Witness Splashdown

A vixen, slightly different than your standard red in that the white stripe down her front is black with green hair and eyes to match dances completely nude around a bonfire on a secluded rocky beach with a temperate rain forest in back of her and the grand vista of the ocean in front of her. Over heart is tattooed the tree of life in green in Celtic knot work style so that the branches connect with the roots in a permanent circular badge on her chest with black pentagrams on her upper arms and thighs, the fifth point skyward. Storms rage in the forest behind her but she pays them no mind. Wooden statues carved much like tikis on our world emit sounds like drums, bagpipes, flutes, harps and other instruments in the harmonies of Pagan Irish bards without the words sung for the festivals of the Pagan Irish holidays.

While the random flashes of lightning do not stop her dancing and chanting songs of praise to the goddess Morrigan and the god Taranos the fireworks shot into the sky by rangers causes her to stop and stare at the sky. A red glow starts become apparent almost immediately and it is almost hypnotic to gaze upon as the vixen stands transfixed where she is; her tail idly twitching behind her. Only a stray ember landing on her tail and almost setting it on fire distracts her as a flying saucer soon floats lazily into view.

As the saucer gets closer the vixen gets visibly frighten and chants again, this time to cast a spell of invisibility on herself to hide her presence from view. The craft hovers in place for a minute when it gets to the beach with a crimson spotlight shown upon the rocky sands as if looking for something or someone as the shadow of the vixen moves about to avoid getting caught in the beam even if the bonfire somewhat betrays the fact that she is here. A random bolt of lightning hits the craft as if the Celtic storm god himself was telling the crew of the saucer to move along.

Noticeably limping now, the saucer moves out above the ocean proper for quite some ways to avoid the island storm. At a point where the craft would almost threaten to disappear beyond the horizon line from the vixen's perspective it starts to descend into the waters of the ocean itself. Without sound it submerges into the waters and while there is a large circle of crimson shone upon the surface where the craft dove in, this too disappears quickly enough as if the craft descended deep enough into the ocean that the lights on its rim were too far away to reflect on the waters above.

The vixen sighs in relief as she makes her towards the water's edge and becomes visible. She kneels in shallow waters with the waves flowing through her as they rush to meet the land behind her. Her hands wave before her as an image starts to form in the foam of the flying saucer making its way to a domed city underwater.
