When the Grid Became Real: part 1
I can't believe this is the first story I will have written in a long time. Well people. I'm steppin up my game. Thanks to many hours of role playing I have stepped up a few things in my writing department. Everything before this should seem like I was writing amateur work compared to this story. So I'm hoping it's awesome and I hope for it to be something fun for many people to read. It is partially based on the Tron theme of, "On the Grid." but it is my version of it. Everything is just way coler in my world. In this story I shall be writing as best I can, adding details as I go to make it look legit.

A few years ago there was an ancient alien device that was discovered by a small group of people who had been digging for fossils of a once live past. The present is always happy to find something anew. But the future is what matters in this story. This device had many new types of technology unkown to all furs. It's secret, locked away for good. But luckily there had been a single person to unlock its mysteries. This man took the device into his research and cracked it open using sheer energy.
The lazer blasted through it's protective coating and activated the machine. The activation finished the process of energy transferral process resulting in a cataclysmic event. The machine went off like a massive nuclear bomb would. The blast radius covered over a thousand miles of land, wiping out all existence of life.
The blast then resulted to a quick change in life. The effects of the blast change everything. As the shockwave passed over the earths thin crust everything was put onto a grid based system of X, Y, and Z axes. All the technology changed into a whole new technology. The people changed, everyone changed into a single species called, Nanauts. These Nanauts created a weapon system suit that went on the world wide market. Everyone had been given a suit by the next year.
Everything had progressed quickly into a state where the scientists were coming short on things to discover. Everything seemed fine. Furmanity was on the road to discovering all there is about the universe and new technology. But a full three years after tha day of Repentance, a form crawled out of the main power core of the entire planet. It left everything in a blackout. Cities started to quickly tumble. The figure did not go unnoticed. He showed up at random gatherings and took over the minds of the fellow furs wearing anytype of new technology and turned them into slaves. Everything fell into a tyrant's hands of rule.
He wasn't unmatched. another form crawled from the same power core a year later after tha take over. Cities blacked out world wide once again. The being escaped unnoticed. No one knew of who he was and what had happened to him or even how he got out without being seen.
Then, the leader seeked him out and captured him. They looked exactly alike except for their clothing. The good side had a blue light lined suit while the evil side had a red light lined suit on. and on the night of his trial they finally met...

