Wassup! TripleX here with Ch.35 all done and ready.

So last time David and his companions had done some battles in Oreburgh Mine and got to meet Oreburgh's Gym Leader, Roark. What will happen in this chapter? Let's go and see what they're up to.

Oh, and the title of this chapter, it's a reference to a Disney movie. If any of you could guess what Disney movie I'm talking about you get a free cookie. *winks*

Thirty-Fifth Chapter, Enjoy ;D

So as David and his companions exit out of the Oreburgh Mine, they were soon greeted by a sudden gust of wind as the group flinches and covered theirs eyes to not get dust or dirt in them.

"Arg! What in Arceus?" Latios shouted during the little wind storm.

It only took a few seconds for the wind to die down, making everyone uncover theirs eyes while seeing the one making the sudden wind.

"Hey you guys!" Marcus waved towards David and his companions while riding on a Charizard, who was actually descending from its flight.

Once everyone noticed it was Marcus, they all waved back... well almost everyone as a pair of piercing red eyes were staring daggers towards the other trainer.

When the Flame Pokemon land on its feet Marcus jumps off, "Ah, thanks Chad." He said while then petting Charizard's wing, making the Flame Pokemon growl pleasantly and gave his trainer a tight hug. "Hehe, okay Chad that's enough you're squeezing me to death here." Marcus said as his Charizard slowly let's go of his trainer.

"Wow so this is Chad, Marcus?" David asked while he walked up to the other trainer with his companions close behind.

"Heh, yep this strong Charizard here is the one and only Chad." The other trainer said proudly while the Flame Pokemon roared to make the first impression of a tough Pokemon, but then embraces Marcus from behind and growls pleasantly. "Heh, okay Chad that's enough hugging me." Marcus chuckled while soon slipping out of the Flame Pokémon's grasps.

"Chad seems to really like you Marcus." David pointed out while watching the Flame Pokemon smile at his trainer.

"Yeah, he can be a little embarrassing sometimes." Marcus said while chuckling awkwardly. "But anyways I was looking all over you for you guys with Chad, and guess what I just got!" He exclaimed while jumping up and down excitedly.

"The Coal Badge?" David said simply.

"You bet! Man that gym leader was so easy, my Pokemon owned his with flying colors; ain't that right Chad?" Marcus asked while Chad then spread his wings and roars in triumph.

The other trainer nods, "Well congratz Marcus. Tomorrow me and my friends here will be facing Roark." He said while spreading his arms with his Pokemon companions around him.

"Pfft, I know that you'll win. I mean, look at your Pokemon they're pure awesomeness. Especially your Lucario." Marcus said while reaching over, trying to pet the Aura Pokemon who only growled and attempt to bite his hand. "Whoa!" He panicked while quickly withdrawing his hand. "Heh, I guess your Lucario still doesn't like me, hehe." The trainer laughed nervously and the female Aura Pokemon just bared her fangs before scooting closer to David.

"Heh, I would be still mad too if I got insulted like that." Said the other trainer while crossing his arms, smirking.

"Hey I said I was sorry."

"Well sorry isn't good enough you dick." Lucario said bluntly towards Marcus, unknowingly making a certain Flame Pokemon glare at the Aura Pokemon.

"Let me guess, your Lucario said something mean?"

The other trainer was about to open his mouth to make up an excuse, but didn't have any as he let out a sigh, "... Yeah pretty much."

"Figures." Marcus said rather disappointedly, but quickly soon regains his composure. "So anyways what will you guys be doing? Since you'll be battling Roark tomorrow, you guys still have what's left of the afternoon." He said while everyone noticed that the sky was getting more of an orange/yellow kind of color.

"Hmm... well I think we'll probably train for the rest of the afternoon." David said while gazing at the sky, thinking to himself that they would have about a good hour or so of good training to prepare everyone for the upcoming battle with Oreburgh's gym leader.

"Oh mind if I come? Maybe Chad and my other Pokemon could help train yours?" Marcus asked rather excitedly, jumping up and down in anticipation.

The other trainer just watches as he wasn't sure what to say, "Uhh, well... Personally I would be training mainly Treecko and probably do some with Lucario, so..." He trailed off.

"No! I don't want that ass near us! If he even touches me, I swear to Arceus that I'll rip his di-" The Aura Pokemon was about to finish when David cut her off.

"Yeah it might give us more training, so we don't mind." The trainer said while giving a nervous chuckle.

"Yes, this is so awesome! I know a good place to train." Marcus said while then getting up on Chad's back. "Come on David let's get our Pokemon checked up first." He said as the Flame Pokemon starts to flap his wings and slowly got his feet off the ground.

