Destiny for Two Pt 5

"Come in." Says a shady figure sitting behind a ridiculously elaborate desk.

"Sir, we have information on the Riolu. He has evolved and seems to be heading to the Sinnoh region. It appears he is trying to get information about his rage transformation." The grunt informed him.

"What could he hope to find in Sinnoh." Says the boss.

"It seems he's traveling with a trainer in the hopes of finding more Lucario that can help him understand it sir." The grunt says still standing at attention.

The boss spins his chair around to face the grunt, "WHY HAVEN'T YOU CAPTURED HIM YET!" He bellows in a fit of rage.

Visibly shaking the grunt cringes in fear and says. "Sir, he keeps killing any of our men and their Pokamon that get near him. This rage of his is something we haven't been able to get past."

"I don't care what it takes I want that Lucario NOW! Kill anyone that helps him!" With that said the grunt salutes and runs out of the room still shaking with fear.

(You know he is not going to be that easy to capture.) A voice says from behind the chair.

"We just need to demoralize him enough to catch him off guard." Says the boss with an evil grin on his face.

(And how do you plan to do that. Our master is getting VERY impatient.) The figure says in a calm tone.

"Dusclops, need I remind you who is in charge in this facility? I control these men, your boss is only achieving his goal through ME!" With that Dusclops faded out.

(Just be glad my boss still needs you. Human filth.) Dusclops said as he disappeared completely.

"I was going to say the same thing. Pokamon trash." The boss said quietly to himself.

The boat ride was less than pleasant considering the condition I was in. We hit a storm about halfway into our trip and all the rocking cased me to smack my arm on random things. I stayed in the cabin for the most part and let Doug take Luna to the deck so she could enjoy the sights, as I couldn't stay out for very long. The medicine that Nurse Joy gave me to use for the pain was making me nauseous and being on the deck watching the waves flow up and down along with feeling the motions would make me vomit. I didn't want her to have a bad trip on my account, and it gave me more time to meditate alone.

'What is wrong with my body, why can I do these things, and why does it change my appearance when it happens.' I thought to myself.

I was using my aura sight while meditating and saw Luna jumping around and pointing out to sea. There must have been a Wailmer or a Wailord off in the distance.

I delved deeper into my own mind searching for memories. Trying to find anything pertaining to my blackouts. Trying to recall anything I may have done during one of them. Then I caught something; it was on the edge of my mind. It was one of those memories that you have but will not come to the surface.

All of a sudden there was a loud explosion from outside. I jumped up from my meditation and ran out to the deck to see flames coming from the captain's deck. This being a cruise liner I knew only one thing. A captain's deck doesn't need to be burning. Not even thinking about my arm I started making my way up to the captains deck to try saving anyone that may be alive still. As I made my way there another explosion went off, only this one was at the back of the boat, near the propellers. I then decided it was time to find Luna and the others. The boat had been filled to capacity for the trip to Sinnoh, with trainers wanting to challenge the Sinnoh league, making it hard to navigate the ships deck. I found Luna and Faris holding tightly to Doug, and as I approached him Luna quickly ran over to me pulling me into a tight hug.

"It's ok Luna, no need to worry honey. We have to stay calm so we can get out of this safely." I said stroking the back of her head. "We need to find out what attacked the ship. I cant fell it sinking so I thing whatever attacked just wanted to disable us for the time being. I just hope the captain is ok." I said with a grim look on my face.

"The captain is right over there Jude." Doug said pointing him out. "The crew was throwing a minor party for the guests, when out of nowhere a shadow ball hit the captain's deck. We were just about to go looking for you when the second attack came, and you appeared."

"The only thing we can do right now is wait and see what happens I guess. There's no need to go to the lifeboats if the ship is still sea worthy." I said looking around. The scene was total panic, women were screaming and the crewmembers were scrambling to put out the fires and the captain was trying his hardest to calm everyone down.

Just then I heard the sound of a small speedboat in the distance.

"Look there's someone coming." One of the passengers yelled out.

