when in darkness there is light ch.1 beacon of light in the dark
Hello everyone and welcome to my new series when in darkness there is light! enjoy :)
" uuggghhh " moaned kyle uzimoka. " what time is it? " he said to himself shaking his head. This is Kyle Uzimoka he's you're average loner. Not popular at school, no friends, arrogant parents, but the worst thing of all is kyle has never seen or heard a pokemon. His parents don't even allow pictures of pokemon never mind seeing or having one. So he truly is a loner. truly is in the darkness. He wore a a black hoodie with smooth black hair and black pants with ( you guessed it ) black sneakers. Kyle has never truly felt loved not even by his parents they were always on buisness trips and sometimes missing his birthday's and holiday's.
" morning kyle " said a women in her robes walking by. " morning mom " said kyle still a little sleepy. He started to walk down stairs to the table. " morning son " said a man in a suit reading the paper obiously kyle's dad. " morning dad " said kyle dragging his body to the table. " son were heading off to a buisness trip for a month you know the rule's noboby comes over no party's and especially no pokemon at all " said kyle's father not even bothering to look away from his paper. " i know dad " said kyle annoyed that his father didn't even care to look at him while talking like he was lower then him.
Once his parent's had left he started to change into his swimming trunks. When kyle was dressed and had packed sun tan lotion, his cellphone and a towel and went out his front door to a secret spot of the beach nobody but him knew about. Little did he know his life was gonna change forever.
Once he got to his spot it was sunny so he started putting on his sun tan lotions and layed his towel down and relaxed. Halfway through his tan he saw something wash up ashore. he got up and looked at what it was. It was a wooden crate when he tried to open it it wouldn't budge he tried and tried again pulling, and punching until finally he ran right at it feet first and finally busted it open what he saw inside blew his mind. It was 6 pokeball's. " that's strange why are there pokeballs in a crate out here? " thought kyle curious to find out he threw open one of the pokeball's and out came a lucario right in the middle of launching an aura sphere " WOW " yelled kyle narrowly dodging the deadly sphere. " what! where! who are you? where am i? where are the others? " lucario yelled at kyle pinning him to the ground. " what the hell man! get off me i don't know what you're talking about " said kyle struggling to get out of lucario's grip. Lucario looked at his surrounding's " wait this isn't the explorer where am i? " said lucario looking around wide eyed then he remembered he had a human underneath him and let him go. As soon as he let him go kyle started backing up. " i-i'm so sorry i thought i was somewhere else w-where am i? asked lucario starring at the beach. Kyle started regaining his cool and got up " c-c-canalave city " " canalave city! oh my god! i'm supposed to be in the middle of the fricken ocean right now! " said lucario obviously pissed off and worried " whats the date? " asked lucario again " august 3rd 2011 " " oh what the FUCK " yelled lucario pacing now grumbling and worried. " excuse me but who are you and how did you get here? " asked kyle very concerned right now and very nervouse since he's never seen a pokemon before. Lucario stopped pacing and looked right at kyle who started to back up slowly. " s-s-sorry i didn't meen i-i- meen " kyle started to studder non-stop he didn't realize that lucario started to walk towards him <could it be?> thought lucario still walking towards the human <it's not possible> kyle didn't notice lucario walking towards him until he was nose to nose with him. " and i meen " when kyle realized how close he was he shut up fast. There was an odd silence between the two like lucario was looking over him < what's he doing? > thought kyle " i'm sensing you're aura and i can't believe it you have the purest aura iv'e ever seen " said lucario looking him right in the eyes. " y-y-y-you read my mind? " said kyle a little more nervouse then before " kind of i talked to you telepathically through you're mind and thought's "
"oh " said kyle " well there's more pokeballs i'll go open them up " said kyle walking towards the crate. " wait! "yelled lucario running up to kyle " i'd better go with you if i remember correctly me and my team were in a big battle that's why i attacked you again sorry about that " said lucario blushing from embarresment " its alright i still don't get what happened though? " i'll tell you about it later " said lucario. " uhh cmon out " said kyle tossing the balls in the air and out popped an orange haired creature with a creamy stomach and blue fins with sharp teeth he was a buizel. Then out came a creature that had a dark blue back and creany stomach with his back having flames on it he's a typhlosian. Next was a gaint lizard with read spike on the back of his head and end of the tail he is fereligator. Then out came a light orange dragon with a white stomach, green wings and some wierd antenna on his head he was a dragonite. Finally came out a giant red dragon with white cream stomach and blue wings with a flaming tail he is a charizard. After the first couple of minute's of explaining and organizing there was saddness all around " i can't believe it " said buizel sitting around " we've been trapped for 20 years " said typhlosion getting teary eyed.