David nods before the blue Ron Pokemon gently nudges him, "Hey babe you want to ride on my back?"

"Sure." The trainer nodded as Latios lowered himself for the teen to get on.

Once David was on Latios, he then turns to Lucario and gives a smirk that says, 'Who has David now?' before getting some distance off the ground and follows Marcus and the Flame Pokemon.

"Arrg! I don't believe this." Said the Aura Pokemon while throwing up arms in frustration.

It was then that Latias, along with Treecko on her back, floats over to the canine Pokemon, "Come on Lucario let's get going." She said while lowering herself.

Lucario looks at the red Eon Pokemon and sigh, "... Now I won't be able to enjoy our training with David." She said before getting on Latias' back with Treecko sitting in front of the Aura Pokemon.

"Ugh... Wow Lucario you're heavier than I thought." Said the red Eon Pokemon while ascending from the ground.

"It's called muscles Latias." Lucario pointed out while crossing her arms.

"Well your muscles are heavy." Latias said while the Gecko Pokemon only giggled.

As soon as the red Eon Pokemon was up high enough she then begins to fly forward and follows the others.

..........

So David and his companions, along with Marcus, had their Pokemon checked up at the Pokemon Center and were all ready and pumped up.

"Alright David there's a spot where all of us could train each other's Pokemon." Marcus told David and his companions as everyone was outside the Pokemon Center.

The other trainer nods, "Okay lead the way Marcus."

"It's up north from this city, so we're heading that way." Marcus said while pointing behind them. "Alright Chad let's go." He happily said while jumping onto the Flame Pokemon's back.

"C'mon everyone." David told his companions while getting onto Latios' back before following Marcus and the rest close behind.

"The area isn't far; it'll probably take us a couple minutes." Marcus shouted to everyone as they flew across the city of Oreburgh.

"Well it better be, I don't know how long I can carry this heavy Pokemon." The red Eon Pokemon said as Treecko giggles.

"Muscles, Latias! Muscles!" Lucario yelled before huffing in frustration.

"What'd they say David?" Asked Marcus as he turned his head and looks at the other trainer.

"Uhh... don't worry about it." Was the only thing David could say.

Marcus just shrugs and turns back, leading everyone to their destination.

.......... (On route 207)

"Okay we're here!" Marcus exclaimed while jumping off of the Charizard and landed on the ground.

"This is the place?" David asked, getting off of Latios as he looked around.

One their way Marcus told David and everyone else that they'll be training in route 207. The area has wide open space as it had a rock terrain look to it. A few patches of grass here and there, but other than that the area is pretty much all dirt and rock. The trainer thought there would be rock or ground type Pokemon wondering around as the area looks deserted. But he guessed that since the sun will be setting soon he thinks that the Pokemon in this area would be getting ready to settle in for the night.

"Heh, yup! Now who shall we train first?" The other trainer asked while looking at David's team. "Hmm... Oh how about we train with Lucario?" He asked, excited while having a pleading look.

"What?! Over my dead bod-"

The Aura Pokemon was quickly cut off as the David spoke, "Sure she'd be happy to." He said while making Lucario had her eyes wide open in shock and anger.

"Sweet! Oh Arceus this is gonna be good!" Marcus said excitedly while jumping up and down, telling Chad how awesome it's going to be training with Lucario. (Wow, Marus jumps a lot when he's excited x3)

"David you can't be serious!" She said while stomping forward towards her trainer, who is actually shuddering slightly from the Aura Pokemon's rage.

"Lucario it's not like I want to do this to you." David said, putting his hands on the canine's shoulders. "It's just that you should just try and get along with him as he trains with you."

"But I hate him sooo much." The Aura Pokemon said childishly, having herself coming closer to her trainer. "I don't want to train with him... I want to train with you." She said while then having her arms wrap around David's neck, gently pressing her body against his as she gave him those puppy eyes.

The trainer blushes from cheek to cheek as he felt the Aura Pokemon's body against his, her soft furry arms wrapped around his neck as he wanted to get out of her grasps, but couldn't.

Soon the trainer took a deep breath before speaking, "I'm sorry Lucario, but your womanly charms won't work this time... Can you please do this for me?" He asked, a moment of silence for the Aura Pokemon before she sighed.

"... Well fine, but... I'm only doing this for you." She told her trainer while then leaning in and whispers in his ear. "Although you owe me." Lucario said before leaning in more and kisses David's neck, making him gasp softly and blushes more. What's unknown to everyone is that a certain blue Eon was glaring towards the two, but mainly glaring at the Aura Pokemon.