"Maybe they're coming to help?" Another passenger asked.

Using my aura sight I focused on the small boat. The aura's were dark and full of hate so I whispered, "We have to get off this boat now you four."

"What do you mean Jude?" Doug asked.

As soon as he asked the question I was off, heading to the back of the ship I wanted to be out of there before the Enclave grunts could find me. We had to duck and weave through the crowd as fast as we could to get to the lifeboats in the back. As we got to one there came another boat off to the west of the ship. At this point I didn't think we could make it to land if we jettisoned ourselves with the lifeboat but then I looked over the side into the water. There I saw, in the depths beneath us, the shadowy form of a Pokamon.

"Lets get this boat in the water. I have an idea, but I'll need your help Faris." I said

Faris gave me a questioning look and said, "Okay. What is it you need?"

"When we get this boat in the water I want you to ask that Pokamon if they will give us a ride the rest of the way to Sinnoh." I explained pointing to the giant shadow.

With a knowing look she decided to jump over the side ahead of time and get the ball rolling while Doug and I tried lowering the lifeboat. Having a bum arm kind of hindered my efforts, so Luna pushed me out of the way and followed Doug's instructions for lowering it. I on the other hand pulled the tarp from over the top of it off and readied the oars in case the Wailord decided it wasn't worth the effort to help out.

"Excuse me! Excuse me Mr. Wailord sir!" Faris yelled out to the giant Pokamon.

"What is it young one?" the Wailord said in a comforting tone.

"My friends and I need to get to Sinnoh and that boat up there is disabled. Can you help us get there?" She asked shyly.

"Why little one, don't be so shy about asking for help. I would be glad to help you and your friends, but I'm not entirely sure where the Sinnoh region is. When you get ready we can head out and ask someone for directions." He said enthusiastically.

By the time we got the tiny boat into the water Faris popped her head out and said. "He's willing to help get us there but he doesn't know which way it is. He said we will need to ask directions on the way there."

"Do you want to ride in the boat with us or swim with him for now sweet heart?" Doug asked her.

She floated there thinking for a second and finally said, "I think I'll swim with him for a few hours then I'll join you guys on the boat."

Thanks to the Wailord, we were able to sneak around the Enclave grunts and we made good time to our destination. We landed just south of Pastoria City, from what Doug had concluded, about four hours after we departed from the ship.

"You need some new camping gear Doug, do you have the cash to get it?" I asked.

Doug pulled out his wallet and shuffled through some bills he had and then checked two cards he had gotten from some gym leaders in Johto and said. "I have enough to get all of the camping gear I need, but I need more to get some proper food to eat. Looks like we are on a berry diet for a little while."

Taking a sniff of the air I caught a hint of some Greppa, Watmel, and Pinap berries not far from where we were. "Ok I think we need to find an area to set up camp. Faris, Luna and I will go looking while you go into the town and get your gear. Faris, would you mind going to find him when we are done clearing out an area?"

"Yes." She said enthusiastically.

"Good, then lets get this started." With that said, we all got to our separate tasks. It didn't take long to find an open area big enough for our group. Surprisingly Doug came back earlier than expected and found the area we were clearing away. When he got to us though he had a very worried look on his face.

(Doug) Everyone, I have some bad news.

(Me, Luna, and Faris) What's wrong?

"The Enclave...... Killed everyone on the ship." Doug said with a downcast look. We could all see tears forming in his eyes as he continued. "From what I was told nobody knows it's the Enclave that did it. Whoever attacked the ship though; ransacked every room looking for someone or something." With this he looked hard at me and continued. "I'm guessing that when they started questioning people about seeing a Lucario traveling with anyone, when nobody answered them the way they wanted the executions started."

"Doug that's enough." I said quietly. "We have to move forward so we can stop these people. We can't let them win. I know its hard but when we bring down this organization nothing like this will ever happen again. I swear it!"