Red walked down the halls with his main guards watching every move that anyone near him had even thought of making. No movement was unnoticed. Three people had been beeten because they got too close. They finally reached the chamber Blue had been held in, the door sliding silently open and into the wall. Red walk around to the large window and fumbled with the keypad to open up the room. There was a quick clickig noise that sounded as he keyed in the passcode and the door opened automatically. In the center, blue sat cross legged. He didn't move, he didn't look up, he only sat there and enjoyed the time he had been there.
"Hey, Blue.", Red called out, "I hear you are just like me, but better. Lets see who is better at a game of chess."
"We will tie for our tactics may differ but they also are evenly matched. A game of chess would be pointless and using it as an example of how much better either of us is of the other is a very childish way of thinking. Pinning your own rule over the entire Grid over a board game.", Blue stated in a quick manner without moving any of his body but his mouth.
"Hmm. You are good. How about...", Red suggested.
"We are evenly matched, except we are exact opposites. Fire and Ice. Light and Dark. Good and Evil.", Blue said as he finally raised his head to speak to the dragon in front of him, "I am only less than a year old but I know of everything that has been discovered since before I."
"Then you should know that I am the ruler of this planet and that you should obey my every whim.", Red stated.
Blue shook his head and paced around Red a few times.
"It's the fact that you can not tell me what to do is what is bothering you. You have no control over me.", Blue said.
Red grimaced and approached Blue, touching his hand to Blue's chest. He sent the same shockwave of energy he had done many times before into Blue's body, only to have been blast back by a rebound of the energy.
"Oh. I forgot to tell you. That won't work on me.", Blue smiled.
Red grabbed the small handle from his waist and activated it. The full weapon materialized on the handle into a type of spear. He lunged forward at Blue but before he could land the blow, Blue had disappeared into the floor below. While Red was on the ground, Blue had manipulated the silicon to his liking and placed a hole beneath himself. Blue landed on the lower level and immediately multiple guards assaulted him. He dodged most of the attacks and parried the rest.
"Martial arts can come in handy at any given moment, though it has been forgotten for a year now in the teaching industry. Hours of training in that room with a hologram have honed my skills to a point!", Blue said.
With a small flurry, Blue knocked a few guards back and uncoiled his twenty five foot long tail. With a swift movement he whipped his tail over the enemies and brought them all against the ground with a heavy thud.
"Such useless life forms. It's a shame that I have to hurt my own creation.", Blue said.
He wrapped his tail around his waist once more and sprinted off on all four into a subway. He didn't get far though. More guards appeared, with guns. He turned around and more guards poured into the hallway he was in. He stopped dead in his tracks. He had no moves left to use. If he did take a move he would be dead.
"Well then, brother. I say this is checkmate for me. But...I don't like going out without a fight.", Blue admitted.
Red did not appear though. The guards just advanced upon Blue. The closer they got, the wider his smile got. Blue sat down as the guards were no more than five feet away. He tapped the ground and a panel of light showed where he had touched. He swiped his fingers along it in a quick pattern and the power shut down, along with the guards.
The robot like guards were not unlike their metal brethren. They had been modified genetically to produce robotic drones that ran their system. It would be impossible without the grid.
Blue took this time to escape and jumped over the guards and into the station below. But as soon as he landed more guards followed him. He was trapped...Again.
"That's enough Blue. You have no more tricks. And that panel thing has previously been deactivated at the cost of myself not being able to use it.", Red said as he walked up to Blue.
"Not so much a problem here. I have other ways of getting free.", Blue said.
Red motioened for the guards to come to him and two, a female and a male, brought shackles. Red took them and turned to Blue.
"We can do this the easy...", Red started.
Blue held out his hands, ready for the shackles to be placed. He knew he couldn't do anything else.
As red finished locking the shackles on Blue, seven white suited people entered the scene, using a couple of flashbangs. Blue knew what was to happen next. He was grabbed by the waist and hoisted over someone's shoulder.
"Hey, Red.", Blue started, "Looks like you don't own everything."
Blue was quickly transported to the outside of the substation. Once there he was stuffed into a bag and put into a vehicle. Blue didn't dare move for he knew that if he did then the plans of however these strangers are rescuing him are ruined.
"So, Retic. How exactly do you suppose that this single person will help us liberate the entire plane?"
"Flare. Just bring him on in and shut your mouth for now."
There was a loud growl then Blue was placed on his feet. Someone removed the bag and the room became visible.
It was like the home of some homeless person. There was an old couch, a bed that had a lot of dark spots on what seemed to be white sheets. There was a smal table in the middle covered with cups and a deck of cards in the middle.
"Ok. We'll hold the introductions for later. Right now you are wanted and you will show us why or we will throw you back to the dogs."
Blue turned his head to a large wolf siting on the couch and gave a big smile. He looked down at his chain link shackles and then at the remaining people in the room. There was a vixen, rhino, and a dragoness. Blue turned around and looked through out the large room to see many other people dressed in white cloaks, filling the warehouse.
"I'll ask again. Why are you wanted by the dogs?", the leader restated.
"I am...unique. Not born biologically or synthetically.", Blue said.
"I didn't ask how you were made, I asked why the damned tyrant's guards were following you. Now answer me or you will go back to where we got you!", the leader demanded.
Blue began unwrapping his tail from around himself and stretched lazily, the tail falling to the ground.
"Well, I wouldn't call that a proper greeting to your creator. Very disrespectful.", Blue said.
The wolf immediately seized Blue's throat and pinned him against the wall.
"You dare call me you disrespectful?!?!", the leader growled.
Blue's tail wrapped around the beast and wrenched him back and off of Blue. The wolf was slammed into a crate and Blue righted himself.
"Assaulting me can be a big problem for everyone here. But you are lucky. Red has disabled my ability to manipulate the silicon and also his as well. This could be a great opening for an attack. But such actions would be foolish, even for me.", Blue pointed out.
The leader struggled out of the rubble of the smashed crate and leaned on the rhino for support.
"Who are you? And why are you trying to help us?", the wolf asked.
"I don't know myself. I am just merely a remake of a once well known person. I AM him, so to speak. But only half of him. I am all of his good part. While Red is my opposite. Evil. Though I still have yet to find out what we were called before then. And using these chain link shackles was a great idea. He must have great potential. Oh, hope to meet him again. So many questions. Maybe make amends with him. I don't know yet.", Blue said.
"You are...I know there was a famous scientist who...I can't remember. I'm not sure anymore. As for my name, it is Choreias. The vixen is Larisa, the rhino is Mason, and the dragoness there is Caneita.", the wolf said.
Blue held his shackles up to the rhino and he cut them with a single movement of his blade. Blue looked at the shackles and decided whether or not to take them off. He tapped them against the ground and they changed into silicon shackles.
"Might come in handy later on.", Blue said as he looked at the new accessories.
"Who? What are you?", Caneita asked.
"Ah. Caneita Tolano. You grew up in a rich neighborhood, After the blast you went to live life how you wanted You became a hardened fighter, fought to be the best. Then you soon realized how much time you spent fighting while you could have been looking for yourself a male to settle down with. I know it all honey.", Blue said in a happy tone.
Caneita only managed a small squeak and a blush.
"You still didn't answer me.", she said, still blushing.
Blue looked down at the smaller female and ran his fingers along her neck and chin.
"Well, little beautiful flower. You shall see soon enough.", blue said in a soft tone.
He tapped her on the nose with a finger then turned to Choreias.
"You can call me Father. Since neither I nor you can figure out my name, I shall be called Father. And as for what I have done to create such a wonderful place, I'd doubt you would disagree. Though I am not the one you are thinking of. I asure you that doctor Razentoff was my mentor at the time. By what I remember, he saved my life.", blue continued.
"We now have a good idea of who you are, but will you help us?", Choreias said.
"I can assure you that I will help. No charge is needed.", Blue said.
He sat down next to the wolf and they converesed for the next few hours.

I finally got a story out. Woohoo.