The trainer couldn't say a word after that. The pink hue across his cheek was clearly visible as he looks at Lucario. 'Thanks god Mucus didn't see this.' He thought while noticing Marcus still talking to Chad excitedly.

The Aura Pokemon only grins at David's reaction giving him a quick peck on the lips before heading over towards Marcus and Chad, taking her time while having a satisfied expression.

The trainer sighs, "... Okay Marcus while you train with Lucario, me and the rest will be training." He said towards the other trainer.

"Alright! C'mon Lucario you and Chad are gonna spar." Marcus told the Aura Pokemon while heading a little further away from David and the rest of his companions to give them space to train.

'Oh I'm going to enjoy this.' Lucario thought while cracking her knuckles, soon following the other trainer.

David was watching Lucario, Marcus, and Chad before turning to the others, "Okay Treecko ready for some good training?" He said while a small smile.

"You bet!" The Gecko Pokemon said cheerfully while jumping up and down, feeling pumped.

The trainer only chuckles at this, "Heh, alright then let's get started."

.......... (With Marcus, Chad, and Lucario)

"So Lucario you ready?" Marcus asked. The Aura Pokemon knew that he doesn't have a translator so she only nods. "Cool, Chad get ready." He told his Charizard, making him step back and flared his nostrils, ready to spar with the Aura Pokemon.

'This should give me some good exercise.' Lucario thought while stepping forward and stretched for a bit.

The Flame Pokemon just kept staring at the Aura with determination, somewhat glaring at her.

Mini Flashback

"Well sorry isn't good enough you dick." Lucario said bluntly towards Marcus, unknowingly making a certain Flame Pokemon glare at the Aura Pokemon.

End of Mini Flashback

'Hmph, Lucario's gonna take back for what she said to my Marcus.' Chad thought while spreading his wings and roared, letting out a small Flamethrower escape his maw for a moment.

Lucario wasn't fazed by the Flame Pokemon's intimidation, 'You think that's going to scare me? It will take a lot more than that to intimidate me.' She thought while going in her battle stance.

"This is a clean spar you guys. No dirty blows, alright?" Marcus asked, getting a nod from each Pokemon who didn't left there stare from one another. "Okay... begin!"

Once that was heard the Aura Pokemon immediately charges forward while the Flame Pokemon stayed in place. As soon they were close to each other, Lucario soon turned her body sharply and brought her left leg up and attempt a roundhouse kick towards Chad's head. The Flame Pokemon saw this coming and blocked with his right wing, deflecting Lucario's kick. It brought Lucario back a few distance, but charges forward again and attacked Chad with a few basic punches and kicks, which the Charizard blocked most of them and attempt to hit back with his wings and small arms.

"You know, you should take back what you've said to Marcus." Chad said while blocking another kick from Lucario with his wings.

"After what he's been saying to me? Fat chance!" The Aura Pokemon shouted while then punching the Charizard in the stomach, but he didn't flinch as he curls up at bit and then forced Lucario back by thrusting his stomach out and lets out a roar.

"You're going to take back what you said Marcus whether you like it or not!"

"Why don't you make me, flame boy?!"

After they said that, they soon charge at each other and begins sparing each other more aggressively.

.......... (With David, Treecko, Latios, and Latias)

"C'mon Treecko you can do better than that!" The red Eon Pokemon said while flying around the frustrated Gecko Pokemon.

"Grr..." Treecko growled while watching Latias fly around him.

David and the others have already started training a couple minutes ago. David decided to have Treecko battle Latias and see how things go. So far... it's not looking to well for the Gecko Pokemon.

"Treecko you're trying too hard here, just focus on Latias and not think what she's gonna do next." He said to the side lines with Latios close beside him.

"But she's going too fast!" Said the Gecko Pokemon while watching Latias fly around him at great speed. She then went and dive down towards Treecko, trying to tackle him as he barely escapes it.

"Then make her slow down with your mind." Latios added. "That's how me and sister usually train together, we fight with great speed though slow each other down with our minds."

"But-"

"Just try and slow her down Treecko." Latios said, cutting the Treecko off.

It was then that the Gecko Pokemon took a deep breath and watches Latias again, not keeping his eyes off of her as he concentrates her every move.

"You think Treecko can do it Latios?" David whispers to his mate while watching the two other Pokemon.

"Well I wouldn't be surprised if he can love. Treecko has pulled off some amazing moves before." Latios pointed out, giving his David a quick nuzzle to his neck while the trainer then smiles and pets the blue Eon Pokemon's head.

