inbetween his legs. Cerek reached down and grabbed her wrists and said, "That's a little too fast, there." She gave a disappointed growl, but then leaned over and started to lick his neck.

She worked her long tongue up his chin and then worked it into his mouth, finally evolving into a kiss that caused him to lean his head back. While he was distracted, she again took the opportunity and started to stroke him inbetween his legs. Her other hand was following the same rhythm on her own cloaca.

They broke the kiss and he looked down to see her using her claws to lightly scratch around the area of his sheath. He turned toward her and said, "Well, if you want it that badly.." He looked down at her and saw her playing with herself, her eyes focused on his groin.

He reached down and grabbed her hand, then held it flat against his crotch. "Slowly," he said. She obeyed him, her movements becoming sincere and prolonged. He watched her hand move on him, then chuckled as she jumped a little bit when he flexed his pelvic muscle and his shaft quickly emerged from its sheath.

"What did you just do? That was neat!" Kiermyl said. She grasped onto his shaft and stroked it up and down, hardening it in her hand. She murred as she moved it around at different angles to examine every vein and rubbed her thumb over the tip. "I can't even fit my hand around it.. I didn't think it was possible for a size like this!" she said, using her other hand to reach under the water and grab a hold of it. She used both of her hands to stroke it up and down, stopping every now and then to feel it throb in her hands.

Cerek reached down and grabbed her hands and pulled them off his cock. "Stand up and we can progress," he said. He tugged on her wrists, causing her to be forced to step into the tub with him. She looked down and lined her cloaca up with his shaft, but when she started to move down, he pulled her wrists toward him. He let go of her and twisted his body in the tub as she fell forward, catching herself with her hands on the edge of the tub. Cerek's plan had worked, and he gained control.

He took the opportunity and threw himself on her back, forcefully ramming his cock into her. The weight of his body caused both of them to sink into the water, their heads resting on the edge of the tub. Kiermyl's tail was flicking back and forth, before finally hanging over the side. Cerek started to thrust hard and fast into her, her only responses being short gasps, murrs, and growls. Her mouth was open the entire time, tongue hanging out. Her eyes were closed as Cerek had his way with her, filling her with his cock.

The water waved and sloshed as Cerek pumped her, some spilling out over the sides. Kiermyl had stopped making noises, her cloaca pulsing around his cock, and her mouth opening and closing with each thrust into her.

He grunted with each thrust, her cloacal walls enveloping his shaft. She clenched subconsciously every few strokes, causing Cerek to growl from the friction. They kept going for long moments, at one point Cerek put his head on top of hers, asserting his dominance.

Cerek felt himself getting close. He sat up a little bit and wrapped his arms around her chest and arched his back, moving only his hips as he jammed his cock into her over and over. Kiermyl's tail came back to life as she flicked it forward and backward, her own orgasm getting close.

Giving one final thrust into her cloaca and letting out a loud growl, Cerek's cock erupted, filling her insides with his cum. Kiermyl immediately followed suit with her own orgasm hitting her, her inner cloacal walls milking his cock. She finally ended with a long, drawn out murr before opening her eyes and looking back at Cerek. "That was what I needed, and I knew you would provide. My trick worked, as always," she said, purring before closing her eyes and falling asleep where she was.

Cerek pulled out of her, his cock receding back into his sheatha and pulled the drain from the tub, allowing the water mixed with their cum to wash out. "Well, I think I'll just let you sleep where you are," he said. He walked over to the bed and prepared his clothes, when he heard a knock on his room door.

Cerek answered the door and saw Draghm standing there. "Hi, Draghm," he greeted.

"I wanted to just say one last thing before you went to sleep: the room supposedly is haunted, and you might hear some..strange..." Draghm said, but stopped talking as he looked inside and saw Kiermyl lying in the tub not moving. "You killed her!" he shouted.

"What? Kiermyl? No, no! She's sleepi-" Cerek started to explain, but was cut short as Draghm stabbed him in the chest with one of his swords. Cerek took in a sharp breath as the pain jolted through him. The sword was sticking out of his chest and blood was leaking out in rivers from the wound. Draghm raised the other sword and brought it down through Cerek's right shoulder, piercing through and exiting through the back.

Cerek fell to his knees, the pain making him unable to continue standing. Everything immediately began to darken. Draghm had run over to Kiermyl just as the pain stopped. He was getting lightheaded, then all went black as he slumped over.

"Cerek! Boy, please wake up!"

"Amárn, do something!"

"I'm trying! This won't look good to the public, doc."

"Oh, for crying out loud, this is not good! I have to improve the safeguards!"

Cerek's mind was comprehending the words. He was aware of what they were saying, but couldn't react, his body feeling like it was reacting violently to his mind.

"..Wait, Amárn, his vitals are normal, but his neuroscan is showing high activity.. Let's try something! Reactivate the machine."

The feeling of being yanked returned to Cerek. He opened his eyes again, and found himself standing outside facing the fortress. It was almost like the first moment he came here, but everything was in perfect order.

Suddenly, the gate entrance let out a massive creak and a wood whining sound. Just as quickly as it started, the gate exploded into splinters. The arches that supported the gate began to crumble and fall apart to pieces, shattering like wet sand on the ground. The entire wall of the fortress followed suit, like a wave tearing it all apart from the outside in.

It wasn't long before the main part of the fortress itself started to fall. The towers at the corners cracked and split into two, crumbling down onto themselves. With a thunderous roar, the entire fortress shook with a massive upheaval before crashing down onto the ground. A huge dust cloud exploded into the air, and the entire fortress was decimated. Before anything could be said, Cerek once again blacked out.

He awoke instantly, but found himself lying in his own bed. He felt normal, but could remember every detail of what happened. He was even wearing the same clothes that he wore going into the laboratory. "Oh, come on! That could NOT have been just a dream, dammit!" he shouted.

He sat up on his bed and turned to hang his feet off the side. When he looked up on the endtable next to him, he saw a thick envelope. Picking it up, he opened it and looked inside, then emptied the contents onto the bed. From the envelope out fell a fancy written check for two hundred thousand dollars and a brochure with Dr. Kniles and Amárn on the front, advertising their new simulation adventure.