" chris, master he he's gone he gave up his life to save ours " said charizard crying tears flowing down his cheeks
FLASHBACK
" captain! we're going down the pirates hit us " screamed one of the multiple men running and screaming
" get on the life boats i'll be right up " said the captain running towards his quartes and taking out his chest
" i'm sorry my friends but it's time to part " said the captain taking the pokeballs out and placing them in a crate and tossing them overboard as soon as that happened the ship went under dragging the captain or chris down with it.
PRESENT DAY
" come on with me iv'e got a place where you guy's can stay and relax " so they all trudged back to kyle's house.
Once they got there kyle started making lunch he never met a pokemon and so didn't really know what they ate. " hey uh this is gunna sound wierd but uh wh-what do pokemon eat? " asked kyle all the pokemon just starred at them. " do you have any chicken tenders? " asked typhlosion " uh yeah we've got alot "
" i'll just have that then " said typhlosion " me to " said buizel and lucario " ok how about you fereligator and charizard? you guy's hungry? " " do you have any fruit or berries? " asked charizard " yes i do how about you fereligator? " " i'll just take a sandwhich " he said looking at the fllor " alright and dragonite? " "im good thanks " alright i'll be back soon " said kyle going to make dinner
Once everybody's food was done everyone started eating everyone that is except for kyle who just watched the pokemon eat. " whats wrong? aren't you hungry? " asked lucario looking at kyle then everyone else looked at him also. " n-n-no i'm fine i'm just not hungry thats all " said kyle starting to sweat. " really because you're aura says otherwise it seems that you're highly nervouse is it because of us do you want us to leave? " asked lucario " n-n-no! that's not it at all " said kyle sweating even more " then what's wrong? " asked buizel starring directly at him. " w-w-well this is going to sound crazy but uh iv'e never really seen pokemon before not even a picture " thats when everyone starred at him with look's of surprisement kyle started shrinking in his seat and started to blush. " wait so you've never ever seen a pokemon before? ever " asked charizard looking astonished " n-no my parent's have never let me see a pokemon ever they said that it was just to dangerouse because of an incident when i was little "
FLASHBACK
Kyle's parents had left him for a couple of second's alone at the park to get their bags from the car. When they returned their baby was surrounded by pokemon of all different shapes and sizes big and small even a charizard was there and they all looked at him until his mother ran over to him and picked him up and ran back to the car and went back home
PRESENT DAY
" thats kinda why iv'e never actually seen a pokemon because i don't remember them " said kyle scooting down more and blushing so bad everyone could see it. " well then it's an honor to be you're first contact with pokemon " said lucario staring at him. "t-thanks " said kyle starting to slide back up but the blush still showing.
After dinner everybody sat around and watched tv but kyle went to his room and went on his laptop to search up about pokemon behaviors. Afterwards he went back down stairs to see the pokemon were still awake. " alright iv'e got an idea " said kyle the pokemon staring again " how about we tell a little bit about each other you know so i can know you guy's better "
" thats actually not a bad idea " said fereligator. " ok lucario you first " said kyle. " well im a boy as is everyone else here im bisexual like everyone else here i'm caring and protective against the people i care about and i like tv " said lucario " ok cool how about you buizel? " asked kyle " well im a boy like lucario said i'm bi also like lucario said and also i love to eat and play " said buizel " alright typhlosion? " everything they just said but instead i love to relax and hang out "
" awesome ok fereligator how about you? " " well its true what lucario said about us but also i like to play and run around and stuff " "alright dragonite? " well what they said is true i like playing and stuff but i also like to be alone sometimes to help myself " kyle was getting the drift " ok and finally charizard " "i just hang around and train and play " said charizard : alright thats everyone well im gunna go to bed " wait! what about you " asked lucario
" me? you don't wanna know about me " said kyle walking back up again " sure we do come " "alright fine i'm a male i play sport's and i love the military. my parents i don't really want to talk about them. i don't really have any friends uh and i'm also bisexual " kyle said blushing again. " well guess what? " said lucario standing up " you've got friends now " said lucario putting his arm around him " f-friends? "asked kyle. Kyle smiled " that sounds nice ".