Later that night, I couldn't sleep yet again. Doug and Faris were in their tent together; they had cried themselves to sleep with the news he had brought to us from Pastoria. Luna had cuddled up to me some time in the night and had her arm wrapped around my side. I gently moved her off of me and got up, carefully so as not to wake her, to take a small midnight stroll. Since the beach was only about one hundred yards away I decided a beach walk would be a mind clearing experience.

I walked for what seemed like an hour, when I suddenly caught movement out of the corner of my eye.

"Who's there?" I said assuming a defensive position. Nothing answered so I closed my eyes and used my aura sight to see what it was. When I activated my sight I got a giant Sphere to my face, sending me skidding across the beach very painfully. My broken arm had gotten caught under my body and I started skidding on rocks after a second of two. When I stopped moving I tried my hardest to get off of the ground but the pain coming from my arm was so intense that I would just fall back down screaming. The rocks broke my cast and my arm twisted around the wrong way re-breaking it. I tried getting up again and again but to no avail.

Then my attacker walked up to me and in a feminine voice said, "You bring shame to your clan with your weakness. Get up and fight like a warrior!"

"I can't fight you like this! My arm is broken!" I bellowed starting to get angry. The searing pain was driving me crazy. Flashes of skidding across the ground kept running through my mind. This unknown figure started walking towards me arrogantly laughing quietly to herself.

Then I felt it. It was weak at first, but I started to feel power surge through my body. I knew what was coming but I couldn't stop it. I was going into a rage and my body would not listen to my mind. I felt the aura start emanating from me, and saw the color change from blue to red steadily. When the light from my aura pulsated out toward my opponent I finally caught sight of what she was. She was another Lucario, only she had yellow fur where her blue fur should have been, and white fur where the cream color should have been. She was a "Shiny" Lucario and... she was beautiful. Even as I went into my rage I felt myself admiring her beauty.

"You have to hide! I can't control myself when this happens!" I screamed at her. Fear was evident in her eyes. She had never seen a Lucario go through this kind of change, and her expression explained that very clearly. By this point my fur had changed to its different colors, and she stood there with the fear in her eyes also taking on a look of admiration. "Please leave NOW!" I snapped.

My last words snapped her out of her stupor and she started to run away, but as she turned around Luna slammed into her with a Hi Jump Kick. Sending the female Lucario closer to me. Luna looked at me afraid of what might happen, and ran over to me embracing me in a tight hug. I tried telling her to run also but the words would not come out.

She pulled away slightly and looked deep into my eyes with a sad look on her face saying, "Please don't do this again. She's a wild Lucario, not part of the Enclave."

With her words, my mind started to clear itself and I regained control of my body. My aura was still red but was gradually changing back to its original color, as was my fur. When I gained full control of myself I put my arms around Luna and returned her embrace saying, "Thank you. If you had not stepped in, I don't know what would have happened." Realizing I had just moved my broken arm I looked down at it, saw the cast was missing and started flexing it.

Luna pulled away and looked me over asking, "What's wrong Jude?" Then she noticed me flexing my arm and yelled, "Your arm is healed! How did that happen?"

"I have no idea honey but before I changed red she broke my arm again." I said pointing at the Lucario lying on the ground staring at Luna and I in complete astonishment.

Luna looked down at her with an amount of anger that could rival my own when I'm in a rage and said. "Why would you just randomly attack one of your own race! It's not like he attacked you did he?"

"No he didn't attack me, but you are both in my territory and I have to protect myself from intruders." The female Lucario stated snapping out of her daze. She got up and Luna walked over to her and slapped her hard across the face.

"If you had not attacked we would have never known you were here! You were safe keeping to the shadows you bitch!" Luna had gotten angrier at the Lucario thanks to her last statement and was about to attack again, but I put my hand on her shoulder to stop her.

"If you attack her again a fight will start. We don't need this right now. What we need is more allies. What Is your name lady?" I said.

"My name is Lucy and what do you mean you need more allies." Lucy said with a skeptical look on her face.

I motioned for her to follow Luna and I back to the campsite, and when we got there I began telling her our story.