'C'mon Treecko you can do this.' The Gecko Pokemon thought to himself, feeling himself calmer and relaxed while watching Latias. 'Just slow her down with your mind.' In Treecko's perspective everything seems to slow down around him, even Latias. All was going in slow motion as he's a little shock from this, 'Oh my Arceus... it's actually working!' He thought while seeing the red Eon Pokemon coming down, trying to tackle him again. Although this time he was ready.

While Latias zoom towards her opponent at high speed Treecko with quick reflexes jumps in the air and does a sharp back flip, bringing his tail to have full momentum and got a direct hit under the red Eon Pokemon's chin, using Pound.

"Ahh!" Latias yelped while stumbling back.

Treecko landed all on fours and quickly starts running towards the red Eon Pokemon with great speed, using Quick Attack. Latias didn't have time to recover from the blow as she felt sudden pain at her mid-section, making her cough up. Treecko has a full on tackle on Latias' mid-section, using his whole body to give the impact more trauma.

One the side lines both David and Latios had their jaws dropped, amazed at the display Treecko did.

"Whoa..." They both said in union.

Treecko was standing on his two feet while panting slightly, 'Wow... I... I actually did it.' He thought as a smile of triumph crept upon his face.

"Ugh... Oh Arceus that one hurt." Groaned Latias as she floated over to Treecko while rubbing your mid-section.

"Oh Latias I'm sorry I... I-I didn't mean to." The Gecko Pokemon said to Latias while giving an apologetic expression.

The red Eon Pokemon gave Treecko a serious look and floats closer to him before giving him an Ursaring hug, "Hehe it's alright Treecko, you were amazing!" She said while hugging him tight, making him hard to breath as he gags.

"Ack... Latias." Treecko coughed up while being suffocated by the strong red Eon Pokemon.

"Oops sorry, hehe." Latias said while loosening her grip around the Gecko Pokemon. "But seriously that actually kind of hurt, you should use that combination at the gym battle."

"I should?" Treecko said while tilting his head.

The red Eon Pokemon nods happily, "Yeah, what you did was really good." She said and gives the Treecko a gentle smile.

The Gecko Pokemon blushes a bit, but smiles back and nods, "Okay I will."

That's when Treecko and Latias heard clapping, "Woo, good job Treecko!" David shouted towards the Gecko Pokemon while Latios beside him smiled, both trainer and blue Eon Pokemon very impressed. "So Latios you want to have a turn? So your sister could rest for a bit?" David asked.

Latios nods, "Sure thing love, it's been a while since I spar with any Pokemon." He said while cracking his neck.

.......... (Normal POV)

So David and his companions, along with Marcus and his Pokemon, kept training as the sun slowly sets on the horizon. The sky having a more purple/orange color to it now, along with a few clouds flowing above.

Along the route of 207 there were two Pokemon standing some distance away from each other.

"Lucario... are... you... gonna... take back what you've said?" Chad panted while a bead of sweat flows down the Flame Pokemon's face.

"... Never." Lucario replied while panting as well, her fur slightly damped in her own sweat.

"Yes you will!" The Flame Pokemon shouted while charging forward with his nostrils flaring open, giving a growl.

"What's with you about me taking back what I've said to Marcus?! He deserved it anyway!" Lucario shouted back. Quickly she puts her paws together and spread them apart, creating a long light green bone of energy, Bone Rush.

"Because he's my trainer and I can't let some bitchy Lucario get away with what she had said!" Chad told the Aura Pokemon before flapping his wings, making dust and dirt fly towards the canine Pokemon.

"Oh, you did not just call me that!" Lucario said, watching the Flame Pokemon flapping his wing as dust and dirt were flying towards her. Although, she saw this coming and then starts spinning the bone staff with one paw very quickly, having the dust and dirt deflect and fly around the Aura Pokemon.

'Wow this is even more amazing than I thought!' Marcus thought while watching the two Pokemon spar eagerly. 'Now if only I had some popcorn with me.'

"Guess what, I just did!" Chad said fiercely while stop flapping his wings and then charges forward again towards the Aura Pokemon. "And I'm not gonna take back what I said unless you take back on what you've said." He said while then sharply turning 90 degrees, using his tail as a weapon.

"Why do you want me to take it back so badly?! What, you love Marcus or something?" Lucario taunted while blocking Chad's tail with her bone staff. The Flame Pokemon blush, but then soon felt rage build up as he gritted his teeth.

"I do love him... but only as a companion."

"Uh huh, sure... To me, it seems like you're in love with him." Lucario said bluntly. She not fully sure if the Flame Pokemon actually loves his trainer just like her and Latios loving theirs, but she's got a pretty good hunch that Chad is in love with his trainer since she saw some of the hints.