Over the next couple of days things were fine the group hung out and played outside. Then one day kyle found something interesting. " hey guys check this out " said kyle running up to the group of pokemon watching T.V " whats in the duffel bag? " asked fereligator. " i don't know let's find out " said kyle unzipping the duffel. " oh my god! " screamed buizel " dude thats awesome " said dragonite staring into the duffel bag. " this is gunna be fun " smiled lucario. The duffel bag was filled with airsoft guns! " dude look theres guns, vests, and holy shit theres grenades! " typhlosion said with a grin. " well i know what we're doing the entire day " said kyle already grabbing gear. " alright grab your gear boy's we're playing war " said charizard grabbing a shotgun.
when everyone was set up and ready the fun began. " ok now time for teams " said fereligator " alright fereligator you go first " said charizard. " alright lucario your with me " said fereligator " alright typhlosion with me " said charizard " buizel " said fereligator " okay kyle cmon over " charizard said with a smile " alrigh cmon dragonite " said fereligator already walking towards the woods. " alright team listen up " said charizard " here's how it's gonna go kyle you watch the left typhlosion watch the right i'll watch the middle got it? " asked charizard " got it " " good "
" READY! " yelled fereligator " all right let's go! " said charizard storming into the woods with the others right behind. Charizard ran up to a bush. He looked around then signaled for typhlosion to run to the tree beside him. Typhlosion crouched down never letting the gun point towards the ground. When he got there charizard pointed at kyle and then pointed at a small hole in the ground. Kyle got the message and ran towards it and layed down. While looking around kyle heard a twig snap to his right just as he turned around he saw enemy fire. fwoop fwoop fwoop fwoop. The sound of an airsoft gun going off was all around them. Bullet's kicking up dirt in front of him. " return fire! " yelled charizard lifting up his M16 and firing randomly. Typhlosion started to look for muzzle flash or movement or any sign of where the enemy was. Suddenly kyle saw it muzzle flash coming from one of the trees. Kyle took his aim and fired " HIT! " yelled buizel coming down from the trees. " nice shot kyle " said buizel while walking towards the safe zone. Kyle got back into the game when he noticed that charizard and typhlosion we're taking some serious fire. Kyle pulled out a grenade and pulled the pin. When he threw it as soon as it hit the ground it went off causing a wicked loud noise. Nobody said anything so it just stunned them. Then kyle saw a grenade tossed at them he ran over to it " kyle no get back! " yelled charizard. But kyle already picked up the grenade and halfway through throwing it it blew up in his hand. " aaaaaaaahhhhhh! " yelled kyle screaming in pain and shock. Kyle fell to the ground his hand numb by the pain. Charizard ran over to see if i was ok " kyle! kyle! stop moving let me see it " said charizard trying to make kyle stop squirming. When charizard finally got a good it didn't look good. Kyle's hand was already swelling and bruising. " alright game over fereligator " charizard said while picking up kyle.
when they got back to the house charizard put some bandages and ice on kyle's hand. " thanks charizard that really sucked " said kyle sitting on the couch. " yes well as long as you don't move your hand you'll be fine " said charizard sitting next to him watching T.V " when buizel and the others heard what happened they came back to hang out with him. " looks painfull " said buizel " it is " said kyle. " you should rest kyle you've been through alot today " said charizard." alright can i just sleep here i'll bring a pillow down or something " charizard thought for a moment " sure " said charizard deciding it shouldn't affect kyle's hand to much.
After kyle got set up downstairs he tried to go to sleep but couldn't. " uh this floors way too hard even with 2 blankets underneath me " " what is wrong kyle? " asked lucario making kyle jump a bit " oh hey lucario nothing it's just the floors so damn hard " said kyle trying to get comfortable " do you need any help? " asked lucario " yeah lucario that would great could you grab me one more blanket please? " asked kyle lucario smiled " sure " Lucario ran up to kyle's room and grabbed him a blanket and went back downstairs. Lucario gave kyle his blanket " thanks lucario " said kyle now a little more comfortable. " would you like some company? " asked lucario. " sure that'd be great " said kyle blushing slightly. Lucario sat next to him and curled up in a ball. when kyle's head felt lucario's hair it was the softest thing he ever felt. Kyle moved his head more into lucario. Lucario felt kyle move his head more into him and didn't mind when he thought about it kyle was pretty cute always blushing and stuttering and getting embaressed almost always just thinking about it made him giggle. It didn't take long for the both of them to fall asleep but what they didn't realize is they were being watched.
