The Pokemon Gladiators Chapter 7
Rematch
Marcus was walked in the dining hall where all the Gladiators were eating breakfast.
When he walked in all the Gladiators stopped their munching and waited for him to say something.
''As you know Slizer didnt exactly give us any good press, but today we will fix that. Camilla, the owner of the House of Jelii has requested an rematch with our strongest non flying pokemon.
She is scared that we would use Derevo so she wanted us to use two Gladiators of our choice while she will use Warturtle Silver and Ruby. I have decided the two who will fight them and they are
Rockie and Monster.''
When he was finished Rockie an Monster stood up and showed honor by hitting their fist on their heart, some pokemon protested.
''Enought! This is my final decision.''
That said he left the room and left the pokemon to eat and discuss the match.
''Luckee!'' Said Gzero.
''Shut up, eat before you speak you got beans on me!.'' Even thou Rockie rarely cares about blood on him he hates having something sticky on him.
''Oh sorry!''
''You're doing it again!''
After breakfast...
Once the Gladiators eat they usally go training but Fehler and Wanze sometimes skip out.
Fehler is a dark red Scizor who is serious by nature but occasionally he likes to have fun.
Wanze is a deep blue Heracross who is a little goofy but when it comes to battling he is deaqd serious.
They were both flying to the scene of yesterdays battle, where Slizer went a little crazy.
When they got there they both landed.
They started inspecting the scene.
''Strong one aint'ya?'' Wanze said as he looked at the tree.
''Silence, we dont want anyone to notice us.''
''Oh calm down would'ya? Theres no one here.''
Just when they were going to investigate the destroyed pool they were stopped.
''Who goes there!?''
They were both a little scared because they were not suppose to be here.
The one who caught them was Gzero the Skarmory.
''Your not suppose to be here.''
''Neither are you Gzero!'' Fehler said.
''How about none of us speak of this?''
''Fine.''
After some acward silence all three of them flew back to the training area.
At midday...
The announcer was having fun again...
''Ladieees and gentlemen are you ready for todays match?''
Needless to say the crowd was ready.
''Well lets get right on it then! Today we have a rematch between Raisii and Jelii! Raisii has chosen Rockie and Monster to take on THREE Glaidators from Jelii!''
The crowd went crazy, this kind of matches were rare.
Being outnumbered requires a lot of guts and skill.
''And what does Jelii have on todays match? Well they have three of their best here today, they are:
Ruby the red Armaldo!
Silver the silver Metagross!
And last but certainly not least, Warturtle the only 'nonshiny' amongst them!''
The crowd was excited and ready for the fight to begin.
''So let us with no further ado begin with the fight, opeeen the gaateess!''
The gates on both sides opened simultaniosly.
Outside the Jelii gates came the three contestansts.
Silver the shiny Metagross.
Ruby the shiny Armaldo.
Warturtle the Blastoise.
The three were rushing to the middle of the arena.
On the Raisii side Rockie and Monster were walking peacefully to the arena.
''Havent been here for a while.'' Monster said as she was walking along the sand of the arena.
''To be honest Im getting bored of Jelii, they break so easily.''
They both chuckeld a little.
Warturlte launched his Hydro Pump.
Ruby charged in with an Brick Break.
Silver came in with an Double Edge.
Monster Charged up her Hyper Beam.
Rockie Used Swords Dance to raise his attack.
Monster fired her attack against the Hydro Pump, the two attacks collided but the Hyper Beam easily got throught the Hydro Pump and hit Warturtle.
Rockie used Rock Polish to raise his speed.
Now Ruby and Silver were close so Monster used Protect to stop their attacks, she waited because Rockie decided to do another Swords Dance.
''What are you doing?''
''Im raising my power and speed, just keep the shield u-''
They were interrupted by the Blastoises Quick Spin that hit the shield.
Monster took a quick look at the enemies and then said.
''Ready or not here I go!''
That said she dropped the shield. All three of them rushed at them. Ruby came at them with an Brick Break but Monster grabbed his hand and threw him away.
Silver came at Rockie with an Double Edge, Rockie countered this by using Counter.
Rockie gave double the damage to Silver making him flying away for a few dozen feet.
Warturtle came at him with an Ice Punch but rockie intercepted him by responding to his attack with an Brick Break.
He then punched him with his free hand using Brick Break, making the turtle to fall on his back.
Monster held Rubys claws up in the air, she then charged up an Hyper Beam but was interruspted by his kick in to the gut.
In the small chance he had Ruby started beating Monster with his claws.
Monster quickly grabbed his arms again and this time she jumped on top of him and started beating him.
Rockie defended himself from Silvers Double Edge with an Double Edge, because of his power raising he was able to push him back.
Silver was lieing on the ground while Rockie started beating him with an Brick Break, Silver was taking so much damage that it was unbelievable.
Rockie then grabbed him and threw him away and then started roaring loudly.
Marcus was wondering, this was not normal.
Next to him on the balcony was reporter having an interview with him.
''Why is he roaring like that?'' The green clothed reporter asked.
''I dont know.''
Marcus was leaning on the balcony, he was thinking about Rockie.
The reporter asked.
''Why isnt he finishing him off?''
Marcus stood up straight turned to face him.
''I have no idea but-''
The entire crowd gasped in in shock, and so did the announcer.
Marcus turned to look at what was going on, Rockie was shining.
''Wha- No way! It cant be! This is impossible!''
The roaring had stopped but the shiny light from Rockie took all the attention.
He was evolving.