"I'm not in love with him!" The Flame Pokemon shouted, clenching his fists in frustration.

"Then why are you being so defensive?" Lucario pointed out while taunting him with a smirk, only making Chad feel angrier.

"Grr... I'm not in love with him!!!" The Flame Pokemon roared as he then spread his wings before releasing a red-orange stream of fire from its mouth at his opponent, using Flamethrower towards Lucario.

"Whoa!" The Aura Pokemon shouted before quickly jumping out of the way from the Flamethrower's path, but it was unknown that the stream of fire is heading towards someone else.

"Alright Treecko, you're doing great!" David cheered while watching the Gecko Pokemon train against Latios. So far Treecko was struggling at first, but when Latios started giving some advice, things started picking up for the Gecko Pokemon.

"Yeah good job Treecko, woo!" Latias cheered also, lying on a large boulder nearby the group to rest.

Treecko only blush at the others cheering him, but smiles from their support. The feeling that he's actually doing well in training or in a battle was something he would never expect to get, but it was overwhelming once he did. It's just another reason why he loves being in his new family because they actually support and care for him, and he wouldn't trade for it for anything in the world.

"You're doing excellent Treecko." Latios said while flying around the Gecko Pokemon, panting slightly.

Treecko nods as he was panting more, "... Thanks Latios."

"Now I hope you're ready for this!" The blue Eon Pokemon shouted before diving down with his claws glowing a bluish hue, using Dragon Claw.

Treecko was crouching and was about to jump up when-

"AHHHHH!!!"

Both Treecko and Latios stop as everyone look towards the source of the cry, but a look of terror was planting on their face as they saw it was David who was screaming. The trainer was rolling on the ground, covered in flames.

Once everyone has gotten their senses back they immediately ran over to David.

"Hurry guys throw dirt on him!" Yelled the blue Eon Pokemon as everyone starts to grab a chuck of dirt off the ground and threw it onto the trainer.

'Stop-drop-and-roll, stop-drop-and-roll, stop-drop-and-roll, stop-drop-and-roll!' Was the only thing David could think of at the moment as the flames on him slowly die down because of the dirt.

"Love, are you okay?" Latios said with concern when the flames were completely gone on his trainer, sitting him up as he gently holds him in his arms.

David nods, "Yeah, I'm okay." He said while looking at himself. His cloths were scorched with burn marks here and there. If the flames didn't go away sooner, the flames would have gone right through his cloths and burn his skin. 'Oh god... this reminds me when I watched Ash getting own from his Charizard.' He thought while feeling relieved that he doesn't feel any burn marks on his skin.

"Okay who in Arceus did this?" Latios said sternly as everyone looks at each other, then slowly turning their heads to Chad.

"What?" Wa the only thing he could say.

"Chad I know it was you who used that Flamethrower, now go apologize to David." Marcus told his Flame Pokemon.

"But she...!" Chad said while pointing at the Aura Pokemon.

"I don't want to hear it Chad, now go apologize." Marcus said with seriousness in his voice.

The Charizard looks down as he sighs, "... Okay I'm sorry David, it was an accident I swear." He said while looking at the other trainer with a guilt expression.

"It's alright Chad, I know you didn't mean to." David replied while giving a reassuring smile, which the Flame Pokemon smiles back weakly.

"Well... now that we got that over with, we should head back." Marcus pointed out while everyone looks at the sky, barely seeing the sun setting anymore as they begin seeing stars.

"Yeah it's getting late, we should all rest up for the battle tomorrow." David told everyone as they all nod.

So David and his companions, along with Marcus and Chad all flew back towards Oreburgh. What is oblivious to everyone is that the Flame Pokemon had a faint blush across his cheeks, thinking back on what the Aura Pokemon has said.

Okay-Okay! Another chapter done! ^^

I do apologize that there weren't much going on in this one, but next chapter will be good I promise... and that there's a little surprise during the next chapter, hehe.

So what will be expected once David and his companions battle Roark tomorrow since they're all prepared? How about Chad? What's that Charizard thinking?

Very quick I want to make a big shout out to everyone that I've made over 100 watchers!!! I can't thank you enough for all of you who are still following this story. Even when I make up excuses for the delay of my updates, most of you seem to not complain and that you support me, and I thank you for that.

Unfortunately school will be starting again in about a week for me, so I'm not sure how much delays that would affect my writing, but I'll try and write as much as I can.

But anyways I love you guys and hopefully I'll see you all soon.
